I love my voopoo mod. Excellent price (around 50$) with pk 5 coils and 100 ml juice came to about 75$. Works great. Also since they didn’t tell me I had to have a battery they gave me one free when I had to go back. My whole family uses Sky Vape.

So disappointed by this shop. I am a regular. I buy more stuff from this shop than anyone probably should. I go there regularly mainly because the rewards program (with as much as I spend, I should be getting rewards), and they have really great prices.Every time I go, as suggested on their door, I check my device to make sure it’s working. Any time the device has not worked, either the employee knew how to fix it, or it was replaced in the spot.Well, I had earned a free vape, AFTER PURCHASING 10, and went to the store. Got the vape, tested it, and left. Well, once it came time to charge the vape, it was evident there was something wrong with it. The vape wouldn’t hold a charge. Now, I KNOW the sign says no replacement, but you can’t check the charging capability at the store… and even if you could, if the device is fully charged, it’s not going to show a problem with charging. So, I figured I’d bring it to the shop and show them, in hopes that they would stand by their product and replace the defective equipment since I abided by their policy.The employee that sold me the vape was there, and he called the owner. The owner went through a series of questions with the employee and the employee assured him the device looked brand new “ didn’t look dropped or damaged in any way”and confirmed its inability to charge. The owners response? I could have a new one at 50% off. So, my FREE device, he now wanted to charge me for.I am a disabled veteran, and I live on a fixed income, and couldn’t swing it…. And in reality, it’s the principle. I earned a free vape, and shouldn’t have to pay for it, later, when it doesn’t work…. When I checked it before I left.In hindsight, it’s actually pretty sad that so many of your products don’t work after customers leave the store, that you have to put a warning on the door.Super disappointed. I’m not sure if I will be back. I think I’ll take my loyalty somewhere where it’s returned.

Ive been coming here for over a year. Defintely my favorite vape shop in the area. They have great discounts for everyone, awesome prices on a huge selection of vapes, and a great staff that is very knowledgeable. They even host awesome raffle events! We get all of our vapes from here, our juice, our mods, and our incense. We have even gotten some Hooka tobacco from here. I cannot recommend this place enough.
