Very rude… very sarcastic… and when I’m blind and can’t see, I could use help picking an item, but I am rushed and brushed off.

They have best selection of vapes and heady glass in the city. And unexpected things like cool stickers and soda you’ve never seen before. I always love checking out their assortments. Frank is friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful.

I was already on my way to this shop because my friend from home recommended it ( Im a tourist) so I started reading these reviews and got scared everything was going to be over priced....WRONG!!! I went in and left with more than I thought I was going to get, and for a very very reasonable price. Dylan was working and hooked it up!! Super nice and tried to give us the best deal he could, and find us what we wanted in our price range! So he ended up saving us 25$ because we were buying stuff?? Yeah what a deal...so he also recommended a place for food which we went to... as were eating Dylan shows up! We forgot something at the store and what did he do? Came and found us and brought it to us...with cleaner?!?! I mean could you really ask for a better experience? We couldnt!! Thanks Dylan!!

Nice store, lots of selection, but way too over priced. Staff is nice and helpful, but doesnt make up for the pricing on glass. Most basic one hitter all started at $25 and the $10-$15 one hitters were so small that you might burn your face trying to hit it. Overall great selection of stuff, but not price friendly.

Came in the shop to use the bathroom. After 5 minutes after leaving the shop I remembered I left an item I bought from a different store in the bathroom. I returned back to the shop immediately and it was gone. The employees said their manager took it home. They said I could come back the next day to get it back but when I showed up the next day they said lost it.

10/24/19Nice selection of glass but the worst customer service Ive experienced in a long time. We went in this afternoon. We were the only customers in the store. I asked the man behind the counter if they had any handpipes with the carb on the right side of the bowl.He had no idea. Not only does he not know his inventory, he also couldnt be bothered to help me look. I found one but it was way overpriced. Then he told me I was looking in the expensive case. How was I to know? Its not like the cases are labeled, like at Headed West. Dont think Ill be going back.10/25/19Today, the owner responded to my review by asking me to call someone named Matt and tell him about my experience.Seriously? YOU are the owner. YOU responded to the review. It would seem to me that the effort and interest to improve things would be your responsibility.Perhaps you should forward the review to Matt and not ask someone who had a bad experience in your shop to invest further time fixing your problems. Take responsibility for your own business.

Literally have never had a better experience with a headshop in my life! They are always super helpful in & out of the shop I can’t tell you how many times I messaged their Instagram and get a quick response back and ANY issues I’ve had with the website/glass/shipping whatever it may be they go above and beyond to resolve it which is more than most places would do for their bigger clients. At Purple Haze it doesn’t matter how much I’m spending they treat me like a top costumer and I will always continue to support a place like this! Emmanuel is AMAZING always on top of everything going out of his way particularly to make sure you’re a happy customer !!

Very helpful, friendly staff. I came into the store ten minutes before close and expected an attitude, but the clerk was smiling, and answered several in depth questions about their products, maintaining that great attitude, never once rushing me, despite me walking out the door five minutes after they had closed.

This place is AWESOME. I’ve been searching high and low for a DJack slide. When I noticed Purple Haze was a retailer, I reached out via Instagram immediately. I had the pleasure of working with Emmanuel and he was lights out. He was incredibly friendly, gave me timely updates on arrival times, and provided every piece of information I requested. Sadie was an absolute savior!! Came in 30 mins before close due to my torch dying and with a set budget. She was able to get me a new flame and fuel for under my budget and with 20 mins to spare. Been coming to this location for 10 years now and the customer service is definitely at its PEAK!!!

Yeah this is my one favorite smoke shop in Metro Denver. I have to go there especially for the quality Health stones that they sell because they are durable and last longer. Purple Haze has reasonable prices, a wide variety of products for sale, and theyre always very friendly and helpful plus they offer a 10% discount if you show them your medical card. Thanks for the free stickers they look great in my camper!

After driving across the country to see the best glass shops and smoking cultures, I was extremely let down by the customer service here. Anyone has and can sell glass. The way you treat customers is what sets you apart from all the others. This location offered the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I was treated so rudely with every question I asked. Not to mention the staff member that I was unfortunate enough to be stuck with was very lacking in any general information on bangers/rigs and any other concentrate accessory. Overall this store needs a training day on not letting your bad day ruin business. This store almost ruins the song purple haze because it’s put such a bad taste in my mouth.

I love this store! The people are the best! I usually only go in for incense or to grab free, local reading material, but these are far from the only reasons to stop by.Out of papers and your pipes busted? Visit Purple Haze; they have most any rolling paper you can imagine and their pipe selection is massive. Looking for a great piece of cloth? Purple Haze is a must-shop and did I mention that they have a fabulous incense collection? They do!

Love this place but some things can be overpriced. They carry Shine Papers unlike most places in Denver which is a huge W in my book. Taking a star off due to pricing and sometimes the staff that is working isn’t always super pleasant to shoppers

I called Purple Haze on a whim to see if they had a particular vaporizer in stock. The person that helped me was very helpful so I decided to give this place a shot and check them out. Very good decision. The staff is super friendly and I was able to get a better vape that I was expecting. My vape I got sadly stopped working after one use. I contacted the store and the customer service was once again outstanding. They took care of me without issue. My 2nd vape was DOA and again there was no issues and they took care of me. Definitely impressed with Purple Haze and highly recommend them ! I will continue shopping here for all my head shop needs

Edit: went back to try again, had good customer service again. +1 starInconsistent customer service. I had a great experience the last two times I shopped at this store, and spent over $250 each time on glass and other things. Went into the empty store today to buy a Pax and the employees didnt bother to help me.

Kinda disappointing. Stopped in one night bc its great that this spot is open late, but they didnt have what I was lookin for. I heard this was one of those go-to smoke shops, maybe for glass pieces & memorabilia, but not for wraps. Only 1 brand of hemp wraps are offered, very limited selection most def. Local ma & pop tobacco shops even are stocked these days with a great variety of hemp wraps, the downside being they close earlier, so I thought Id for sure find a selection @ a better known smoke shop like Purple Haze. Nope. Surprising considering this is Colorado, hemp products should be plentiful. 3 stars for the friendly service I received from Gina, but not having what I needed is a deal breaker for me, no reason to stop back in unfortunately.

This location is so spacious, has lots of different items, CBD products and an awesome guard dog! The only thing that sucks is location, I hate parking in downtown but with that aside, this store is top notch out of all the other PH locations!

Jordan from the Northglenn store sent me here on the quest for a nice looking and functioning piece. He said there was a larger selection and he wasnt kidding! Found something cool and Im happy. Cant wait to get home.

Bought a brand new atomizer and vape juice from this location, as soon as I put the atomizer in my tank the whole vape stopped working. I took the atomizer out and it had a black stripe which indicates that the atomizer is a dud and they still continue to sell them. I went in the next day to get it replaced, I chose to not have the receipt but had the transaction on my phone to have proof and the rep did not want to help me much and said his only offer was to give me a new atomizer 50% off. Wouldn’t recommend this location especially being they do not have a wide variety of selections. I feel as the rep thought I was lying about the atomizer which made me feel upset. I respectfully turned down his offer, but I will definitely be giving my business elsewhere.

I used to love this place. The staff were some of the best people Ive met in retail. Today I was so disappointed with the way I was treated I dont think Ill be back. Whoever theyve got working today (08-06-17@5:45pm) are some of the rudest and most disrespectful people Ive ever met. The regular staff here are amazing. I didnt recognize any of these guys and when I asked where the regular employees were today he said, Not here. The guy I first spoke with was the worst. I asked for a specific item along with another thing I was purchasing and I could see what I was asking for right behind this guy. He made a half-assed effort to look. At this point, based on his attitude, I decided to just let it go. I had to go get cash and when I came back someone else helped me. He too made a half-assed effort to look then asked the same guy who was originally helping me. The first guy says, just loud enough to hear, Didnt we just have this conversation? My eyebrows climbed up to my hairline and I offered my best f*$k you smile and left. Im non-confrontational, polite, and respectful so all of that was uncalled for. I wasnt being snotty or demanding. I am so done. Im going elsewhere from now on. To all of the employees who are regulars, Ill miss you and wish you all the best but I didnt deserve that.

Lots of stuff there, I actually thought it was a vape shop until I walked past late one night and could see inside the windows. I stopped in the next day and was shocked how much stuff they have. And yes most stuff is locally made but there is still affordable things to buy. So someone like me thats not really into high end made rigs there are still local made things I would buy.

Really cool head shop that has pretty much everything you need to enjoy your 420 experience in Denver. I like to come through here for any last minute needs before hopping on the Loopr lounge and enjoying the mile-high city in the best way there is. Also, theres a bomb cupcake shop on the corner. First place I went to get a piece to smoke in Denver. Place has some crazy HIGH prices for glass. Idk I guess if youre looking to drop 2g on something I could get you for 200 bucks back home. Guy behind the counter obv smokin but they were knowledgeable and kind, helpful and got me out of there quick. If you wanna see a cool glass piece museum come here. If you wanna buy a piece to smoke for a good price.... Ehhh.

Kinda expensive, good selection however and the staff is friendly and helpful. Sometimes the local dispensaries will offer a coupon for % off at purple haze with your proof of purchase. There are better options out there for pipe/tobacco shops, but purple haze is far from the worst.

Love the “Novelty Urine” used for one thing and one thing only…… I can’t imagine what else to be used for but anyway works every time!!! I have my med card but I still need to be clean for a job and hey this stuff is a life saver!

Buying Detox?? Visited the Sante Fe store and purchased their $40 OMNI Cleansing Drink which has guaranteed results. Followed the THREE-STEP directions EXACTLY and the product DID NOT WORK! Additionally, I did not use anything for seven days prior and am of an average body weight (THC is stored in fat cells). I have used the Vale cleanser several times in the past and have never had an issue but I took a chance on something new.When I called the store for information about getting a refund, BRENDAN answered and explained they dont do the refund at the store, only OMNI can issue. I said I understood, and asked BRENDAN if he has ever had customers complain about the product before. He said that theyve sold it for a year and he has never had a return, so it must have been MY mistake. I explained to BRENDAN that the directions only have three-steps and I am capable of reading and following simple instructions. He then proceeded to rudely reiterate that the product works and that I MUST have done something wrong.Youre right BRENDAN, what I did wrong was give you an opportunity to resolve the matter or provide me with helpful information. Instead you insinuated that I am too dumb to follow simple directions. You took my dissatisfaction with a product your company stands behind, and turned it into complete dissatisfaction with your company. What started as a simple request for information or even just a copy of a receipt so I could request a refund, became a negative review of your ability to do your job effectively. Don’t insult your customers-- we are why you have a job in the first place. I will certainly be taking all of my future business elsewhere as well as sharing my negative experience with all my friends and colleagues.

If I could give the store less than one star I would. I went in and asked for a certain item the dead a certain thing. The person who was helping me gave me such item and when I got home it did nothing it was supposed to do. When I took it back into the store the woman behind the counter could not stop being condescending and refused to give me my money back although it was entirely their fault. These people suck!

I bought a scale from them then found the same one at a tobacco shop for half the price, called them less than an hour after I bought it and was told I can’t return it that all sales are final. I guess do your research first cause most everything they sell here can be found much cheaper at another store within a few miles
