They were fabulous! Had my first reflexology session today and it felt amazing. Definitely taking my grandma here as a mothers day treat.

Find it hard to believe my therapist was licensed. This was not reflexology. And I have no idea what she put it my hair, nor did she ask to put anything in my hair.. but it was completely matted together and dry afterward. Worst mistake coming here to relax.

Got an amazing massage from Trish and felt like I was on a cloud as I was leaving! 10 out of 10 would recommend, Ill definitely be going back!

There is a reason there’s only 25 reviews! careful the OWNERS IYOKS NEED BALANCED! She was impatient from the beginning, upon check in because I booked pedicure instead of mani/pedi. Her tone and body language were intimidating as I was trying to decide-saying HURRY YOUR APPOINTMENT IS AT (had to look) 4 and it’s 3:59…so make up your mind!I settled for just get the pedicure that day, was told I could book the rest in the future since I bought a Groupon for $152 for 2 mani pedis-I just wanted to book the second mani pedi and The owner actually TOLD ME THEY ONLY GET A FRACTION OF WHAT GROUPON GETS (it’s half, that’s what advertising cost, I used to use Groupon as an owner) I can’t believe she refused to book my 2nd mani/pedi for my daughter’s birthday, yet alone complain about the advertising method SHE CHOSE…Not like I forced her to offer it! The IDEA is to actually serve the client and get return clients whom pay full price.It’s sad to be treated horrible because $152 is not a fraction of only one pedicure-there- which is all the owner was trying to SCAM ME WITH! Shame on her! EVEN the “fraction she’d get” was more than they charge for one pedicure!The pedicure bath was not the quality I’m used to with nice hot running water. It’s portable $20 plastic tub- water was lukewarm.

Very nice place and the ladies were professional and pleasant. We did the couples massage and my wife enjoyed it too. We didnt ask for a massage to relieve soreness or tension, we just went for relaxation.

This is my first experience with a personal trainer and and I am soooo pleased. Jenn Craig is AWESOME 💯. She is friendly, warm and knowledgeable. Jenn really gives you PERSONAL TRAINING - She customized the training based on what I want to achieve. The facility is clean and welcoming. I highly recommend Balanced IYOK Wellness!!!

My first spray tan EVER! No orange. Gorgeous, even, perfect golden glow! I felt at ease and trusted Jen and the process. Several days later, I am still glowing. A neat experience, overall. I look forward to returning to IYOK again!

They have saved me from doctor office visits, lost time from work, and relieved excruciating pain for me. Before making a doctors appointment, call these ladies. You will truly be AMAZED how much they can provide for you.

Susan ensures your comfort, nice atmosphere, smells, lighting, music. I go for relief of back pain and assistance with stretching back muscles and for the relaxation and relieve work stress. I look forward to my visits.
