The employees are so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have a nice variety of things. Love this place! They offer a rewards program thatll give you a discount on future purchases. Theyre willing to take the time to actually help you out. Customer service is top notch! Bonus is that they really open the doors when it says theyre open! Sometimes a little before. Theyll also answer the phone if you call the location. I know some places avoid good customer service like the plague 😏 This is my NEW go to spot!

Today (Tuesday 7/13) was my first visit and I was very impressed. Huge HUGE selection of all types of vapes and millions of flavors. They definitely have a flavor for every preference. The workers, every single one, were very knowledgeable & helpful. They even have items for pets ♥️ A long with different personable items. Great stock and selection. The main staff is very helpful and friendly, the management- not so helpful, and less than friendly. If not for this, it would have been 5-star for sure.Talk to the general staff and you will have a good experience.Still, there is no doubt they are the best in the area.

My girlfriend and I went in there to get her a new device. When we entered the store, it was stimulating to say the least. There are posters and signage all over the store that just feels inviting and interesting. There are shelves that line the store which are filled with products that I feel suit any type of smoker. I am completely a non-smoker, but I do like cbd. This store has a great selection of that as well. The staff was friendly and definitely knowledgeable and the guy who helped us made a suggestion on vape juice that my girlfriend loves. There were two ladies behind the counter who were very kind as well. Ive been to establishments before, as a non-smoker, and I felt really judged or out of place. It wasnt like that here. They were all very professional and friendly and willing to help and assist with any questions we had. Ill recommend any who ask and will suggest this place to the people I know. My girlfriend and I will definitely be back.

This place is pretty cool. They have a big selection of juices. I just wish they carried Bad Drip juice because they are my favorite brand of ejuice. The lady was very helpful at finding me a juice that was close to my favorite. She was also very knowledgeable about the different types of coils that would work with my mod. The store was really clean and smelled yummy. So go check them out I think you might like it.

They have a very nice selection of bongs and pipes for very affordable prices. i went in looking for a bowl and was greeted by the nice woman and her daughter, i liked the glass so much i left with the bowl plus a bong as well lol i highly recommend

Moved out here from NY so needed a place to get Kratom. Staff already knows me and are always very courteous. I have been to other locations in Louisiana but none compare to here. Definitely will be coming back again and again.

Not many Vape shops around in Louisiana and when you do find one, you like to know that the people running them know what your looking for. These guys are the best in the entire Baton Rouge area. I wont be going to any other shops since my visit to this one. Keep up the fine work and awesome customer service.

Sold me a tank that didn’t fit my mod, but was told I could return it if it didn’t work. It didn’t work. The next day I went to return it and was told because the box was opened I could not return it, then I asked to exchange it. Nope the box was open. My fault for not checking before I left the store. PThe employees that work here are not friendly and I always feel as though I am bothering them if I have a question.My husband and I spent a lot of money at this place in the past, however we have moved to another vape shop that actually appreciates customers

Professionally, locally owned. Glassware recommendation - invest in 2 nice pieces- but go after double filtration style water devices - well worth the cash. Also, the larger diameter newer age sliders are IDEAL.The owner is actively involved in the business. I enjoy the company of the staff and their incense selection is great. Zero riff raff hanging out ...lots of positive chi and good karma in this place.

I am retracting my previous statement as I was dealing with some personal issues, and I was very emotional when I wrote that comment. The Kratom I buy is great quality, and theres a young man whos employed there who is very knowledgeable and friendly. I cant say the same for the manager. I will continue to buy from them, and my sincerest apologies if Ive offended anyone with my previous statement.

Great customer service and they had knowledge of products they are selling. Not like other stores that just hire people and they cant answer a simple question about a mod or juice or coils.... definitely wont be going any where else but HERE

Very welcoming business, all of the employees are very knowledgeable about their products. The carry a wide variety of E-juices and vaping equipment. They are also willing to listen to recommendations from their customers about new products, that is a very good quality for a vape shop to have. I wish more local shops would do the same. Now that I’m getting a little older, 53, I was a little apprehensive going into a vape shop for the first time. However, I was quickly greeted by a member of the staff. Knowing nothing about vaping, I wanted to learn as much as I could before making a purchase. The employee, wish I would have got his name, was extremely knowledgeable and patiently went through all the options available. I was thouroghly satisfied with my purchase and his help. I hope I have this experience again because I plan on returning to the shop for all my vape juice and other purchases. Highly recommend!

Everyone has always been very helpful here. Its a very cool store, there is even a live bearded dragon they have in huge terrarium. Plus they let you try before you buy the vape liquid. Plus to actually have a head shop in Watson is incredible!

I I bought a vapor cigarette a couple of weeks ago and it quit working and I couldnt find the receipt. I went to the store and told them that it wasnt working. The same person that sold it to me finally told me the board fried. I was told that because I didnt have the receipt that there was nothing he could do. That is no way to treat customers. This was the 3rd time that I had bought a vapor cigarette from them. I wont be going there again. I would not recommend this store at all. Bad customer service when you cant stand behind the product you sell.

Everytime I encounter this smoke shop, I get welcomed by poor customer service by there workers, horrible attitude, horrible service, as soon as I walk in i’m always bombarded to see my ID, which I understand yes you need to make sure i’m 21, but don’t except ME the customer to walk to you to service your needs when you’re supposed to be servicing mine? The woman had to take my friends ID who is visiting me to the “back” for out of state ids, um no? lt says 21 on the ID what more do you need? THEN she wastes all that time to not even have what we are looking for, utterly horrible. NO selection whatsoever for disposables.

LUV the owner, shes great, the employees are great. there prices are wonderful, not over priced at all. only complaint is the selection of juice, wish they carried more high end VG juice.

Ive been to Hot Box countless times and the staff has always been very friendly and helpful. They have a wide selection of pipes, ecig/vaporizers as well as parts for them, not to mention juices. They also almost have kratom in stock, and kratom has literally saved the lives of several people I know. Even when the store has been very busy, I have always been taken care of extremely fast. Its definitely better than the few ther smoke shops in the Baton Rouge area, although they do not have quite the range of selection available at others. Overall, its a great store and I will absolutely continue to be a regular customer.

I have been shopping with Hot Box for well over three years. When I am asked what seperates Hot Box apart from similar businesses I will consistently brag about two significant qualities.What stands out here is the knowledgeable staff and the quality merchandise.These guys breathe their merch (stupid pun included). Their staff is always familiar and like good salespeople, they remember their return clients, and their suggestions are always worth your time.You know how most vaping places has one or two guys a salesperson will call out of the back when you have a really specific question? Hot Box has an entire staff of those guys.I swear, it seems they all have doctorates in vaping gear. Yet, the reality is the entire crew is dedicated to their stock and know their inventory, the market, and the details to answer all of your questions. Needless to say, this is THE spot for tobacco users considering making the switch and getting outfitted for your first rig and also a place for long time afficianados.I admit, my first couple of visit I was overwhelmed by sheer determined professionalism and mistook it for pretentiousness and an unwillingness to clerk. Yet, I realized that the staff does not focus so much on schmoozing their customers and favors a direct approach that places more consideration on your time and your needs. After realizing I did not need my hand held every single visit, nor did I need an insincere conversation of small talk and uncomfortable up sells, my attitude changed entirely.I have absolutely no problems admitting my original two star review was undeserving and wrong. After more than two dozen trips, I am happy to state that Hot Box is the official outlet for myself, my friends, and familys vaping needs. We can truthfully say that all of our purchases has never been faulty, always been long lasting, and the selection is comfortable for anyones price points.

Good store however its a little bit annoying when you have to leave your young son in a dark parking lot because you have to show ID for over 18 to get in. That is just the stupidest law imposed on these type of establishments. He was welcome in the liquor that I went to right after that. Wasnt like he was buying anything. Come to think of it we went there because a store on Florida Blvd refused to sell me my mod and tank because he was with me while I was browsing the store. Idiotic laws tbh.

I recently went to the Hot Box for the first and last time. The inventory was very poor for starters. They have more water pipes water bongs then they do for vaping. Secondly the staff was poorly educated on the products in which they are selling. Then when I asked if the could help out with setting up and new tank, they would not help with that.All in all, they has lost out on my money I would have spent in their little shop

Y’all always selling some messed up coils there hasn’t been a time I’ve been up there and I get home change my coil, and it’s either leaking or doesn’t even go in my vape like??? How the hell I buy the same coil as my previous with excluding the fact it’s burnt and it doesn’t even screw in? I mean if you are a manufacturer for vapes you should at least be gaureenteing quality equipment. It’s completely bull ****.

My favorite place for vape juice, coils and just cool hippy stuff. Wont be back for awhile because of there mask requirements. If I need to cover my face to make a purchase I will shop elsewhere

If youre not 20 something... dont darken their doorway! There were 4 workers and 1 customer being helped... the other 3 just stood there and looked at me! Finally one helped me...if you want to call iit that. I had never been in a Vape shop so I didnt know a whole lot. He actually rolled his eyes at me!! The only one who was cool toward me was the guy who let me try different flavors... but gave me blue raspberry instead of blueberry! Good luck in that place...

Really nice shop. The gentlemen inside were well informed about the products in the store. We were asking about details concerning CBD products. They are the only place we found in Denham Springs, LA with this amount of variety too. They carry CBD in capsule, sublingual, and of course because they are a vape shop they carry CBD in vape form as well. The store is bright, clean and well organized with everything you would need to start vaping or maintain your very own hot box 😀! Definately go by and see Mason and the other friendly folks at Hot Box for all your Vaping needs and any thing CBD related!

Employees have a bad attitude, was asking questions about vape cartridges and I got short rude answers from the female. Got half answers that only forced me to ask more questions which was met with more rudeness.

Bad products...I bought a Hera 2 vaporizer for $200 that doesnt even work, and a day later they wont exchange it even with a receipt.Also bought a ecig that wouldnt even charge and they wouldnt exchange it either.Find somewhere else that stands behind the products they sell and ensures customer satisfaction.Never again...
