Very cool place for a show. Usually they are all ages. Not too big not too small, they always have food and beverages for the shows. Pretty well organized. Weve seen about 15 shows here in the last five years. Nothing bad to say about the place, good to see you a nice music venue here in Idaho Falls.

This is so great intimate venue. Great food and lots of alcohol choices. Great bands come and you can actually meet the band members most of the time.

Its one of the best places to hang out. Everyone makes you feel like family there. Always having great music and live bands there.

Excellent place to hear all kinds of music genres. Always something fun going on, great food & nice bartenders. Always the best vibes !!! If you havent been watching this venue, youre missing out!!!

I was in Idaho Falls visiting from Phoenix and this is hands down one of the coolest venues Ive ever been to.

Great atmosphere, awesome bartender, amazing food, and the owner will do all he can to make every event better than the last. He continues to bring great artists to the area, while supporting the local music scene at the same time. Look like they recently repainted and added new couches. Theyre really comfortable! Security is attentive and professional as well.

Staff is friendly and great at what they do. Amazing music venue, sound is exceptional

Had a blast at the last show we attended. Took my 6 year old with us and the performers and patrons were very thoughtful and looked out for all the Kiddos. The Brodnax, Demun Jones, Adam Calhoun, and Dusty Leigh Concert was so much fun. I can say the crowd was very a different class of people, and very respectful.

Very nice place to see bands play. They also serve food, which is very nice. Not a whole lot of room, but ample room to really enjoy the show

All around incredibly good people working there. 100% will go back. I went there for a concert but I will say in a heartbeat that (as a previous security worker) 2 of the security team I met were incredibly good people and also great at their job. One of them went as far as assisting my pregnant girlfriend which is above and beyond. The bartenders were great and for how insanely busy they were, quite prompt. The barback/bartender also was a great dude, helped me get out quick when I told him my girl was pregnant and not feeling good.

Excellent venue. The owners are great people. Shows vary from Metal, to electronic, country..all you could ask for. Great community, fabulous food, friendly bartenders, and excellent prices. You really cant get any better of a venue. 10 Stars.

Best venue in town, hands down...

Excellent atmosphere and great shows, located on 1st street in Idaho Falls, and reopened! The prices are great, and the staff is upbeat and friendly. Youll find a variety of shows for whatever flavor of music suites you. There is comfy little mezzanine area upstairs to cool off and take awesome pictures/videos and the sound and lights crews get the show lit so you get the full live concert experience.Definitely worth the trip!

Watched Jon Wayne and the Pain. Really awesome show!

The Gem is hot. Throws baddest concerts. Love when TECH N9ne and Webby came though back in 2012! Our group of men are older now with kids and all that. Our most loved homeboy passed away 4/30/23 RIP Jake Romriell, my concert buddy and best friend. we coming to Rittz and Mad Child in his honor this Oct... 💯 thank you Gem owners for keeping it live

Awesome place!! Theyve always got really good artists playing and they treat you really nice. Good sound good setup. The only downside is theres no place to store gear, so its just stacked against the wall by the stage. Thats punk rock, though, right?

Rarely do I leave a one-star review but this venue does not even deserve that. Recently went to a show and it was disappointing. Spent nearly 3 hours waiting for the artist to start. There was an opening act that played for about 30 mintues. The DJ at The Gem is HORRIBLE. People were there for a country concert and while waiting for about the first 30 or 40 minutes everyone was singing and dancing to the country music being played. The genre then changed to rap and everyone was on their phones while the DJ was enjoying himself and singing to notice that he had lost the crowd. These concerns were brought up to the venues representative and while she was extremely argumentative and defensive while I was sharing my experience, I was threatened to have my wristband taken away and to be kicked out. I now prefer to catch the performers before they come to Idaho Falls or their next stop afterwards before going back to The Gem.

Really great small venue. Hosts a wide variety of genres. Shows include local musicians as well as larger more well known groups from outside of the area. They also serve food which means every show has the possibility to be an all ages show. I definitely recommend support your local music scene here.

EDM nights here are pretty good. The sound system is great and the bar staff was exceptionally friendly. Beers were relatively cheap, as well. I would recommend The Gem if you wanna dance to so great music.

Ive been performing at the gem since it opened. And I would honestly say hands down the best place I have ever performed. The staff is brilliant. And makes sure any patron is well taken care of. 100% recommended to anyone who wants to throw an event there by far!!!

Such a wonderful event venue. An intimate size with a fully stacked bar and ever improving lights and decor. I really enjoy the local and large names The Gem delivers to the stage. I always try to attend events here when I can. The owner is responsive, friendly and truely cares about bringing quality entertainment to Idaho Falls.

This place is always the best time! You could never have a bad day by the end of any show you go too! The owners are amazing! The food is absolutely phenomenal!!! The atmosphere is something else! If you have never been here, you have been missing out! I would highly recommend going to this place over and over and over again!

The owner of this store and his cashier were absolutely wonderful to me and my adorable gamer. We received a Star Wars Destiny Booster Box for around $89.00. that was a sweet deal. One of the nicer places I’ve been to but spent more time standing and waiting for a show than actually watch the concert didn’t even see the main preforming artist

Love the venue. Great sound system. The wait staff was really good super attentive. For a bar / concert venue I did feel that it was very clean the bathrooms were nice and clean.

Great food. Its a really small venue but the crew has made a great effort to have a killer line up, quality sound and lots of fans for ventilation

Got too meet AfroMan and other artists juat for a general admission ticketm Smaller venue but way more chill then alot of the other Venues Iv been too around the Utah SLC area.

Always a great time i have never been disappointed with the performances they are putting on here, plenty of security. Highly recommend catching a concert here at least once.

Rly great place, but only downside is its kind of a small place. When it gets bumpin its hard to get around.

Was there for a friend celebrating of life, bitter sweet, but all of us were very well taking care of, and was able to allow our feeling out with great people ❤️

Paid a lot for tickets to a band. then it was canceled. for two months then after the paying 50 dollars a ticket they were selling 15 dollar tickets at the door. didnt offer to reimburse
