My boyfriend booked us a last minute couples massage and it was absolutely phenomenal! $60 each for 1 hour back massage with hot stones included. Definitely better than any corporate spot, we love the boutique parlors!

This place is consistently affordable and I always get a good massage.I always tell them lower back and forearms(I’m a climber) and they have never let me downThey somehow given enough for attention to everything plus whatever spots are bothering me.I highly recommend the 75 minute combo with foot massage.Perfect amount of time and a very fair price

I had a much needed massage today. My massage therapist was amazing! She targeted my sore areas and rubbed spots I didn’t know was sore. The massage includes hot stones and stretching. An amazing deal at $65. I highly recommend

This is bare bones, not fancy but for $80 for a 90 minute body and foot massage, the massage was excellent. Would recommend. It was really quiet maybe bring headphones.

Total meh experience. Started out nice in a relaxing room but my masseuse barely touched my feet for a foot massage! (recently buffed via a pedicure so not gross feet!) and just rubbed up and down my shin bone until it started to hurt from the repetition. She was watching her phone several times during the session. When I mentioned it to the manager on the way out he had no other response than ‘oh,ok’. Not mad, but won’t return after this lacking experience.

I love this place. After I’ve come here a couple times I was looking to see what some of the bad reviews were about. I think people’s expectations can be a little high or misguided for what this place is about. I actually like places like this better than fancy/pricey spas. The massages in places like that seem too cautious. Here, they just give you a great, physical massage and they don’t care about working your glutes or stuff like that. They know what they’re doing and they do a great job. It’s simple, and that’s what makes it great. I love coming here. Thank you so much!

My boyfriend and I made an appointment for 3:30 for a 75 min combo massage. We got there right on time but had to wait a bit because there was another couple checking out ahead of us. No biggie. They finally take us back but leave us waiting for a while, with no instructions on what to do. So we just sat on the chair and waited. Still not sure if we were supposed to remove clothing or not. I could go into great detail, but long story short, it felt like a massage from a six year old. Didn’t seem like there was any proper training at all. My masseuse spent way too long rubbing my feet and just kept going the same things, it didn’t even feel that great. Finally, they had us flip over to do our backs. This only lasted like 10 minutes of the whole time. I could hear my boyfriend next to me getting a hot stone massage, but I never got them. It’s supposed to me included in every session. I suspect it’s because I had a tank top on, which I would’ve happily removed had I ever been instructed to. He just rubbed my back for a minute then slapped me pretty hard and yelled “OKAY! DONE!” Out of nowhere. When I sat up it was only 4:40. So not only had it not been a full 75 since we had even arrived, it was probably like 50 min of actually being massaged. When we mentioned it when we were paying they began arguing with each other in their native language, and eventually gave us $15 off. None of the experience was worth it. I have not clue why this place has good reviews. Don’t go here. It’s worth the extra cost to go to a more legit business.

If you need a good massage, this is the spot. We got the combo and it was a relaxing hour with effective massage of feet, legs, back, shoulders, face - you name it. This was a much better massage than some Ive gotten at more expensive spas in Denver. Excellent hidden gem!

This is a real Chinese therapeutic massage. No fancy waiting rooms or fancy aesthetic imitations, the real gems are the masseuses who truly know the art of Chinese massage, in a quiet, polite and respectful manner. They use hot stones, mild oils and hot towels so you leave with refreshed and non-greasy skin, which I appreciate. They literally float away all the stress and nuttiness and you dont even notice it. What you notice is that by the end you have a whole new feeling in your body and mind. Their prices are very reasonable but I highly recommend it for the cleanliness and effectiveness! Thanks to all the staff at Bamboo Grove, you totally live up to the name.

Scratched my head so hard and massage really wasn’t good. She also made a face when I tipped. At least I tipped with probably the worst massage I’ve ever received.

I went there for a foot massage. I paid for an hour foot massage and he barely rubbed my feet (20 mins). He tried to explain that the chemical in the water needed time and so that’s why he rubbed other parts of my body. When I walked in, I saw other things on the menu, for example, the combo foot and body. I did not want that. I wanted purely a foot massage. And then, when I asked him to work a certain point on my foot, he said that he didn’t because it would hurt me. Now, a new day I’m waking up the following morning and my feet are still really aching and tight. I wish I had gotten a foot massage! I’ve had bad experiences here in the past, but always wrote them off as a case by case incidental basis. Unbelievable, that this place is still in business. Thankfully, this visit to Bamboo Forest didn’t feel like it was a hub for human trafficking, like it has in the past.

Just left this place and never will go back. Went there with my wife for her birthday, fathers day for me and our anniversary in two days. Got the 60 minute back, foot, body massage. $50 each. I left after 45 minutes of getting my skin rubbed with and with out oil and still waiting for a massage. The lady had no idea what she was doing, pressed my toes hard and in between. I work hard for a living and was so excited for a great, calming massage.NOPE, no way was there a massage and stl got charged the 50 bucks. Oh, at least the lady said we didnt need to tip. Wow!

I’ve been going here for a few years now and they have provided great massages. I always ask for deep tissue massages since I’m a runner and always feel great afterwards. I’ll be coming back and look forward to my next visit!

Terrible massage! The guy was only focused on listening to his own music while giving me a massage. My wife has never complained about a bad massage, until tonight. We feel so cheated paying our 1.5 hour massage. We should have just stayed home.

Similar to a few reviewers, got a massage from an older woman which was very gentle pressure despite me asking four separate times for stronger pressure. I come for this style massage for firm pressure, and was very disappointed. When we ended I paid with CC and included 15% tip (lowest selection available) and was told I didn’t tip and hassled for several minutes. She brought out another employee who cleared up her misunderstanding. Will not be back!

Its clean and hygienic. They use disposable sheets and they change them every time a new customer comes. And the masseur is very skilled. I will go there every week in the future.

Got my first massage here. Massage felt good. I was comfortable with the masseuse but she was randomly laughing during the massage. Really wasnt sure if she was laughing at me or something I did. Made me a little self conscious. Thought full body massage would include chest and front of legs but this one did not. Also was a little under an hour I believe. Overall a good experience but I have not got other massages to compare it to. If the masseuse reads this, did I do something to make you laugh?

The pricing is fantastic for a place that you can get in the day of. I found their number and texted them that Id be there in 20 minutes and they accommodated. Wasnt the BEST or most professional massage Ive ever had, and the place isnt in the greatest part of town, BUT I will definitely go back for the price/experience. Their open room isnt super open so I liked that. They also place your feet in water to start, a little different but pleasant.

Had an excellent experience here with my wife yesterday evening. Ive never actually received any sort of professional massage before last night, but the 90 minute massage was perfect for both of us! Theres nothing over the top here, just a great massage at an amazing price - everything was clean and professional. Ill definitely be back.

Got a massage by Wayne (or Wade.. I don’t remember exactly :D). Probably the best massage I’ve ever gotten. Listen to me, I get massages AT LEAST once a month, sometimes as many as three a month. Tried this place to do something different than my normal spot.. yeah, I won’t be going anywhere else. Anyone complaining about the hard pressure needs to go to a place where they “pamper you”.. this is a TRUE massage for long-term wellness. BEST MASSAGE

Great experience, this is a deep tissue massage that will work out all your knots, so be prepared for that! I like to go when my shoulder pain gets to be too much, they can dig in deep and help resolve the pain. Price is super affordable and well worth the cost

Intense, deep tissue massage. Incredibly thorough. Fair pricing. Girlfriend and I felt very limber and relaxed thereafter. Dont expect a relaxing experience - Chinese massage has a mentality that is more therapeutic rather than doting. It can get tough, but it is well worth it.

Do not go here! The masseuses pressure was so hard it left us in pain after asking them to go softer multiple times. There was music at the beginning and then it randomly stopped at the middle and became awkward. one masseuse continually burped in my face which was disgusting. If this was all that was wrong I would have left three stars but the kicker was at the end when we went to pay, they not only complained about the tip that we left but asked for more which I found appalling and rude.

Terrible 30 minute massage. Slightly older lady (50s) would not do a deep tissue. Mostly palm hand pressure (broad pressure, nothing that was finger/elbow).It was an imbalanced massage and felt very frantic/fast. I pointed to neck and glutes: minimal neck and only one flute was briefly massaged. It was a waste of $42($2 charge for CC and $40 for 30 minutes)

Update:: still going here and still love it. I took my husband and the back part was a little intense for him but overall he enjoyed it.I have been going here for about 3 years.people are always nice. Always a great massage and well worth the money!

Very impressed with the friendliness and quality of care, as well as price. Its straight and to the point but effective. Good people. Skilled massage work. If you want a place to drink a hot tea in a bath robe before your treatment, this isnt it, but thats ok by me. I can get 3+ of these for the price of one of those.

Have been coming here for years and was recently very disappointed at the time we paid. I noticed there were a few other reviews about issues with tips. I paid for our massages total of $100 on a debit card. When I signed the receipt and put zero for tip as I intended to do cash I was immediately questioned why “no tip”? And the individual became very pushy!! This was very unprofessional as she was impatient AND tips are encouraged but NOT required, she almost demanded it from me! They should consider adding a specific tip amount REQUIRED to their service fee poster. I will definitely be going elsewhere as this ruined the mood. Never have I been demanded a tip when I decide to leave it in cash or even when I intentionally don’t leave a tip or low amount if it was a bad experience!

Best bang for your buck in all of Denver. Heard good things from a co-worker so decided to try it out & was not disappointed. My masseuse was very firm and they do a bit of hitting to loosen you up but its whats expected for a bamboo massage. For those unfamiliar I suggest loose pants and a cotton t-shirt since you stay clothed.. Ill be back for sure. Enjoy!

I looooove this place! I go a couple times a month at least. You won’t find a better more affordable foot and body massage! $25.00 plus tip (I always tip at least 10.00 and if it’s really good 15.00) for a full body clothed massage. This isn’t any frilly foo foo Massage either! This is the real deal with a good amount of acupressure! Sometimes there is a language barrier, but overall it’s a clean place providing great value!

My family and I have been patrons for many years. There is always a nice presence in this establishment. Everyone is very sweet and kind. Services are amazing! Definitely recommend!

After visiting several Asian massage businesses in recent years, Bamboo Forest is my favorite. Its easy to pop in 15 minutes after I call for an appointment, and the quality for the price is amazing. This is NOT deep tissue, but is a great adjunct to my usual routine of exercise, stretching, and chiropractic. The therapists at Bamboo Forest are always intuitive and do a good job of working over my entire body, but naturally spending a little extra time on the areas that hurt. I feel relaxed, looser, and less tense every time I leave, no matter who is doing the massage that day.I still love my other sports massage and deep tissue therapists when I need targeted work in more depth, but Bamboo Forest is a fantastic option for inexpensive and convenient bodywork.

If you are use to a sports massage, or deep tissue massage, this is the place for you. If you are older, fragile, or have not gotten a deep tissue massage, this is probably not the place for you. This is traditional Chinese massage. They are great. I highly recommend them. And youre going to want the 90 minutes not the 60. Ive learned my lesson. Make time for this place its worth it!

Went for a massage with my GF and myself. There is no communicate between you and the staff. I point out where my back hurts and the guy continued like I never mentioned anything. Then my GF who also has a massage said that they literally hurt her, made her uncomfortable and that it was the worse massage ever by the end of it all we were both shaken and they ended up charging $45 a piece instead of the advertised $30.. No one speaks English and I feel like I have been scamed.. Never again!

Best massage place in Denver. I get a 2 hour massage for $60!! Yes, 2 hours for $60!! Plus they actually use pressure the entire time. If youre sensitive, might not be the best place for you.

This is a very deep tissue massage. It can be painful, but you just have to tell him to back off if it gets to be too painful. It does bring results. Will definitely come back. If you want to foo foo soft massage , you need to tell them that at the beginning. Well worth the money.

The bodywork is thorough and definitely deserves full 5 Stars; Thai Massage is known for stretching along with pounding of muscles - very affective & effective! My boyfriend and I went In Yesterday I paid for the two massages on a card for 60 I then gave 10 tip and the lady said sorry we suggest a 10 percent tip I said so as have to give 30 percent she said we suggest O said well I only have 10 dollars when I checked my bank statement this morning I saw that they charged me 75 instead of 60! That I signed and authorizedEdit I was given a receipt that I signed that says 60 dollars I just got off the phone with my bank to dispute charges they said you took 60 and then adjusted it for 72 Im guessing because the tip I gave in cash wasnt sufficient enough for you so you took it upon yourself to take more money off my card that I did not authorize I will be contacting fox 31 news on this fraudulent matter

LOVED the massage. Lady WORKED ALL KNOTS OUT OF MY NECK & BACK.Its the little bugs that came home with me that I hated. I used 1 capful of germicide bathroom cleaner in the bathtub, LAY down with everything submerged except nose for 10+ minutes, then flip over and put your head in water. Repeat wirh another tub of basic h + DE. Didnt kill all bugs. Woke up at 4AM with bug activity. Cleaned tub after several hours sleep & soaked in 2 cups saltwater for 1.5 hours, changing from front to back. Bugs still not dead. Had to mix olive oil with colloidal silver, & some eucalyptus drops. All still not dead.Took pictures of very small flies & put in bag 8n freezer. Had to continue soaking for 5 more days, increasing the germicide to 4 capfuls, and irrigating nose with a oinch if salt. My eyes are red and I can feel activity in my nasolacrimal gland, eyelashes & eyebrows. The owner responded that THEY CHANGE LINEN DAILY.

Their card machine wasn’t working and I couldn’t leave.
