I have never seen so many beautiful black people packed in one place celebrating and enjoying their lives like this. It’s nostalgic I’m here and COMPLETELY LIT! Thanks to my promoter homie TIM me and my girls got in only having to pay $20 for parking, but if you don’t have a promoter plug expect to pay about $100 minimum to enjoy yourself here. Parking is $20, getting in is like $20-40, plus drinks and YOU GOTTA TRY THE FOOODDDD! (I haven’t yet, but peoples plates looked fire) I wanna go back just for the food! I heard the food is so good they even have a drive through around the back LOL. Shoutout to Charli in the kitchen! Highly Recommend.

The club is definitely a vibe unless you come in breaking rules. Almost never seen a fight, ALMOST! But we sure you’re connecting with the right promoter on your event! They may tell you parking is free when it’s really $20 😅Don’t park at the hotel or you will get towed! And lastly, if you went too hard on them shots and a fish sandwich, just gone and sleep in the car 😴 🚙!

Came down here from Minnesota august 9th looking at the reviews before hand I thought let’s give it the benefit of the doubt. So we walked in at first glance things seemed popping. We asked for a section and told them we wanted to do the deal on their flyer. Which was 2 bottles for $550 and free wings w/section. They proceeded to tell us that, they are booked and have full sections.Me I’m thinking oh it’s popping that’s even better, we just want the bottles etc so we proceed to buy bottles. After security checks us and we get escorted to the back high table top w/ booth seating (all tables had reserve on them) they stop and put us at a table top. Tell us they have our bottles coming out soon.Peeping the scene I begin to notice that the sections are packed out with people but no one’s buying bottles no one’s really spending any money everyone just smoking and looking at the next person.So finally our bottles come out (to the table top with the reserve sign still on it) NO FOOD ever came out either on the other hand we assume this is someone’s reserved spot so we standing kicking it with my people we drinking.Maybe like one other sections gets a bottle and the rest just having big smoke sessions just looking at us. All a bunch of people watching energy.So we get closer to the end and still no one has shown up for this (reserved section) so whole time we didn’t sit down we just standing up kicking it.When I say this was the WORST club vibe I’ve been had buying bottles. I’m talking about anywhere in the COUNTRY and INTERNATIONALLY TOO.The host was terrible because they put out false advertisement we never got our wings the sections weren’t even booked up and majority of the sections were taken up with people not spending any money toward the establishment.This by far was terrible even though me and my people shook it off and went to Waffle House after I definitely would not ever recommend anyone coming to HEADQUARTERS to get bottles and have privacy in your section.Go there to smoke and look at people and not spend any money.

The people in the club were Nice and a time was had😂 the girls that work. There are very pleasant and I love the 7 foot security guy. He made me feel so safe I think with J if I’m not mistaken.😂😂😂😂 oh and don’t let me forget to mention that the food is great from St. Louis and I don’t feel that safe in our clubs even on the 18 to 21 night a time was had😂😂 we went there for my homegirl’s birthday sober, and we left TOW DOWN😂😂😩 which means the drinks definitely be drinking😝😝😝

We visited this past weekend in had a blast. The DJ was 🔥🔥🔥 the drinks was good. Everyone was having a good time. We will definitely be back next time we visit

If you wanna have a good time you’ll need at least 300-400 to get a real experience and have a good comfortable time and let me break it down for you so parking is 20$ or 40$ valet parking then 20$ entry. Far as entry I wouldnt come @10 bc you’ll just be standing there till like 10:30 also they are very secure I like that they have a female security checking the women. now once inside there is NO free seating which a very rude server let me know. If you don’t get a table they have section area where they have a little bar top like area you can sit on but again it’s apart of the section so I’d ask the ppl who were there if me sitting there was oka which they weee nice. Tables are 100$ and must have a bill of at least 150$ sections with the couch sections are 200$ . Drinks were only good because the bartender was pretty and nice honestly and of course tips included for everything you order so like 50$ in tops really depends. Overall it’s a pretty good club but you need money they are not for the little money people at all and that’s just the honest truth

If I could give this place NO STARS I would. WARNING: DO NOT GO HERE! Bartenders be roofing the water. My niece girlfriend dont drink. I dont neither. We both asked for water. The water was cloudy looking. I asked why does it look like that. The bartender states its flavored water. I didnt ask for that. I left mines at the bar. My niece girlfriend drunk hers before I could say something to her. 20 minutes later she is stumbling and throwing up. She does not drink. It was about 7 of us we left right away. Besides the D.J couldnt read a room to change the music and security is very rude. It was on a Friday night I repeat if you go dont drink the water. But I would just skip this place altogether.

The Headquarters owner and staff provided an amazing experience for our party. The staff was accommodating, attentive and friendly, which isn’t common at all nightclubs.My daughter and her friends had a great time at her bachelorette party in the VIP section. The party was everything I had hoped it would be. HEADQUARTERS DELIVERED THE WOW FACTOR!I will definitely be back!

Went out with my girl here for the first time since I moved to Texas and absolutely loved it. Great drinks, good music, dj mr. Hit that stayed lit and good prices. All around great time.

I don’t do regular clubs & this reminded me why! Very ghetto, I felt overdressed the woman literally had on tennis shoes & the men there were looking very bummish. I never seen a whole bunch of creepy men in a club not even drinking just sittin there literally not doing anything just broke. The only highlight it was 420 friendly. Def for a certain “type” if crowd, not the grown & sexy. 🥴

Came in with the free before 12 flyer and the lady at the front desk copped an attitude and rudely interrupted me so I proceeded to state walking away “as long as there wasn’t any attitude” instead of her leaving it alone she was being racist and told me since I had an attitude I had to pay my way in NOWHERE in the policy or on the flyer states once you have an attitude you have to pay . The club itself was a great experience as always but she was very rude and there was no absolute reason why I should have paid because she felt like I had an attitude.

Friday supposed to be r&b night but it was definitely a mixture. Their Eventbrite says dress code but that’s a lie. Also, it’ll start getting smoked out around midnight so fair warning. And they automatically add gratuity to each check. Instagram said free parking, nope; $20.

So I’m from out of town. I was looking for somewhere nice to go for my husband birthday while we were in town we originally went to a place called lotus which was located directly upstairs from this establishment. When we got in to Lotus it was literally no one in there. So we hear music coming from the bar downstairs and we asked the lady was or okay for us to go down there she tells us yes. So we take the stairs down there, at the time not knowing it was a whole different establishment. So I went to the bar and got myself and my husband a drink. In the middle of my transaction we were approached my rude “security guards” treating us like criminals basically accusing us of sneaking in. He told us we had to leave and come back in through the front door and was making a big deal about it. I guess because it was a cover charge. However we didn’t know any of this we was told it was ok to come down. At this point the lady has my card because I was in the midst of buying drinks, so I told him he had to wait until I got my card back until I left. She finishes my transaction and hands me my card the security told me I had to leave my drink there until we checked back in he was very rude and hostile for no reason. We check back in through there security and paid the cover charge. Went back and the bartender was very polite she remade my drinks and told us about the specials they had from that point on it was cool , I ordered food and drinks which were great.

We ordered a hookah and less than 5 minutes of having said hookah, we were kicked out by the order of the hookah women because our hookah no longer worked and we had the audacity of bringing it to yhr staff’s attention … instead of fixing the hookah. She was irritated at the fact that we complained about our hookah was no longer working instead of fixing the hookah. Do not visit this establishment at all!

HEADQUARTERS lit!!! amazing experience with performances, staff and security. we had meals prepared for our party that all enjoyed and even took some home. Owners were in house, cordial and engaging with guests. DJ on point! Its a must do again!

It was by far the most disgusting venue Ive ever seen that serves food. There was tissue all over the bathroom floor, blood on the walls of the stall, stopped up toilets with feces in them, tissue rolls sitting on top of the dispensers. How they are still in busy, I have no clue. There should be a health inspector visit ASAP. They should not be allowed to serve food. The kitchen could not support food preparation. The food service was suspended within an hour of opening the venue.

The security guy is really rude. The big tall albino looking guy. We were trying to let him know that the people behind us wasn’t with us and he got really loud with and attitude!

Don’t come to this place expecting fine dine cuisine. The only Michelin star this place is getting is for their eclectic spread of baddies. Expect to make calculated… poor decisions followed by a night you won’t forget. Cheers!

Spent $100 to see summer walker and she didn’t perform a single song and everyone seemed broke . security checked us 3 times. nice ambience but not my vibe.

Happy hour is the best ever the owner Chris Poux was lit with us and said 2 dollars wells all night for everyone come here every Friday happy hour the one and only spot to be headquarters Dallas 🙌🏽🙌🏽

This place was terrible I would give it 0 stars. I assumed that it would be similar to park avenue, but it was nothing like it. The place doesn’t even have a dance floor anymore, it’s so ghetto and trashy for a nice size club. My brother came from Houston to party with me and I chose this place but was so embarrassed that I came up with the idea. We bought tables and a bottle at the door, then had to chance bottle girl down to receive our bottle. The bottle girl stated to have forgotten us, and that we weren’t the only ones. Then to only receive our bottle 45mins before closing with no juices, cups or ice and for them to take our bottle and throw it away. The only good part was the DJs music. For the money we spent, the atmosphere, the smell of weed, the vibe; we would’ve had more fun around the corner at South Cabaret. I would never recommend this place to anyone nor will I be returning .

The bottle girls are nice, music was ok and my drink was good but i will never go back to this establishment again. The club is completely unprofessional. Ladies apparently couldn’t bring purses in ( which should’ve been put on the club flyer)and we had to walk back to our cars to put our purses away, when we get back to the line it’s stated that there was a miscommunication and we could just bring small purses in which me and my friends had, The security had us dry sitting in line for nothing and they are way to touchy when checking women as we walk in. It was so unprofessional just the entire night. Security guards threatened to fight us because my big cousin didn’t want us walking to the car by ourselves while she waited on her food. So tacky, South Cab is a better option.

Couldnt like it, the dj played the same few songs every hour and talked over majority of them, nobody was able to dance, and the atmosphere sucked nobody could feel thr vibe of the club and people even left right after they walked in. I would highly not recommend for a first time club or one where you would like to dance. If you like to smoke and sit around this would be the place, other than that no.

Pros: Nice place and plenty of space inside. Music is great. The servers were very nice but I dont think they were coordinated so we kept getting asked by different servers if we want drinks.Cons: Parking is $20, then its $20 for the cover (no re-entry). And the drinks are definitely not worth the price. The security guard pats you down HARD and I personally do not think thats necessary.

It’s all hype. The club is very spacious but it’s not worth the $20 parking fee and $25 entry fee per person. Entered the club and no one is dancing and making it fun everyone is just standing around. Very much all about the hype not worth the money or the time. Plus over priced drinks… never again fr lmao.

Club was definitely lit! However we bought out the largest vip section in the venue and they gave us the most difficult time getting our 24 guest in… once we got in … the music was excellent… bottle service awesome but the security did not do a great job of deescalating drama… instead of finding the true source of confusion… they targeted the the wrong person… almost ruined our evening for no reason…I would suggest some conflict resolution classes and some customer service training… ppl remember how you made them feel!

We went Friday, April 1st and upon arrival was given a ticket for the buffet, we were escorted to our table and although there was a lot of waitresses, 20 minutes later no one came to our table to take our order and we decided to go to the buffet. As we got closer, you could see that there were now servers handling the food which is safe. Unfortunately the lack of food they served was comical. The item was fajita chicken, the gentleman providing the onions and peppers gave less than a quarter size in the center of the normal size flour tortilla, the next gentleman counted the four pieces of fajita chicken cut in half. I would rather pay for food than to be issued no food. I was embarrassed because I bragged about how great Park Avenue buffet used to be. it was almost 630 and they were already out of the queso and salsa, that went with the counted chips. they give a ticket so you go to the buffet once. Why call it a buffetThe DJ was great, I think they should have saved the band for Saturday who sounded great but preformed a lot of slow songs at 7pm on a Friday. The drink prices were also shocking 😐 I dont mind paying for a good drink, I love the 3 wheel motion, however a $12 Titos and tonic in a 3 Oz plastic cup is a little much. Needless to say, I was excited about checking out the new Park Avenue, but cant see me coming again. oh yeah and although there were 12 or more waitresses, we only had them come to our table once and that was after I asked if we can be next while she was at another table. only for it to take a full hour. Just disappointingAgain, the DJ was the highlight of the evening and just went to the bar. Oh yeah and they automatically add gratuity before you have the opportunity to tip.

I had a blast its definitely a must come to experience.

I have frequented this establishment for many years through all of the name/ownership changes. My recent first visit at HQ will be my last. The buffet is not a buffet, it’s once through the line to be served kiddie portions and auto gratuity on drinks without notice. It was always my go to for happy hour when visitors came to the city but I’m glad I checked it out beforehand.

Me daddy turned 77 and this is where he wanted to go for his birthday so we RSVPd to booths. We liked the atmospher, it was nice and laid back. Good music and great vibes. The food sucks horribly. We dont mind paying for what we want, but the waitress charged us for 4 extra drinks and then argued with us when we brought it to her attention. Its not happy hour because they already charge you $5 for the happy hour drinks then they add $1+change to each drink. They charge a high gratuity fee. Everything is false advertising. We went in this place planning to do two more birthdays at this place this month and we left saying well never go back. Dont like getting ripped off.

Man first time back in over two years for my birthday. Music was good and crowd was live but had to wait over 2 hrs for my Birthday bottle. Talked to several people around 11 pm and at 1 am still hadnt received anything..worst birthday experience.

The buffet is wack and very minimal. You can only go once and they will give you a kids size amount. The waitresses WILL tell you one price for the drinks and then overcharge you for the drinks and not even be apologetic about it. I think Honey was her name....girl youre not it. You have to pay before the drinks come out which is fine but if Im tipping nicely why am I watching the servers stand at the well looking crazy for 20-40 mins talking. The absolute WORSE service! There was a max of 20 guests and it took 30 minutes to grab two soft drinks. Whoever is management, please re-hire and get a better buffet. DJ was the ONLY good thing about the place. I wish I could give negative stars. TRASH!

I visited this nightclub on 1/21/23 which was a Saturday. I can’t speak on how this place is on a Friday night, but if you’re 30 and up and looking for a nice club this isn’t it. It was $20 to park in their parking lot and $10 to park across the street. This had to be the night for 18 and up since no dress code was enforced. We did have to get searched twice before entering and I’m sure that was because the crowd was so young. If I would have known women were not required to wear heels I would have put on Jordan’s or house shoes. The bartenders were just throwing drink prices out like it was an auction or something. If you ever been to JJ’s in Arlington this was exactly the same just a bigger space. Then at the end of the night we were told the bathrooms were closed and that we had to exit. Never in my life have I experienced anything like this .

DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE!! If i could give 0 stars i would! if you’re visiting dallas don’t come here to have fun. the security guards are so disrespectful. they jumped not only me but my bf and his brother and a couple of girls to make us leave. called us girl out of our names and not even 5 minutes in the club they kicking us out but fighting us. they not once tried to tell us professionally to leave if we were a problem they pushed us and fought so aggressively. left the club with some scratches and a bruise. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLUB AT ALL!!

It was merely ok. First off we rsvp for “free entry” but when my friend and I got to the front they absolutely insisted we purchase a $40 table, which was very wobbly and the waitress only attended to us 1 time out of 4hrs. Throughout the night we had to get our own drinks and food. The buffet was no such thing, it was ran through chicken nuggets and watermelon. At 6 they were out of everything. Not to mention the waistresses were tipping themselves. My order would be $10-$11 when they brought the final receipt it would be $12-$13. The music was ok. Heavy women to men ratio. Maybe it was the night I went (June 24) but it was kinda wack.

Love the new management and the all star line up they’ve been having there! No dress code is a huge play and I’m almost 40. I’ve always hated dress codes… let me be me!!! Great job new owner! I know I’m old but I had to go see Finesse “2of em” !!!!

This place has so much potential. Whoever runs it should be fired. You need to hire a customer success manager. A lot of people come in hopes of a similar vibe of what headquarters once was. I went to the Friday happy hour and there was nothing happy about it. They changed the entry fee form $5 to $10. I paid $41 for 2 drinks. The bartender never mentioned only about 5 wells were actually on the happy hour menu. When I asked for the menu she couldnt find one. The Buffett is no longer a buffet. More like Lubys cafeteria. There are only 5 options, mainly starch. And there is someone serving you telling you you can only have a little bit, they literally told us we could have one chicken wing. I asked for an extra roll, and these were a fresh open pack of Hawaiian rolls and they told me no, only one per person. The food was not good. On top of that there were only 30 people in there. Everyone I interacted with said they would never come back. Also, the place was filthy. I know they had just opened for the day cause we arrived around 7pm. The tables were dirty and the restrooms were dirty, kind you the place was empty.Stop advertising a Buffett when there is not one, stop advertising happy hour and not letting people know what drinks are apart of the happy hour and whats not. The place is too big to be sooo empty. Build a customer base first. Maybe allow free entry to get the crowd back. Stop being cheap and bring back the real Buffett. Nobody wants to go anywhere and pay $15-$20 for a drink.

Im here right now and hate the experience. Happy Hour buffet was supposed to be fro. 5-7 at 6:45 food was being put up with no other food options available. Paid $10 to eat and couldnt. And everywhere I go if I order a drink, taste it and dont like it sending it back is easy, they offer to make me something else free nope not here I had to pay $5 for another drink even though the original drink costs more than the one she made. And dont get me started on how ridiculous the restroom was the place didnt open until 5pm and it is just 7:36pm why are women having to pass tissue around like a church offerening. Wont be back!

They need more food for Happy hour. They only offered two meats with three sides for 10 dollars. Buffet is all you can eat. Please contact the old owners of Park Ave for advice. Not trying to be rude but I was upset about that.

Ever since this establishment has changed its name to Headquarters, the quality of it has went downhill. Its $20 to park, no matter what time you get there, and they no longer have the other lot across the street open to park for free. They tell you that they dont even monitor the lot you pay them to park in. On Friday nights, when ordering and getting food, it takes well over an hour no matter what you order, and the woman that takes your order is drinking liquor while taking orders. The cook may or may not cook your food thoroughly because people were complaining that their wings were raw inside! Then on a Saturday I came for a bday party and it was even worse. I got there way before 10pm. The section we rented was dirty. The floor wasnt vacuumed, the table wasnt wiped down, nor were the benches we sat on. I went to the restroom (before 10pm) and it was nasty. There are several stalls in their restrooms, and all of them hadnt been cleaned, the floors were dirty and wet, no toilet paper in almost every stall, and the sinks had no soap or paper towels! If the club just opened how does this go without being done? With the astronomical amount of money this club charges customers to park, charges for a cover charge, charges for tables, charges for drinks, and charges for food, how can the quality of this business be so incompetent? I dont have a business, but know way more about how a business should look and be ran when you have paying people come into the building! Ive been coming here for years, and bring people here from out of town, but I wont anymore.

I wish Id taken a picture of the ridiculous line I just left for New Years Eve. After nearly an hour, still nowhere near the front, so I finally gave up and left.Hadnt been there in a few years (and since it became Headquarters), so wasnt expecting all of the changes including the parking.$40 for REGULAR parking on the clubs property. $20 to park by the hotel/motel across the street, $30 across the other street in the lot that used to be free.Im pretty sure not only would I have rung in the new year in that stupid line, Id still be in it when the club closed at 2am.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Please don’t waste your time or money . Very disappointed and never coming back ever again . Came here for a birthday left super dissatisfied. Service was terrible and couldn’t even get our drinks we ordered. Couldn’t speak with anyone higher up , even after we left . All employees had attitude and did not make us feel welcome. One of my guest left there debit card at the bar still open tab and they closed out the tab and the bar lost her card. 0 stars for me. Very very poor rating from me.

This place is definitely a location to express your birthday or any special occasions! This place is hyped and live, the entertainment is something you really feel to enjoy the night. Chief is one of the dopest person I have met. This guy brings the energy to the max! Get the drinks, get the hookahs they are fire!

We would come here when the name was Beemers, and Park Avenue. This was the go to spot. Now all I can say is The worst.They charge for tables, but you have to move. Booths are $375. But we sat there for $60. Was made to move no one showed up. Plenty of booths. They add gratuity without you knowing. Say it’s top shelf liquor it’s not. If that was not enough. They didn’t have paper in the bathroom. Just ridiculous. I won’t return. Not a good experience.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. All guests have to pay $20 for parking, it’s probably more for Valet. The security guards flash their flashlights in your face when the time at your table is up instead of talking to you like human beings. People with epilepsy and sensitive eyes should avoid this place at all costs. The bar tenders are bad, understaffed, and the lines to get a drink are ridicules. The crowd is definitely at the bottom of the totem pole. This used to be a fun place but now its over priced and ran down. Security it’s ignorant and treats people poorly. I observed all of this within one hour, I left early.

I went on Friday at happy hour and stayed until later. The DJ is horrible at transitions. He really needs to work on his craft. The order of song selections was also bad.The band was good. Nobody was dancing so I was bored.

The high ceilings and spacious venue seem nice, at first. But the sticky floors are not the only problem. Headquarters management has sticky fingers as indicated by the surprise on my bank account when a $30 charge appeared as $60 without notice or my approval. Anyone who has visited this establishment, please check your bank or credit card statements. Dispute the bogus charges AND report this group to your local Better Business Bureau.

I had a great time , great music, hookah was on point and overall I felt I could turn up or just chill. Highly recommend! Especially if you want cool vibe!

I just left here and had a really good time with minimal things that were like ehhhh. This crowd was very mature and appeared to be 30+ which was a breath of fresh air because it’s hard to find a decent environment without 20 yr olds. The band Intense was straight fire and did an amazing job & the dj understood the assignment and kept the same vibe going thru out the night ( no twerking thotish music). If you are 40 & older he played all the old jams we use to vibe to. I didn’t partake in the buffet but good grief the wait time to get a drink is ridiculous. They need more bartenders literally .One bar has bigger cups and the other bar has small cups so drinks come in different sizes but same price. When you order a drink order 2 or 3 more right then and there otherwise you’re going to wait at least 30 mins. Next, the waitresses were not dressed sophisticated/classy as posted on the flyer. In fact their dress code is the exact opposite of the crowd they draw and the vibe that’s presented. Their attire is similar to twin peaks or hooters smh. I saw food coming out of the kitchen and the wings and fish looked AMAZING. The kitchen does well time wise and kept up with the demand. I saw lamb chops and those things are itty bitty and I wouldn’t bother ordering them. It appeared to be the size of 2 McDonald’s chicken nuggets literally. The restroom had water all over the floor and had no toilet paper. I hard to borrow from the next stall over smgdh. Overall the good out weighed the bad and I’ll return.

The place was a nice place. The music was ok it was a mix of old and new. The lady’s bathroom had an awesome person that had all the essentials a women may need and all u had to do was just leave a tip. The place was spacious compared to other in door clubs. Their sections are also nicer then most. It is a great place for birthday parties

Definitely not what I expected. The buffet is not a buffet and thats literally what I came for. Not going to lie... I expected Beamers😂😂😂 I wanted unlimitedly wings and shrimp pasta. They did give pasta though but🤢🤢🤢 NOPE!Besides that we had another hiccup but it was quickly fixed. Maybe happy hour isnt the time for me to go next time. Ill go later on after I eat some real food 😂😂😂😂 Ill be back Headquarters. Since the buffet is whack please start the other food section before 9pm. It needs to start at 5 as well.Also also the hookah was BOMB 🥰🥰🥰

This place is absolutely overrated!! Happy Hour free before 7 pm right. Welp not true! Paid 10 bucks for parking and then for a table 40 bucks. Oh then its 9 pm you gotta go its an additional 200 bucks if you stay beyond that right. Ok the drinks sucks and expensive. Not worth the trip or money!!

Where to start with this hot mess...Ok so lets begin with false advertisement. We RSVP for free entry and a free buffet for Friday. Got there and my friend who was ahead of us by 10 min was charged 20 to park and we were charged 10 when we arrived..so which is it? Second...got in there at 545 and after learning it wasnt a real buffet this place had the audacity to be out of certain foods. Again it was 545...they JUST opened at 5...how are u not prepared just one hour in? Took me and friends an hour to get through the line. Thats poor management and organization period. Moving on, food was salty. The Mac n chz was good but thats Abt it. Nothin was there for Vegans or ppl who DNT eat meat and drinks were 10+ ...so thats Def not happy hour. O lets not forget the sound system was trash and kept cutting off on DJ Reece. Lastly employees should look just like that... employees...i wasnt sure if I was on a Disney channel set or a lil bossie video. Mayb hire some professional staffing. In a nut shell the whole experience was just a mess and definitely not worth what we spent just to park. And all 25 of my associates who came for a birthday party would agree. I doubt I attend again. When the music kept cutting off they kept saying..we only been open two weeks......Being open two weeks doesnt excuse all the very unprofessional things that occurred all night. When ppl pay their money no one wants to hear excuses why things are not in good decent order. As an event planner myself I just DNT think they were prepared to open ....still Just needs alot of work. Thats my opinion.

I have gotten a few section for the past few years for my birthday. I love park ave it’s super fun . But this past weekend I wasn’t having a good day but the lady in the table check out room I think her name was Georgina (something like that lol) she was super sweet and really turned my day upside so I could enjoy my birthday! Definitely a place to be especially Friday’s now !

Horrible customer service. Not like park ave. Parking cost now, bottle of water is $8, its not a buffet anymore, hookah cost $55 even though hookah lounges are mostly $25! Theyre trying to get money any way they can. I wont be returning

Gave them 3 tries and all 3 times were horrible. Everyone Ive talked to has said the same thing when it comes to happy hour. Its like they dont care or they dont know how to run a business when it comes to happy hour. You dont run out of food on a buffett line an hour after you get started. You dont ration out food like you on a budget plan. thats why alot of people go to happy hour. The security act like they are prison .guards at rikers island. And its laughable how some of these other positive posts get sprinkled in to make the review rating higher. I smell shadiness on those reviews and its sad that a club has to do that so they dont have a low ranking review. Get your act together and make this a real happy hour spot.

This is the hottest place in Dallas. I went last Saturday and it was off the chain!!! The drinks wast the bomb!! my bottle girl Charms was lit she took care of me all night!I’m definitely coming back for my birthday!!!

Buffet??? False advertising!! Do not go for the buffet!! Youre better off going to Furrs. They are serving you 1 plate of, it looked like frozen food they popped in the oven and I say looked because we got in line at 6 and they ran out of food twice before we got to the serving table at 7 and by then they ran out of their little chicken strips or fish or whatever it was, so we were left with mac n cheese and rice. We just wasted 20 bucks so lets enjoy some music, well the dj lost power 2 or 3 times. I just have to laugh. Will NEVER go back!! Save your money!

So because the promoter messed up on the flyer we still had to pay to get in on ladies night. Its free before 11 not 1130. Came when they first opened, buffet was garbage, line so long by the time we sat down to eat it was time to leave. They started charging $20 to park in the parking lot now, and sections/bottles are separate fee & dont make no sense. Tried to give it another shot but doubt i come back. Not worth it, Dallas got way more to do.

Nice venue. First time visiting was for my mothers birthday. We were content with the reservation they gave us. The bottle service was amazing. It was a bit crowded when we were there, but then again, it was a Friday evening. The restrooms were well managed; security was attentive. Ill be visiting this location in the future.

Ive been coming to this club ever since it was Beamers. The buffett line only had 2 people serving food to hundreds of people. Please go back to the old buffet styles. There was not a great selection of food. In passing years the buffett always had something for everyone. My friends and I stood in line over an hour just to get chicken and some grape and slice orange.

We went there Saturday night, paid $100 for valet and after we were done they directed me to my car only to find out my window was busted and my bag stolen. It happened to 5 other cars as well. The reason i pay for valet is for safety of my car they refused to fix my window or give me back my money. Don’t waste your time here never again.

Small food portions served with ice cream scoopers. Food dont come out until 7pm so you better eat before you arrive. This Happy Hour is the most boring snooze fest in the DFW. Don’t waste your time or coin going here. It was 20 to park and 40 to get in and definitely not worth it. The one drink I got was watered down and not worth the 15 bucks.. again save your money and find somewhere else to go… Only went because a girlfriend was celebrating a Birthday. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My girls and I are from Washintgon DC and we wanted to do a nice happy hour on Friday. We arrived at Park Avenue on a Friday for happy hour and they wanted to charge us $10 to get in. We’ve never heard of paying for happy hour. And then the bouncer told us that two of my friends couldn’t get in because they had on sandals with “no back”. Apparently if you don’t sandals with backs, there’s no “ankle support”. So we asked for the manager because we had no idea about the dress code. And the manager was very rude despite the fact we told her we were from out of town. But long story short, rude staff and manager and dumb dress code.

This is the place to go if you are looking for R and B hip hop and old school music. On Friday nights they generally cater to an older crowd from 5 to 8:00 p.m. with a pretty extensive buffet. It has several options ranging from chicken to Alfredo pasta to chips and dip and even desserts. It usually is $5 for the buffet or a maybe 10 I cant remember exactly but definitely no more than $10. After 8 oclock on Fridays the crowd gets a lot younger and it is the same on Saturday. As far as I know there is no club activities on Sunday night.

Okay cool place great vibes, great service but y’all need a new dj. He plays the same kind of music all night nothing new and on top of that just does too much with the sound effects like just mix the music and let people just dance and have fun.

First time there was a blast! Drinks were amazing , DJ was hot and jamming all night! The best part was that they had hookah and IT WAS 🔥🔥. Shoutout to the “Chief”, for the hookah services!

If I were you I would not spend my money here they charge you and give you a wrist band but once you leave they charge you to come back in and act they don’t remember and say the wrist band is only for drinks a total rip off DO NOT go here!!!!! They also charge certain people different prices

My family and I went to the club on last Saturday and that particular DJ was not giving us the vibe we were looking for. The Friday night DJ has always been live to me. We didnt find 1 song that made us want to rush to the dance floor, but we still enjoyed ourselves like always. The club is nice and luxury. And the atmosphere is nic . You will enjoy yourself.

Headquarters is an unorganized rip off it’s not anything like Park Ave… First off parking is $20… we PAID for a section and waited over 45 minutes for the bottles that came WITH a PAID SERVICE.. we then wanted to order ANOTHER BOTTLE but our server never returned so WE had to go to the bar for our own shots… we waited 2 hours for a PAID for hookah that NEVER was brought to our section! We ordered and PAID for food that was NEVER delivered to our section… but our server did clean the table and took the ice bucket when no one was around!!! AND THE MANAGER HAD NO CARE IN THIS MATTER TO FIX THE SITUATION!! NEVER A F’ING GAIN!!!!!

Went to the Friday happy hour for a pre birthday celebration. Had a good time. Drinks were reasonable but STRONG. Lol thats not always a bad thing. Buffet was really delicious. Great experience and will most defiantly be going again.

Coming from Baltimore, Maryland to here, this was a very classy place. The food was great for happy hour and the place was clean. Handsome security guards that looked the part and lots of space for dancing. The only thing I did not like was the music. In Baltimore we play a different kind of music. But everyone else seemed to enjoy it. Lots of booty popping music. I am sure the men like that ....lol

Paid for two tables. Stayed in line for the longest. Never Again. A waist of our time and money. Had to bring in the new years standing in line even though our tables was already paid for. Smh

My sisters and I had a great time here Friday night! There were 4 of us (3 traveled to Dallas) celebrating my sisters birthday. To be honest we were very skeptical after reading the reviews. Although we are always on point when we venture out, some reviews made it sound as though you have to pass a thorough spotlight inspection to get in. And that if youre not African American you get treated subpar but that was not our experience. We showed I.Ds then were approached by (Im assuming) the club manager, given wristbands and escorted to the VIP section where our first round was on the house. It was very refreshing to visit a place for the first time and be welcomed so warmly. The drinks were far from weak and more reasonably priced then anywhere Ive ever been. $5 for a Cosmo, $6 for Cape Cod!! Bartenders were very polite and efficient. The crowd was great. No drama, no fights. Of course theres always the people who do the most. The occasional panty shot. Nothing unusual. Overall the place is spacious, the bar designed to accommodate many customers at the same time so no waiting 15 minutes to get a drink, great staff, clean restroom (at least in VIP) and great crowd. My only suggestion for improvement would be the dj. He played great music but just when people got excited about a song he switched it. And he talked a bit to much instead of just letting the music do the talking. But all in all we had a blast and are so glad we chose to visit this place on our trip! We will definitely return next time we are in Dallas.

The Venue is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I was there for the Happy Hour. Arrived around 6:15pm. Parked for FREE, entry FREE, Buffet FREE. All that was promoted was adhered to. Great night❤

Happy Hour is the Grown Folks!!!!! 5pm to 10pm. The food is awesome the well drinks does the trick so for about $25 or less you can ball on a budget.Very strict on attire so just like you almost going to church minus the jacket and tie.

Ummm, so they brought back the HH/Buffet Park Ave used to have on Fridays. So NOW, you get a Buffet ticket which means you can only go through the line ONCE and the food was very bland. Total kids menu food: Tiny Chicken Strips or Brisket(one or the other), Mac&Cheese, Mashed Potatoes(no gravy), Green Beans and a Salad. KIDS MEAL!!!!!

My 1st nightclub since I moved to Texas. Very beautiful inside, the waitresses were very polite. Staff is awesome. Ty, when my family comes to Texas, I will definitely bring them here.

Great place to have fun! Sound system is good! Drinks are a little on the pricey side. Roomy and not stuffy like some clubs I have been to. I had a fabulous time!! I would go back and recommend it to others.

Two of my lady friends and I attended this venue on Saturday the 8th. The experience left a lot to be desired. If a business says grown and sexy in the party experience then that is what it should have been. The visit was far from it! Some people were dressed like it was a house party, wearing snap backs, sneakers, tee shirts, and sagging jeans which according to the dress code were not acceptable attire. There was also weed smoke in the air and the VIP section is very clustered together. Think twice about attending this venue if you really want experience a grown and sexy atmosphere.

SAD! They advertised a free lavish buffet NOT!!! they had 5 items. Chicken and fish were ok. Greens were salttyyyyy and tough, red beans/rice weregross. Macaroni/cheese tasted like spoiled milk. Advertised $3 well and DJ also announced the same but waitress said wells were $5 and DJ was told to change his announcement as well. Waste of time and money. They dont have a web page or a Google search. What kind of business is this?

I have fun when I go but have had bad experiences with the staff when trying to book tables. The people that answer the phone this time Deserai* not sure if that how to spell* But they are rude and not very accommodating or forth coming with details. There are too many other clubs to choose from. the website is misleading telling you to call to get a customized packed when there is only 2 options $100 table or a $450 table.... where are the other options? you also have to go in person and pay cash I have heard of people reserving tables only for there not to be any available the day of.

Really a nice club. The music is right and the security is pretty tight. You can dance the night away or get an exclusive suite if thats your thing. I love the fact that there is a dress code because it keeps the mood classy and nice. Its one of the very few hip-hop clubs in Dallas that does not have strippers. Great for birthdays and Ive heard good things about the happy hour.

I love going to park ave on a Friday for the happy hour from 5 to 8. The crowd is grown and sexy. Mostly ppl just getting off work and wanna have fun. The food, music and drink are all good. When I go it never fails I have a blast and get tipsy lol

So I went tonight and bought two sections. Celebrating for a Birthday party. There so called Bouncer Provoked a altercation with the people I payed to get in. We werent even in the club for an hour. They assaulted the women and the men in my party. As we were leaving the bouncers hit one of my friends in the face. Picked up tables and the sad thing the two officers that were working tonight. Didnt do anything about it. We payed for our sections came to your establishment to have fun and celebrate someones Birthday. Im so in disbelief that things result to this. I will be filing a police report in the morning and taking legal action as well. They were totally out of line. When I asked the bouncer what is going on he bald his fist up as if I did some thing wrong to him. I advise anyone who wants to go out and have a good time. Please spend your money elsewhere and not at this club. NEVER GO TO THIS CLUB!!!!! Lets see if the owner will comment or contact me directly. They do have my contact information! I want my money back asap payed for liquor that we didnt even dink wasnt even in the club a whole hour. So this is how you treat your customers? Friday evening happy hour food is the BEST! The girls working the front dont seem to be as friendly/upbeat/bubbly as other venues Ive attended but they ok. The DJ is good. Videos run throughout the night. Nice grown crowd that transforms into more ratchet the later it gets, which I dont mind since a party aint a party til its ran all thru. Dance-floor gets packed at times, which is good. Plenty of seating, and that helps when you rocking those heels. Good spot for the three times a year I attend....as some of my friends enjoy getting a booth for their birthdays and have gotten them free sometimes and thats a plus!

Purchased a section and the club sold my section and I still have not received a refund. Don’t buy no section from them. Very unprofessional, I purchased my section through Patrick Williams(Patmakinmoves) in person 2 months ahead of time inside of headquarters. 5 hours before my event was suppose to start I got a text saying there was a last minute buyout and no refund and it’s been 2 weeks still nothing

This place is a joke. We had a charter bus full of 40 people and they turned a few of us around just because they had dressy flats on. They were willing to let $400 dollars walk out the door over 3 people wearing flats on.Of course we took our business elsewhere.

Second time there, no doubt first time was better or I wouldnt have returned. Took hubby for bday with 3 girlfriends dressed to the nines in tights, dresses, heels, hair did....and lots of money to spend. I get that its a black club and Im white. So I expect some looks, side glances...Whatever. but we were treated like trash. Escorted to the farthest back Booth possible. Then a waitress rudely told us we had to leave as the table was reserved, as obviously it seemed we didnt deserve the table. I advised it was reserved for us, no apology or anything she just walked off. Couldnt buy an actual bottle of liquor jus premix crap because theyd sat us so far back. They said we could test the premix so I asked for whiskey and vodka. They brought tequila and vodka, then bitched at me that they were told thats what I asked for. Said she would be back with the whiskey... Never saw her again. Thefree champagne with a bday table is the biggest bottle of disgust in the world. Instant headache from one sip...Trash. only thing positive were cold beers from the bar close to us that we went and got ourselves. Ive never felt such rude disregard. Felt very discriminated against, which is rather unfair as I would and have never treated others that way. Racism goes both ways. Good looking, friendly, customers that wanted to spend money... Well not at this place.

My first visit was to celebrate my daughters birthday and Dress code is a joke... The women have to wear heels on Saturdays but men can wear tennis shoes, casual shoes and whatever else..That needs to be re-evaluated because women can be grown, sexy, professional and mature in flats.. (Im not saying flip flops or things like that) The venue is nice and spacious but there is double standards. I wonder how would they treat a disabled person who may want to come in but cant wear heels??? Understand its all about how a person carry themselves because heels dont make a person mature...

I really don’t wont give this place a star but I have too to comment. I purchased a booth & Hookah. We have not seen the waitress since she brought the hookah. I went to the area where wechecj in for the both 3 times to address my concerns and all 3 times they proclaim that some one of as coming. No one showed up. If it wasn’t for my class mate Dave checking on me the table would have been full of dirty baskets from food. They say no tennis shoes or shoes with white soles or even Jordan’s ... that’s I seen all red Jordan’s, Levi’s canvas shoes and shoes with white soles. Because of this restriction a lot of my pole didn’t show .... sMh

Here right now 12/17/2021 as we speak paid, for tickets from Everbrite to see Summer Walker. The tickets required us to be here before 11pm, we arrived at 9pm, stayed in line for 2 hours!!!! Finally get to the door, the door guy told us they’re no longer accepting the Everbrite tickets!! My husband and is had to pay $60 each to get in!!!!! No one offered a refund for our tickets!

The DJ plays the same music every Friday night. After paying for parking, entrance and for expensive drinks, one should at least be able to enjoy a good Dj set. Disappointing.

The cover charge was not a killer! The food was delicious!! The women were beautiful and friendly!!! The atmosphere was Electric!!!! Definitely my place to party from now on when Im in Dallas Texas.

Park Avenue is just average. Its nothing upscale about it. I liked the old beamers better. The dj is not good in my opinion the music is cool but he only plays snippets of each song. As soon you start dancing he is on to the next. The bouncers are rude for no reason. The drinks and food are ok. Its cool if you cant find anywhere else to go but not a top pick.

Place is so disorganized, traffic is horrible. People just stand around in there and not dance and when they do it be for a few minutes. I highlynot recommend this club left this club on new years eve and went to the gay club and had a blast. Security is rude, when i say security is a joke they are seriously a joke you can so easily get a weapon by them. I was laughing and they was trying to figure out why. I thought it was funny. And they over capacitate thw club if there was a fire or shooting i can say alot of people would get killed and hurt.

When I asked how come they get to go in Bald head door man responded because they are a regular here. I couldnt get in during happy hour because I had slip-on flats(toes, sides and back of feet were covered), but my friend had flat boots on and that was ok. The lame excuse I got was boots are ok because the whole foot is covered. How stupid is that?? If I had heels on the same about of foot would still be exposed so how is that any different?? Nowhere on the website does it say no flats allowed!! I would not have had flats on if I hadnt injured my foot. Maybe they should add flats to the list of things not allowed.***No Hats, T-Shirts, Hoodies, Athletic Wear, Shorts, Sandals, or Tennis Shoes***

The venue is albeit nice and all but why the hell do I have to wear heels on Saturday?? What if someone breaks their ankle(s) or they just can’t walk in heels. I feel like it’s a stupid rule and needs to be re-evaluated again

Everytime im in town this is a preferred nightclub my friends and i. Always exciting , music is on point , both old school and up to date. A good variety of ages here. Bar staff is fast and courteous. Security is very attentive and swift. Table and bottle service and VIP. The only drawback for me personally is some times its tooo crowded. And dance floor sometimes has more traction than astroturf on cleats. Other than that its a good spot to go for meeting new people, hip hop and R&B. If you wanna dance all night this is your spot.

My husband had his birthday party here and they have what they call a strict dress code as well as too many other out of this world rules, however, I saw womens private parts and too many other things I choose not to see at an establishment that calls themselves upscale. This club is far from upscale, if you all want to be upscale you should try visiting some real upscale clubs and try it again. I will never again waist my time nor money here. It is just a dressed up Beamers. At 11:30 it became very RATCHET and I could have left had we not had guest there. You live and learn that looks are deceiving.

I always go to Park Ave for a good time. I have never had an issue here until recently. When we come, we always purchase a table and many drinks. We buy food and we contribute to the success of this club. With that being said, I feel they need better bouncers. I dropped my drivers license on the way out and was looking for it when the bouncer who was completely unprofessional and had no customer service skills told me I needed to go and not block the area. When I told him I was looking for my DL that I just dropped, he looked at me and said irregardless (not a word) of what youre doing, you need to go. I dont care. I kept looking for my DL and when I found it I told him it wasnt that serious and I left. This might be the last time I come here. I would much rather go somewhere that is more upscale than be treated like that all because I was looking for my DL. This happens to so many people. Im tired of people abusing their power. No one was fighting. No one was fussing. I was simply looking for my DL. So bouncer, instead of flashing your flashlight in my face, you shouldve flashed it at the floor so I couldve found my DL faster.Smh.

Ridiculous dress code rules. I got turned away because I was wearing Jordans. The guy in front of me who was also wearing Jordans got in. They said it was because he had a VIP section (according to him by word of mouth). The 2 gentlemen behind me were wearing Timberland boots and all black Air Force Ones and both got in. This place is bogus. Not worth the trip much less the hassle.

Went on a Friday night while visiting Dallas and had a great time. Such a diverse crowd, and you didn’t feel like you were standing on top of eachother. Music catered to everyone old school to current.

Only reason I didnt give a 5 is because the DJ or Im not sure of there is more than one, but I was there last night, everything was fire and the music was wack. Many people made requests, lots of kappas wanted to step and he would not take requests. On top of that, your playlist was garbage. Not the 1st time this has been the case at park ave. So please get new DJs

HeadQuartersDallas.....This is the hottest spot I have been to .....from start to finish I had an absolutely great time....security had everything on point from the outside to the inside.....bartenders where fast and on top of every drink they made.....clean and clean smelling staff made sure everything and everyone was good and well

If you like hood you will love this place.. No dance floor smoking and drinking. Its like a kick back in the club

Service was horrible! I waited for over an hour to order a bottle. I am used to better service when trying to spend money. I am usually a great tipper ... (Not tonight) I was here for a birthday party and I doubt I will return.

Not nearly enough seating, buffet is pretty good but not well maintained theres food all over the table. Good music nice atmosphere. Security in full effect.

Sad.. I went last night. Had a good time and on the way out one of the bouncers got mad cuz my girl told him she wasnt interested after he tries to holla at her. He gets mad calling her out her name ect. I get upset & confront him this guy yells out MF Ill sleep you.. & Carrys on being disrespectful. Used to travel way down to Dallas just to visit this establishment years ago when it was Beamers. Came back after a long while to hit up Park ave and boy do I miss the old Beamers and the crowd! Maybe it was just a bad night cause Memorial Day weekend however I visited this past Friday and quickly noticed that this is more of a place to come to as a couple or something. There are still many hott chicks who come here but they all seemed to be taken and did not wanna be bothered to say the least... No longer a spot to come to to party and rake up the numbers like the old Beamers. Guys, unless ur bringing a date here I wouldnt come here to flirt. Better off going to one of the younger ratchet clubs like Pryme Bar to have a decent time. Wont be back here anytime soon. Establishment was nicely renevated tho.

Okay so I like this club but they got me so pissed because....Just think of getting ready, driving 30 mins. away, get to the club, waiting in line cold as hell for 30 mins., get to the front, the male Security looks down at my feet and says u cant get in with those. I was wearing womans high heel black laced wedges. I asked him what do you mean I cant get in with these they are high heels. He said yes but they are wedges.That was my second experience of going there with that same outcome. The first time I had worn dressy stylish thong flats. So yes, verrrrrrryyyy strict dress code!!!!

Went there last night for a friends bday party and it was way better than I initially expected. They definitely redeemed me from the last time I went and they wouldn’t let me in because I was a month from being 23.

I use to go all the time when it was park ave. I went July 1 2022 and it is terrible first of all its not a good buffet like park ave was and the music caters to a young crowd not real adults and no old school music videos if youre over 25 I wouldnt waste my money

Congrats to HQ Dallas for kicking off their Fridays on a great note! It may be a new regime but you guys get exactly where to pick up where everything was left off. Im definitely coming back.

Nothing like the old Park Ave. The food is horrible you get a half scoop of this or that or a half piece of meat if they serve one and the drinks are mainly juice. Bring the old owners back!!

I was turned away because i didnt have on a 2 inch or better heel. I have health issues which cause me to not be able to walk in heels at times. What makes matters worse is that they told me if I were 42 mins early I would come in with my shoes I am currently wearing.

Ive been to this club a number of times and each time I feel the exact same way abouted. I honestly feel this place is overrated! It is a mix crowd with young and older people which its nothing wrong with that. Its just not what ppl hype it up to be.

Man Park Ave used to be lt not sure what happened over the last year. Good club with fine women, but rarely anyone dance and the music is the same every day.

Fun! Music is extremely loud but the crowd and atmosphere is hype. Young to middle aged crowd. Go for a great hip hop experience

Horrible experience! A fight happened while I was there and security was not fast enough to stop it plus they didnt let us leave the building! I bought a concert ticket that was suppose to start at 9pm and at 1am they said it was cancelled! Horrible service they couldve told us ahead of time! Dont recommend anyone to go here!

Multiple ladies have been saying they were being drugged here by the surrounding people and bar tenders this place should definitely be investigated by the police , very dangerous especially for the women !!

Racist club. Apparently if youre not African American youre not welcomed here. I was asked to leave for partying with my Hispanic and White friends, they did not tell us the reason to be kicked out, but soon we realized we were kicked out to fi more black girls inside the venue.

Security manager stole my damn phone. I asked them can I return inside to look for my phone and dude went inside “looking” for it and my lost phone gps started moving towards me when the security was walking towards me. Pathetic bastereds! I hope they die.

Really good spot to go and enjoy good food in a venue thats big enough to feel comfortable in. The prices for a booth are affordable, the staff is friendly and drinks are top notch
