Been shopping here for years! From the very first time I met Keith(Bucky) I knew they were good people! When I first started in the vaping world, I went to several other shops but never felt welcome. Was never a good vibe, until I came to Buckys. We are like family now, and I would highly recommend to anyone with vaping needs they gotcha covered! Great place to go to quit smoking. Keith and his staff are extremely helpful and always go the extra mile for their customers.Still after years of coming here its a great place. The staff still treat all their customers with high regard. Keith is still doing all he can to get as many off of tobacco as he can. He also has became an advocate for keeping taping around and lobbying for changes to further the cause.

Went in looking for coils for a device bought elsewhere. Not only did they have the coils, but staff was very friendly and helpful. After going to multiple shops, this one was the cleanest and had the most supply. This will be my go to shop for sure. Highly recommend taking your business here.

I dont typically like to throw out this information, but I have cancer and I came to this shop to get a new coil for my vaporizer which I use for medical purposes. The employer was immediately apprehensive to help me based on my appearance. He was very rude and blunt when speaking to me and tried to argue with me about policies. I came in the shop with 0 intention of buying nicotine as its absolutely vile and with my condition Im not trying to make my life worse. Wish I was able to buy my legal non-nicotine product here since Im not from the state and am in a very difficult situation. Would not recommend this place due to the mean staff. Wish they would communicate with people better, but after reading all the reviews here it looks to be like this is consistent bad behavior...a shame.

Went in with zero experience vaping, and left feeling confident in my decision to start. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and consummately professional. Unfortunately, I’m terrible with names, but the gentleman, who helped me, took the time and demonstrated everything I needed to know to correctly operate the device. I was allowed to sample flavors, and, most importantly, when I was making the actual purchase, my ID was checked (Sorry kids, I do believe you should be saving any money you make before 18 for college, not spending it on cigarettes or the device that’s going to give you the biggest cloud of vapor possible). After changing over to the vape, I don’t know why I ever smoked cigarettes, in the first place. If you’re in the market, support this local business; they’re good intentions and excellent customer service is what it’s all about.

Smallest vape shop I have been to. Also the best stocked as far as selection goes. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The one thing that stuck out about this shop, that most shops do not have is the subtank testers. Those of us that use them understand trying flavors in other shops. Overall I would rate this shop as one of the top 3 I have been to coast to coast. I would rate them as #1 but their prices are a little steep.

Didnt make me feel welcomed at all. I noticed they were making other customers feel welcomed while i was there testing out samples.But not me. Guess my skin is too dark. Wont be back there. This place has been open since before vaping was even on the radar and has ALWAYS cared for the customer before their cash register. If youre just starting out or have a question you dont want to be judged over, this is your spot! The owner is a wonderful person and is extremely dedicated to Harm Reduction and advocacy as well as being able to keep a mom and pop shop open for longer than most (or any) chain/corporate/profit venture stores due to his devotion and commitment to his family as well. They are all incredible people who put the customers needs first. This includes doing their homework to check upcoming regulation changes etc to prevent any interruptions to the customer experience. They were carding everyone and sectioning off their tasting area before it was even a requirement because it just made sense if you are willing to really look at the consumer experience from more than just the angle of, its my shop and its gonna be my way or the highway. I guarantee you do not have to worry about having dumb questions here either, these folks REALLY know their stuff and are more than happy to ease you into whatever youre dubious about in youre vaping journey. I have been a customer at Buckys vape shop for 2 years, and let me tell you, the customer service is immaculate and so are the products. They have the largest selection of Vape fluid in the tri-state area. The representatives educate customers on the maintenance of the wide variety of Vape pens and atomizers. This is the best vape shop in Columbus. The staff is excellent and they have a great selection of house juices. I drive 45 minutes just to visit them. The atmosphere is great and theyre always willing to help.

This place has amazing customer service. I have never been to a vape shop where they treat you like family. These guys are amazing. Any thing you need they are there. I had a agis legend and the battery door broke. I messaged them they quickly replied to my message and told me bring it down to look at. They told me when i arrived they would give me one to use while mine was being sent to the supplier. After a couple day i went back and they said the supplier had not gotten back to them. Quickley said pick any mod you want we stand behind the products we sell. I will not shop at any other vape shop in columbus from here on out. These guys are the real deal. Iv been to vape shops all over from new york to texas to florida virginia north Carolina. South carolina new jersey and these guys are the only ones i know willing to help and stand behind a product they sell.

Buckys has been a staple B&M I visit for many reasons. They have consistently been a shop that that can supply all vapers that favor all types of products and really has been of service to vapers and those looking to end tobacco use. Whatever you are looking for this shop usually has whether it be juice, rebuildable supply or prebuilt tank coils of all varieties. If they do not have an item they are very intuitive to listen to things you have interest in and more than likely youll see them in stock sooner or later. The customer service at this establishment is what makes it great. They are not about pushing products on you like most shops but more about helping you find the things you actually have interest in and alternatives in flavors you may like. This shop makes you feel welcome and thats really nice. They also are in support of servicemembers and the owner always gives you a handshake on the way out the door. We all know there are a handful of vape shops out there but Buckys is the type of establishment we hope to find out of the pile.

Very helpful amd knowledgeable staff and lots of flavors

1. We called 4 different times and no one could answer the phone2. We walked in to someone stocking stuff up and one person just sitting around not doing much3. We has 1 question and before it could be answered our IDs were overly checked because they couldnt find a date that was literally right in front and after he took 2 mins each to investigate the IDs all we got was No we dont.Truely wish I could give one star because we went 20 minutes out of our way for no reason and it was a waste of my time.

Great full service vape shop with a good selection of e-juice brands and equipment. Great prices as well. Carries the popular selections of coils, mods, tanks, but if youre looking for wire, round kanthal wire is all they carry.

I normally never write reviews but this is well worth it. Last night I had gotten off shift and like normal during the day I had followed my normal tobacco use routine. I have been on and off with vaping for years; desperate to kick the habit I thought I might as well visit a vape shop that I had not been to in a very long time. I walked in with a skeptical and some what intimidated mindset. Vaping had advanced and my knowledge had become small. The skeptical mind set came in that I was going to be rushed out as I clearly had fallen behind and had no idea what I was talking about anymore. I was wrong. Tammy and the other gentleman (I forgot to catch his name) were amazing. They worked well as a team. Tammy really listened to what I was saying and what I needed based on my tobacco use. The gentleman then helped in guiding me in the more technical aspect. The combined courtesy and knowledge left me leaving VERY confident that this would be my last day ever using tobacco. 5/5. Highly recommend.

The absolute best vape shop in the Phenix City/Columbus area. I went there yesterday and they already had the Uwell Crown V AND the coils for it that just got released maybe a few weeks ago, they really know there way of getting stuff and the employees there are amazing and very helpful.

Cane from out if town escaping the hurricane down in Miami and stumbled upon this little jewel of a vape shop. Not only the best and attentive service, but such a HUUUUUUUGE great selection of juices and mods you can ask for. I brought someone that was new to Vaping and he received not only a great tutorial but also gained the confidence to work and customize his new vape. Was passing through the state n needed a new battery! Found Buckys on the internet to see if they sold batteries!! So I called n the gentleman on the line gave me directions to the place.. got my battery n some new juice😊 very polite now I need to know how to order on line from them...

Honest and straight forward opinion... the atmosphere wasnt comforting definitely not the best prices in columbus for vape products. (Plenty) of (other) vape shops with lower prices and and great customer service but honest opinion, i felt as if the owner and employees were cheap couldnt even do a price match or a discount on a (local) vape shop for the exact same item which theirs were more pricey....not much of a bargain. Its my favorite. Return policy is terrible, but they follow the law, and have a better variety of juice than anyone else Ive found. You wont have to settle for piña colada or magic hunch punch flavors. I love the leather juice! Willy is a whiz at fixing vapes, and they also own the CBD oil store next door.Just know that once you buy it, its yours. You might have two weeks for mechanical issues, but you cant return copies even if they are still sealed, or vaporizers that you just dont like. So make sure to ask a lot of questions before you buy. In all fairness, they are following the law, and I hope other stores do too!!#buckysvapeshop
