Hotel Denham Springs I-12

The room has been in great condition, and service has been excellent.Location is ideal, and S Range Ave in Denham Springs has plenty of entertainment I believe.Room 215, it has some minor repairs pictured below. Other than that my partner and I have had a warm experience!

The location wasn’t bad at all. But the hotel itself is absolutely horrible…. I don’t recommend. The bed didn’t have any sheets, pillows or nothing, no shower curtain, no towels, no wash clothes, no soap literally nothing. The floors were damp and slippery the smoke detector was not even attached to the wall. The tv was cracked. It was an absolute night mare

Room was awful. I was supposed to have a non-smoking room and room was absolutely covered in the smell of cigarettes. Towels and rags that were provided were dirty, there were spots and discoloration on the ones in the bathroom. The wash rags folded and put away at the sink also had spots and one of them had several HAIRS. Fridge smells like something died in it. I opened it to put away some leftovers and immediately had to close it because the smell of spoiled seafood filled the room. Microwave looks like someone set it on fire and would be a hazard to use the entire inside is gray and black as if its been singed. If I hadnt booked the room for a discounted rate on a third party site Id have demanded a refund and left. Id rather sleep in my car than stay here if ever the decision came up again.

This is the worst hotel. I would not recommend at all. There is no hot water, they cant give you any extra towels and are very rude. They also charge you a 50 pet deposit even if you dont have any pets . There are other budget friendly hotels that are much better than this . Sleeping in your vehicle would be a better alternative than staying here. I will also be reporting this place to the Better Business Bureau and also on all social media. They shouldnt be able to treat customers like this. The one in Port Allen, Louisiana isnt bad but this one should be shut down for fraud and ripping off customers.

Terrible place. Went to get the room that was reserved just to be told they didnt have any available due to them being very dirty. Finally after almost 30 mins got a room. When we got to said room I had to use the bathroom and there were roaches crawling everywhere. Needless to say I didnt shower because I just couldnt and slept with my clothes on because I was already disturbed by all the things that was horrible.

We stopped here for a over night trip while driving. When getting into our room we found what no one ever wants to find in the bed. There was blood stains in the bed, plus there was black markings all over the sheets. There was hair on the pillows. There was a piece of broken tile in the floor that cut my foot. There was holes in the wall. The over all room was terrible. I went down and asked for a refund, since I payed using a online company I was not able to get a refund.

The stay was horrible in a burned up room couch ripped to pieces. Holes in sheet. The room wasn’t cleaned before hand could not get the keys to work for 30 minutes. Went to switch rooms, they claim no rooms are available when vacancies are all over the place. Refused to switch rooms twice. Kept the deposit that is refundable. And extremely rude front desk.

First off, my reservation was bait-and-switched. I booked a room at a different hotel brand at the next exit down the road. Then the layout of the rooms was utterly bizarre. So bad that the receptionist sent me to the wrong side of the hotel, and even when I checked the other side, it still wasnt there. Then the room was shabby. Ive stayed in worse - once in Kodiak Alaska thirty years ago. Finally, when I went to check out at about 7:15 the next morning, the office was locked, no one inside. ONO is more like it.

I have stayed in many hotels and by far this is the worst one I have ever been in. First off they want to surprise you with a $50 deposit every time you check out and check back in regardless if youre staying in the same room or not. They also try to lie and say that they give you back your deposit. When in reality it takes 10 to 15 business days to get your first deposit back. The managers here are absolutely horrendous. They are very rude and apparently dont know anything other than how to check in and check out people. Would give minus five stars if available.

All hotel responses to reviews are the same and they do NOTHING to make it right despite what the response says.Will never use this chain hotel again. I don’t know if all locations are the same but I don’t care to find out. Needed two more towels, only got one because there were “towels in the room already”. Curtain was missing a couple of hooks so it was hanging off one side. The pool was disgusting looking. The tub slants down towards the drain and is very slippery. The fan in the bathroom doesn’t work, so it gets very steamy while taking a shower. No carpet on the floor which is okay, but it sounded sticky. People hanging out in their cars in the parking lot for hours. Saw a roach in the room in the morning. Paid for two nights, but after all this, wasn’t going to stay for the second night.If I could rate zero stars I would.

This hotel DOES NOT ABIDE BY THE APPS GUIDELINES.I STAYED 2O DAYS got room service 1. I would set dirty towels out and NEVER be given more. They have no blankets. Only sheets. Front desk extremely rude. Always having to go back down to get key card redone. Kids running and playing at 130 am every night with parents laying in room on bed. Front desk does nothing. No ice buckets but ice machine. List goes on and on. I do not recommend at all.

Don’t believe the online reviews that rate this 4.9 on google. They’re all fake. We requested a non smoking room, but it smelled like smoke. The towels were dirty. When we requested fresh ones we were told we would have to bring ours back to the front desk before they would give us fresh ones. There’s no toiletries, hair dryer, coffee maker, alarm clock, ironing board, or iron.The online reviews lead me to believe this would be a decent hotel to bring my family on a quick trip. It’s not. This is a just a gross little motel.

Single room was $90, more than twice the advertised price. Only takes cash. Burns in the sheets, AC doesn’t work, room REAKS of smoke. If was was truly the advertised price, ok. But for what they charged me, I could have gotten a way better room.

After a months long stay, we walked the room together and agreed the room was in great condition and I would get my $50 deposit back. They printed my receipt, and I thought the $50 hit my account but the same day, they actually processed the payment without warning or reasoning. After the extra fees tacked on during my stay, the first time being a random $24, they couldnt explain it.. then they, 3 days before my checkout date, say that its $50 per pet per week when I had been there three weeks with two cats and no issues. Then they kept tacking on fees. I will be suing in small claims if possible to get beck the extra fees and anything extra for the stress caused on my cats as well as myself.

I reserved a room several weeks in advance only to travel 500 miles across the country on what was to be a family get together only to receive an email stating that the hotel is overbooked and would not be accommodating my stay. The attendant was rude and didnt even attempt to look into why my reservation had been cancelled; I HAD TO DEMAND IT! The place desperately needs some TLC and new staff. That said, Im grateful I didnt stay here because Im sure I wouldve been eaten alive by bedbugs or something of the likes. I was actually able to find a nice, clean, comfortable room right across the street at the Americas Best Value Inn and Suites for just a few dollars more a night. After my experience, I wouldnt let my dog stay in this run down slum.

I give 2 stars only because our bathroom was actually very nice & clean. Only here because my employer booked the room. Thankfully, I wasnt alone because I wouldnt have stayed here, very sketchy activities, people (who seemed to reside here) hanging around outside blocking staircase ( we were staying upstairs). I would never choose or pay to stay here. No breakfast, no coffee..photos very deceptive

Awful experience! I stayed during the coolest weather we’ve had in Louisiana. We had a late check in I was so exhausted and just ready to lay down. When I got there it was horrible!! Room stunk and the fridge was unplugged and there was water all over the floor. I had to clean even though I was tired. They only had two towels for a double queen room so not even enough towels for us to all shower. At 3am the power went out and we had no heat! There were cockroaches everywhere! The sheets were covered in cigarette burns , no blankets. Only two crumpled deformed pillows. It was a Terrible experience I will NEVER be back!! I took pictures of everything.

We had roaches in our room. Cigarette burns on multiple sheets. Electricity was off for 2 nights (due to hurricane Ida) with no refunds. The girls at the front desk were great. The men at the front desk were terrible. Shady people around. We wont be staying there any more.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible! The hotel room was full of roaches, the floors were completely filthy, and the people staying around our room were very loud and rude. Our door was knocked on multiple times at different times of the night because , as the neighbor said, I dont even hear anyone in there.. Police were out there because of disturbances during the night as well. Plus the microwave didnt even work. Do not recommend staying here!

We stayed for 3 nights, the one bedroom suite we had was massive with a huge great bed and large kitchen etc. It was like a little flat. Balcony looked over the place area. Staff was really friendly and a big shout out to Chris who sorted out an issue for me regarding my shirt!! Lots of little extras included like snacks, ice cream and drinks all day and laundry service which meant coming home after two weeks of travelling California was great!!

Lady at the desk wasnt welcoming and barely spoke. When we got to our room, it looked nice: had a tv, microwave, refrigerator, shower (hot water for sure) and 2 beds with air conditioning and heat. Only had 2 towels and 2 rags for a 4 person room. Definitely seemed like a drug hotel tho. Over all the room was decent for the price. HEADS UP : It comes with a $50 deposit !!!!!

I was not expecting to get much for a $48 room but I must say I was pleasantly surprised at what I got. The front desk was professional on the night and day shift. The room had cold air and was clean. I did not see any roaches in #202. I payed cash which allowed me to not have to put up a deposit and that was a huge bonus in my eyes. I was hesitant about OYO but Im glad I gave it a shot. Hope this helps someone. I know every town is different. They allowed me to view the room I would be in before I payed. The only thing I have to say that is a negative is that its a non smoking room but the room had a very slight cigarette odor to the room. All in all Im 99% satisfied with what I got for the price I got it for.

Well we check in paid 55$ for one night ask for additional night was charged 250.00$ no record on computer saying i paid but my bank shows different. Room was huge floor was clean but the beds was satisfying but pillows was flat. Bathroom had no towels or wash cloths worst thing was NO TELEVISION NOR LAND LINE . had cell phone but no service due to weather need land line for emergency contact to outside world . The price was ridiculous for the room with no television also had no housekeeping while we stayed there we canceled the days we was to stay so go across street to another motel or hotel for the price I could have stayed at Sheraton or Hilton. So take a step away from here.Get you money worth get another place .

They kicked us out without telling us why and they said the manager was going to get me a refund but they called me yesterday and didnt approve it. All the workers are rude and everything.NOT a good place to stay at. All they want to do is over charge you. They got workers staying there for free and everything so we r paying for them to stay there. Theres roaches and bugs in rooms and the house keepers doesnt clean the rooms at all. Theres workers that goes in your room while ur not even there and go through your things

OYO, Oh No!We booked this hotel for $57 through a third party. The hotel cancelled our pre PAID reservation because they discovered they could get 7 times that amount due to the sold out Garth Brooks concert nearby. Even though we had booked weeks before, they waited less than 24 hours before our arrival to cancel our reservation. When we arrived (not even aware they had cancelled), they told us we could rebook the room for $350. Thank goodness the booking agency found us another room and paid the difference in prices. IF this is not illegal it should be!

Ordered room via phone while traveling. I ordered a smoking room for two people. Got to location and was giving a non smoking room, didnt realize it till we got to the room door, went in only one towel and one wash cloth. Went back to front desk, she said oh you can smoke in it. I said i need towels, was given no problem. Beds were ok, but room couldnt have been cleaned from prior customer, because husband found an empty douche bottle behind the bathroom door. I was already in bed or we would have likely ask for a refund. NEED BETTER MAID SERVICE FOR SURE.

My friend won a trip on our local radio station and asked me to go along. Included in this trip was 3 nights at this lovely hotel, tickets to the premiere of and round trip air fare. The hotel is first class all the way. There was a mix up at check in, but the young lady was very professional and went out of her way to clear it up. The room was lovely and the service at all levels was excellent.

Been staying here due to my husbands work and Jesse took a paternity leave, well cant wait for her to come back because the new people at the front desk lied to another worker about me and when told that some people are banned from the property they just sit there doing nothing even though those people that are banned keep knocking on your door wanting something. Bethany, Vee and Jess are definitely my favorite. Maria the manager is also awesome and so are the cleaning crew. Just wish it was like it was before because I dont see us staying here too much longer if the new front desk people dont get it straight. When you have a problem and want it addressed then you shouldnt have to get in touch with the employees by messaging them on their off time.

We had the pleasure of staying here as part of our return back to Australia on our honeymoon. The reception team was very accommodating and actually upgraded our room to the top floor overlooking all of LA! The beds were extremely comfortable and there were no noise issues.

I had done some extensive research for a hotel in Denham Springs - I-12, since my husband was running the LA marathon and we wanted to stay in the finish line area. The Best Western was wonderful!! The room was a nice corner room with room darkening plantation shutters. I liked the vinyl wood like flooring. It felt more clean than carpeting. It was noisy at night with sirens from nearby hotels. We had a rental car and free parking a plus. Always found a spot near the elevator.

First tip: Book your room over the phone. If you book on the phone, you could be paying as little as $30 a night, way cheaper than online and definitely cheaper than doing it at the front desk. Once you get that rate, even if for one night, just call customer service and book additional nights. Its a best-kept secret that youll be locked in to the low price per night as your first night. Just be aware that the customer service guys are supposed to lean on you to reserve more nights. Even if you dont prepay for it, they want you to at least agree that you would stay X nights longer. But you can always cancel that at any time and they wont charge. Point is, ALWAYS book your stay over the phone and pay using the link they email you. And always add nights by phone, not at the front desk. At worst, you have to get the front desk to reactivate your door card each time you ard days.You get what you pay for.If youre not willing to pay $130 a night to stay at a Hampton Inn or wherever, dont expect a four star hotel. If you booked a room at $35 a night, you should know what to expect. It doesnt suck as much as the Alamo hotel, Red Roof Inn, the Highlander. But its also not as nice as, well, any place charging $70 to $150 a night.The rooms arent really bad. I never saw bugs. Mini fridge works, HBO on TV, AC blows cold, bathroom works. Just get a nonsmoking room.You can walk to Chilis in 30 seconds. 2-3 minute walk to the gas station, Uno Dos Tacos, Starbucks, Chick Fil A, IHOP, Dons Seafood.The only real negative about this place is who it attracts with cheap rooms. Plant and other workers tend to keep to themselves. But there are going to be a few meth heads, weed dealers, street walkers that just hang out with their doors open, or in the stairwells, or the walkways. People will get loud in the parking lot. But it seems generally safe because police can easily see either side of the hotel from the busier streets. Just dont leave anything like a tablet in plain sight in your car, and its fine.Overall, best bang for your buck within 50 miles if you book by phone. Just be realistic about what youre getting at that price.

Room was clean. Bedding was fine. Front Counter girls very accommodating. However, I woke up around 1:30AM, go to take a leak, and there was Roaches in the Bathroom that all scurried into the Hole the Toilet Water Line came through. Ill never stay at an OYO again.

Their pet fee is $50 and non refundable. Plus They require a $100 security deposit that is refundable. The rooms are very spartan. I booked through bookings and the rate was $21. Really cheap until you get the pet fee. $71!!! I can stay at red roof inn for $50 and it is luxurious. This looks like a flop house. I complained and they would not refund my money for the room, even though I did not check in.I had just booked it 30 minutes before arriving, and they still would not refund my money.Stay some place else.

The lock mechanism on the door was broke our whole trip. We had to wait for someone to let us in every time with the master door key. Our room never got cleaned even though we asked for it to be. To top it off the Hotel works closely with the local police department as a kick back... the right to privacy was violated in so many ways!!!

Thin blankets but it don’t matter if that ac heater works is fine. It’s an it’ll do room. Good place. Nice price.

We spent our 25th wedding Anniversary in the Grand Deluxe room which was fabulous. The room is spacious with tall ceilings and lots of windows, an excellent large separate bathroom, a roof terrace with terrace. Because it was a special occasion we went for the best but it is possible another room would suit us better if/when we return. .

Let me explain why this is an amazing hotel. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and very clean. Emily, V, Jesse, and Trina have gone above and beyond hotel hospitality. I have been here for a month now and I am so happy to be here. If there is an issue they address it quickly. I would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you guys for making it feel like home here.

This charming little hotel is worthy of all the accolades given by reviewers. My mother and I stayed in early June and we were not disappointed. It is ideally situated in the old town, near the Central and within walking distance of most the sights and some good restaurants. The hotel itself is peaceful, small but tastefully decorated and the rooms are simply but elegantly furnished and spotlessly clean.

Filthy, waste of time. Drop my bags in the room, turn around and see a cockroach in the doorknob. After I already had to run back down to the lobby for a new card after mine didnt work.Of course these cheap ass indian ppl are terrified when you bring up wanting a discount lol but are happy to give a refund and kick you out. No compensation for your wasted time and energy. Not even an apology. Theres enough bums with low enough self-worth that theyll accept these living conditions. Imagine paying full price to sleep with roaches on you

I rarely give poor reviews but this was the only way to discribe it. I walked in to a non-smoking room and the smell of smoke was overwhelming. The floors and walls all had a film of something on them. Dirt all over the walls and light fixtures. The worst part was the cigarette burns in the sheets and comforter... I decided to pack my things and leave, I was given a refund which is appreciated.

Loved our three night stay in . The hotel is a 1 min walk to the central. Comfortable bed. Quiet until 8 am when breakfast starts. The breakfast is great with eggs, fresh pastry and bread fruit and deli. One of my he great things about this hotel is that they have an open kitchen available at all times with bottled water, cokes and a Espresso machine.

This place is horrible, it filthy and it smelled of smoke. To say it was NO SMOKING. Then the shower was broken it soaked the entire bathroom, my guy had to wrap a towel around it for us to take a shower. There was no remote to the television, when we got a remote it didn’t work so the television stayed on one channel. Only good thing with that my guy is a sports fanatic .THIS WAS A TERRIBLE COUPLES NIGHT OUT!

Definitely not your usual hotel. More of a throw back to the 50s. Lots of pastel. Rooms themselves are somewhat Spartan. Wonderful sitting areas around a central courtyard. Very friendly and helpful staff give off a tremendous vibe. Complimentary champagne upon check-in was an unexpected treat.

Base of my experience is NOT GOOD WHY?First the price between online and you pay in person( administration office ) really big deference I booked online $50+ per night but if you pay in office administration $70+ tax almost $80 per night.Second the bedshet, pillow and blanket is not clean a lot hole from cigarette and the room a lot small black cockroach.

We stayed two nights at this hotel. We arrived late afternoon and the room was ready. We could see the Rushing Rd, the church they filmed Sister Act in and the observatory in La La Land! The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to Rushing Rd and the Walk of Fame. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and the staff recommends places as well. The room was large and comfortable. There was luxurious bedding on a comfortable bed. There was a safe, large TV and very good wifi.

Only stayed few hours checked in went and ate dinner came back to room.Dirty ,smelled like smoke.Damages in room were documented took pics of everything when I got in room.Had to leave,checked out smell gave me headache..

Nice hotel,pool,bar facilities very good. 10 minute walk to 2 malls, bars, restaurants, Easy access to airport, taxi took 10 mins heading out , longer coming in as it picks up from all terminals no big deal though. Room and bed of a good standard. Some people will not appreciate a bath / shower combo but I had a soak and enjoyed it. Would use again. Staff all very helpful.

Worst hotel that I have stayed in. Sheets were dirty and stained. Floor was sticky. Had no towels. And the kicker was the roaches. All over the place when u turned on the light. I got out of there and immediately took my clothes to the laundry mat to clean. Kind of one of those rent by the hour hotels..

We stayed a couple of nights and found the hotel to be a great spot for exploring rushing rd w. Location wise its just beside the Central and City and after exploring those you came make it back for the complimentary afternoon tea in the courtyard which was also lovely. We had a premium room which was a decent enough size and a bathroom with separate shower and bath.

Nasty room!Damage in room took pictures.Could not stay because smell of smoke, room was not clean.Hotel was full could not get different room.Hotel wanted security deposit room,if I get a charge on my card for anything other than room,I will press charges for theft.

Havent stayed yet, tried booking a room with calling them. I asked about pet policy, the lady that answered the phone acted like she knew nothing, English wasnt very good either, she asked and I was told service animals were allowed. Later I called back and a man answered, he said no animals. So being more confused about the situation, I canceled my plans to stay there.

I had a certified psycho next door that I complained all night about keeping me up all night screaming, yelling, and pounding the walls. Finally @ 6:30 AM they had the police throw him out. I lost a nights worth of sleep and asked for a refund for that night. Im still waiting from the manager to contact me with his answer. The receptionist said he wasnt in when I made the request. Other than that my stay has been pleasant.

This motel was actually not terrible (as far as motels typically can go when considering the ones that are low in cost). We had one singular incident with the cleanup crew that comes by in the mornings to replace your linens and towels if you need them to where they showed a particularly large amount of unnecessary impatience with us when they needed to do something regarding our front door for unknown reasons. Aside from that the only sincere concern that we ultimately ended up having was that after the first night when we initially checked into our room, suddenly our front door did NOT seem to require a key card in order to open it. When we made mention of this to the lady working at the front desk, she came by personally and also immediately upon us expressing concern. Turns out somebody had inserted a keycard from a few keycard updates ago in months past into the slot of the door frame where the locking mechanism is supposed to initiate upon closing the door. Thereby eliminating the requirement of a keycard to unlock it every time you wanted to enter the room. Even she was really shocked and upset by this discovery because it couldnt have been anyone outside of staff that could have done this.

We had a good time at the hotel, all the staff loved us, we stayed for 2 reservations and the second one we had the room and it was wonderful. Mr. Staff is amazing with all you need. Always helpful and caring for all the guest. He is A+. We will come back again soon for all the things the hotel gives you for your stay.

The older, Hispanic front desk lady is absolutely rude and doesnt want to do anything!!! She even makes a young child check people in! There was some misunderstanding and then the actual lady came over and then told me she was refusing me service! She said I needed to leave and let the people behind me check in. I asked if I could check in and she said I needed to leave and that she was gonna call the cops! I didnt get my room and wqs told by the cops I needed to leave the property because the front desk lady didnt want me there!

My wife & I are here working and we chose the OYO Hotel because the price was the best out of all the choices in this area. It was easy to book our room online thru their app. The rooms are nice and very spacious. They are very friendly and will go out of their way to help you in anyway they can. We are on our 2nd week here at their hotel and havent even considered looking into moving to another hotel.Thank you to everyone and keep up the outstanding service..

Reserved online and secured for late arrival all for nothing. Had to completely start over upon arrival. Was given a room where the TV didnt even work. Housekeeping just walked into my room without announcing themselves and the entire staff was extremely unprofessional and rude.

I have been staying here for 3 days with no problems now all of the sudden they refuse to give a room key without my husband being present, hes at work and Im diabetic and have been sitting on the hard ground outside my room door for 3 hours now. My husband doesnt get off for another 5 hours. This is horrible.DO NOT STAY HERE.

We had never been to California so it was a bit of a blind choice. Of course I was familiar with the Denham Springs - I-12 hotels so I figured we couldnt go wrong. Best location for tourists. ....middle of the action on Rushing Rd W. Walking distance to great attractions. ...would recommend the tours, office located by Chinese Theater.

Was given a larger room because we needed ground floor due to my husbands disability. Nice workers. Killed one roach but we are in Louisiana! Nice to have a mini fridge and microwave.

Loved this place! It has a cool trendy vibe. Sunday brunch is so busy but such a cool place to be. The room was spacious. The food delicious. Awesome happy staff. Free shuttle to and from Downtown sites. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Hotel was infected with cockroaches &;other crawling creatures. I killed around 50 roaches the first night. Insects were everywhere

Omg let ke start off by saying the rooms are nice and clean and look cool and i would have giving it 5 stars just on that if not for the girl at the front desk. She barly looked at me she replied with one word answers. And they literally had nothing. No towels no pillows no blankets. No spoons no forks no breakfast no water no ice nothing. Everytime i asked for something before the item came out of my mouth she not looking away from her phone said nope loudly and rolled her eyes. I wanted to punch her. I will never come back

If I had seen this hotel, and knew it was a renaming of the run down hotel, i never would have booked it. I was legit scared to be there alone as a single female. I barely slept because I didnt feel very safe, but every other nearby hotel was sold out.

Had an amazing 3 night stay during my short trip... Rooms were clean and spacious, simple decor and had a good poolside view...staff was extremely friendly. Hotel was easily accessible to all the nearby attractions, had 2 small plazas across the hotel with good restaurants

Room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Was supposed to have been a non smoking room. They take $50 out of your account for a security fee and you dont get it back for 2 weeks. Wont stay here again.

OYO is the new way to stay in hotels around the country! Im starting to look for them wherever I travel and need a quick one night stay for cheap. I have met anyone who hasnt had my best stay in mind and since they are all new I get the pick of the litter of accommodations. Youre not getting the Ritz but youre getting a safe restful night before hitting the road again in the morning.

Even though it was a good price you have to pay a deposit of 50 dollars. And refund take up yo 7 days. Room was niceCould have been cleaner. But no food and NO COFFEE. people were a little rude.

The 1st room we had, had roaches in the bathroom. We got moved to another room on the other side of the building. That room was better it had no roaches but the bedding had burn holes in it.

As a plus member we booked executive rooms. Free 1 roll away bed and access to executive lounge with afternoon tea and cocktail hours. Room is spacious breakfast with good choice of foods. transfer to airport. One of our favorite hotel to stay.

I cant speak highly enough of the people who work here.... friendly, helpful, and relaxed. Its in a great spot close to Rushing Rd W/Highland. Lots of good restaurants, close to walk of fame, Library. Dolby Centre and all the other Rushing Rd W hotspots. 10 minute ride to Universal Studios. The people at the Rushing Rd W Denham Springs - I-12 went out of their way to accommodate my daughter and myself, ask how our day has been and just helpful.

Hotel is horrible, upon arrival,every question I asked the response was I dont know, booked online couldnt check in until 3pm,room was not clean had dead bugs on the floor, toilet wasnt working,had to constantly go and ask for clean towels,pillows smelled horrible this was the worst hotel Ive ever been in I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone

Beyond speechless with how nice the staff was, especially supervisor Bill. Great bonding and conversation he had with my family and I. Showed us and gave stories behind this magnificent hotel. SO recommended, it is clean and beautiful.

Decent hotel. Despite the price, it was actually well taken care of. Dont go in expecting anything fancy and you wont be disappointed. Seems a cozy, safe location to rest your head after a day on the road.

We were close to everything and the kids enjoy their stay. We will visit again. There were three Starbucks within walking distance. The View was out of this world. We could even see the LA city.

My room and the staff were not the issue, everything met expectations. It was the room next to us,they were constantly beating on their door, then asking if they could come in our room and beat on the wall in attempts to wake their 14 year old that had fell asleep and would not open the door.

Floor in bathroom filthy. Holes in the walls. Holes in bedding. Tub so slick you couldn’t get in shower without fear of slipping. No safety rails in shower. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

The Denham Springs - I-12 LA Hotel is a beautiful hotel, conveniently located near so many LA tourist spots and attached to the LA & Highland shopping center with lots of restaurants and food options. The staff at the hotel was so nice and accommodating -- from the front desk staff, to the room service staff, to the door staff -- every person was genuinely nice.

I feel compelled to write about my visit July 24th thru the 31st of this year because the staff at the Rushing Rd W Denham Springs - I-12 Hotel was EXCEPTIONAL! I dont know where to begin so Ill start with Alex Roy who manages the desk reception..Alex is a first class gentleman who knows the property inside and out and is there for anything you may need.

Place was disgusting smelled like a bar room , plus got robbed, save your time lady on phone basically conned me I told her I had two dogs so I figured the charges were with pet fees , well I got charged an additional 50 dollars upon arrival and me and my husband walked in and walked right back out and lost 200 bucks ! We were not staying there ! Save your time and money place is shady !

This was my second visit to hotel Denham Springs with my family within the same year. Stayed in their Studio Suite this time for 3D / 2N. Both myself & my family (my two boys especially), we have definitely enjoyed ourselves.

Booked through booking.com a week before reservation date. This hotel canceled reservation hours before checking in, and no rooms were available. My reservation had a no cancellation policy, so it makes no sense for them to cancel it.

The management was hateful and even cursed a young lady in my company. They rush to push you out before checkout time and frankly, the housekeeping staff could use a little guidance.

Rooms were clean , bed was very uncomfortable. Mattress was dirty, sheets would not stay on mattress.

Room was not cleaned during my 3 day stay. No Phone Only 1 wash cloth in the room. Tub had durt in it. Will not stay at another OYO ever.

Will never stay in this place again,had to keep asking for towels on the first day I gave them my towels then I had to go and ask for towels in office was told they would bring some to my room still no towels went to work I work nights and came in and there towel 2nd day same thing no towels after staying 5 nights I gave up on asking for towels couldnt get my room cleaned asked for a phone still no phone in room will never stay here again u pay and cant get towels,room cleaned nor trash empty

They tend to change the price on you. And overcharge you on purpose. But it is a decent stay.

Sticky floors, cleaning staff banging on door repeatedly at 9am. Check out is 11am. Very shady. I went to use the phone to complain and it was disconnected. Not good if theres a real emergency.

We were fortunate to spend four nights at this Beautiful hotel! !It is located around the corner from Rushing Rd W . It is a prime location, convenient to everything. The staff was very caring and quick to respond to requests.

Room looked like a crime scene. Burned holes in the sheet, no comforter, sticky floors, holes in the walls, creepy furniture. Wow, I made a huge mistake staying here.

The worst experience of my life at the Hotel OYO, I chose a room to spend the night and rest the first room they gave me had a very strong smell of cigarettes and as I have allergic rhinitis I went back to reception and asked for a room change, they promptly I was given another room that I had a new surprise when I entered, there was a cockroach walking on the bed I went back to the concierge requesting the cancellation of the reservation which I was denied because it was an online purchase, I do not recommend this experience to anyone .

The hotel receptionist Bethany was AWESOME, but the house keeping was terrible, stained sheets, cigarette burns on blankets and curtains, it was only $29 for a 2 bed room, if this place hopes to keep its doors open then it needs to invest in the most basic needs for a good nights sleep

We got robbed and had to switch rooms not once but 3 times and finally the 3rd room had a mini fridge but no microwave

Found roaches in the room. Outside walkway was filthy and stairs were uneven and dangerous. Also they had the tiniest pool Ive ever seen.

The cleaning staff are very nice and pleasant to deal with on a daily basis. They are efficient and always are professional. Always smiling whether cleaning or just in passing

My stay was awful and room had cockroaches i willNEVER stay there again and.pray i dont take any roaches home to mi with me dont stay there its not worth the money savings

METHHEAD CENTER RIGHT HERE, bedbugs my wife came back home today said this place needed to be shut down, bloody sheets and pillows and cigarette holes in everything place reaks of cigarettes and marjuana

I booked a room, the hotel canceled my reservation but didnt bother to let me know until I arrived. I am still trying to get my money back. Save yourself the hassle and stay someplace else.

Everything was wonderful. The only thing i didnt like was this was the 1st hotel that didnt have coffee. Great for the price and very friendly people. Would stay again

We were treated with disrespect especially with my mother who suffered a injury due to the lady that worked there and my mom is a cancer patient and the email we were given doesnt exist oh and we was taken for money which my bank says so on top was asked to leave because we disputed the transaction

The morning manager has a horrible attitude and the house keeping who dont speak English are also very rude no type of manners but the overnight clerk was amazing a older black woman very nice and pleasant.
