My first time going was so much fun. I got a table and the bouncers were so nice. Literally had the best night of my life. I told everyone about how much I love it there.Second Time going I realized how racist the bar actually is. I was in a big group that was primarily black. They let the visibly Hispanic part of our group in and then made the rest wait. They let multiple people in ahead of us that were groups of Hispanic and kept saying to wait. I asked them how long the wait was but they never gave an answed. We even stated that we would buy a table but still couldn’t get in. It got to the point that I rather go home. It was surreal to literally see the discrimination in front of my eyes. They had no solid excuse as the inside was pretty empty and it was just the black people of my crew that they wouldn’t let in. It was about 4/5 am as well. Idk about you but I’ll spend 600 dollars somewhere else that’s not racist.

Loud fun without breaking the bank. Staff is super nice and Im not sure if the security/manager recognize me or are just nice, but greet your warmly when entering. (This not the norm for a lot of places so I really wanted to put that down in this review) The beer is affordable and bottle service (if thats your sort of thing) is actually reasonably prices which again is not the norm for South Florida.

Only giving a 1 star because I can’t give zero stars but that’s what they deserve. My experience at Club Amsterdam was utterly appalling. From the moment we entered, it was obvious that this establishment prioritizes scamming its customers over providing an enjoyable atmosphere.Immediately upon arrival, we were aggressively confronted and coerced into buying four drinks. We hadnt even had a chance to look around or decide what we wanted, yet they insisted on this immediate purchase. We never requested any drinks, but they rudely insisted we either buy them or leave. This blatant money grab indicates that this business is desperate and uses deceitful tactics to compensate for a lack of legitimate income.The situation deteriorated further. They demanded we either purchase a $250 bottle or get drinks at the bar. When I declined both options, wanting to assess the venue first, they rushed us to the bar anyway. The bouncer ordered drinks for us and tried to force us to pay for them. This level of coercion and dishonesty is utterly unacceptable.The staff’s behavior was abysmal. The security and bar staff were exceptionally rude and unprofessional, lacking basic communication skills and demonstrating a complete disregard for customer service. Their hostility and incompetence were astonishing.To make matters worse, there was a clear racist undertone to their actions. It was evident they treated us differently because of our race, which made the entire experience even more infuriating and intolerable.I would never recommend Club Amsterdam to anyone. Save yourself the aggravation and take your business elsewhere. This place is a disgrace and a prime example of how not to run a business. Avoid it at all costs!

This is the worst club to go to. I went for my bday back in march. They didn’t let me or my group in saying that my man was too drunk but as we were standing in line not one of us said a word just waiting to get to the bouncer. Only one of spoke Spanish. This was a rainy night and yes I definitely was mad because there really was not reason to tell us no we couldn’t come in and the real reason was because how my man looked… BLACK. It wasn’t because of what he had on because other Hispanics had on jordans and jerseys just like my man. As we walked away to go back to our cars, I slipped hitting the ground in HEELS! The bouncer at the door said that’s why I’m not letting you in. Alll be cause I fell on the wet ground in their parking lot. I will never go here again and I do not recommend my black community to do so either. They are very prejudice!!!!!!!!!

I have been to this club plenty of times and I love it, but what led me to leave a review this time is the such good time that I had with my friends this past weekend. They excelled in everything, from the food, to the music, to the beautiful girls that as soon as they saw us they welcomed us and made sure we had the best night ever. We will definitely be back. Not bad place, gets very crowded. Should get a table if you go, also the drinks arent the best tasting. A lot of women walking around ready to serve you

I read the reviews about how they treat black people here and wanted to judge for myself. They are definitely apprehensive about letting black men in. I was interrogated for a few minutes before I was allowed into the venue. The space is great and the DJ was crushing it but it’s hard to enjoy the experience when you don’t feel welcome.

On 7/26/24, I recently had one of the worst experiences ever at Club Amsterdam, and I need to share just how infuriating it was. This blatant attempt to squeeze money out of us is a clear sign that this business must not be doing well financially, and they resort to deceitful tactics to make up for their lack of legitimate income.To make matters worse, they demanded that we either buy a $250 bottle or go buy drinks at the bar. When I refused both options, explaining that I wanted to check out the environment first, they rushed us to the bar. The bouncer then ordered drinks for us and tried to obligate us to pay for them. This level of pressure and dishonesty is absolutely unacceptable.The staff’s behavior only worsened from there. The security and bar girls were incredibly rude and unprofessional. It was evident that they were illiterate and lacked basic communication skills, making the entire situation even more frustrating. Their hostility and complete disregard for customer service were shocking and unacceptable. It felt like all the workers there have a low IQ, given their inability to handle even the simplest interactions appropriately.I would never recommend Club Amsterdam to anyone. Save yourself the aggravation and take your business elsewhere. This place is a disgrace and a prime example of how not to run a business. Avoid at all costs!

Been to amsterdam several times and it never fails to be one of the best nights I have! Always! Customer Service, Food, Drinks, Entertainment 10/10 every time! The girls are beautiful and always make sure you have an amazing time. This will always be my top choice of places to party at🍾

Place is great and the staff is attentive and they are very welcoming at the door. Its just too loud in there. You can tell the music is bumped up to the max because you can here the distortion in some songs which makes it hard to talk with your friends. But overall the place is not bad

Everything was 10/10. I had a great time. The girls were very friendly, the food was excellent and drinks had a good price as well. I’ll be coming back for sure.

I loved this place! The food was delicious and the music too, they okay all types of music, regueton, salsa, bachata, Cuba ton, electronic. I danced all night!! And the servers they all are so beautiful and nice, one of my best nights in miami.

It was Girls Night Out again, and Amsterdam was on the list. It was busy, loud, and energetic! The DJ was playing Latin, Top 40, and some hip hop. The crowd was 21 to 35 years old. No cover. Open until 5:00 am.We were there to dance, listen to the music, and have a few good drinks. All of that happened. We had a good time!We Ubered out there from Coconut Grove because parking is not the easiest. What else is new? They do have valet parking. There is a parking lot across the street if you can find a spot.

One of the best Latin Clubs I’ve ever been to. Had an amazing birthday party the girls are Nice and club is Dope. Would definitely Recommend and will definitely go back.

Went to celebrate my sister birthday - I reserved a bottle and table we were told price was $250.00 when we arrived i was charged over $400 the space was super tiny we could not even dance. Place seem to be super popular but over priced.

I personally go, because of Ruben. Hes a bartender that goes above and beyond to provide you the best customer service he can. As he always receives you with a smile. His energy and him as a person is the reason that I go to Amsterdam. Ruben brings life to that Bar!!! Ruben THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE AND FOR ALWAYS TREATING US RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I came to Amsterdam with some of my friends for a fundraising event. When we walked in, we were in awe of the decor of the establishment. The bright red lights illuminated the entire building from the lounge chairs to the bar. The establishment has an amazing decked out bar, that had 100’s of liquors in a unique way. They also have a middle bar where the bartenders would do tricks while serving drinks. We then met our waitress who was very helpful especially since this was our first time here. We ordered our drinks which were strong (a plus in my eyes). We ordered lemon pepper wings with French fries, and fish tacos. Our food came out quick and fresh. The wings were fried crispy and packed with flavor. The fish tacos were filled with crispy batter fish and pico de gallo. Overall, I want to come back to try more of what Amsterdam has to offer.

Everytime i come here I always have a good time. They got the best prices in bottles, free entry every night great service and delicious food.

Update II: owner Omar reached out to me and my experience right. He compd me a bottle, hookah and food. Staff also made sure we had a perfect experience this time around. Thank you for making things right Amsterdam

Racist staff, don’t go if you’re black. Me and my cousin went in for a friend’s (Latino) birthday and was escorted out within 3 minutes of entering. Literally singled us out saying there’s no drink in our hands and we need to buy something but we just walked in.

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE A TOURIST THEY WILL SCAM YOUIdiotic bartender didnt understand that one order meant one order. Because youre incompetent and I had to tell you twice meant that I ordered once not twice. But because this lady used their one brain cell to try and scam a tourist they charged us twice and didnt understand that one means one. Use some common sense. Why would I order two drinks at once if I am only drinking one? Own up to your own mistakes.The next morning two other groups that came to Miami with me also had similar stories of the bartender girl. They were charging more for a drink than it cost earlier in the night and refusing to come back with change (acting like they didnt know what they were saying and then proceeded to grind on the behind bar security). We all thought it was strange how they had police stationed in the parking lot but I guess it makes sense now, they have a history of bad business practices and the police are there to catch them on it.Be very careful and always stipulate in slow and loud words if you want change or if you just want one drink as opposed to multiples of the same exact order. And even then, pray that they choose to listen.Extremely shameful behavior, I cant believe an adult working there steals and cant own up to their own mistakes. As far as we know, it was just the girl with the pigtails doing this, but as it was our first time there we dont know if this behavior is shared throughout other bartenders that work there.Im attaching a picture of the one who scammed us so you can be aware of who she is.

Worst experience ever, the entrance was a dissaster they descriminated us and some other black people that were before and after us. They told us that we need to buy 3 bottles of liquor in order to get in, keep in mind that it was only 4 of us. Mean while they were letting in all the white people without an issue. Were never going back. Shame in you amsterdam 👎👎👎👎👎

After buying an expensive table water starts shooting on our table, seats, and clothes from one of the ac boxes. After 5 minutes of our table getting soaked and our seats being rained on by the ac unit, we were finally able to track down a security member to come turn off the ac unit. After speaking to the manager about this situation he simply got a worker to wipe down the seats and told us he cannot compensate us in any way. We were pretty upset by this service. We were stuck with a wet table, wet floor, and wet clothes for the rest of the night.

The food was was sooo delicious and I love that it was the entry was free. The people there were super nice and welcoming. It was a great night with friends and i’ll definitely be back. 🙂

Love the place but there’s a DJ that I’ve encountered already the past few weekends that only plays old music, too repetitive, too much bachata, ranchera, dembow, then when he puts reggaeton it’s cut in half and super old songs. He sucks. I like all types of music but damn, it seems like a Dominican club, too much.

My first time here and let me tell you they have hotter girls then every strip club in Miami great service great prices highly recommended there staff is amazing.

I have been to this club multiple times and usually enjoy it. Went last night and didn’t get in because a bouncer asked for the zip code on my id (I have never been asked that) and I have moved around quite a few times so I wasn’t 100% sure. I guessed at it while the bouncer held my id and he said “not even close” and that they couldn’t let me in. I took my id back and I was one number off. Pretty ridiculous solely because I have been there many times before and never had this issue. They said they’d get a manager without me asking so I decided to wait, the manager never came while my friends and I stood in the pouring rain and keep in mind it was dead in there. Anyways I don’t ever take the time to leave reviews but this pissed me off

A few friends have been encouraging me to come here for a while but havent had the chance. Came for my birthday with the same group of friends... WHAT A BLAST! Incredible fun atmosphere with great house DJ playing a wide selection of music. Drinks and bottles reasonably priced. Staff was very attentive. Thank you for a great birthday.

*Update* So we came back here for the Jacob Forever concert, and it was by reservations only. The place was a lot better and the crowd too. Yennifer was the bartender and also one of the dancers, and she did a fabulous job with everything. She was friendly,courteous, and very beautiful, kept an upbeat energy the entire time, and always had a smile on her face, making our experience a very enjoyable one. The line to the bathroom was again super long, and I didnt get a chance to check how the bathrooms were. We used their parking and was $15. They had enough lighting, a police officer was there, and we felt safe. Fire show and a lady with some drums provided additional entertainment. Lol, I almost forgot that we ordered a hookah too it was only $35.*previous*I might have to try this place another time, but as for right now, it gets one star. We came here around 4:30 am and this place was a mad house. Maybe the problem was that I wasnt as drunk or high as everyone else in there. Guys were pervy and very touchy. There was a huge line for the bathrooms. They were dirty. After they close we were leaving the parking lot and one of the bouncers was harrasing us and he was extremely rude. Its extremely crowded, I guess, since it closes at 6 am. But I wouldnt recommend this place at all. I always do give places a second chance... Maybe I will have to stop by early and see the difference before all the drunk and disorderly get here.

A few coworkers and I went went to Amsterdam the other night and the vibe was awesome.. We had a table with Nicole she was nice and kept checking up on us to make sure we were good... amazing and friendly bartenders as well.. the Bottles and hookah, one of the cheapest I’ve seen in south Florida… if you decide to go, ask for Nicole (you won’t regret it)

My first time coming to this lounge & i must say, it was an amazing experience… as soon as we walked in, we were greeted & taken care of. I was amazed with the amazing service, especially by our beautiful waitress Jasmine Delacruz! Jasmine was friendly and attentive throughout our entire visit. Her energy was great!!! She made great recommendations for drinks/ hookahs and food, and made sure we were comfortable and satisfied with everything.

But that has nothing to do with how good they are and how good the service is!At Amsterdam I feel at home I feel like family! Not only the staff (bartenders, bouncers and waitresses)but the service is great! I have met numerous people to which up to this date still my friends! You dont show up to a place and all of a sudden is heaven although it felt amazing the first time I came to Amsterdam! Have met most of the staff from the owner; Allan, his brother Omar, to Sandrino, to the bouncers to the guy attending in the restrooms Jair and his wife, to the bartenders : Manny, Angella, Sarita, her husband Sasha, Jenny, and last but not least my brother and main man Ruben! Who makes me feel welcomed and at home every single time I come to Amsterdam.So many good experiences that honestly do not recall any bad ones if there was ever one in all these years.Everytime I meet someone new I always invite or recommend them and as always never had a bad feedback, on the contrary they have all liked Amsterdam!Yes, yes, yes I understand many times is crouded due to the amount of people wanting to enjoy Amsterdam the service, the music, the food, and all that Amsterdam has to offer! Especially on nights where they have guests (djs or singers or groups/ orquestas)Not because Im trying to be cheap or that Im cheap, but Amsterdam is the only place that I ever known that does not charge to get in. Have been here twice now and both times it has been a blast. The energy that builds throughout the night js incredible. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. No cover charge to go in but I would definitely recommend getting a table. Bottle prices or more than fair. Over all great experience. The security guards even walk you to and from your table when you go to the restroom. Great service for sure.

The security here makes you feel welcome and important from the minute you arrive. The valet is also excellent. The manager behind the bar Thursday nights is the main reason I am a regular. He always greets me with a smile and finds me a bartender right away. Your bartenders are also great as well as the music. The fries are sooo yummy: I love this place. I frequent as much as I can!

It was my first time visiting America and I really enjoyed it there! Stunning location and awesome people!There was a waitress, her named was Ashley (Dark long hair, extremely beautiful) and she was the nicest person i met there! She was very kind and served us everything and really fast!You should totally keep this woman because there are not many people out there who loves their work!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting a local bar and had an amazing experience thanks to the wonderful service provided by Linda, our waitress. From the moment we were seated, Linda welcomed us with a warm smile and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. Not only was she attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, but she went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and valued as customers. A plus was the food menú.Overall, I highly recommend visiting this bar, as the service provided by Linda was top-notch. It was a fantastic experience and we cant wait to go back.

Went here for a bachelor party, it was a group of 6 guys, Erika Cárdenas was our server she went above and beyond not only taking care of the drinks but also the hooka service. She handled our table with top service, and nothing took more than 10 minutes to be ready. Not only is she beautiful but the best at what she does. 100% will recommend and please make yourself a favor and ask for her.

I came here for a birthday celebration with a group of friends. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this time I had to because my bottle server was so amazing. Ashley made our experience so fun! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and offered a table, I was amazed with the excellent service, particularly by our beautiful waitress Erika Cardenas.Erika was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our entire visit. She made great recommendations for drinks/ hookahs and food, and even went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied with our choices. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive and she was happy to answer any questions we had.The atmosphere of the bar was also fantastic. The decor was stylish, luxury and comfortable, latin music was great, and the food was absolutely delicious.But what really made the experience special was the outstanding service we received from Erika. She had a great sense of humor and made us feel good the whole time. She was attentive without being overbearing, and she always made sure we had everything we needed.Overall, I would highly recommend Amsterdam as a great spot to enjoy drinks, food, and a fun night out. And if youre lucky enough to be served by Erika Cardenas, youre in for an extra special treat!

I am not usually the one to ever write or complain as I myself am a manager but this experience I had last night/this early morning was by far the worst experience. I love Amsterdam and I’ve spent lots of money bottle services with no issue. I’ve been a guest since blonde Amy was behind the bar along with the 2 amazing great personality male bartenders that would do the fire show. I came to celebrate someone’s birthday and a group of my friends were already inside. I was told by the security guy (Cuban) along with I’m assuming the owner saying that I along with 2 other people “HAVE” to buy a bottle when it’s put on social media/by word there is no cover charge. I calmly continue to stay in line and I witnessed the same owner telling me I needed to buy a bottle get nasty and started yelling loudly in front of the door at another security staff. Not only that but right in front of us people were asked how many by the same Cuban guy that didn’t allow us to go in let them in. 35 minutes later after they let groups of 10+ in I kindly approached the guy in the front why were others being allowed in with no purchase of a $200 bottle but we were told “we had to”. The same people I saw were let in were people that didn’t have a bottle and actually sitting at the bar. Very upsetting to experience what occurred last night. I understand it’s a business at the end of the day but treat people right and be consistent. If it weren’t for my good guy friends birthday I would’ve walked away and left.

Went to meet some friends and ended up here. It was one of the most memorable nights I have had in a long time. The music, the food, and the drinks were excellent. Best part of the party was the service.. It was crowded but our bartenders still caters to us whenever we wanted to order. The waitresses and bottle girls especially Nicole and Rachel were unbelievable. They made sure we were having the time of our lives. I will for sure come back.....

I was served by yaya and claudia and let me say they were THE BEST. They were very fast with their service and very friendly, they made the night 10 times better. The food was great. The girls partied with us and made the club experience better than imagine. Beautiful girls and great food I reccomend anyone to come here when they want to have a good time.

I recently visited this club and I must say, it was an amazing experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and offered a table, I was amazed with the excellent service by our beautiful waitress Gigi.She was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our entire visit. My friends and I recently visited for a girls night out and honestly it was a great night. The ambiance of the club is really nice. The service is great. We were attended by a server named Ashley. She helped us out with recommendations and promotions. Very sweet girl, her service was amazing and would definitely ask for her again the next time we go. 10/10 recommend. Very luxurious place.

It’s a nice place better than the original decoration wise but no room to just chill with a few beers and friends it’s all about selling you a table or VIP not cool but I’m glad they have adequate security and a little space at the bar

Despite being allowed in dressed outside of the Dress Code we sat at a table that was not marked as reserved. We ordered hookah and received our order only to be told that the table was reserved and that we would have to move. No one offered to move the hookah or even cared that we got up and left. The gentleman at the door approached with his thumb up confirming that we enjoyed our visit to which he received a thumbs down.

I was hesitant to go at first but once I got in, Lemme tell you it was the time of my life! The drinks were a good price and the music was amazing! My friends convinced me to get a bottle and our bottle girl (Rachel) was 10/10! Attentive and on point! If you go, ask for Rachel la cubana! The one with curly hair, you wont regret it!

Regarding Security those guys are The Best at what they do ! Police is also there as well and, Parking is Big too ! 5 stars for my first time there. Partied here last weekend and we had this waitress by the name of Ashley not only was she amazingly beautiful, but she constantly was coming around checking up on us. He made sure that everyone at the bar had a great time and always had a drink in hand. He was also knowledgeable about the different cocktails on offer and made some fantastic recommendations.Overall, I had an amazing experience at the Amsterdam Nightclub, thanks in large part to Rubens excellent service. The Environment at this place is electrifying and amazing!!! The music is so good and the service that they provide is top tier. As someone who does not like going out to clubs and dancing because of my anxiety this place makes you feel right at home and welcome. We had the pleasure of having Ambar serve us she was so kind and attentive cleaning up once our drink was done and ready to bring us refills and making sure everything is fine On top of that she was very beautiful. My twin brother and I went to the club “Amsterdam” in Hollywood to see De La Ghetto because he was showing up there and we are a HUGE fan of his but the bouncer aka “GM of the club” was basically obligating us to buy a bottle to get in that’s worth $300 dollars when this whole time they have kept promoting first of all @Amsterdam about the entres being “free” and having “special bottle service and drink Services’s ” but none of that was true once we were there and even @De La Ghetto that was talking in his IG about the same offer’s the club “Amsterdam” was saying and promoting. Guess what, None of it was really true. Now, I don’t know about what ya’ll think or know but for me that sounds like is falls advertising. Now, @De La Ghetto made his presence and all we wanted to do is to go inside and buy some drinks and sing a long with some of De La Ghetto song’s for being HUGE fans of his but unfortunately that didn’t happen. A dream not made true thanks to the bouncer’s aka “GM” and he also said to me not to come back ever. On top of it all there were two guys right after us and they did not get the same problem we did and they didn’t even buy a bottle to get in like the staff was basically forcing us to do so. Also, before even going in, on the parking lot I asked the same guy’s that were in line after us if they were buying a bottle and their response was NO and the staff aka “GM” let them in with no problem. I’m not one to complain but the disrespect and expectation that I had was not what we were expecting at all. We were so EXITED but all that excitement left my mind and body when all this happen. And I can also speak for my twin when I tell you that he feels the same way. We were having such a great time and night full of excitement before getting to the club because we were going to see one of our favorite rregetoneros but that was a disappointment with the staff of that club specially the GM. Very rude at the door the security’s at the door make you wait in line for more then an hour if you are not getting a VIP or if you not tipping them so rude I made a line for one hour and 30 minutes and when I got to the door security kept saying just wait just wait only when I offered them money to getting they let me in I don’t think I’m ever coming again my girlfriend got really mad because she was getting wet and I understand waiting in line because is a very busy place but no need to be rude every time I go to the place

Horrible organization for sections, no boundaries at all. They will offer you free shots then make you pay for it. They will manhandle you if you even touch the snacks in the bathroom, they are not complementary like they seem. Low quality sound system and just overall gross atmosphere

I party here at least 3 times a week and I always ask for Serena, not only is she my favorite in other things but she’s an amazing server

Such a great time! Honestly one of the best clubs in Miami! Not only is there a variety of music, there’s food, no cover, and great specials. My favorite is when the girls dance especially one girl looks like she’s a professional dancer.

Ashley was my server on Wednesday and she did a phenomenal job. I really enjoyed the atmosphere as well. Latin night was really fun and me and my friends had a good time.

I came in on a Monday expecting a slow night but it was packed and a great atmosphere . Very surprised . If it’s like this on a Monday I can’t imagine a Saturday ! There’s so many beautiful girls waitresses bartenders and customers , the one that took care of us was a Venezuelan girl named sofi .. omg 😍🤩The bottles are super cheap as well . The only thing I didn’t really like was the food choices . There’s not many and it’s like arab food kababs pits wraps and stuff . They attract a lot of spanish customers I would think they would have empanadas or tostones stuff like that .. other then that it’s a great place . Very spacious . Great lights , great sound system

The best club experience in South Fl. The hookah is amazing and great environment. My waitress Amabel is the best, always happy and make me feel like i am home. Definitely going back.

Nice club been to it several times but dont let their valets park your car. Their valets went through my stuff and yesterday on Wednesday I paid 10 and self parked went to the door of Amsterdam my friend couldnt get in by some black security because she was wearing shorts and a crop top Hoodie so we went back to valets for a refund and he told us we have to wait an hour to get our cash back literally a $10 bill then when I asked why wait an hour he kept denying and he claimed he was the manager for the night and didnt speak English well

Excellent place, I went a few days ago and I loved the service, especially the attention and service of Katy the waitress. Too spectacular. I loved her. Soon we will go again.
