Always a good experience coming here they have a wonderful juice selection and the girls here actually vape so they are knowledgeable about flavors mods batteries and know what to look for and guide you from real vape experience.

I wish I knew the names of the ladies that I see everytime i go in but I do not however they are both just amazing at their job! They both have colorful hair and it matches their colorful personalities. You are always greeted with a smile and they are incredibly knowledgeable about what they are selling. I would highly recommend this place! Plus they have a great points system if you sign up it quick and easy and you accumulate points pretty damn quickly!

Cool little place I guess. Girl at the counter was nice. I was looking for a plastic bubble piece that holds the vape juice but they didnt have it and I had to end up spending $40 for a whole new atemisor. Wasnt too happy about that. My old vape shop carries the plastic pieces separately for a few dollars, I miss my old shop that I moved away from, and Im new in the area so I wasnt going shopping as this was already the 2nd shop I checked. They didnt seem to have a big selection of much anyway so she was happy to take my money as that was the only choice. Boooooo

For a small store that has so much competition, I love these guys. Theyre not the biggest. They have a decent selection at a solid price. Nothing too fancy or anything crazy out of the ordinary, but I love this store and will pretty much always shop here.

This is my go to vape shop, left another shop a few doors down after being a loyal customer for YEARS!! I found out that right down the block at ECig of Denver, the prices are better, the variety is better, the staff is better.... these guys have never disappointed me, they take good care of their customers and do whatever it takes to make you happy. Truly a Customer is always right kinda retailer. They sell quality products for a fair price and diligently stand behind any sale.

Great service! I called in looking for new glass for my Zeus Mod and they had it in stock and pulled up already for pick up when I arrived.After chatting for a bit I also asked if they had a replacement O-Ring that I had been looking months for, which they just handed me! Couldnt ask for better service! Highly recommend for future glass and mod needs! Great service and great place to shop!

Prices are on the high side, and the location is right off of Colfax, making it hard to get in sometimes. Very simple shop with decent offerings- hard to walk out the door without spending at least 30 bucks though.

This place is amazing! Ive been here twice now, they are only the second place Ive found that carries my favorite brand, yogi (and the 30mg bottles are almost 10$ cheaper than the other place)! The first time (a few weeks ago), I had my dog with me on a hot day. I didnt want to leave him in the car, so I called to see what my options were. The nice guy there offered to come take my order and bring it out to me.The second visit was today, the awesome guy (different from the first guy), made sure to do everything in his power to make sure I got the best price and juice possible. So far every experience here has been great!

Man, if only I could give this place more stars!!!! These guys are amazing! Im still new to this stuff and still learning the ins and outs of it all, but MAN, 6 bottles of e-juice for $20?!?! I cant even get those prices online!!! And the best part is, they dont suck!!! Ive only tried two of them so far (The Dew and Root Beer) and both of them are great! Then, when my tank broke on the first day, they set me up with a whole new setup for a reasonable price. And, on top of that, I got a sweet deal on some premium e-juice to boot. Cant beat that! I was so pleased! They had a wonderful selection of vape oils and the salesman was very knowledgeable. They even had 2 different varieties and several doses of the flavor of oil I use.The salesman was so nice, helped me figure out how to get to the store ( I was so lost) andloaded my vape pen for me. I am quite the frequent customer. I have been to A LOT of vape shops in the Denver Metro area. This one is by far my favorite. When I walk in the door I am always greeted with a smile and kind welcome. Sometimes they are busy with customers. Ian has helped me find juices and flavors that I have loved. And the personal experience every single time speaks volumes about how the two gentleman care about their customers. Tim has spent a lot of time explaining different devices, flavors, coils, temperatures and various other things when I come in. I remember the first time I came in, both Tim and Ian were there. We spent a while trying different flavors. But the level of customer service that I received on that first visit, keeps me coming back to this store. Only this store!

After a horrible experience at a vape shop down the road I came into ECig of Denver in need of some simple help with coils on my new ecig. The employee and owner were in the store and we very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. They taught me what I needed to know and I was in and out in 5 mins. 10/10 recommend and I’ll be back every time.

Best Vape Shop Ive ever been to. It in a shady area but the workers are all carriers. Which made me feel safe. Plus being American that goes hand in hand. Anyway they have a full way of vapes. All Freebase Nicotine & Nicotine Salts. Great selection in flavors. I recommend any of the Twists or The Jam monsters. They arent just limited to vape products. They do carry Kratom and CBD glassware and merch. I am a regular customer and this place is just awesome. Love it there.

Best e-juice prices in Colorado. The only place I go to buy juice. I would highly recommend their cake batter house juice. $4 for any house 30mL... You cant even make it yourself for that cheap. The staff is great as well.

These guys are super knowledgeable & so nice! They know what they are talking about! They make the juice when you order it & when I asked for something off the menu, they were happy to mix something up for me (and it tasted great). Im in love with the salted caramel flavor.

Easy to find, just past Casa Bonita. Great prices, only 3 bucks per 10 ml and the flavors are great. The staff is super nice and helpful. I will shop here again. Warning though I may have gotten sick off the testing bar, they try to keep it clean with alcohol wipes which is nice but in reality its flu season and putting your mouth on devices that hundreds of others have is not very smart.

I usually come here just for the house juices, which imho are the best anywhere!! Ive been going there for about 3 years now and every time I go I get the best customer service in town, the staff are extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell and are always friendly. Their house juices are around 3 bucks for a 30ml bottle, and the flavors are off the chain with the different nuances of each flavor. I would highly recommend this place as one of the premier vape shops in Denver, and would recommend that you try their Butter Pecan flavored e-juice, its really good... Awesome place! Very friendly and helpful staff and a huge selection of very inexpensive e-liquid. I always come here to get my e-cigarette liquid and parts because they have by far the best prices and service of any place that I found in the Denver area.

I have been going to ECig for about a year now. I have never had issues with their devices or juice. They have helped me out even when I had an issue with another dealers device.I frequently check out competitors and ECigs prices are always been in line. Though ECigs quality is better. I had a friend get a setup from another place that didnt even last a week before breaking. Her device she got from ECig is still going strong 2 months later.I love this place! I even recommend them to total strangers. Not to mention my friends.

Ean is awesom!! Treats everyone as equals. His employee on the other hand discriminates. I have bought a couple items there but I also play the quarter machine. I dont hit it or make the alarm go off. I have always been respectful. Yet This worker causes at me treats me as if Ive dirtied the place and has always been flat out rude. It a shame cause I could have been a great customer but to be treated in that manner for no apparent reason is not good for business. 😔

Very friendly staff however avoid the house juices. Been buying from them for ages but the last batch of juices were horrible. There was no flavor tasted like chemicals and made our noses run. Took it back and they remade it. Still no flavor. No more runny noses but no flavor. Not sure if it was a bad batch or what. But Im done with them for now

They have a super knowledgeable staff here, and great flavors to choose from. Of all the vape stores in the area I go here rather than anywhere in Colorado. While other places might have dudes who vape work there, this store is the hub of you want to get a great mod, good choices, and be sure all is exactly how you want it.

Very good customer service here. Staff seems knowledgeable but somewhat contradictory (one employee recommended a vape pen but the other said that brand was garbage) I would give them 5 stars but the wait times can be a bit ridiculous.

Theyre new method of doing house juices is terrible. The taste and the results. They tell you to just add a less of a third of the flavor to the bigger bottle otherwise it might mess up your tank coil. Well no matter how little of the flavor, 3 of my coil things have gone bad very quickly. Its a bad burnt taste with any flavor I add. And its only when I use their product. Switching places, this place used to be good but now its expensive for bottom of the barrel cheap products.

I’ve been going to this place for actual years, I went in an got salt in the wrong MG amount and they refused to exchange it for the correct amount when I called back. The box was unopened and everything but they’ll be losing my years of business because they couldn’t just swap me for the correct spelling one. I would have paid the price difference (if there even was one) but refusing to be amicable was very completely unnecessary and I’ll be spending my money elsewhere from now on.

This was my first experience with purchasing a vape and vape accessories and the man that was working at the time was super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly!! I told him what my budget was and he guided me in the right direction and set everything up for me! I will definitely be going back and recommending this place to people.

This place is the best. The manager knows my roommate who is moving out of state. He has been shopping here for years and loves this place. In fact he insured that the transactions he will be making in the future will be able to be mailed to his new home somewhere in Indiana. The manager wished him the best of luck and offered a handshake and a hug as he will miss Aaron.Aaron said he will NEVER shop at another company for vape juice or mods. I will continue shopping here as well as this was a wonderful experience. The manager had no problem with me taking photos and video for Google maps. In fact he encouraged me to do so. I included as much footage and as many photographs as possible for you all today.

Since the first time I visited this store over a year ago it has been the only vape shop I ever go to for anything. The staff are incredibly kind, sweet, knowledgeable, funny, enjoyable to interact with/talk to, and accomodating. I have experienced many many times the staff recommending a product that is not as expensive as other products because it is more suited to my needs. They will never push an unnecessary or expensive product on you. Their selection of products is always amazing. It seems like there are new flavours every time I stop by, and yet all the classics are always there no matter what. When it comes to anything in the store, especially juice, there are myriad of affordable options for you to choose. Their house juice, which comes in almost every flavor and nicotine level imaginable including whatever combination of those flavours you want as well, costs a couple dollars less than a cheap pack of cigarettes. All their actual vapes and accessories are always up to date and of extremely high quality. Even their most standard and most affordable prebuilt mods come in a myriad of colors, and are extremely durable to wear and tear, even up to and including impact on concrete (if the glass tank has rubber vape band(s) around it). If youre looking for an accessible, knowledgeable, kind and caring staff who will be able to set you up with the perfect mod, juice, or accessory to your exact specifications, in a comfy atmosphere, with the piece of mind that the products the staff recommend and/or sell to you will be exactly to your liking, and for the most part of they arent or a mistake was made you will be able to exchange what you bought for the item you need. The staff makes this process completely smooth and painless, the only thing I recommend to ensure things go perfectly smooth if a situation where you need to make an exchange for whatever reason, just make sure when you buy anything that you ask what the return policy is for it, and whatever you buy make sure to keep your receipt, and ask howany days you have to make a return and in what quality it needs to be in, as well as whether or not it needs to be returned in the original packaging. I will always choose ecig of Denver for vape products, even in the event where I were to move farther away from the store making it difficult to get to. It will always be worth it to make the trip to Ecig Of Denver.

Very disappointing customer service and products. I’ve gotten two vape mods there and both have been defective. I returned with a receipt and explained that I didn’t want to try another product because they keep leaking all over my clothes and bags. Couldn’t get my money back and was only offered store credit. Which wouldn’t be irritating except when I bought the product in the first place the guy who sold it to me said I could return it but didn’t explain that I wouldn’t be able to get my money back. So now I’m out $60 and stuck with a new vape mod that I’m reluctant to use for fear of ruining more clothes.

Honestly, without the people at E-Cig Denver I never would have quit smoking. Id been vaping off and on for 7-months with no success. Half of the juices I tried would leave me coughing so hard my face would turn purple and Id already been through four different kinds of batteries and countless tanks due to breakage, incompatibility with my needs or just a funky setup that was really beyond my ability to operate. I was frustrated and pretty much smoking full-time at a pack a day.Finally a friend told me about E-Cig Denver. I went in with my list of problems and concerns and they helped me solve them all. They spent hours with me helping me find juice in a pg/vg ratio I could tolerate and a setup that gave me the feel, taste and cloud that worked for me. I quit smoking the next week and havent smoked since. Its been 5-months now.They came through for me again when I wanted to switch to sub ohm vaping. I went to both the Lakewood and Federal Heights stores to look at different equipment. I think I was in one store or the other for about 4-hours that day. They really wanted to make sure I got it right and had the right setup the first time instead of wasting my money. No other shop Ive been to cared anywhere near this much about really helping their customers get it right. In the sub ohm department they really saved me a ton of money by taking the time to explain different batteries and tanks so that I loved the very first setup and didnt waste time constantly buying new stuff to tweak it.The staff is friendly, fun and very knowledgeable about vaping. The selection is extensive with a variety of setups to fit first time vapers as well as the experienced veterans. The juice selection is insane. This shop has more premium juice options than any other local vape store Ive seen and that includes some of the websites Ive shopped. The house juice Ive purchased is high quality, with a consistent flavor at a phenomenal price. I just cant think of a single bad thing to say about this place.Bottom line these people did it right and they actually care about their customers. They want to help.Thanks to all of you at E-Cig Denver Im a non-smoker. I couldnt have done it without you. Youre the best.

I waited 2+ weeks for this store to get in Valyrian 2 tanks for my ecig. I called the store on Sunday 5/14 after stopping in and asking the previous weekend and they said they would have them on Wednesday. I show up today (Wednesday) and once again they did not have any Valyrian 2 tanks. They did not even know what I was talking about when I asked about when the Valyrian 2 tanks on order might arrive. Clearly have not even been ordered as of today. I could have ordered this weeks ago myself but was trying to give them my business. That is never happening again!

They are constantly running out of products. I had to start shopping elsewhere.

I was in this store less than a week ago, and purchased 6 bottles of their juice (2 each of 3 different kinds). All of them were their own blends mixed on the spot. When I arrived home, I attempted to try them out. One of them (Fire & Ice) immediately *dissolved* the KangerTech tank I tried it in. Ive used other cinnamon flavors in this same type of tank with no issues, as well as other tank busters, so Im not sure why the Fire & Ice reacted so violently with it. Another flavor, the Salted Caramel, almost immediately turned dark brown and sludgy when placed in a (new) tank, and the flavor quickly turned into something rather less pleasant than salted caramel. The last flavor, Peach, has not given me obvious issues, but given the disgusting results of the first two, Im afraid to use it. I saw on their website that they do not accept returns on e-juice, but I wanted to know what the heck happened, so I tried to email them, TWICE, at the email address given on the site, and both times the email bounced back as undeliverable. Dont waste your money on this place.

Not very knowledgeable in there stuff...... They sold me the wrong size glass tank for my vapor!!!Update: I went back in to return the tank, come to find out you dont sell the tank I needed so I had to by a whole different tank but they discounted me for the glass and gave me a 25% off so Im very pleased with the outcome!!!

Never write reviews but if you want 5 star customer service go here. & dont judge a book by its cover (aka semi-frightening appearance) because the staff here is most knowledgable, personably, & helpful. E liq is actually good & my pockets eatin cheesecake at these prices.I went in with a dead battery & cord & he went to work with it behind the counter to plug his ecig into my cord to diagnose whether it was the cord or the battery. When I decided I didnt want to spend $80 on a whole new kit because I had a second cord in the mountains, he gave me a used battery for free & said keep it!!!! MADE MY DAY

The girl that helped me today was very impatient, hostile, and rude. It was clear she had little interest in assisting me with a purchase. After 2 minutes of her rude behavior I told her I would take my business elsewhere and left. I will not be returning here ever again for vape products.

First off, I would like to say that Nick is one of, if not my favorite employee. He is always helping me find exactly what I want in juice, addys, and mods. On top of that the house juice is great, and very inexpensive. My one complaint is how expensive some of the glass is (water pipes, rigs, ect.). That one thing would make my 4 stars into 5, but still, keep doin what you doin, and Ill keep bein happy with you all
