Massage Envy

I cannot stress this enough when I say, PLEASE support your local massage clinics and not this horrible place. My therapist was not the issue (except for the fact I did not get an entire hour), but the company as a whole. It costs WAY less to find a local therapist for half the cost of what this place is charging. I called today and DID NOT tell them I was a member or non-member and they charged me an $80 fee for the 60 minute massage. Okay, great. After my massage, they tried to scam me with this whole “membership” fee and said if I keep coming back as a non-member the 60 minute massage will be $140!!!! Is that not the most INSANE cost I’ve ever heard for a massage? All because I’m not a “member” paying some stupid member fee that probably costs way more? That’s one way to lose a first time customer. Will never be coming back here and will only support local from now on. It’s a SCAM YALL. You are only lucky for your first visit. And I’m not the only one saying this either. Many others warned me!Not to mention, the therapy rooms had NO MUSIC, so you either sit there in awkward silence or you play music on your phone. Was not a great experience at all.

From the moment I felt her hands on the back of my shoulders, I knew this was going to be a great massage and it definitely was. Chanel had strong hands with an intuitive sense for all the sore spots which she expertly worked out. I left there feeling happy and relaxed. Definitely will ask for Chanel when I go back.

Was a little skeptical going to a chain massage spa but I was in desperate need of some sciatica relief. Chanel was awesome!! Great massage, it felt amazing! Will definitely be back.

This was a bad experience overall. The massage therapist I had did not have any firmness at all even though I chose “medium”. The worst part of this was that the massage was only 40 minutes when I paid for 60. I told the people at the checkout desk and they still charged me full price, then when I completed the review the company sent me they offered me $10 off my next massage instead of refunding me anything. Won’t be coming back.

This was one of the worst massage experiences I have ever had. The massage started late and over 80% of the time the women was only using one hand. She spend most of the massage messing with something on her chest. I will not go back to her and I feel like I just wasted money coming here.

Casey is one of the best massage therapists Ive ever had. Hes always very attentive, uses excellent pressure, incorporates some stretching, and makes sure to spend extra time on problem areas. And its always great seeing Jackson at the front desk who is always so friendly, along with all the front desk staff who are all polite.

Do not sign up for their 6 month program. After 6 months the price will jump and trying to cancel is a nightmare

Booked a 60 min massage with Matthew and he was absolutely phenomenal. The pressure was great, the massage was super relaxing and he really focused on my tension points. By far one of the best massages I have had! I will definitely be rebooking!

My back was feeling tight from work and lack of sleep, so my wife made me an appointment here. When I arrived I was greeted with smiles. Check in was simple, and I was lead to the quiet zone to await my masseuse. Dominic came and got me a few minutes later. Dominic was able to work out the problem muscles and relieve some of my back pain. I would recommend this place for sure.

Sierra was very friendly and professional. She was attentive to my comfort level throughout my massage. I left feeling rejuvenated. Chelsea is amazing and gives a great massage. Very relaxing and she focused on the areas I needed her to. The front staff is always kind and helpful. I appreciate the friendliness when I arrive and go to leave. I highly recommend this location to everyone.

My experience was great. Payton was so kind. He addressed all my ailments. He ensured the pressure was correct and modified if necessary. His technique really focused on my facia tension and offered release of those tension points. Highly recommend.The facility is clean and inviting. Comfortable. Tables are sturdy/large and ya don’t feel like you could fall off when turning over. People seem to like working at this location. Always friendly and accommodating.I’ve been a member for at least 4 yrs. If there has ever been a problem, it was resolved immediately. I recommend this service.

My husband and I have been members for many years and have always been happy with our services. Payton, my therapist, is extremely attentive and thorough when it comes to my personal issues. I have fibromyalgia and am always a mess when I come in. Payton always takes his time to discuss with me before hand what we are going to cover during the massage. We love coming here.

Sierra was my esthetician yesterday. This was my second time for her to do my facial. Sierra did a fantastic job! She is friendly, very professional and made some great recommendations for my session. My skin looked amazing afterwards and I was so relaxed.

There’s a world of difference with the new management, very pleased. I thought right when I came to the door the business was very professional the receptionist Marlyna was really excellent and knew her stuff and my technician Heather was excellent with her knowledge in what ways I can improve my skin. They both worked together to make sure I had the best experience possible!

I’ve visited this location several time and have always had great service. Today, I had an even more exceptional experience. My massage technician was thorough, asking all my points of concern, massaged to my preferred pressure and maintained it the entire session and walked me through what he was doing. I left my appointment feeling refreshed, tension free and very pleased with my visit. If you visit here, ask for Payton. He’s excellent

Chanel is AMAZING! She’s very personable and professional and has great technique! I always feel comfortable in my sessions and refreshed when I leave. The front desk staff is super friendly and accommodating.

Sierra is kind, thorough and easy to talk to. She applies the exact pressures where requested and just all around relaxing. Ive never had a subpar or disappointing visit with Sierra. Cant wait for my next visit.

I have been a member for almost 4 years and I must say the quality of service you receive depends on the therapist. My schedule is very unpredictable so i never pre schedule or use the same therapist. I am the call the same day and schedule whatever is available type of person. The membership cost is reasonable and helps me motivated to get a massage or facial every month. I recommend to anyone who wants to treat themselves and release some stress on monthly basis.

Best massage I’ve had to date! Chanel went above and beyond. The right amount of pressure and I woke up the next day feeling great! Definitely recommend this therapist!

Payton is an absolute wonder in massage therapy. He explains what he is doing and will answer any and all questions. He got rid of the pain in my lower back and legs. I slept like a baby that right after my massage. I enjoyed my time with Payton and I feel absolutely wonderful. I can’t wait for next massage.

My husband and I didn’t have an appointment. They took us as walk ins. I had my prenatal massage done by Nicole and it was fabulous. My husband had a man and he was great too! I will be coming back again! The experience and friendly atmosphere was great!

I saw Markia for a prenatal massage at Massage Envy in Fairborn, 1000000% precent worth it. She listened to what was bothering me most & I left feeling soooo much better. I will definitely go back to her & highly recommend her.

After a recent visit I liked it so much I wanted to work there as I work in hospitality, I was convinced this was a better choice. I accepted a position before I interviewed but Im still not sure this isnt the place for me.

Chanel is the most amazing massage therapist ever! If you tell her what you want her to work on the most, she makes sure she does it. Very sweet lady, and pretty funny as well.

My therapist Jennifer is amazing....always very courteous and professional. Asks what areas to concentrate on and then finds other areas that I forget to bring to her attention. Would HIGHLY recommend that you visit her!!!

Matt does deep tissue massage which is the only type that helps me. He is attentive, professional, insightful and thorough in all parts of the process from the time he greets you to the time he walks you to the door and wishes you well. I always leave feeling better.

Jennifer was so awesome. She listened to what hurt and worked out the tense spots. I was having trouble getting up from a sitting position. The next day I could get up without the pain.

Massage therapist gave the best massage! She worked out my shoulder and upper left side back tension. Fantastic firm tissue massage, feel much better.

I got a gift card so I figured i would try this place out. They do try to sell you a membership but just say no thanks and your good, they are not trying to get the sale so no press to sell you.The message it self was very good. my only complain is that the person that gave me my message used to much oil. I have never gotten a message then felt like I needed to take a shower to rinse off the old. besides the oil everything was great.I would still recommend people to go there, just if you think they are using to much oil just tell them.

If you go here, get Lish! She is amazing, an absolute professional! There are other great massage therapists at this location (Nicole), but my absolute favorite is Lish, I will go to no one else now.

Have been here 2 times. Both times I was disappointed. The first time I felt rushed couldnt relax.. this time the guy obviously is new or something was hurting and told him to quit putting his fingers in my ribs. Almost got up and left 5 times but was trying not to disturb my friends massage because she was enjoying hers. I complained! Told him I was not enjoying it and that it hurt he continued.. How do you leave with a headache and pain everwhere he jammed his finger tips or palm orKnuckles. . Will not go back was waisted money and time.

I have been a patient/client of Jennifer”s for nearly a year. Her abilities to locate tension and provide therapeutic techniques are unsurpassed.

Was nervous to purchase a contracted membership w/ Massage Envy, but have had a great experience so far! Front desk staff is super helpful, and I have been trying different massage therapists to find a perfect match!

Very poor customer service in multiple occassions! The last straw was when recently they refused to provide all the services I paid for. Under the contract they will charge your card before rendering service. I travel quite a bit for work so evidently I fell behind on getting my massages. In any case, the right thing to do is allow for make-up sessions since the services have been pre-paid already! They refused to reimburse me nor did they agree to provide the massage owed! I do not recommend a company that is okay with keeping money without rendering a service! Massage Envy has an abysmal customer service policy and will go through lengths to keep your money without properly rectifying a valid complaint. With dozens of massage businesses in the area I recommend that you run away from this place!

Jennifer is punctual and provides a great overall body massage! I will continue to schedule Jennifer for my massages .

The spa is always clean and well maintained, and Jennifer does a great job of working with me to provide an effective massage.

I have been a member here for multiple years and this location has gone drastically down hill in this past year. Every front desk person I have spoke to is incredibly rude and act like it is a hassle to book an appointment for me or answer any questions I have. I try my hardest to stay away from this location due to the front desk staff.
