Let me start off by saying this place is AMAZING!! I found this Spa online as I was looking for a place that did multiple services & could not find one near me that offers services like this place does. I easily booked 2 appointments online for the same day. I booked the Honey Dip & a 90 minute Swedish massage.Honey Dip:WOW! This was an experience that Ive never had before!! I read other reviews raving about how great it was & let me tell you theyre not kidding!! I had Nancy, who was phenomenal. I told her this was my first time there and I had no idea what to expect with this type of treatment. Before entering the treatment room, she explained what would happen, and to let her know if anything is uncomfortable. Ladies, be prepared to strip down to nothing & expose everything. The service is essentially a lay down luxurious shower, where your whole body is exfoliated and wrapped in a warm and delicious honey oil. Throughout the treatment you will receive massaging from head to toe. Your hair will also be washed, so dont wear any make up and no need to style your hair. Afterwards, my skin was the softest its ever been and glistening. I will definitely be back for this treatment!!!Massage:I cant remember the gentlemans name but he was great, although at times a little too firm in some areas. He did great with communicating with me with what I felt comfortable with and if the pressure was too much. He definitely worked some knots out in my neck and shoulders as I told him these were areas that I had the most pain in. The massage was amazing & something I would do again.The salon itself was very nice and well-maintained. The only flaw I found was not having a private changing area. You are escorted to a room that has lockers, where you are to change into a bathrobe and strip down completely. However, in this room, there is no privacy. So I was in there with two other women who were trying to get fully dressed without exposing themselves entirely. The space is also small, so it was very awkward. The hot sauna and the steam rooms are a nice add on, but again are very small spaces. Both *can* accommodate about 3 to 4 people, but only 2 comfortably.I will definitely be returning as I did purchase their monthly membership. For the price of their monthly membership and the services that you receive with the membership its an absolutely amazing deal!! I am so happy I found this place.

Horrible customer service, lack of understanding for first time customers coming from Elk Grove was referred here wish I never was. There are some people that have no empathy or consideration for a person that first and foremost cant find the location being its inside of a big COUNTRY CLUB MEDICAL CENTER, just in case anybody needs help finding this place Im sure many will. I WILL NOT EVER recommend ESTHETICS BY JEANETTE TO ANYONE ESPECIALLY AS A FIRST TIME WAX CLIENT. REALLY INCONSIDERATE (8 mins late we do tell the truth here)!!!!

Not a smooth experience, got a “maternity massage.” A massage should be a relaxing experience all around. A few things..One, there is no couples massages. Nice place, smells great, large business but they have tiny rooms and can’t accommodate a couples massage.Two, the lady at the front said I would be getting a maternity table with a cut out, something to sustain my stomach, accommodations etc. I walk in and just see a table with two pillows. The person massaging me said they only have one of those tables and it was being used.. great expectations to set, just to walk into the bare minimum.Three, I told her it doesn’t ask you online or do they ask in person the preference of a man or woman. I am pregnant and felt uncomfortable and wanted a lady. The owner went back and forth with me, said I should have asked. It’s their establishment, online doesn’t give you a choice, and most places do ask. She offered the guy cutting down the service to just some places, which I responded wouldn’t be a full service for the same price. She shrugged saying, “well you’re paying for something” 🤷🏼‍♀️. Awful way to cater to your customers and pregnant people!!Four, there were language barriers. I asked several questions and three of the staff just looked at us blankly.Five, the sandals they have are used. One of them had a bite taken out of them and a hair. For people who value the service and experience had, it’s a poor one and the owner clearly doesn’t care.

I have been going to this spa for years. Its so relaxing and has great customer service. Today I enjoyed an 80 minute massage with Amy. It was excellent. Started off with a foot bath while I wait for my appointment time. Got my massage and then enjoyed time in the steam room.

Experienced my first facial and massage here almost 20 years ago and customer service and services are still top of the line

I had a aromatherapy 90 min massage with Daniel and it was one of the best massages Ive had. I highly trcommend this Salon. The ambiance and setup is phenomenal.

Purchased a gift certificate and it got misplaced. They refused to compensate me in any way. When I said to the receptionist that I would not be patronizing their business again, she had a very nonchalant attitude and said, “Okay”. It seemed like it didn’t matter to her that they were not going to get a repeat customer. Great job lady 👍🏽

Made an appointment for my first ever pedicure today. I have avoided pedicures my whole long life because I have really ugly feet. I arrived early and checked in to wait. After 30 minutes of waiting, a massage therapist asked if I was her client. I told her no and that I had waited with no one coming to get me for half an hour. She ran to check with someone and then the receptionist with whom I originally met came out looking confused. There were at least 3 to 4 manicurists who didnt appesr busy 6 ft from me behind a wall. I told the receptionist not to bother and left. I went to another salon and immediately received a lovely and stress free first pedicure. I wont be back to EBJ.

Went to get a massage for the first time. Facility was nice and clean. The massage therapist (Ruslan?) didn’t communicate to ask how I was doing, whether I had any issues or pain points or anything which was very unusual for a spa. Also didn’t ask about the amount of pressure during the massage and was a bit rough. I also didn’t receive the foot soak before my massage that everyone talks about. I was told that I was one of the last appointments for the day and therefore was requested to pay in advance of service, which I did. I guess everyone was ready to go home and later services don’t get the same attention which is unfortunate. I submitted feedback to spa and haven’t heard from anyone. Maybe some of others are better. Hope this review helps someone else.

Second time visiting EBJ and I cant say enough good things about this spa! The Honey Dip is absolutely amazing and is definitely why I came back! I had a facial both times after my honey dip and was equally impressed! Everyone is kind, helpful and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing.

I have an amazing experience every time I come here. I love the honey dip and occasionally will get the Korean scrub. The womens locker rooms/changing room is always clean, they have steam rooms and saunas to use, you can use the salon afterwards as well. I could easily spend a whole day getting pampered from head to toe here.

This establishment fell short of my expectations. I had purchased a spa package for my wife, which was advertised on Instagram as a luxurious Royal treatment day package. Regrettably, the allotted time was insufficient for my wife to complete all the services listed, and the quality of the ones she did receive was disappointingly generic. To make matters worse, the staff disputed my purchase, asserting that I had only bought a gift card rather than a package. Consequently, they charged my wife the full price for the services she obtained using the gift card, disregarding the discounted package prices. This behavior demonstrates a lack of transparency and integrity on their part. When we requested a refund for the remaining balance on the gift card or the option to transfer it to someone else, they adamantly refused, leaving us with a frustrating waste of $600. Despite disputing the charges with my credit card company, the establishment fiercely contested the claim and ultimately prevailed, suggesting a pattern of contentious dealings following instances of customer exploitation.

This was my first time getting service and it was beyond luxury! My facial by Star was so professional and relaxing!My honey dip treatment by Irma was fabulous! She was so helpful and sweet. Thank you for making my experience relaxing!

I absolutely loved my Honeydip experience! This was by far the best body service I have EVER received, and I will be back every other month. I feel pampered, relaxed, and in a meditative state. Theres nothing like it, and I recommend it to anyone else!

Amazing facility and staff , the honey dip body treatment is to die for I drove 2 hours there and two hours back in the rain would do it again thank you💕

Best Brazilian wax experience ever. From the time the first wax strip went down, we were done in 10 minutes. So quick, so clean, so kind. She explained everything. I’ve been to other places that took so long and got hairs everywhere, excruciating pain, and pieces of wax left behind. Not this place! They know exactly what they’re doing, and although it was painful, it was so quick and easy. Ask for Angelina or Brianna.

I have been getting my Brazilian wax here since 2019. But it’s a full service spa. It’s nice clean and I’ve never experienced a problem. I use the wax card and get a discount every-time. A more affordable wax compared to other wax places I’ve been to.

The worst spa service I have ever had. I went in for the honey dip and the lady was abrasive and when I asked her questions or told her to stop she would not listen to me. She didn’t explain to me what was happening before touching me which stressed me out. The manager came in which made me even more uncomfortable and then just told me it was “part of the experience”. I’ve never had such poor communication and felt so stressed out at a spa. The products were very strong smelling and I couldn’t stop crying because it burned my eyes. If you have sensitive skin or sensitive to smells do not do this service my sinuses felt like they were on fire. Overall, I never plan on returning the experience was terrible, I was upset and the manager just made me feel even worse. The products are not safe for sensitive skin and use a ton of artificial perfumes. The “honey” for the honey dip smelled like plastic. I highly suggest going to any other spa.

Best massage I have ever received. My back has hurt for over a week. The gentleman who helped me asked questions to better understand where I was hurting. Soaked my feet even before bringing me to the room. Very clean and smells amazing.

The honey dip is literally a whole experience in itself. I could do that everyday for the rest of my life.The massage was amazingArthur was so patient and understanding that it was my first professional massage. He took his time and explained everything to me, and it really made the experience so much better.This place is pretty cool. Id definitely recommend it to anyone who is interested.

After years of being a loyal client and sending hundreds of clients to them they decided to no longer serve me because their waxers dont want to listen to their clients. The injury I received by their waxers could have been avoided.

Loved it. Despite a scheduling error they worked us in for the day I wanted. Customer service on point. The treatment I got was the signature honey dip. It was delightful. Followed by a pedicure. I WILL be back to try different spa treatments. Thanks for a great experience.

These guys are great. I first came here because they carried a skin care line I was interested in. Then I booked a facial and it was amazing! Then I booked a color and a cut and it was also amazing and then I booked another facial and some spa treatments..... divinely blissful. Cant wait to try more services!

Love their service. They got everything you need. Beautiful on the inside too. The building, I mean. But the staff is also sweet, so yes theyre also beautiful on the inside.

I dont go to any other salon except here. Mitra has been my hairdresser for many years and I love her so much and I dont accept anything other than Mitras work. She is very kind and friendly. I really recommend her.

This spa is full service with an extensive menu to cover all your needs and desires. I go for massages, waxing, treatments, etc and they never disappoint. Staff is professional and caring. Prices are a bit on the high side but the quality of service compensates them.

Services were a lot better before COVID, unfortunately. Pedicure is not worth the price. I recommend going to a regular nail shop because it felt like the same service. 3 stars for cleanliness and Star was very friendly.I visited on 7/11 & received a pedi with my friend. There was a lot of miscommunication between the front desk and nail technician, so I am not surprised you cannot locate the appointment. I appreciate your reply, but its very late as I submitted a complaint via email after my appointment, and I never received a response. I do not plan on returning, so there is nothing further needed for me. Thank you.

It was strange to get a scrub without soaking the body. The lady who did scrub even she didnt do a good job. I was freezing while she was scrubbing. And, paying 99$ for that scrub was too much. I will not come again.

I love my EBJ visits for facials, the Himalayan Salt Glow, the signature Honey Dip, and my newest obsession with the Korean Body Scrub! Each time I visit, Im greeted warmly, and I feel valued. The service is consistently strong, and the facility is impeccably clean. The retail section always has quality items that grab my eye, too. Im glad to have made the investment in myself for the monthly membership!

I love this place. They are straight forward, friendly, and always reliable. Ive been getting Brazilians here for years now, and they always honor my discount card. And while I had one esthetician for over a year, Ive had two or three new ones since then, and they have all been wonderful and experienced. I will keep coming back here because I can count on the quality of service here.

This establishment is absolutely beautiful from the moment you walk in youre greeted by front desk staff. You receive a nice foot soak before your service if youre getting a massage. The massage therapists are very qualified and in the healing arts of Massage Therapy. I highly recommend this place if youre just looking for some relaxation, to get away with your significant other or day out with the girls.

I’ve been going to Vivienne for over a year for a Brazilian Wax and she’s amazing. Always does a great job. I’ve never left and felt unsatisfied. She’s friendly and professional too. It obviously is a painful thing to do, but she is fast enough it seems to go by quickly. Highly recommend her.

A very nice salon. The towels used for your face during facials are rough! But overall it is a very nice salon and I enjoyed the facial I received.

I have been coming here for years I always have a great expierence. Try Irma for a honey dip and Ashley for skincare and waxing. The spa is well maintained and super serene and relaxing. They also carry a nice selection of hair care and skin care items. And fun jewelry, hair accessories, soaps and spa clothing.

Chloe is great. She does wonders on my face. Only problem I had was other clients. I was waiting in the salon area and a woman across from me, said you people can afford services here. I responded, clearly. I come in as close to my appointment as possible, if not a couple minutes late. Unwilling to make myself available for ignorance and stupidity.

This place was great. It was my first time coming here. A friend set up Honey dips for us. Maria was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend doing this. I had no idea what to expect so everything was a wonderful surprise. The peppermint shampoo/head massage business was incredible.

This place has a very lovely atmosphere. They separated the hair salon from the spa services for privacy and noise. Only problem is that its in a weird location. Plus, the girl who did my sisters wax was new. She needs more training in working with darker and sensitive skin types.

Chloe did a great job. Had blàck heads removed & facial done. My skin feels & looks great, definitely hydrated too. My favorite part was the steam & all the wonderful smells. Thanks.

I have been coming here since 2005. I love this place. My daughter and I had a 90 min Swedish massage w/lunch. Our massages were great. My masseuse was Brandon and my daughters was Mary. They were both amazing. For lunch we had salmon blts w/fries and it was yummy😋. My daughter is thinking about becoming a member. We really enjoyed our time together. We will be back😉

My daughter and I went here for Brazilian wax. We had Ashley and Brianna. They were both awesome. I highly recommend this place. Every person there was very helpful and kind.

Long time customer here. This place has the good w/the bad. Bad: turn over in staff more then I would like. Being that the working being done is a Brazilian not to happy with everybody seeing my GOODS . Another bad thing is that they WILL NOT give long term customer the current/sales price (groupon). Good thing: rooms are nice and they go all out on the type of wax used LOVE. But bring that I have gave this company 2 new / now long time customer plus ME you would this taken $7 off my wax job would be easy but NOPE it asked more then once.

OMG is all I can say! My first facial and it was absolutely amazing! My esthetician Star gets 100 stars! Thank you so much! They also have a lot of organic and plant based products so you’re not putting harsh chemicals on your skin. I can’t say thank you enough. Where have you guys been all my life!??!!

I would visit the spa frequently pre-covid. They are open now with restrictions. I had their signature Honey Dip. Amazing treatment that leaves your skin feeling as smooth as silk. I miss the sauna and steam room being available, but I understood that in todays world they need to take precautions.

The place was awesome. Very clean and scented. The girl Gigi who was assisting me was very nice and polite. Felt really comfortable and trust me it wasn’t that painful!!! Definitely coming next time.

They cancelled my appointment on me unfortunately and although I understand the policy about being late I was rear-ended an hour before my appointment and even after that I tried to make it over to their location I was 13 mins late and 1 min exactly from them when they call and tell me they could not see me and didnt really seem to care that I was under the 15 min limitation....so with all of that.....yeah ummmm....thanks but no thanks 👍

Place is kind of creepy and really claustrophobic. Wasnt happy with my wax. The oil she put on me burned and I had a painful rash for a week. She should have asked first... Didnt care.

The walls and ceilings are stained so not the best cleanliness . if you pay in advance and not show up to your appointment then they take all your money
