I stayed at this hotel on April 6 - 7. 2024 . It has been 3 weeks, I should of had my deposit returned within a week no later!!!!!!When I look up the number and call in regards to my 50 deposit, there is no answer or the number is disconnected. There is no reason I should not get my deposit back. They are quick to take a deposit but not quick to send it back. I would like to be able to talk to someone or even a number that works. Of course there was no wifi!

Housekeeping was terrible, they never came to refresh towels or new sheets, trash was piled up for days and scattered throughout property. Toilet leaked a lot with every flush, shower had very low pressure and out of a week only one day was the water hot. Pool is nasty looking, never an open lobby area. No tv or wifi. Outside lights flicker and flash like your at a club. Overall a horrible week. If you go here stay away from room 258. They fix nothing and they do not care about guests.

There was no hot water in the room. I waited 10 minutes for hot water. Nothing. I talked to the front desk attendant. They offered to move to a different room. I asked if there was going to be hot water. Attendant stated that they had not had issues. I again asked if there would be hot water and if not then to cancel the stay. The attendant stated I would need to speak with the 3rd party to cancel.Instead of just being upfront with the hot water issue, the person chose to not say anything. I wouldnt recommend staying there.

First off when we got there it was false advertisement the rooms were not as described or shown on picture there was a syringe in my room there was a bottle of water from the people that were previously there the beds were all stained there was like multiple sheets on the bed as if they just put another one on top of all the ones that are already on there my daughter blow dry her hair got caught in the little fan because we didnt see that it was broken. My kids were excited to get in the pool and we got there there was no water in the pool and it was disgusting and it said on the app that it was available. The TV didnt work all night there was wires hanging from the ceiling the hallway the floor was falling apart a hazardous for people and kids. It look like an abandoned motel just getting fixed.

Mold present in the room, no fire alarm, stained bedding, leaking toilet, trash all over the exterior of the building and parking lot and other things that OYO considers a breach of contract. The staff was useless and would not offer a refund or allow me to reduce my stay. I understand this is a cheaper hotel but the room was disgusting and the staff was unprofessional to say the least.

Big HELL no!!!!! Stay away!!!No WiFi or cable! And they dont care.So how are they processing payments with no Internet? Also the phone number listed does says its not in service.UPDATE: I am adding some photos. But the bed also didnt have a fitted sheet, just a flat sheet and thin gold blanket (if that is what you want to call it.) Under the flat sheet was a mattress pad. THAT IS IT!

The customer service is the absolute 2nd worst experience I’ve ever had renting a hotel. Each receptionist had a bad attitude. Not one was. I rented a room for two weeks and not once did they take out trash (outside trash bins) or clean room and provide clean towels. When I asked for the Wi-Fi passcode they gave the wrong code. Another guest such as myself gave me the correct one. You have to talk through a glass window to each receptionist as if you’re a criminal behind bars or if you’re visiting one. I thought there would be one bright spot about my experience at Oyo Hotel, but there isn’t one bright spot at all. I will never ever book a hotel here again. To add insult to injury, I checked out February 29, 2024 and still haven’t received my security deposit back to my card in which the receptionist said it would take two days. NEVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE WILL I SPEND MY MONEY at OYO.

Run Away as fast as you can! DO Not take your family to this Trash “Hotel”This hole is a total scam! We booked through Expedia and they did not honored the prices we booked for. Claiming someone canceled but its a total LIE! This place is unsafe to walk if you are on the second level. Its literally falling apart and someone will get hurt! The top floor its not properly supported.Its dirty, it stinks and the staff are rude. They charged me double the amount and when I showed up my room was still in remodeling stage and They were no more rooms available so I ended up having to pay for another hotel and now they are being around the bush. I am having a hard time getting a refund.I am very upset with this business. More likely I will have to involve the police to get my money back. I will update on here and Also will complain to better business bureau, the franchise, Expedia as well as the health department because theres so many violations codes in that place. This Place do not deserve a single star and should be shut down immediately. This place is really run down with no wifi access what so ever and this hotel/motel needs a MAJOR FACE LIFT AND IN ONE ROOM LAMP SHADE HAD A HUGH BURN AND IN THE SECOND ROOM IT HAD NO SMOKE DETECTER AND LOOKS TO HAVE SOME TYPE OF MOLD IN THE RESTROOM AND WOULD HIGLY RECOMMEND NOT EVEN LOOKING AT THIS PLACE AND DEFINITELY STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. PAY A LITTLE EXTRA AND STAY AT A BETTER HOTEL/MOTEL. I WOULD NOT BE COMMING BACK TO THIS PLACE IN THE FUTURE PERUOD.......

NO ONE STAY HERE....TURN AROUND i only booked this place because everything else was not available...the people needs to learn customer service and manners and learn how to speak up....front door had batteries hanging theres no door knob on the restroom door theres burn marks on restroom counter and the bed hurt our back and no TV really either do a total makeover or shut this place down I was trying to put zero stars but then it wont let you post

Everything was dirty. The showers was disgusting. carpet left your feet black. All the counters and tables were so dirty lucky I took Lysol wipes to wip everything down the room also smelled like smoke. it was just disgusting. There is no breakfast and almost impossible to check in the beds were hard you can feel the springs on the bed. I thought it was a good idea for the price. But how dirty and uncomfortable the stay was I can say it is The worse place to stay at in corpus.

I was not impressed they ran out of towels twice so we had our own towels. Not only that but from 1:30 to 4:30 in the morning the person that was upstairs was fighting with her boyfriend. The police finally showed up I didnt really get enough sleep and I wasnt satisfied. This is my first time ever staying at this hotel Ive heard a lot of good things about yall especially on YouTube and TV but my experience was not satisfying.

Flooded floors and holes in the walls. Dirty. Reported it to the front desk and would have been ok with a different/clean non-flooded room, but I was refused. We ended up immediately leaving. Reported all this to Oyo Coporate or whatever and the only response I’ve received is to be accused of flooding the room and putting holes in the wall.Besides being a disgusting place, the operators are crooks. Keep driving.If nothing else, inspect your room before you hand over your card.But really, avoid this place.

Bed bugs in all rooms and still renting out rooms. The 1st night there was no problems then the next day. I arrived and the parking lot was empty as the staff was with the exterminator spraying all the rooms. We found bedbugs in our room and the manager didn’t want to refund me and claimed their is no bed bugs in my room. Never stay here.

DISGUSTING PLACE. Booked 12/10/23 and i had to threaten with department if health to get the rest of our stay refunded. Found bed bugs and have to wash ALL of our clothes to make sure we dont track home. This place needs to be shut down. Wish we would have read reviews and not just gone by the 4 stars we saw, this place looks NOTHING like what is posted. STAY CLEAR!!

!!!DONT STAY HERE!!!Checked in to a dirty room old food in the fridge (photo included) which stunk up the entire room. Someone else’s Trash in the trash can and no toilet paper. No phones in the room. The whole place was DISGUSTING they did move us to another room which was okay but I was very disappointed and grossed out by the first room it was hard to sleep knowing that they could easily check out a used/dirty room yes they did change our room but because my husband is persistent other wise they probably wouldn’t have fixed it like I’ve just read in everyone else’s reviews they should close this place this is not a stretch either just horrible. I know they are going to comment back and apologize and reassure that they are sorry for the inconvenience but instead of apologizing they should fix/clean the place or tear it down completely just very disappointing

This place was HORRIBLE!!! Super dirty, it smelled super bad , unsafe, definitely NOT a place to stay!!! Nobody deserves to stay in a place like this even though if it’s cheap!!! We ended up leavening right away!Expedia should review the pictures they post about this OYO Hotel and their FALSE advertisement!!!!!!!!

The place does not at all deserve any stars, matter of fact it needs to be shut down , it is a hazard to the environment. I accidentally reserved the wrong motel on Priceline. Priceline did not even want to refund our money more less oyo front desk. So of course , who just throws away money””We stayed”” worse nightmare I’ve ever experienced. First room they gave us, was completely un sanitary, beds were unmade . So went to front desk and asked for another room even snapped a picture of the first one. Second room , no tv remote , no toilet paper , no towels, hair all in the tub . The sheets were brown and itchy , Next day we needed new towels , one of the housekeepers, told my husband he would have to wait fifteen minutes, because she was not going downstairs to get some till she had to, mind you I was already in the shower and it was 15 min till 11 smh , Had to send my husband to the store to purchase one . Then as we were leaving of course you close the door behind you!!! My daughter 12 years old, left her charger in the room, asked a near by housekeeper to please open it, the housekeeper yells at her and says no !!! Mind you there are room’s all around with windows open all messed up inside , the whole place was a disgust. How do you keep taking people’s money and think it’s ok to rent hazardous rooms to the community like that. For the state not to pick up on this ?? For the city of Corpus Christi to allow this especially to the people whom come to corpus to experience a great time and can’t due to the lack of inspections in their community!!

Poor quality service, unsafe rooms, poor staff knowledge, return business. Customers need to avoid this hotel.

STOP!! Do not stay in this hotel! They ruined our only day we stayed in corpus, we had reserved 2 rooms with 2 queen beds through expedia and we got 2 rooms with 2 full beds. When I went to the front desk so they could fix it (since our kids didnt fit on that bed), the front desk lady didnt even try to move us to the room we actually booked. I asked them to please at least change one of the rooms so the kids wouldnt be uncomfortable and they didnt care. Kids had to sleep on the floor. This place is awful.Rooms were supposed to be non-smoking, and one of our rooms smelled horribly like cigars. Smoke detector was hanging off the ceiling, beds had trash in them, floors had a really bad smell, and Im pretty sure the beds have BEDBUGS!!! We requested more towels since we only got two, and they never deliver them. Customer service was horrible they didnt refund me for the scam in the rooms. The manager just stared at me and didnt even care, and just turned around and left me there, ignoring everything else I said. I would never come back here to this horrible, sketchy, dirty hotel. Save your money and save yourself some headache and find a better place. If I can help others have a better experience far away from oyo hotel I would. Seriously find a better place. Lesson learned here.

The lady at the window lied to me and said you have to be 21 to check in but then I looked at oyos official guest req it says you have to be 18 or older to check in. So not only did she cheet us out of our money and a room, it forced us to pay for another room at red roof, they have a day to give me back my money or Im sueing them for everythingYes I am that petty

Place was disgusting do not waste your money even though it’s cheap . There are roaches everywhere it wreaked of cigarette smoke. The people were super rude and did not give me another room when requested because of the smell of cigarettes. They do not wash their sheets nor towels . Do not leave your food out roaches will get in there . Would not recommend.. Very disappointed

Disgusting, Sicking, grossest hotel ever. Staff and especially Housekeeper supervisor was super MEAN. The sheets were stained with blood. Requested another room and housekeeper yelling at us for changing rooms when the front staff change us. Super dirty 🤢 would never recommend it to anyone. Bedbugged infestation. Such be -5 stars better to stay in the streets.

THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU BOOK HERE!!!!The price seemed fair for the holiday weekend. But looking at the location and the room itself....it was NOT great. The room had a whole in the wall. There was roaches and only 2 towels provided. The room smelled of smoke. The appliances that were stated to be in room, were not there. I will definitely NOT be going back! They have a LOT of work left to do. All the landscaping done in the front of the property, that money should have gone to update, the disappointing rooms!

Service sucks and the people running it are rude and the rooms were not that clean. We had to clean the bathroom to use it

This place was absolutely horrible. Rooms were dirty. Beds were not made in the rooms the staff said was “clean”. Curtains and shower curtain were held up by black duct tape. Smoke detectors were taken out of the room (you can see the spot they should have been in) and when comments were made to management about it, all they could say is “that’s ok”. NEVER again will I stay at this place. Just GHETTO

I give no stars I would never go back again I spent 57$ in a roach infested room no TV no wifi and still a week later Im yet to get my deposit back

This is by far the trashiest hotel I’ve ever seen. The staff is rude. We were charged for a stay after we refused to stay there. It’s absolutely disgusting. The rooms are dirty. We left they gave two rooms to try both were a horrible fail. Will dispute with the bank. Staff kept hanging up on us when we called to complain. Horrible corporation.

We stayed in one room and our parents were in another. Our room only had one wash cloth, there was a smoking burnt hole on the bedding. Most hotels offer 4 pillows they only had 2. There was a giant crack in the bathroom floor tile. The shelf next to the shower looked like it was falling out of the wall. It took forever for the toilet to flush and the sink handles were super lose. Mom and dad were missing the hairdryer in their room. The outside light woke my bf and I up 3-5x throughout the night. I saw 1 bug in the bathroom. Not our cup of tea personally but we wanted to try a hotel we had never stayed at before… you live and you learn!

Tried to get ahold of the front desk for a plunger or someone to fix my toilet to no avail. No phones in the room to call front desk, no one answers the front desk when you ring the bell. Had to go buy my own cleaner and plunger. Stayed four days and requested new towels on our second day and was told they dont have anymore and that they would have to go upstairs to get some. Wasnt brought towels till our last day. Never came to make beds or clean the room during our whole stay. Worst stay ever and still have not got my deposit back after I was overcharged in the first place. Was told 291 and was charged 374. Plus 100 dollar deposit. Stay clear of this disgusting hotel!!!!

This hotel in not well managed with a very poor house keeping crew. Toilet paper was also out with no available refill in the roomThe bed was uncomfortable at best and sheets were too small for the king sized bed. I would never stay at this hotel again and I have never had a good experience with this OYO hotel chair. I rate this chain at the bottom of the barrel - cheap and not well managed

We stayed one night and rented two rooms for two adults and four kids. The pictures are very misleading. If you’re down on your luck or homeless, this is the place to stay! Sure you’d think bc of the price it’s probably not going to be so great so you automatically lower your expectations. Well, if you decide to stay here, lower your expectations even more. And more. And more. We found one dirty wash cloth left in the shower. The other room had no towels at all, and that was for four people and they were well aware of the amount of guests arriving for these rooms. There was literally one regular clean towel left and when we walked back to the office to request more, we were told they’d bring them to our rooms. Never happened. We used our own beach towels and we’re grateful we had a place to sleep but just wish I didn’t have to pay almost $200 for it. The linens on the bed were literally two flat sheets and a “fancy” cover type that goes on top of the bed. Outdated is understatement. The swimming pool was under construction and their “dining” area was a complete disaster. There’s no phones in the rooms, like regular hotels, so if there’s an issue you call from your cell phone or walk to the office. The wifi is glitchy, so I wouldn’t work from this hotel due to service. The whole entire hotel is in need of a makeover or the very least, more current photos of the actual rooms.

If I could I would’ve given a zero star rating. Recently stayed there for a few days worst decision ever! Had an Apple Watch come up missing while we was gone! By the housekeeper! Then when we told someone they “couldn’t do anything” and that the housekeeper never did anything like that before and he “only” took the trash. Basically said we lost it and that they couldn’t do anything. Then proceeded to make fun of my wife because she was crying because she was that upset. Wouldn’t even give us towels. Like who does this crap… also the beds was hard, not only did an employee steal a 600 dollar Watch they went through our belongings! My wife’s purse and all. So save yourself a lot of trouble and money and go somewhere besides this place!

This hotel is the worst. It looks nothing like the pictures on the website. The lobby is not opened so you have to stand outside in front of a window. There are homeless people sitting next to the rooms and the employees are rude. I booked for queen beds and were give beds that looked like twins. There was no phone in the room. The room smell very bad and the toilet was dirty.I didn’t stay at all.. I requested a refund and left

I booked a room here through Hotwire. I get to the room after work at 9pm. The worst area in Corpus. Homeless people everywhere. People hanging around waiting for cars to pull up. Stay away if you have children! Dogs barking thru the lobby that I stood outside from. Then she informs me theres a $50 deposit. I say, so it says that nowhere on Hotwire or your website. She shrugs her shoulders and could care less. I ask her if I didnt hv the deposit would I be out the room fair? She says yes! So be prepared for that deposit or they take your money with nowhere to stay! I walk in the room. Within 2 minutes of entering the room I saw 4 roaches. Room smells horrible! Never ever again! Oh and I get my deposit back in 3 to 5 business days. Thats great! Beware! Spend $10 more and go to a Motel 6.

I had to go to the office twice on a two day stay, and have the room key reactivated. There was no smoke alarm (probably would’ve been a camera anyways…creeps. They were nice, but my room wasn’t. You could tell right away that these used to be smoking rooms because the bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke. Etc…Nothing paranormal unfortunately.

Worst room Ive ever booked! Uninhabitable room reaked of Raid roach spray, light fixture in restroom full of water overflowing onto the floors, same issues with the A/C dripping water all over the carpet inside. No tv services no free over air local channels no cable just a tv that cant connect. Checked in around 5pm left to an event 15 min later, afterwards I went back. Checked out by 10pm. Couldnt breath in there due to pesticide smell being over whelming. Restroom not completly painted looked like a mexican prison restrroom.

Very disappointed in the location, light lamps didn’t work, tv nor the remote didn’t work, toilet seat was wobbly and ugly and main door has a crack like it had been barged in. No phone to call front desk to advise them either,Walls were dirty and just plain unsanitary in the room. Went to see if I could put in a complaint and the front desk girl didn’t even know her own boss, so how she got hired I don’t know. I don’t recommend this at all to stay the night. Oh yea becareful cause they’ll screw you over with the deposit weather you book on line or In person. For the price look elsewhere that is more decent and better. I give this place a zero star but wouldn’t allow me to post so one star it is but really it sucks!

The nastiest motel my husband has ever been to. No hot water. Paint pealing off the walls. No towels. It’s just bad. Would not recommend.

Its a low budget hotel. I feel like most of these complaints are from people who expect to much for paying so little. Is it the cleanest place. No, but I wouldnt say disgusting, then again Im a pretty average Joe when it comes to hotels. Its an old building for sure. Nothing fancy. Everything in the room worked. Beds are comfortable. If you need more than that then spend a little more at another hotel.

Rooms were still dirty, the closet was locked and so were the drawers one of my guest didnt have running water and, their towels were dirty they said they was them in bleach but you can always smell the bleach on the towels they didnt smell like bleach. I dont recommend.the only thing good was the comfort of the bed.

DO NOT COME HERE. UNSAFE.This hotel was the worst place I have ever seen. I checked in, and checked out 15 minutes later.Our first room was disgusting. Sheets were stained yellow, the pillows didn’t have pillow cases, the fire alarms had been taken off the ceiling and there were wires hanging down.After complaining, we were given a different room which was worse than the first. Same fire alarm issue and the room smelt so strongly of cigarettes that my throat hurt after leaving. There were outlets exposed and random holes in the wall.Also, there were hoarders living in the room across from us.I gave them back my keys after 15 minutes and told them I would not be staying here. They refused a refund. I have reported them to the local authorities.Hopefully this place gets shut down and no one has to stay here ever again.The owners and employees should be ashamed of themselves.

Worst hotel experience ever! Rooms were disgusting,cleaning lady was very unprofessional and rude to my daughter, and still haven’t received my deposit back. I don’t know how the city of Corpus Christi hasn’t shut them down but if anyone is ever on a budget the other smaller ones on leopard are cleaner and great staff avoid oyo if possible

Would rate 0 if possible. Warning you. Do not book here!! The listing claims to have free wi-fi but the it doesn’t work. When the issue is brought up to the front desk, they claim “well my wifi works right here” and completely blow you off. When you ask for a number to bring the issue up to someone higher, the lady claimed there was no other number to call “you can only discuss the issue here since we are a private location”. But they clearly do have a support number and email to contact. The property is infested with roaches and is overall a really bad location. Avoid this motel at all cost!!

I arrived after 12am to check in. As I looked through the glass I could see the employee on her phone. I pushed the little door bell to be ignored. I knocked on the glass and was ignored. I had pushed open the cardboard covering the window hole and called the employee. This window looked like a carnival window to buy tickets at a traveling circus. The lady still ignored me. I had to use a loud yelling voice to get this ladys attention. When I yelled excuse me Id like to check in with a volume used in stadiums. The lady raised a finger to me. Indicating that she needed one more minute on her phone. So um.... this place is like that. The pictures I seen online are way misleading. The holes are in the bed, under the door, in the wall and no TV channels. If I needed a place to die while overdosing on crack this is the hotel for that deed. I could hear the cleaning lady above me vacuuming at 2am!

The directions and the address listed for this hotel are incorrect. We drove to this hotel from Michigan and had been in the car for an entire day. The address and location on contained within booking.com are wrong and did not take us to the correct location when I tried to call the hotel for help out call was not answered. Somehow through another listing or site we were eventually able to find the correct location.Also the rooms were not well maintained, pain is peeling, shower curtains were not clean, and the what appears to be newer floor was not one in which I wished to walk on in anything but shoes.I will say it appears there is some renovation going on, and the hotel was inexpensive, but if I had to do it over I would not have chosen to stay in this room, nor will I ever be staying there again.

Horrible place to stay at. False advertisement with pictures online and on orbitz. The hotel look way different. The lights did not work. No refunds can be given. There was no soap, shampoo, or even wash cloths. They was a dirty cup left in there so I’m not even sure if they cleaned the room. They never gave me back my id after scanning it in and I called them to mail it to me or email or scan it to me so I can order her a new one. She said I had to pick it up and wasn’t even being understanding and was rude. Told her we didn’t even live in Corpus. That’s why we needed the hotel room. Her name was Becky who was extremely rude. I will be leaving this review on all sites.

Horrible motel. Bed was so uncomfortable. Woke up with back pain. Water in the shower never got hot. They didnt clean the room. Im still waiting on my deposit back. $100 for a deposit in this room was way too much.

HORRIBLE HOTEL AND SERVICE! Will never stay here. It was so bad we didn’t stay the night. Spent 5 minutes there and left, trashy nasty hotel. Holes in walls Roaches and Bugs. People sitting outside in lawn chairs playing music drinking. A completely TRASH AS-S HOTEL!!! Asked to only pay the one night and get out of the second night and was denied! Don’t stay here nothing like the pictures look!

Room smelled horrible. I killed three roaches within 5 minutes of entering room and ended up sleeping with a hoodie and socks on, fully covered, because the room was disgusting. You get what you pay for I guess, but I’d rather spend the extra money and stay at a competitor in the future.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Room wasnt cleaned. THEN they tried to tell me theres no refunds. What we assume to be the manager sat their reaffirming that theres no refunds, but we kept being told the manager was busy and wouldnt answer his phone.My attorney wife is spitefully displeased with their fraudulent behavior, and will be handling this herself. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

My 2 rooms were dirty.. specifically our bathrooms.. hair ( from the previous person who was there i belive) at the toilet and bathtub, dry toothpaste at the sink. No toilert paper, no towels, etc. we ask to be cleaned but, they never did it.. WORST HOTEL EVER.!!

Worse hotel ever. . They offer queen beds in They the page and we sleep in full size beds . Smell like old and mold . And in the morning we found a huge spider between my beds in the floor. They ask for a 100 dlls deposit . And was very eceptical about this refund ,take a few days but we receive back 🙌. No coming back to this hotel again🤨

Took them awhile to answer the door bell, the person couldnt find my reservation ... I paid through my app but the needed a 75 dollar deposit and all I had was 100 bill so I left them the 100 and when I checked out they gave it back but never went to check the room to make sure I didnt trash it.... So why take a cash deposit if they are not going to check

Had a great stay, Sonia the manager was very nice and the rooms were great. It’s very close to the refineries for workers and near the port as well. Rooms were very clean and it was nice and quiet. Definitely recommend to stay here. The price was great compared to other hotels and it was just what I needed.

Do not stay here! Hotel was disgusting... room smelled like smoke, there was no fire alarm, muddy foot prints all over the room, no handle to turn shower on, no chair in room to sit at the desk. Front desk refused refund as well. Please dont waste your time & go somewhere else

If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. Horrible place to stay. Horrible customer service and online information is misleading. Managers are rude, beds are not as described. Stay somewhere else. Also sketchy dude walking around cars looking through the windows.

Booked a 1 night stay and my husband went to go check in and they asked for a $100 deposit and will return to you 3 days after leaving. We were upset because that was not mentioned at all on the site we booked from. Then as we got to the room there was a bad leak in the ceiling right above the toilet.. bad experience, never booking again.

Not once did they clean my room I always had to ask for toilet paper and towels. Room had insects. I finally decided to leave because they did not respect my rate.

This hotel was not bad at all for the price. The beds were def not queen size though, maybe full size… everything was clean, although the room was old fashioned/outtdated again for the price was good! 10min from the beach and 6min to Denny’s 👌🏼

They are the sorriest place Ive been to and they took 45$ extra of my money from my credit card

THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!! THE ROOMS WERE DISGUSTING, HOLES IN THE WALLS, THE WHOLE ROOM WAS DIRTY OH AND NOT TO METION HOW RUDE THE STAFF IS, THEY COULD CARE LESS. THE POOL HAS NO WATER THE FIRE ALAMS DONT EVEN HAVE BATTERIES IN THEM, SO IF THERE WAS A FIRE YOUR OUT OF LUCK. AND THE ONLY THING THE OWNER DOES IS APOLOGIZE, THEY DONT TRY AND CORRECT ANYTHING NOR DO THEY REFUND!!!! BE AWARE OF THIS HOTEL!!! ALSO I DONT KNOW WHERE THEY GOT THESE PICTURES FROM ON THE WEBSITE BECAUSE THE HOTEL LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THIS!!! I REALLY HOPE THEY GET SHUT DOWN!!! THIS IS FAULSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! THEY ARE ROBBING PEOPLE !!!!

Worst hotel in Corpus I visited one a year. TV didnt work No towels in room glass was in room 230 bed 227 lights didnt work had to use bathroom lights 229 had one towel went down to get more towels was told 2 towels per room I booked three rooms. Very dissatisfied

Place is completely trashed. Methheads and homeless people sitting on each corner. Looks nothing like the pictures. Employees were extremely rude . I suggest not ever staying here.

What was once Rodeway is now OYO. Nice and affordable motel. You can tell they really cleaned up the place! Only thing is that the wifi is spotty, but other than that great experience and location.

Only good thing was there was a bed to sleep in. There was a dirty towel hanging in the closet from a previous guest. Thankfully it was only for one night. Book somewhere else though, pictures on website are deceiving!

Our stay at OYO Hotel Corpus Christi North I-37 was wonderful. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff made it a great experience.

I love everything about the place the staffs friendly they dont complain about noise and they arent pushy about checking your room not that I have something to hide I just like personal space the last motel I stayed at I felt suffocated they come every 2-4 days to check if u need something MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE WIFI CONSTANTLY GOING ON AND OFF the pools nice I love that they have a microwave, fridge ,closet and a big tv with a lot of cartoon channels for my kids the AC works perfect and the shower isnt bipolar

There was no towel, shampoo, and soap available in the room. Even though when I contacted the main office twice, no towel was delivered!You get what you pay for...

Staff was great their friendly. They help with problems in the room. We had a good stay will stay again.

Needs to be Updated with new things and water pressure sucks the toilet was wobbly and paint stains on the carpet and cable on TV sucked the Wi-Fi sucked and wouldnt let visitors swim in pool and didnt give the deposit back do not recommend this motel to anyone it sucked!!!!

Absolutely the worst hotel nothing worked right they advertised queen size beds and they give you a full size bed and then tell you youre lying that its not a full size its a queen your service absolutely horrible nobody there knows how to deal with your customer service people in front of us and behind us were complaining of similar things one man was holding a check out of one hotel and check in the early to the hotel he told that it wouldnt happen before 4:00 at the field at 10:30 in the morning check out one of our cash deposit back again 10:30 in the morning told us nobody could give us our money back until afternoon check out time is 11 have you can find some place to stay other than the Oyo on navigation and Highway 37 I recommend you do

I couldnt stay there it was so unsanitary and the receptionist Becky was very unprofessional had no shoes on and didnt want to refund anything eventhough I didnt stay there any of the 4 nights I had paid for I left as soon as I got there worst ever.

The room was not what pictures on line showed it to be. Is was pretty gross, I took pictures of all of the damage to make sure I don’t get charged for it.

Front desk employees were rude...its not pet friendly they charge extra for taking your dog. Pictures on the website are not like the rooms. False advertisement.

A lot of the rooms are falling apart I had to switch rooms because the toilet wasnt working and in the new room the a/c wasnt working.

The worst experience I had in a hotel. I paid 70 dollars.The Internet doesnt work, the TV doesnt work, they didnt give me towels and the light bulbs dont work. And the pool hasnt worked for years.

It was an unforgettable experience.From the moment you enter it smells like drainage.The beds according to them are new and they are oldLots of cockroaches!!!! The very arrogant lady at the reception went to complain because I asked for a room with two queen beds and they were full.THINK ABOUT IT 10 TIMES BEFORE STAYING HERE!!!! 🛑
