Knowledgeable and friendly staff - local vibe too. Can recommend as the neighborhood spot. GOOD selection all around (especially the vapes) and customer service!
On their website the juice is 13ish bucks and even with 9 bucks shipping its still cheaper to go that route than to actually go into the store. First off, why is juice 13, which probably has some sort of small mark up in it, going up 23 almost 24 after taxes, in the shop and then why is it a buck cheaper just to get it mailed? Theres a place in Lakewood that literally sells juice with a small mark up from wholesale which is pretty much what this place advertises online minus the shipping (9) and the 2 day delivery. Im not trying to plug anyone so you can do the leg work to figure which shop that is, Im just pointing that discrepancy in prices amongst various ways of shopping platforms makes a company look like a huckster. It also makes me feel like these shops are grossly inflating the prices.

Im not pleased at all with my purchase here. Not only are there prices a lot higher than some other places that Ive been to but I bought a can of butane and the tip was broken and they wouldnt accept it back, So now Im stuck with a can of butane thats unusable. If I owned a smoke shop I would definitely make sure that my customers were taken care of and wouldnt expect them to pay for something thats broken.

The guy this morning was unhelpful/unresponsive, didnt care if I bought anything or not, and theres a dog that barks and charges at you when you enterSeemed reluctant to show me a $10 battery from behind the counter as if I was going to steal it, despite my being well dressed. I do wear prescription sunglasses. Usually I take them off when I enter a store but the dog interrupted that. I get the sense that this place caters to a certain type.SUPER OVERPRICED. Just go there to see what things look like then order it for sooo much less online.Example: Me - How long does a coil last? Him: It depends on how much you use it. Me: Well yes but .. then he finally kind of gave an answer. He kept answering everything like I knew the answer already. Absolutely baffling and moronic.He seemed to think I was pretending to know nothing about vape pens to distract him so I could steal a $10 battery. Or he just didnt care. He kind of drifted away from the conversation to go to the other side of the store to turn on the TV.
These guys were absolutely amazing! My rig broke less than an hour before closing and I sent my partner out to their shop and called Josh in a panic. He assured me he would pick out a good rig with the specifications we need for our e-nail. So great to work with! :) Will be shopping here again!!

I wish I had grabbed her name but was the lady working closing hours Monday night.Not only did she answer my phone call to give me knowledgeable answers to my question she also was still extremely nice when I showed up like 5 minutes till close.Then to put the cherry on top of the absolutely exceptional customer service, she saved my entire night and my day off tomorrow by pointing out that I left my phone on the counter lol.As a first time customer, I was blessedly surprised by the kind of service received & the experience I had that close to closing time.it is small yet cozy, good vibes, cool location, and clean. Was packed full of stuff wall to wall.Everything I had time to quickly look at + what I purchased was priced at extremely competitive prices, especially for the area Definitely not more expensive than anywhere else thats for sure.Will come here again whenever its late and everything else is closed which is super helpful as seemingly everything is closed up by no later than 9 to 10:00 p.m. post pandemic.

This was an really awesome visit because I happened to go in just for a lighter and I ended up getting one for free and plus 10$!!! There was a dead mouse inside of one of the light fixtures and no one wanted to touch it lol. So the employee offered 10$ if I could get it out. Needless to say I got a nice little deal. One of the best shops in Denver. Although its smaller, they have an amazing & unique selection. Staff is down to earth and knowledgeable about the products. Even if its your first time there, they make you feel like family. They offer personal insight to why they like certain products. They dont just push things to make a Sale. They try to make sure you leave out with exactly what you need. Pipes are unique and fairly priced. I bought a concave grinder with a door on the side that a young lady helped me with. I believe her name was Mackenzie. I love it. And just like she said the design helps reduce the amount that gets stuck in the middle...if I could give this store more than 5 stars I would. It was that amazing

Staff was knowledgeable with getting us the right piece to use for all of our needs. They have a huge selection of glass an also have silicone bowls an bongs. Papers. Pretty much everything you could ask for. Lol There bowl prices werr much better than the dispensaries selling them. They actually had a good sale going yesterday which I think he said is all month long 50% off if I remember correctly.

This particular head-shop on S. Broadway gets points for staying open till midnight. However, the groggy girl behind the counter was woefully unqualified to provide the least half-hearted assistance guiding us through the overpriced inventory we left feeling guilty of creating an imposition for our reluctant retail clerk rather than valued cash carrying customers.

I went in a few days ago on a trip to Denver from Idaho I went to six shops while in Denver and most were extremely overpriced. Two shops even quoted me prices over their sticker price like I couldnt read. When I got to her shop she greeted me quickly and told me shed be right with us cause she was helping other customers. After looking around she hurried with the other two people giving them both good deals and then proceeded to show me everything I wanted to see. I found a glass piece I had to have and she told since I was so patient she gave me an amazing deal. Only honest shop I found for glass, thanks for everything.

Bought a new tank for my vape. Before leaving the store I recognized the item as being defective, however they refused to replace return or exchange my product, which I found out later is in violation of Federal Law. Ive contacted the Bureau of consumer protection, federal trade commission and the BBB . I highly suggest you take your business to the very reputable vape store next door. I Will be happy to change this review if they in turn change their mind

Updated: I have to change my review to a 1 star. The same guy I raved about before has completely ruined this place for me. Theaat few times Ive been in, there was a lack of attention or greeting while I waited and waited for help. He also has inconsistently charged me for regular items or has not given me correct change and will argue about it so I always just give up and lose the money. Im pretty sure he pockets whatever he dishonestly over charges. Sad to see but my friends and I will take our business elsewhere to more friendly, honest, and helpful shops in the area. I highly recommend Headrush Smoke Shop on 13th st downtown or the Freakys on Wadsworth in Lakewood.Original: The dude that was here when I went in was awesome! They have a nice selection of vapes. I’m only rating it 3 stars because on their website it says the esco bar 5000 was 20 to order online, but when I went in store they tried saying it was 34. Bummer because I was planning on buying more, until the prices were different in store. It’s cheaper to just buy from their website. Wish they would match the price listed on their website and I would only use this vape store if they did.

This place is almost never open. The one time it was, I bought a tiny glass bong. It was nice but overpriced. When it broke I went back to buy another, but did I mention that this place is almost never open? The hours are posted but the shop is usually dark and the door is locked. I dont know how they stay in business - maybe they get enough SoBo weekend night tourist/hipster traffic to afford the rent, but the business sure doesnt serve the neighborhood. I must be fair; right after I wrote that I caught them open, found the exact little glass bong I wanted, and bought it for a fair price (they lowered the price). So naturally I hate it when theyre closed and I have to shop elsewhere.

Broadway smoke shop is in probably the best location it could be in the south denver area especially with all the hip bars around it off of Broadway. The staff is also very helpful and easy to talk with. I highly recommend it to anyone who is visiting or local.

Terrible customer service. I was sold a hookah pipe that was cracked. Make sure you inspect your purchase, they dont take care of their pipes! The sales rep was over 30 minutes late to work w a parking excuse and showed up well after 1130. She was extremely rude when we asked to replace our broken pipe she sold us. I would never shop here again. She has curly hair and extremely disrespectful!
All there glass is China and it terrible. I bought a rig and it wasnt hitting right and found out there was a small hole in it. Right before she tried to sell me a piece with a crack in it, and they try and make it seem like your getting a great deal from what the price tag says when really there paying minimum for these peices!

I bought a Hookah pipe from here and it was cracked. I tried to bring it back to return it at 11am when they open and noone showed up to work on time. We were there from 11 to 1130. When we came back the girl who sold it to us (curly hair) had a terrible excuse saying she couldnt find parking to get to work on time. Yet we were chillin outside with all the parking in the world in front of us. She was extremely rude and cold hearted when we literally spent over $50 on our new piece. We will never come back to this place Not worth the customer service. What a joke.

Like i said before i got everything i needed for the rig including a thermal banger!, a kick a$$ disc carb cap, and a Bender dab tool!! Sold glass and nail where the first time i lit the nail the glass it was sitting on broke. They claimed it was the best glass but in reality was super cheap. They did not even fix the resolution, beware and buy from a reputable store.

Bought a cheap knock off chinese Vape pen. Havent even tried it yet and I felt like I got ripped of at the point of purchase. After reading a similar review from a month ago I decided to call and double check the prices on the stuff I bought. THEY CHARGED ME DOUBLE on almost every item I bought. No joke, I will be going in when a manager is available and calling the cops if they do not give me my money back. Kid with glasses literally asked me to tip him after charging me double and most likely pocketing the money. Scary business, scary neighborhood. The other reviews are obviously fake. And to respond to the business before they discredit me, Ill gladly take pictures of the cops in front of your store when I stop by. That will be the most accurate review on Google review of your thief employing establishment.
Went in last night for a $20 cartridge battery after my $8 battery stopped working after 1 charge. Thought i’d get my bucks worth coming in here y’know? trusted the words of the seller, so went ahead and bought the basic level battery and it stopped working after 1 charge (company ooze). i’ve told the guy of my situation regarding the first battery so i asked if all sales were final in case it were to happen again so typical answer is yes. what can you do...

I wouldnt even give it a star. I bought a vape and not even two weeks later, the vape completely stopped working and the extra coil was bad. I was told when I bought it, I could return it if it didnt work. I went to return it and they wouldnt refund me and was rude as well. Didnt attempt to make it right. I will never go there again!

Please Read!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I thought the place was alright Ive bought from here before but I Went there a few nights ago to get a vape pen, So I pick one that I like go to pay for it and the dude tells me my total. Which was WAY more then I expected so I ask him to tell me the prices of my pen, charger, and the oils I bought. He tells me the price & says Im sorry I accidentally OVERCHARGED you this really got me upset but I said its ok just correct it. So i go home the pen doesnt work its not holding a charge or anything. I call the store to POLITELY ask if I can talk to the manager, the girl (Amanda) says she wasnt the manager and then says she Kinda was. So I tell her whats up and she argues with me for a few minutes then says Just bring it down Ill see if I can fix it At this point I dont even want to take it back. I would want my money back but I doubt they will do it. Im taking this as a loss. I should have listened to the review from the guy below me that said Their Vape Stuff Sucks because now I waisted money and time. It sucks dealing with Money hungry people that dont actually care about customers. I hope somebody reads this and takes the advice, cause I feel dumb for not.

Butane prices are a little out of control. Ive never seen anyone charge $8 for a can of neon5x. I was actually kind of awestruck. 2 stars cuz the girl was nice and its out of her control but DANG!

This place isnt great. I suspect other reviews are the shop owner or people looking out for the shop. Vape supplies are really bad. Off brand generic stuff from China including their selection of juice. The pipes and other smoking stuffs are the same cheap generic stuff. Prices are cheap but they would be at a place like this. Staff always look too stoned to help. This is a conversation I had with some girl there tonight. Hi, I was calling to check if youre open because I just walked up and there is no one here...its 545pm yeah um....were like....closed? oh Im sorry are you asking me if youre closed oh no, but you should come back later ok not a problem, what time should I come back like any time later, were... Closed or something right now what time are you open tonight, the sign says 11pm, online says 9pm, I just dont want to miss you again oh yeah, you should like come by tomorrow....I just hung up at this point. The place feels skievy and out of place for the neighborhood. Its right next to a tattoo shop that attracts the kid rock crowd and I always get the feeling some shiesty Persian is going to try and sell me a gold Rolex from a trench coat when I go here. Would definitely avoid. Better glass shops literally 2 blocks either direction on Broadway.
