Usually very friendly people working here. Great prices and deals! Only reason I dont give it 5 stars is some of the employees are not the best rushing me to get what I want and leave. Dont you sell glass ART? Shouldnt people feel welcome to look at said art?

They are not friendly to out of town folks he didnt greet us when we came thru the door o explained to the attendant we were from out of town Michiganders was not familiar with their products he did not inform us on the products they had seemed annoyed wondered if you t was because are of another race because he did not sell to me because the others who was with and not purchasing did not have I.Ds... but I did and was the actual patron... The others with me are 21 yrs of age we were stranded here because of outages and they left their identification but again they were not the purchaser and I will let the ppl were from never shop here... Because of unfriendliness and assumptions in a consumer based

Rustys vape & smoke shop is great!! They have a huge selection. They had everything, grinders ash trays, rigs, pipes etc. Top to bottom everything was neat & stocked. I went in due to my brother going in a few weeks before & he went on about how great of a smoke shop it is. The staff are soo friendly & nice. They helped me out from start to finish. New vape place we just tried out. Little pricey than my usual place, but had some good deals on disposable vapes. Employees didnt know about the sale I had to show them in Westword, glad I spoke up or would have paid full price. Friendly staff.

This is the first smoke shop Ive visited here in Colorado, and I dont regret it one bit. This might be my go-to spot from now on, staff is super friendly (including the puppy that walks around greeting everyone.) I feel really at home here, the shop is well organized and carries a large variety of items. Large couches and waiting areas. Great for any occasion. Beautiful and spacious plaza, best location for a smoke shop! Thank you guys for being so awesome.

Absolutely love Rustys both locations never disappointed with prices or selection of most things but today they were actually out of peaches zigzag wraps but thats a rarity. LOL they normally are pretty well stocked but anyway I went in there and didnt spend a dime actually spent $1 on all of this merchandise because I use my points that you accrue every dollar you use there so quite lovely🙂😊

I bought a oil burner glass sculpture for a friend and the girl helping me looked at me like I just slaughtered a class room full of 1st graders. I found it a bit unprofessional but other than that they had decent prices and good products. I will definitely go back

Purchased a vape pen battery attachment as House of Dankness recommended them to buy battery pack for an oil cartridge I just purchased from them. Pen battery only lasted a couple days before it was no longer able to recharge and now is completely worthless. Talked to several employees and they said the manager would be in later so contacted again trying to talk to manager and finally just came back in the store which is really inconvenient since I live up North and I-270 is always backed up no matter what time of day it is. The older African-American person who works there treated me like I was a criminal or that I was a complete idiot for even purchasing the battery pack stating it is their cheapest one and you get what you pay for. Why would Rustys be selling products that they know are defective in quality and workmanship? I purchased a more expensive vape pen battery pack as he was not willing to work with me on my recent purchase of the battery pack and acted very arrogant the entire time even though I was purchasing a new one without receiving any credit for the one I just purchased. He was completely unprofessional and acted like he wanted me out of his face even though I was being cordial and buying another product from them. I have been to other smoke shops who are much more customer friendly and focused and actually have much better pricing. Do yourself a favor and research your products before coming to this place as you might find there are much cheaper options at other smoke shops who actually try to take care of the customer and stand by their products that they sale.

The man that helped me get another vape pen taught me alot of things I didnt know about how to properly handle and take care of your pen. Very wise and helped me get into a more suitable pen for my vaping needs.

Love that they have a points system. Prices are cool. The hours don’t extend too late or early (which I don’t like) but they are close and have a big selection.

Ive been going here for almost 2 years for my vape needs. My first time going in was excellent, but the last year or so the staff has not been knowledgeable on the products. My last time in I wasted money on a 3 pack of pods, because the employee said the ones he sold me would work just as good.Either the pods are bad, or arent compatible. They burnt in the first day.

A lot of cool product staff is friendly and helpfulSadly I feel the need to edit my review. As a frequent shopper of this store and the one in commerce city I have to say today will be the last time I set foot into these stores. I was greeted rudely by the man behind the counter and pretty much told to f off all sales were final even if I had been in a week earlier and they were willing to do an exchange for me. I have never been treated so badly by a business . Dont shop here if you expect to be treated fairly. Sorry Kristen but I did love your store

My go to stop on my way into the area. They got a mad selection of vapes, heady items you might need, hookah selection (might have to grab some hookah accessories online though) and some Tapestries and other clothing items

Been here a few times to pick up disposables. Prices are 50-100% higher for the exact same product vs other vape shops in town and >100% more expensive than online. Not really sure what’s driving the price gouging, location seems to be in a pretty low rent industrial zone. Selection seems very hit or miss depending on the day. Staff is helpful and friendly, but hard to justify continued visits here with the prices they charge.

Went into Rusty’s smoke shop and was greeted by 2 super cool employees, Jacob and Chris were pretty awesome, they were polite, helpful, and went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for! This is the worst Rusty’s. I’ve been to this one and the one on Lakewood.. but the last 3 times I’ve come to buy some glass from this location I get to the register and the cashier says the piece is more that what the tag is. Like, I can understand once.. but 3 times in a row? Makes me wonder if he was just trying to pocket my money. Regardless of the fact, the material is mislabeled which is misleading or their employee is shady. I asked if he could honor the price on the tag which was $59 and he rudely told me no the price is $79. Like ok bro I don’t want anything. Just thought management should know since there was no manager there when I was in the store.

I only shopped the vape stuff but they have a large selection of major brand juices. Lots of Colorado made juices that are pretty good. Its a big place with a lot of different things and the glass I saw looked like your average head shop offerings just a lot of it. They have some high end boutique pieces as well. Were I still smoking I would definitely shop here. The only thing I might change is some of the staff. Ive only been a handful of times and most times the staff was great and the staff on the other times wasnt bad or anything just inattentive and annoyed? maybe is the word. It seemed like I was interrupting them and they were just trying to get me out the door. Thats really the only thing keeping this from 5 stars. That was only with 2 people and the other times the staff was really great. I will be going back.

I like the employee, I forgot what her name was but shes blonde and she was super friendly and helpful, not the manager but the other girl. I wish they would have more 14 and 18 mm bowls in stock that I could choose from.

I showed up close to closing time so I was running in because I know I only had a few more minutes left. The girl working there, oh I wish I would have gotten her name. It was almost her quitting time, but she took her time with me, never felt rushed, she was polite and treated me like I was the first customer of the day not the last. She was patient and I really didnt expect that. It was a nice surprise, usually you walk in before closing time at most places and they rush you out. This girl acted like she cared about her clients. Closing time july 5th if it helps any

These guys got you covered in all directions. I went in for a torch and it was cheaper and nicer than my last one, which I wont name the chain I got it at... Anyway, walls packed with all the other usual good stuff, too. Ill have to go back.

Sid must be the owner because he should have been fired a long time ago trust no matter how many customers tell him he has a shyt attitude he refuses to adjust it they told my ppl dont talk about the homies when he made a complaint about customer service and said asking sid if he was having a bad day is a justifiable reason to treat a customer like shyt I recommend driving an extra 15 miles to another shop before stopping by the rusty dusty

Watch what they charge you!! Pricetags differ from what they charge you. When they wouldnt honor there pricetag I demanded my money back for my purchase. I work to hard for my money for them to charge me more than they say they will. Think about this people if they charge an extra 5 dollars per person how much have they stolen from us

Very disappointed. Ive been purchasing at this shop for a year, since I moved to this area. Never had any issues. Yesterday I bought a nail for my rig up there. I brought it home and it doesnt fit my rig. I have bought nails up there before and they fit my rig, perfectly. This time, the nail was loose and wobbled back and forth. I brought the nail back to them the following day and was told they will not be able to do anything about it. After the employee reluctantly called the owner, she was extremely rude to me over the phone. She made it obvious that she couldnt care less about it and began to berate me for attempting to bring it back. My recommendation, dont waste your money here. Plenty of good glass shops around that have knowledgable employees.....that have owners that actually care about there customers. 5 of my friends shop here and now we all go somewhere else because of their attitude. Keep it up Rustys!Per your response: Kristin, your attempt to cover up the true details of our interaction is appalling. Obviously your business and employees are following your same values. Keep treating customers with blaintent disrespect and see how that works out for you. Your store is already dead in what should be a thriving area. Shame on you. The next time you run your P&Ls, and realize your making less and less money....you might want to re-assess your strategy. Earlier today I went to the Peoria location to get butane and kratom. There was an employee by the name of Sid, and he was Extremely Rude. I asked him if he was having a bad day, and he proceeded to ignore me. I was very upset about this, because I feel that if I go into your store to spend my hard earned money, I should be treated with respect. Customers are the reason your store stays open, please talk with Sid about his attitude.

The old black dude was very rude unhelpful. He did not even look up from his phone while refusing service. I will NEVER COME BACK HERE . Everyone jus go to freakys on colfax.

However they sell the evo wax pen for 3 times what you can get it online for so if you can wait get it online. But thats how it be in the smoke shop today. Bowls are like 10 and a great selection of wraps.

This used to be a favorite store of mine till today. It was my first time back since they closed for covid. I go in to get a box of blunts, and the guy behind the counter said the could no longer do that. I thought that was strange but simple said ok and turned to talk to my partner about going to another store. Guy behind the counter butted in and started trying to argue with me as if I had tried to argue about it. It escalated to them yelling at me that they we just trying to follow the law as I stood there confused not even trying to talk to them, let alone argue about it. Ive never been yelled at by a store clerk for saying ok.

The worst vape shop in the Denver area. I have visited this location twice. The first time the gentleman working was cold and rude to both my boyfriend and I. He rudely told me that a part for my dab straw was not in existence anywhere (even though Ive seen the piece I needed online, and at one or two other smoke stores. The second time I went in, looking for a specialty connection piece for my bong, both employees outright ignored my attempts to explain the piece I needed, and then would not stop insististing that the part I needed wasnt in existence (even though I know what parts my bong came with?)(Also went to MixedUp directly after and the guy working took me right to the piece I was talking about). Finally I gave up and asked if they had any coils that would fit my vape. They informed me they didnt have any, I thanked him for looking and started to leave, when the employee told me to have a good day, about 3 steps from the door, still well within earshot he mutters under his breath or not and then continues to say some other things as Im over it by then and leave the store. Absolutly horrendous customer service. Just lost at least 5 other customers that did regularly shop there.

Yall should have taste tester mods and tips so ur customers can taste what their buying. First time there.... But, it wont be my last. Great place to find anything you need. Had a hard time finding coils for my new vape pen and they had it when other places didnt. The lady that helped us was very helpful and didnt mind making sure the coils worked before we left. When I come back to Denver Im definitely visiting thjs place.

Absolutely worst service I have ever received from a vape shop. The older gentleman in the store had no idea what I was talking about in regards to a new coil for my vape pen. He also had very little products to work with in the first place. Clearly he specializes in misleading and ripping people off. He also called me rude for calling the manufacturers of my pen on the phone to try to figure out what I needed. This store needs to have someone who is knowledgeable and helpful, because this particular gentleman was very unhelpful, and rude.

They will lie to your face. I was asking about flower pens and the sales girl lied to my face about the pens and sold me a multi purpose pen that was really only a travel dab pen. She told me that she had personally used the pen for flower and dabs and that she really liked this kind (more expensive one than the original one I asked about that actually was a flower vaporizor) and if she had actually ever even opened the box she would have known it was a dab pen only. Oh and no return policy. Go to illusions for your glass needs and any where else for other smoking apparatuses.

The guy who worked there is professional and patient even though I was a little grumpy with him because of the mask , The bang disposable was a little over priced otherwise I would’ve given them 5 stars , also the business hours needs to be at least until 11 pm but overall I had a good experience in this vape shop and I recommend it

Called to ask if they have smok nord kits. The guy working this morning just told me yeah we do without even checking. When I told him Im coming to pick it up he suddenly doesnt have it anymore, because he didnt actually check the first time. Lazy vape shop employees are the worst. How hard is it to walk over to a shelf and look to see if something is out of stock? Pure laziness.

Customer service is terrible. Always out of product or wont sell products they do have because it hasnt been added to inventory. The man is rude, at best. I think its awful this is the only option for people on this side of town. Great potential, poor execution.

Im only leaving two because Ive HAD good service here before. But yesterday my friend and I visited because I needed a coil for my vape. Im not very knowledgeable about vapes. So I asked for a coil for the baby beast model. The man who helped me was SO rude about it. Treating me like I was stupid Instead of just asking to see my vape. Thank God my friend knew when I needed and told him. She then asked if she could use the Valentines Day coupon that she received as a text and he had heres her to delete it before hed give her a discount because he said I know what youre going to do In an accusatory tone.. .. For a $5 coil! He was an unpleasant and GRUMPY older man. Definitely not planning on going back any time soon.

Very very unhappy! I went to Rustys to buy my first vape starter kit. It leaked immediately. It was obviously defective. When I returned to the shop the next day, they changed the coil, at my expense, and my Smok prince baby continued to leak. I called Rustys the same day and was told there was nothing they could do. No exchange, no upgrading, nothing. I was told to contact Smok in CHINA!!! After looking more carefully at the box, I believe this product may have been used. There is a burned coil mark in the foam. I spent $84.00 to be miserable and waste how much $ in vape juice. All this stress while trying to quit smoking!!!!!!

Ehhh... I think it may be counter productive to sell tobacco cessation products (ecigs) and tobacco at the same place. They do have a decent selection of overpriced ejuice, and a cool store, but I think playing for both teams is a bit immoral. Imagine if drug dealers also operated for profit drug rehabilitation​ centers. I wouldnt be able to trust the drugs or the treatment. 25 bucks for a 30ml is a little steep for ejuice when I can get the same bottle a few blocks away for 17, or online for 15 shipped. 25 bucks is what youd pay for 60ml online. All in all, cool shop, 2 faced business practices, and clerks that would much rather be at home smoking pot or something... Ill go back if I have no choice...
