Best In The West Wireless & Smokeshop - Dayton

I went there to get my phones cracked screen fixed they charged $88 which wouldnt have been a problem with if they actually fixed it. They said they tried two different screens and neither fit but it didnt look like they took the screen off in th me first place it was so bad they wouldnt be able to put it back on but they handed it back the same way I gave it to them. Whatever they did do messed up the phone completely so it wont charge. I wasnt afforded a refund, half a refund or even an apology. They charged me $22 more dollars to leave with a dinged up phone thats finger print sensor doesnt work, definitely not worth the $110 I gave them. Do not go here they do not know what theyre doing and they dont careEdit: I forgot to mention I waited days for them to call me and update me about my phone, after about four days I had to call them. I dont think they ever intended on even giving my phone back

Ive gone in a couple of times and every time hes always nice. He was super nice and understanding once when I needed to use different forms of payment.

I am very pleased with the service I received. I went into the store to get my phone repaired the sound of the speaker was sounding funny I spilled some soda onto my phone the other day. Im very glad I stopped here as my first stop, great customer service and great price.

Fairly knowledgeable staff with up to date software really good at flashing your phone for you although they are rather slow and do bullshit with other customers a little too much for instance if Im in their spending $200 and there are in there taking a bill for 35 I shouldnt have to wait for 10 minutes while they talk about some sort of dumb s***
