This dude is the coolest vape shop owner I have ever met. Super chill and laid back. Hes the only shop that I know of, that is willing to open a 4/5 pack of coils/disposable pods and give you the amount you want. Every other shop Ive been to has told me they dont sell singles or isnt willing to sell me just 1.😤🙄

Ive been here 10 or so times and have always left happy. Good selection, fair prices, and fast & friendly service.

Well this is my first and last time shopping here. When I walked in I wasn’t greeted, the man working just stared as if to say “what do you want?” It was obvious he was not in a mood to be dealing with customers. I bought two vapes, no conversation during the transaction. I had never been here before, and different stores have different policies so I stepped right outside to try the vapes because I thought that was the courteous thing to do. One didn’t work so I stepped back in. The man working was immediately on the attack because I tried it outside and not inside. I told him he never told me that was the policy. I wasn’t trying to pull one over on him but I also wasn’t trying to waste $25. He was very heated but said he would replace it this one time, which I’m grateful for, but the abrasive attitude I received was quite shocking and unwarranted. When you have a lot of competition in the area, maybe you should keep your customer service top tier. He made me feel like a criminal. What a miserable jerk.

I have consitiantly tried to call the buisness to ask about product 3 times within the last 2 days) and cannot seem to get anyone on the phone, or get a phone line busy.

Gus and Santiago are very knowledgeable and helpful they have EVERYTHING YOU NEED from vape juice, knives, incense, vape mods, and good prices!

Sells fake vapes in name brand boxes with zero nicotine. You can check the bar code on the boxes on the brand website. Reported this to the cashier and asked for my money back. I let him know that selling fakes is dangerous because people have no idea what they are putting in their body and as a partron I expected more. He screamed at me and told me to get out of his store if I didn’t have the device with me I wasn’t getting anything.

I absolutely LOVE this store! They always have what I’m looking for. Their prices are very reasonable. The employees have ALWAYS been super nice to me. And always help me find what I’m looking for. They have a ton of tobacco products, and some beautiful glass. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!!

The phone number does not work, the shop stays closed from 12 in the afternoon to 1:30 in the afternoon on Sundays apparently. I wouldnt recommend giving this business any business except its one of three smoke shops in walking distance and near a bus stop.

Honestly, I liked coming to this smoke shop until the owner sold me a bad vape. It wasnt a big deal, I just came back for a new one. The owner was insanely rude to me, even though I apologized and offered to pay the difference for a new one. This guy yelled at me and told me that if I buy a new one, and its bad, he didnt care and wouldnt replace it for me. I repeatedly said I wasnt trying to be problematic and was prepared to pay for it! He shoved my cash back to me and cursed me as I left the store. It was honestly the worst and weirdest experience I’ve ever had at a smoke shop. I dont recommend this place to anyone. Go somewhere else.

Bought a vape pen/battery from this location. Would not charge properly after using the first time.When I went to the store during normal business hours, there was a line outside. When the owner finally returned 15 minutes later, he was cursing as he unlocked the store, complaining about I’m not sure what.I politely asked him to exchange my faulty product for another of the same value. He refused and said the best he could offer was half off the replacement.Poor customer service and products, I would recommend taking your business elsewhere as I have decided.

I’ve been coming here for a little over 7 months, and have had nothing but stellar interactions with the owner. The owner is extremely friendly and reasonable. A few months back I had boughten a vape and I forgot to test it out before leaving, and 3 days later it crapped out on me. So, I ended up coming back in and talking to the owner about the issue and he helped me out a ton, even though he had no reason to. I’ll always appreciate that! It’s extremely hard to find vape shops with down to earth people working it, and it’s understandable since a multitude of people probably try to get one over on them. I only shop here for my vape and tobacco needs and will continue to do so well into the future. Currently, I’m trying the blue lightning, and creamy tobacco 2000 puff from Maxx vapes. The flavor lasted completely up until the last hit and the battery lasted far longer than I expected for it not being rechargeable. If your trying to find a friendly and reputable store with a store owner that feels like family ONLY shop here! Lastly, the prices are some of the cheapest in the area and the selection of vapes beats out any of the other vape stores I’ve purchased from in the past.

So Ive been coming to this shop for a little over 2 years, basically since I moved to Glendale. Im originally from California and back home we have a close family friend named SAL, who owns 3 vape shops and a CBD shop. So me and my family know vape and vape owners. This shop and its owner is on point with what he offers in his shop and how he does business. Ive recently started to take my oldest sons there to get their vape products and he does business with them now as well. Anytime Im in there looking for a possible new vape to add to my rotation, he comes up with a recommendation and has gifted me several vapes to try out. As Ive heard from my oldest hes done the same for him. When you shop at a store, of any kind, you hope to find a shop and owner like this....that has what you like but will recommend new possibilities. Thats what you get here. Ive had issues with vapes that stopped charging before it was finished and other technical issues, hes always either replaced it outright or offered half off. That is good business. And that is what to expect in this business. My family has had close ties in the California vape scene and Ill tell you that owners regularly deal with theft and people trying to get something for nothing. From customers and employees. Its common. So when you walk out with a working vape but return a day or two later and its not working properly, it really is solid if they replace it or offer half off a new one. I can only speak from my experience here, and I have nothing but good experiences and the highest recommendation for this shop. If you shop here but are new, keep coming back, maybe 2 years down the road youll still be shopping there and glad that you are!! Like I am. Cheers from my family.

Was just trying to replace coils for my Smok. The guy working there was so rude and told me to leave!! I’ve never been told to leave a store before in my life. Plus he was selling one coil at a time for a ridiculous price (whatever they feel like, I guess). Don’t worry, I won’t be back and there are plenty of other options. I went to Denver electronic cigarettes (.2 miles away) and they were super nice and sold me an entire package for a third of the price.

I highly recommend Denver Smokes and Vapes. Gus has a knowledgeable staff with multiple varieties to choose from. This is a clean environment with professional people who are friendly and helpful. I personally like the selection of flavors. There must be over a 100 flavors to choose from in E cigs. And plenty of other accessories to buy. From smoking devices, pipes, and much more. This place would be my first choice. Highly recommend.

Anthony has been one of the best sales men I ever had the pleasure of dealing with at any smoke shop. Not only did he take the time to find me what I had wanted. An atomizer with 510 threading , but he also showed me a multitude of various other items similar to intended purchase. Thank you so much. Love this place, I only smoke cigars but the owners always ask me which ones I like and if there are others cigars that I would like to try and he buys them! Always talks to me and asked how Im doing when i come in and has a large collect of pipe, and vape. CI LOVE THESE GUYS AND WOULD SUGGEST YOU CHECK THEM OUT!!!!

This is a really nice shop. It looks well taken care of, and the prices are good. However, the gentleman that was helping us on 06/17/2020, not sure if he was the owner, but he was very rude. I heard him talk to another customer about a shoplifting that recently happened at the shop, so maybe he was on edge?We were asking him to grab things from behind the counter, and he sounded like he was bothered. We asked him for butane, and then he implied we needed to hurry because he can be helping other people at that moment, and pointed at where the butane was, which he needed to grab anyway since it was behind glass. He then proceeded to assist another customer, to which the customer told him no and that he can continue to assist us. He went to grab the butane from behind the glass, and slammed it closed, and came back to the register to check us out. At that point, my friend was going to buy a piece that was worth about $200, and decided to leave it due to this individual’s attitude.Based on this experience alone, I do not recommend this place, however I do think it is worth giving this shop the benefit of the doubt. Lots of options in store.

The couple that owns this store provided a few nice laughs and a chill atmosphere! Mary the Fairy made it a magical time and her husband was really knowledgeable abut their whole product selection. Found my new favorite vape shop for sure!

The sign says open but you dont let anyone in. Another person walks up and you let them in then the owner cusses us out very rude. Then tried to make an excuse of why they aint openResponse: a person walked in to make a purchase right after we left please dont make an excuse for lack of communication its no holiday on 2/22/23

This store definitely DESERVES the 5 stars. I have been shopping here for a few months now and they have had everything I needed for really great prices. The owner is a really great guy. He always helps me look for the best papers, accessories, and e juice. Not joking when i say this will probably be the only smoke shop I shop at for a while. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Ordered a vape but it’s taking forever to arrive, I got antsy and should have waited… I went in because I noticed online that they sold the same brand of the one that I had ordered, just different models. I thought I’d get a middle of the road mod. I selected one and after purchasing batteries my total was over $100. I paid and left. Opened the box up in my car (which has no cellophane on it) and noticed that it had a ding in it like it had been dropped and the battery door would not stay closed. So I went back in and said that I’d like a different one, but maybe I could buy the slightly better model and pay the $15 difference? The guy helping me said I’d have to talk to the manager. Manager walks by and said “just give her a new one.” So I got the same model but the color I DID NOT WANT because the box was wrapped in cellophane. I guess it was too much trouble to take back the opened defective product I was sold, do an exchange and have me pay $20 more difference? I would think you’d want more money on sales, not less, but ok… I wish I would have just asked for my money back. Why are you selling opened (possibly used/damaged) units at full retail?! I haven’t opened this thing so I’d gladly return it for my money back. I used to come here and spend lots of money on pricy cigarettes, and this place is close to my boyfriends house. I think I’ll stay away from now on.

Great location. Prices are decent. This is the only vape shop I shop I shop at. Wally and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Helped me pick out my first MOD and juice based on what was right for me and not just looking to make a buck.

Never opens on time. Consistently late and is usually very rude to me. When I ask to see a product or ask for more information, it’s either ignored, or gives one word answers. Even gave me a sign one time to look at cause he couldn’t be bothered.. One occasion, I asked when a disposable vape was coming in, and he blew up at me saying he doesn’t like the owner of the company and to stop asking him, which I had asked twice in the course of two weeks.... Later when I came in, he was fully stocked of the product I asked about. How bout that?Here it is, Sunday 11:30 and sign says opens at 11am. Place is closed and customers are walking away. He’s nowhere to be found. It’s like this every morning when I stop before work.

One of the owners or part owners got mad because i purchased 2 swift vapes one lush ice and one pog i smoked them and they dont have any flavor. I immediately went back into store to try to get this issue resolved. He said we dont exchange and stated to me that i dont like them this is why i want to return also stated that he will loose this transaction. Its not my fault they didnt have flavor. He gave me a return its was like being dismissed for a faulty vape pen which is not on me. I didnt have them like 10mins. He then smoked them and tasted them and claimed they had taste I live in lakewood and drive to this location off of Mississippi not a close drive. I have brougt several people here but it will be the last time and i will inform all that i have came here with his lack of manners and respect and we will not be back.

This shop has 4.9 stars for a reason, its a great shop, it has a very nice variety of glass wheather you want something quick and cheap, or pricey and good quality, he has it all. I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner who also runs the shop, and he will help you with all of your smoking and vaping needs! Hes super knowledge able, but the best part is that he is constantly looking to see whats hot and new so he will usually have all the new smoking devices, vaping products, anything that he sees his customers need. As of today, this is my favorite smoke shop to go to and its an easy one to reccomend.

This is the only vape shop I go to. The owner, Gus, is very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Its because of him that I have made this shop my go to for all vaping needs. I would give it more than five stars of Google would let me.the store has a nice atmosphere, it does not smell like smoke like so many other shops do. The layout is easy to navigateand hes got a very very large selection of products ranging from pipes to vape juice to even a Pokemon water pipe! If you havent been here definitely stop by.

Ive watched this store grow, once they first moved Into the neighborhood, they had just cigarettes and a few other items. Now the whole store is loaded with a huge selection of glass, vapes and other wonderful head shop items. Definitely the friendly neighborhood go to. You guys have my business!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Left my debit card here on Saturday, went back Sunday to go get it. When I entered the store there were 3 men. These guys not only did not give back my debit card with my name on it after showing them my I’d. They had my card sitting in the counter so I grabbed MY debit card and The guys immediately grabbed me and held me in the shop. My only regret is not calling the police. Had to cancel my card. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Great smoke/vape shop. His prices on puffco peaks and carta v are the best in town. Plus HUGE bonus -- they have a bunch of local glass in stock. You have to ask for it (theres no special case or anything) but theres a great selection of American glass in there ... along with the import stuff (I prefer american glass personally). One of the only shops in the area to carry bongs from SOLID. Great store !!!

This is by far the best vape shop I have visited. I have been to many many vape stores over the metropolitan area and the customer service here is unmatched. Entering the store you’ll be greeted by one of two amazing gentlemen. As for the products there isn’t a single product you may need that you won’t find. Outstanding shop!

The guy working there (balding, short, glasses) was rude, unhelpful, and sold me the wrong product because he just works there and doesnt know anything about the products i asked for cbd vape juice and he sold me a tincture. Waste of $50, will never return, the owner should fire this idiot.

Gus, the owner, is very knowledgeable and runs a great store. Fair prices and good selection. I typically purchase kratom and nicotine salts, and I’m in there once or twice a week.

The owner is super helpful and knowledgeable. Best prices in all of Denver. My husband and I had bought a bong from Freakys and came into smokes and vapes and found a similar one for a lot cheaper. Anything smoke related he has it. My husband is a Vaper and says all vape juices are delicious. I personally like puff bars and haven’t found a better price in all of Denver. Stop letting places steal your money and time and head over to Smokes and Vapes you won’t regret it!

Reason being, the owner of this establishment is vastly knowledgeable, extremely hospitable, and has a wide assortment of products. Bought a disposable that hit perfectly fine in store, 5 minutes down the road and it was spraying fluid without me having hit it again and then the thing exploded in my bag.

Been here twice this week, closed before 9 P.M. finding a new vape shop after 3 years. Used to be open to 10.

This store is always stocked with everything and the guy in the Gucci hat is always amazing customer service! This is my main shop.

Ive come to this store on two occasions now about a half hour to an hour after there opening time and there is no one there. If you cant be there to open your store, then adjust your times so people dont waste there time going there and waiting for you to maybe open.
