Coriander is,awesome! I needed a deep tissue massage for my neck and shoulders, and Coria worked on them to loosen up the knots. She was patient with those knots till they were gone. She really knows her stuff.Highly recommend--great service for affordable rates!

Everything about the massage was great. The room has a relaxing ambiance. The massage therapist was Sascha and was very accommodating and professional. The pressure was great, deep and she adjusted as I asked. The only criticism I have is the thin walls and doors. I could hear the client and massage therapist in the next room. I forgot to ask her to increase the volume on the music may have helped. Overall I do recommend this spot!

My fiancé bought me here for a couples massage. We had so much fun. It was very private and peaceful. This was our first time getting a massage done and we enjoyed. I would high recommend coming here. Thank you guys so much we will be back!!

I have had one of the best massages from here and one of the worst.If you are able to schedule an appointment with a specific therapist, I would highly recommend Haley. She is going to school for this and it really shows! She knows how to go from light to firm pressure and knows how to work on specific knots. I was able to still go hang out with friends and run errands after this massage but I felt mentally relaxed the rest of the day. 10/10!My other experience was a little off putting. She didn’t know how to slowly work into the muscles and I had to lay on a heating pad the next couple of days for how much pain I was under. She was talking during the entire experience and was dressed unprofessional with a crop top and shorts. (Would have been fine if she didn’t lean on my head or my side with her bare stomach making contact) She “stretched” my legs during it by pushing my foot up to my hip and pushing my knee to my chest. It would have been fine but she pushed my muscles to where they were painful and just held it there even after me saying how I have tight muscles. Just an overall bad experience.I truly think the second girl could be good with some training but if you are going there for the first time, ask for Haley! I am for sure asking for Haley next time I go.

Just be careful who you get.. Worst massage I have ever received. Masseuses phone rang multiple times until I had to ask her to silence it. Had a LOUD alarm on to let her know how much time was left. Frankly, didn’t seem like she was trained. Asked me if the technique she was doing felt right to me. I’m embarrassed that I was charged the rate of a professional massage for that. I regret not getting up and leaving 10 minutes in.

I for one feel relaxed and stress free after the session Chelly took her time and concentrated on my stubborn areas and Carla got my man to relax at least a little... you ladies were amazing we will be back for sure.. thank you ladies you were amazing

The management addressed an issue I had on a previous massage and set me up with massage with Sasha. I had a great experience. They seem to really care about their business and their customers.When I got there I received a warm welcome my several of the techs. Sasha let me know she was training a new girl (Shania) and asked if it would be ok if she shadowed her for our massage? She said it was fine if I didn’t want to. At first I was a little hesitant, but Shania said that she would also be massaging as she learned…you had me at 4-hands massage.It was very relaxing and enjoyable as Sasha gave instructions to Shania and they both worked on me. Sasha is great and worked on a lot of knots in my back. Shania had a great demeanor and was learning great technique and flow. .It was a great way to relax after a long weekend of yard work. I would highly recommend either one.

The Dayton location is gross. The tech was sooooo unprofessional, left the room multiple times, allowed people in the room while I lay exposed, and was on her phone multiple times. The facility seemed nice on the inside, but it’s was very dirty. Trash on the floor, dirty carpet, and oily fingers on almost every door. I am genuinely worried about getting some infection or illness from here. I’m not sure I was the right type of client for this “spa”, as I’ve noticed lots of reviews from men that seem to have had a very happy ending…

I booked two 90 minute massages for my brother and me. I even confirmed that wed get the massage at the same time when booking. Was advised, yes. I showed up today and they only had us down for 1 massage. There was 1 girl working who assured me someone else would be there soon. Nope! Another worker never showed up. As I was waiting, while my brother was getting his massage, 2 men came in, at different times, and waited about 10 minutes at the counter. Neither were assisted and left. After my brothers 90 minutes was up, I declined getting a massage as I didnt feel it was right to make him wait 90 minutes for me to get one. I was really looking forward to a massage and have been raving about it for weeks. Incredibly disappointed with my experience or lack thereof.

I went for the first today. It was my first ever massage. Nice and polite staff, nice atmosphere. I got a 90 minute deep tissue massage with CBD oil and a facial and I love everything about it from start to finish. I will be going back

All I have to say is Amazing! Haley will have you feeling like a newborn baby when she get done with her session! Shes very professional and will release all the stress and tension out of your body. Her hands are golden so make sure you book a session with her cause shes not only good at what she do but she cares about her clients needs as well. Best massage I ever had! Thanks Haley! Now I feel like a young man again lol

So, this is not a place to go if you’re looking for “extra” but I will personally and most definitely guarantee that it’s impossible to give any sort of bad review especially when Haley does the job!!! Perfect hands, perfect personality, perfect massage. VERY professional. I love Haley and you will too.

I stopped by after running in the Air Force Marathon, and it was exactly what my body needed. Soaking in the hot tub felt amazing, and the massage was just what the doctor ordered. Excellent customer service and very clean. I will be back next year when I come in town for the race. Thank you!

I was there Tuesday and Haley gave me a 90 minute amazing massage. 4 stars only because it would be near impossible for every person there to be as good as who I think is the best one there. As best I can tell they are all very professional and give decent massages. However, one in particular just went the extra mile to take care of me and it was beyond what I expected. I went in with a groin pull and I would have understood if she didnt want to get too close. However, she could feel the knots and stiffness and I so appreciate that she took helping me very seriously and actually helped my injury heal faster. Im loyal now just because of that.I also went there recently for my birthday to get pampered a little and the experience I got was second to none. Cant wait for an excuse to go back. You should definitely try the premium package with hot tub and shower.

I went to Royalty Rain on a Monday afternoon. The staff was friendly and cheerful. The one hour massage was perfect ! Will absolutely be back soon.

Locally owned vs. big chain. The location is definitely overlooked because it almost looks like a house but they were able to accommodate four people within two hours.Pros:- I feel great after- Only $70 (tax included) for a 60 min massageCons:- It was a little cold (but I also dont have the best circulation)- Only covered by thin towels, whereas other places use lush weighted blankets

Had a lot of back pain went to other places that was ok not very polite...but came here and the tech Tammy I do believe that was her name, she was very nice and informative about what could be causing the pain in my lower back. She did light stretching with legs felt awesome and helped the pain. I would recommend the hot tub it is very relaxing. I would also recommend a awning from the back door to the hot tub suite.

Where should I start, my daughter bought me a massage, I show up for my appointment and the place is closed. Then, they call my daughter about the payment because they lost the receipt where she paid. Ive yet to get the massage and my daughter never received a refund.

Had a girls spa day w/friends for a birthday and lets just say the day was epic! We started off with great massages, mimosas, and a CBD Chocolate. Everything was awesome and I would repeat my day 20xs over beginning with the great service provided at Royalty.

This has happened twice now! Booked massage only to get there and they tell me they cannot give massage! First time massage tech said she had to leave and just recently said they were closing at 7 when they scheduled my massage at 7! Very unprofessional!

Jessie was unbelievable! Went in barely able to walk, after 1st session could walk and turn and bend every direction. Spent 4 hrs here and will return weekly...professional is a big understatement....they are very discrete...always asking questions, many steps to respect privacy and better than any sports rehabilitation facility ive been too...thanks Jessie

WOW!!!! I made Appoitment for today Feb 20, 2021 at 10am. They took $80 for 1 hour massage. I showed up to my Appoitment 5 min early and waited until 10am and tried walking in. Doors are closed! I called about 20 times now and no answer. It’s 10:43 am and I haven’t heard from them. What a waist of birthday time. I wouldn’t even give 1 star to them. I even left them voicemails. No answer.

Very pleasant experience. It was my first massage so they made sure to answer any questions I had. They engaged in conversation to make me feel more comfortable. Very pleased.

Did a couples massage. Everyone was really chatty, lots of laughing & talking, but I kind of wish it was a bit quieter to facilitate more relaxation. Great energy from our masseurs, we enjoyed them.

I would not recommend anyone going to this place! I went in last week and got a massage and got a bacterial infection in my skin! I went to the Dr and they prescribed me antibiotics that will hopefully clear it up. It’s insightful and very painful! Save your money and your pride and go elsewhere!
