I love the Miamisburg store!! They are always friendly and have all the information needed when I ask questions! Today Susan helped me, she is amazing and I enjoy talking to her! Also their new rewards is so much easier to use and the benefits from it are great!!

They had a reward program. I went to go in and use it and they told me they no longer honor it. And I explained very kindly I didn’t do this. You guys started this program and you guys gave me this and now you won’t honor it. I was so upset. I just explained to the gentleman that if you don’t honor it, I will stop being a customer there told me I was being mean.After the money, I have spent there never again. You guys started the reward program and then you get rid of it before the customers kid use it that seems a little underhanded to me.

Bought a vape from them yesterday passing threw and it tasted good for the 15 min car ride to where I was going and after that it was a dud it says it’s fully charged and full on juice.

Wont go anywhere else! SO glad they opened a shop closer to home and its stunning! Always great people and prices.

I had read the reviews online. This place is beautiful, and the prices are so much better than any other vape shop i’ve been to ever. Susan, is phenomenal. She even showed me how to set up my new box mod and made me feel very good about my purchase. I 100% recommend this place. (Also, they have so many good flavors i’ve never seen before)

I wish their were more options when it comes to the star rating, because the staff and owner at this wonderful shop are great. The customer service is always amazing, always willing to help with decisions, advice and questions. The prices are the best around, and any issues that you may have are always taken care of without any issues. We only shop here, the extra 15 minute drive is well worth it. This place is amazing. The staff know what theyre talking about and like to talk and be friendly with customers even if you arent talking about vape stuff plus, the prices are fantastic. 100% would recommend seeing them if you are in the area.

Best vape shop weve been to yet. The staff was very helpful and had many flavors to try. Most definitely the cleanest one weve been to yet!! You dont have to worry about walking out of there with sticky slimy hands from trying all the samples & the samples are great-all full and in great tanks with good coils, not burnt up. We actually ended up buy 2 of the same kind of tanks the samples are in. Will be returning there more often!!!

I do not know the words to accurately define the level of service. These folks are smart, and their prices are great. they are always happy and upbeat. they have a Huge variety of hardware from beginner to the advanced User. the flavor selection is one of the best in the Cincinnati/Dayton area.

Love Hot Vapes their customer service is AMAZING much better than any other vape shops I have tried. Any issues I have ever had with my vape, battery, coils, anything they have fixed for me free of charge and with a sweet attitude. Any questions I had have been answered, and you dont feel like you are bugging them like some places. Everyone in there knows their business and is very professional. Lots of products, large inventory. Spend $100 get $15 off next purchase...Have never had a bad experience from any of the staff, and their helpful attitude has earned my loyalty for sure! I went in today looking for juul pods, they actually have Caesar pods which are a lot better as well as a wider range of flavors.It has been 3 years and I will be seeing many more. I love this place because they have the friendliest, most knowledgeable staff. They took the time to answer my questions and explain things thoroughly, and when I had a problem with my device, worked with me until it was fixed without making me feel rushed. I wanted to edit my review on hot vapes but I still wanted to leave the original up. I was contacted by the manager Josh who apologized to me about the customer service and he replaced my battery. I just wanted to say thank you for the apology and going above and beyond. They do have a huge selection of juice and I will continue to stop in when I need to stock up again. Thanks again!As the previous review said only go here in a pinch, the employees only are friendly and helpful if you are a friend of theirs. Ive had problems with two batteries that I have bought there and the last one I bought not even two months ago and it stopped working. I stopped in the store and was ignored until I went to the back of the room where the juice is. One of the employees took my battery and plugged it in not saying anything, another employee sat on a stool and was blowing vape the whole time, no interaction and made it very uncomfortable. After the battery wouldnt charge I was handed it back saying there is nothing they can do and do I want to buy another? Nope, I sure dont want to buy anything else from you. Whats the point? Customer service is what makes or breaks a business and this store is lacking in it. Dont pick and choose who you want to be nice to.

I went here based on the reviews, and I couldn’t be happier. So many vape shops didn’t have mesh pro coils and they had them right there and for a great price. The saleswoman was immensely friendly and fast!

Do you like big selection? Do like great prices? Do you like excellent customer service? Well, if this is you, look no further. I have been to almost every Vape shop from Wapakoneta to Portsmouth, Oh. In all my travels I was yet to meet the culmination of these ingredients. The staff is excellent and they dont put you off as if you distracted them from building on their RDA while getting paid to help you. They dont act like newbies are the enemy. The store is clean, inviting and well stocked. Also, if they dont have in store what youre looking for, they are more than happy to order it for you. Searching for that perfect flavor is exhausting, but they make it easy. A huge selection of pre-filled testers and no hassle about it. I watched one of the salesmen sample with a customer for over an hour, he of course helped other customers but never got aggravated and had a smile the whole time. These guys care about their customers. Questions about tanks, RDAs, RTAs, whats new, whats on the way, what could work for you, and how to operate the equipment are all answered and you wont leave until all of these are answered to your satisfaction. I overheard someone say that the e-juice prices in this store were high. Ill admit, to the naked eye, yes it could seem that way, but when youre buying 60 to 120 ml for $25 to $35 and not paying $18 for a 12 ml tank elsewhere the math will quickly add up. Trust me the numbers are in your favor. They will also recommend a comparable flavor that may be local or from another manufacturer, that will give you more bang for your buck So if youre looking for a full on new to vaping experience or you are experienced and need to refill some supplies, check this place out. I guarantee, I personally will be making the 40 min drive from my home on a regular basis to seek out these guys and give them my hard earned cash.

The young lady was extremely knowledgeable & helpful. She set up all of my new equipment and answered all my questions even through she had a store full of customers. First time customer who will definately return.

Everyone is SUPER friendly, chill, and willing to help. We came in to figure out an issue with the charging port and they did everything they could to make it all right. We were definitely happy with the customer service.

I was in there for only about 20 minutes and heard one employee discussing levels of sugar in juice (juice doesnt have sugar), another employee told a customer that the type of battery they used didnt matter (it definitely does), and shortly after the first employee squirted juice directly in her mouth (disgusting).Ive only been there once, so I try to give the benefit of the doubt, but definitely take what the employees say with a grain of salt.

Wally and his employees are knowledgeable professional and will make you feel comfortable if you are new to it all. I have been to every vape shop in the dayton area and this is hands down the very best. They carry top e- juice and the products ate superior to all others. The 120 orange pop is awesome. Very rude person working the counter whom I have been informed was the owner. I went here with my son to purchase a vape. The items that my son was purchasing were $79.99 but when he went to pay he was told the cost was $150 when I politely asked what the extra cost was for, I was told in a very rude way that thats what it costs do you want me to smoke it for you too? The man working behind the counter automatically took on a very aggressive tone and stance, not professional at all. My warning would be if you go dont ask any questions about the prices the owner doesnt like it. Needless to say we went to another store and purchased the same items for 79.99 but the price didnt double at checkout!

The place to go for anything related to vaping, not only is the staff great to work with but the owner Was even more impressive with the knowledge he has and has went out of his way working for me, I don’t do reviews but with the service I’ve gotten my 1st and 2nd time in the store they deserve it. They didn’t have my usual brand but they spent 30 minutes trying to find something close and said if I don’t like them bring em back and when I did he threw me a couple types to try until he custom ordered my brand in. In 8 years I’ve never got that from any vape shop.

VERY helpful, friendly and knowledge staff that REALLY go above and beyond for you! Ive been smoking roughly 33 years and wanted to give vaping another try and picked this shop cuz its close to my house and am glad I did. Got set up with an Aspire K4 starter kit and some Smurf e-juice. Josh walked me through the basics and I was on my way. Unfortunately I could barely hit the darn thing cuz it was too powerful and made me cough up a lung. I was a little freaked out that I was going to get screwed with a vape I didnt like. I e-mailed the shop about my problem around 2am and got an immediate response to bring it back in and they would fix the problem. I went back in today and Anna (who is just wonderful and knows her stuff) figured out my e-juice was too high (12mg) and took me down to 3mg. She gave me the new bottle at half off, which was SUPER cool of them and a free coil that was also incredibly nice! Cleaned the tank out and put it back together again for me, all the while taking me though the process step by step so I could understand. Now my new vape is perfect, nice smooth hits and big vape and I couldnt be any happier!A wonderful experience and AWESOME staff that REALLY care about you, the customer and will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. I will be buying all my vaping products from them in the future and know each experience there will be a pleasant one. I highly recommended this shop for newbies and old pros alike. Top notch! My boyfriend and I are in here every other weekend. The people who work there are super friendly & the owner is cool as hell. Even though we live about an hour away the trip is well worth it. We have a vape store in our hometown but its nothing compared to Hot vapes! Deff recommend this place to major vapers. Trust me you wont be disappointed 😁

Staff is friendly but its usually pretty busy. Other have become more reasonable since when I first visited. They are fighting against the FDA regulations against vaping. That earns them an extra start!!

Broke my tank at 9:50pm I live like 5 min away called and asked if they would stay open till 10:05 so I could buy a new tank and they wouldnt. Plus they dont carry the best flavors like el churro and baha dude in anything higher than 6mg and I use 12mg
