Alicia is the best. I’ve been trying to find a juice I LOVE for a long time but could NEVER I liked desserts but could never find one that wasn’t custard tasting she knew exactly what I was looking for and was the absolute best. If you see this THANK YOU again.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They have a great knowledge for all of your vaping needs. They have a great selection of DELTA 8 AND 9 EDIBLES. The DELTA 9 Lemonades are a SHOW STOPPER. I RECOMMEND ANY OF THE INDIGO PRODUCTS. OUTSTANDING

Visiting from another state, & left all my gear at home. Oh no! But a short visit to this shop provided me with several happy solutions. Pod systems are more prevalent here, in my state refillable cartridges with a 510 thread battery are the norm. The helpful staff explained all my options & I left very pleased. Great shop, highly recommended.

Friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful staff. They have a large selection of great custom e juice flavors that are mixed while you wait. You can select one of their signature e juice flavors or make your own to your taste.They have several options available for nicotine levels, PG/VG ratios, and container size.I have really enjoyed every flavor I have purchased from this store.

Had them modify one of their house juices for me and it turned out phenomenal. As a trucker it is always good to find a shop near a truck stop. Prices are a little high but the ingredients they use are top tier.

When you go in its more like a hang out for there friends. The staff has no knowledge of the business and very poor customer service like I said its more like a place for the employees and there friends. There prices are absolutely outrageous. And there juice is very poorly made. There is much better places you can go around the Baton Rouge area that are not just there to screw you over. This place sucks save your money and hit up another place. Or go and see for your self.

This is the my favorite vape store everyone is super friendly and quick to make your juice how you want.

Overall great experience! Although I didn’t get the exactly what I was looking for the nice lady that was working there (I didn’t get her name) was very helpful and even offered to switch out the vape juice I chose. Awesome customer service!

Been coming here for a while now (since they have opened, and in the past there other location in BR) and I and many friends have had nothing but amazing 5 star customer service, really friendly people. Glossing over the fact that the quality of e-cig juice they sell is above any other local competitors that Ive personally tasted, the customer service played a huge roll in me deciding to make this place my go to for e-cig juice.

Two ladies in there that make you feel like youre bothering them. One lady seemed to know nothing about the products where the other one just sat there and ate. Took forever to answer simple questions and then wouldnt let me use the bathroom after taking so long. Definitely lost me as a customer.

I went in this location recently. I knew absolutely nothing about vaping. I was told that its a good way to quit smoking. Well my nephew have me a vape so I went to get all the supplies I would need. I informed the man at the counter, after he respectfully asked for my ID, that I have no knowledge of anything about a vape. He said no problem, I can teach you. He was very respectful and patiently answered every question I had to ask, some more than once. This will be my go to spot as long as they are there. And as far as the placelooking like a hangout for their friends as someone said in another review. I believe its just like that to give a more comfortable atmosphere. Keep up the great work guys. Youre all Rock Stars!!!

Stopped by on 3/4/2016.. and bought small bottle of Dragons Bood.. combination of dragon fruit and cotton candy and loved it.. I decided to buy the largest bottle they had today on my lunch break ($56 bottle + tax).When I got back to work I found it didnt look, or taste the same at all. I believe they totally left out the cotton candy part...It didnt taste bad, but I was very disappointed since I really liked it before. I stopped back by after work and explained my thoughts and the lady there took a drop from my old bottle and put it on her tounge and a drop from my new bottle and did the same... she then looked at me and said they taste exactly the same... I said they didnt taste the same and I didnt taste any cotton candy in the new one.. she just kinda dismissed me and out I went...Luckily it is good enough I will vape it since it cost me over $60... but very disappointed...poor customer service + questionable reliability + fairly expense vape= lost customer...wont be back..

Wow can I say expensive, your wallet better be fat to buy juice here. Juice is ok but you can go elsewhere to purchase juice for a much lower price. Also like others habe said its like a hangout for the employees buddies.

10-10-16Truck driver desperate for quality juice (non gas station).Just made it here at 7:35 p.m. and was closed permanently with and empty.

Limited inventory.. Mostly Kangertech and Nautilus if your in to over priced generic electronic devices .. Best to order online to get a huge discount ,compared to most local shops .. Do your research !!!!

Guy up front needs to not have a sarcastic and rude response when asking questions about the product he should know about.
