So this place was my favorite for a quite bit. I would have given them 5 stars. They have big selection. Nice bud tenders.But... they switched growers. Now everything has an odd taste. Tried 6 strains. All with that taste Now I got guest weed, but until they get better growers I have made the hard call to move on,This is not a fake review I am disabled. My partner buys for me. The review is based on his feedback (he likes the people) and what product was brought home.But I can say by the response I got there is no way I will suggest going back to see if things improve. He might like the owners of this place - but I dont.Notice the response didnt address the fact they did switch growers and things arent as good. Attack the messenger in attempt to hide the fact the qualify of this place took a tumble.

First time visit to this dispensary. Easy drive for us due to being all highway.Took 225 to 25 then US 6 got off on Sheridan. Nice dispensary. A variety of goodies from flower to edibles and other items. Nice little price for new customers. Thank you for that Trenchtown dispensary. Flower is nice fresh not dry. I got Gary satan, 95 runtz. Both had amazing smells. Looking forward to the taste and elevations. lol. For sure come back here.

Legit selection of FIRE and their first time customer Weedmaps ounce deal is worth coming for. Either way their prices are great.Good customer service too. Highly recommend.

Miles helped me today, I used a weed maps coupon and got top shelf OZ for $69!!!!! Absolutely great selection of 30 strains, I didnt check out much else since I was buying limit on flower but 10/10 recommend and will be back.

Inconsistent flower quality. I assume they have switched growers because the taste of the flowers has an off putting chemical taste. I am concerned it may be high concentrates of pesticides as all the strains I have tried have the same strange taste and harsh smoke. It was an easy decision to drive a few minutes down the road and avoid this sketchy dispensary. Real review, shameless to claim otherwise.

Visited this dispensary for the first time on 4/20 to take advantage of their $69 oz special. On the plus side they do have fresh bud in jars that you can see and smell as opposed to pre-packed, the bud tenders appear to be very friendly and helpful, and the quality of the flower was decent. On the negative side I asked for their highest potency bud and the bud tender sold me some Tropicana Banana saying it was 27% thc but when I got home I saw it was only 21%. Still got me high but was disappointed. The other negative was that they advertise that a $69 oz is $87 out the door but when I got there it was $100 out the door. I would have still come if advertised at $100 out the door but wish they would advertise the correct prices. If not for the dishonesty in price and potency mistake I would have given them 5 stars. Im contemplating giving them another try as there are so many other dispensaries in the area I can try.

I’ve been going to Trenchtown since they opened and absolutely love the bud and team. They always have a good selection of high end bud with great prices.One love baby!

Went in a few weeks ago and got an OZ.They didnt have any of their normal strains.The bud tender told me their grow op got shut down and all bud is now 3rd party grown. All 4 strains I got had seeds and tasted like moldy mildew.Let me know when you grow your own again, the new stuff is trash.

I like the trench down because I go in there and they know me by first name basis and that really makes me happy even if I am having a bad day theyll always make me feel good and I leave with a smile on my face 😊

Unfortunately, most of the employees are either pretentious, and the others just dont want to be their let alone have the patience help actual patients. The rushing you out the door and rude comments and tendencies from management and employees alike make this dispensary a far cry representation of Trenchtown. It is sad to see so many dispensaries go from healing centers to becoming more akin to fast food drive thrus. Now add this to over dry popcorn sized flower and extremely overpriced edibles; Id say avoid this dispensary by all means. Especially if you have a medical condition, they will embarrass and belittle you STEER CLEAR!.*So silly implying I am not a person leaving a real review. Why, because you know every customers name? But do you know every customers email? 🤔

Do not buy the 17 percent GG #4 it’s mostly popcorn n larfy also the Wilson Zero was a ZERO. Hard as hell to smoke and I’ve been smoking 43years got 4g I’ll probably never smoke.10/02/23 Update had to drop score to a 1 star as Medical side is even worse. Selling popcorn for $92 an oz. No wonder they rarely have customers when I go.

I dont know what happened to this place. Went here for years and it was always great but lately it has totally fallen off. I usually order online and they were always on point. Not anymore. The order was not filled when I came in (people get busy , it happens) but it hadnt even been looked at. Still hanging out of the printer. Most of the products I ordered were out of stock. They used to call you when that happened and at least filled your order. The poor girl running the front entry desk had to run to the retail counter to ring up customers because the other woman was too busy talking and dancing to service customers efficiently... I kid you not. The poor front desk girl had to hand me off to another person to check me out and he gave me a nice sarcastic Thank you when I didnt tip them for their awful service. I hope they can get it together. They used to be a great spot.

Ive been coming here for the last 4 years and it has been my exclusive spot for flower. But lately I feel like the product is severely lacking. Buds used to be big and fresh and look great, now everything seems dried out and crumbling. Small popcorn nug looking buds that are getting darker and stringy. The selection also isnt what it used to be, feel like its the same small handful of strains every time I come. Some favorites that were always available I havent seen in months. I dont know, Ive been loyal for years but if the quality doesnt get better Ill probably move on.Want to add that the staff is always great, even though it seems like a lot of the OGs dipped once new management took over. Regardless I got no beef with anybody except your growers, get it together pleaseeeee

This dispensary spot is set back from the road a little, but is definitely worth keeping an eye out for! This cute shop has med and rec for sale, and the staff was really friendly and knowledgeable when I came in. Being a med patient, Im pretty picky, but I really appreciated the time they took with me and the great deals too!

Always satisfied with the product that I get whether it be flour wax or pre rolls. The staff is always helpful they dont rush you out the door they take their time to make sure you get what youre paying for. Bud looked great but found some bud rot in tropicana banana #5 purchased last week. Probably wont return to take the gamble again. Sad because the bud and Trim and cure were nice but cant risk a sinus infection, ears feel plugged already. :(.

Buyer beware! Budtenders and management do not wear gloves when handling product. Store was covered in thick layer of dust. Weed looked small and dried out. No wonder a years worth of their product got recalled for failing testing.

If the review was just based on customer service then it would be a 5 star. Everyone here I’ve met is always so professional and chill/happy. Not that fake customer service happy either you can tell they are just chill ppl. Prices are great but strength of product leaves a bit to be desired. They close very early compared to other dispensaries but I get it. the area it’s in I’m sure it’s not too safe to stay open late.

My first visit here and also my last. The greeter at the desk when walking in was very rude, not even faking pleasantness with a smile, just rude. They didnt have all of the items that I ordered online, a substitution was not even offered. I ended up walking with one small, overpriced pre-roll. Not impressed at all.

I live about 90 minutes away from Trenchtown now, since I moved west of the Front Range. However, I still go out of my way to go to Trenchtown because their product, prices, and customer service are all seriously on point. The staff is very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Edibles, flower, concentrates, and cartridges are some products Ive purchased here, and I have not been disappointed once. Their prices and the daily deals they have throughout the week are awesome, too. Well worth the drive, especially when you compare to shops closer to me in places like Fairplay, Grant, or Bailey. In those spots, product quality is lower and the price is higher, based on my experiences. Ill continue going to Trenchtown as long as Im within reasonable distance.

As the owners know, trenchtown recently had a massive recall that very much feels indicative of how much time and care goes into their product. Contaminated weed is knowingly being sold through altering test samples to ensure compliance. I saw this first hand at their grow. Glad the MED caught on.

I am a veteran with PTSD, and I got my med card for the first time two years ago and I lived in the apartments right behind Trenchtown, instantly I was hooked when I tried their weed. I moved about a year ago to Commerce City/ Aurora area and I still make the drive every week to come pick up flower from Trenchtown. This is the best dispensary in Denver hands down. The flower is always consistent, if you smoke it you’re going to get high not a head ache that’s for sure. Each and everyone of the staff are super respectful, I’ve kinda built friendships with some of them almost if I worked there too but I don’t they are all just very friendly. Thank you Trenchtown for taking care of your veterans quality wise and at a good price (they also just raised their military discounts not to long ago either). This is my go to place and I highly recommend to this spot to a lot of people.

I’ve been going to Trenchtown on and off for years. They’ll have times where they have great weed and times where they have nothing but for the most part it’s consistent which is all that matters to me. The last 2 times they’ve had poor selection so I’ve gone elsewhere. Today i ordered online, got my text that it was ready so I went in, proceeded to wait 10 minutes to go back, then stand in the back for 10 minutes. I was pacing because I’m an anxious person, the lady behind the med side with a rude tone told me “if you wait you’re going to receive the same service as everyone else” I said “I’m just in a rush, my families in the car” to which she said something rude and I walked out. She told the guy checking in people to ban me… uncalled for but whatever so I unnecessarily called her a bi*** but she deserved it.To the lady with the daughter named Miranda, I’m sorry I can’t tip you anymore, you’re amazing & the girl that reminds me of Orphan, y’all were the best, thank you for the good conversation over the months.

They are some of the best flower Ive had in Denver. I was on the med side and had no issue with dryness, they were sticky and moist. Everything tasted and smelled great, with a smooth smoke. Price was adjusted downward accordingly; therefore, that is good for those people not willing to pay more money for the top-top shelf. Top shelf and low prices do not exist together (unless you have a hookup).To owner reply: I realize you do not have a shelf system. I was simply referring to quality with the shelf references. When we were there, we didnt see anything that was top shelf by our standards. Again, price was lower so not harshing on you - just letting you know the quality isnt there if you think you have top shelf quality.

Best flower and best service in town!

Was overcharged 25% for a product I didn’t want because they didn’t have what I was looking for and was reassured what they had was *exactly* the same. This was not the case and now I have a product I was overcharged for and doesn’t help. It was for chronic anxiety so that’s really disappointing. I don’t have money to throw away on things I can’t use and was trusting their guidance. I went back today to spend more money on something similar, not asking to do an exchange, which would have been appropriate. I asked if they could compensate on an additional product for having been overcharged in the first place. I had my head ripped off by an employee, as if I’d done something wrong, saying they would not help because I didn’t have a receipt. Regardless if they were willing to help or not, this was terrible customer service from the start and I should not have been talked to that way. I was treated poorly and taken advantage of. This left a sour taste in my mouth and I will not be going back. You can’t treat customers that way and expect them to want to do business with you.

I was just in today. I wanted the bogo on the keef carts. When he said 36.88 I knew it sounded way off. And part of the total wasnt printed right. So I was overcharged by $6. So Im not happy. Would have given 5 stars before today

The selection here isnt as big as some other places, but its good enough to suit your needs. The staff is also super friendly and they usually have some good specials. I took one star away for the selection not being as varied as other locations and because the location itself is sketch. Besides that I would highly recommend it.

Today was my first time to this shop, and I am happy with the kind people who helped me get my high today. I was exhausted from just getting off of work and their bubbly and polite mannerisms definitely lifted my spirits. Jay did well with helping me choose a strain, which I decided on the Cherry Tropicana. It is beautiful bud, smells great, and has a pure taste that leaves my mouth begging for more. And I dont believe I got the name of the person working the front, but he was also helpful and understanding with my lagging brain. Well done team! I will definitely be back!

Literally was sent a coupon saying I could do ANY strain mix N match OZ but the bud tender told me I was restricted to only one strain.It would be helpful to send out the correct advertisement in your coupons so people don’t drive 20 minutes out of their way for nothing.

I went for my first time today. Now Im wondering how I didnt find this place before. Im only a few blocks away.I got a half-and-half ounce of flower. 1/2 ounce of Blue Dream and 1/2 ounce of Tropsanto #5. I went in wanting sativa to help me with the hours of writing Im working on. The budtender was the best tender Ive had.She told me about both strains I chose and the effects. Ive only tried the Tropsanto so far, but she nailed it. 100%. Im full of energy and ready to write. I know the Blue Dream will be exactly how she described, as well.Thanks for a great experience!

This place is an absolute hidden gem, I honestly dont remember how I found it the first time 2 years ago. But the 3 times Ive been back since I have to stop here!! Strain of the day 121 out the door and it is very good quality.. there is no shop in the area that compares to this quality at that price! This is by far my favorite dispensary in my area. The tenders there really need to have raises, they are all knowledgeable on products, they are super nice and most of all, caring.During these unprecedented times, I am worried about my friends there, for they are at the front line against COVID. I appreciate them being there to provide me my, extremely helpful and necessary medication. (That keeps me off medications) .....Anyway, I highly recommend this dispensary! They are fully organic and I never get headaches anymore.The big, delicious buds are worth every penny.

I really like this place. Good quality for fair pricing . I like that there isnt a bunch of different price tiers . They have 1 sale strain on special , the rest is the same price as any other bud. Friendly budtenders. The gentleman working said that was their only store and the grower(s) have been doing it since 2010. You can certainly tell they take their time and do things right. We got the stardawg, gorilla glue and gelato. All are amazing. Each has their own flavour and unique terpine profile . Nicely done folks 👏

I decided to give this dispensary a try and glad I did! They had a decent selection of flower on the med side. All the strains I looked at smelled amazing and the nugs were beautiful (can also attest it is quality product upon using). I had called before I came in and whoever I was on the phone with was very helpful answering my questions about their deals and caregiver sign over. My only gripe was that the budtender I dealt with was not the most personable. I have a regular dispensary I go to and the vibes there are chill and they never make me feel like I’m an inconvenience, which is why I like going there. But I moved recently, so that dispensary is just a little out of the way now. I don’t know if it was just an off day maybe, but I kind of felt like I was an inconvenience, so I will probably not be doing my caregiver sign over here. I did get a first time discount though which was nice and very appreciated. Thank you Trenchtown!

Best dispensary weve been to! The staff is friendly and super helpful. They have a good selection of product at good prices. I like that they take from the jar they show you. And they dont have everything prepackaged. The buds arent all dried out and brittle. A+

Dispensary usually really good but lately for some reason I dont know if theyre grow their crops not coming in good or if they just want more money but theyre charging a lot more for their ounces and the buds are looking really skimpy and when they have a deal for 105 but yet they tell you that their boss tells them that they cant sell the ounces for that and they have to pay 115 plus tax. Just not cool when the deal says that so its kind of just you know them needing more money maybe in the future Ill go back.

Have to wait too long for medical. Took 40 minutes to help one customer. Stop talking. You can move faster. Total time from check-in one full hour. Maybe put two registers on the medical side! If you go after Thursday you might not have real selection on flower. They restock only once a week.

The white guy in the back with dreads refused to sell to me because I said I was not from here (I’m from LA) and because I had a Colorado ID he didn’t feel comfortable selling to me?! I have never been treated that way they are definitely doing something shady and OBVIOUSLY have never heard of someone moving ?! Ridiculous.

Trench is not a bad place to get your high on. Chill vibes, decent parking and good prices. I am giving 4 stars because more often than I would like I am not able to find sativa or greens when I go in. You really have to find out when their shipments come in and be on the ball if you want Sativa flower at all with one exception which is their Blue Dream. They almost always have at least popcorn of it but if I am being honest I am not the biggest fan of that strain. I find it takes more to get me high and puts me to sleep which is the opposite of what I want in a sativa.

Trench Town has a very personal vibe along with some of the best flower in Denver.

Buds are expensive and standard quality. In fact they are leafy and a bit under developed. Looks like it was not given enough time in flower. Overall, wont go back to bad service and over priced buds. Budtender had a bad attitude, and actually told me to go somewhere else. I certainly will in the future.

Were from out of town and visited this shop, It was by far the best one out of the 6 we went too. They were real chill and friendly, and laid back about everything. Not to mention there bud selection was top notch!

I went today and got an oz - mix and match of 4 strains. The drawings on the jar were kind of cute, however they don’t have percentages out. The buds were small, but I figured I’d give it a shot because of the reviews. Just got home and smoked a blunt; I didn’t feel high so I checked the label. Accidentally purchased a quarter of 8% THC 0%CBD weed. Definitely won’t be back. Note: the others tested in the teens.

Trenchtown is a nice little dispensary with some good people work in there that are very helpful and they have great products, the only thing I have an issue with is their+ location its not in the best of neighborhoods and it is too small of a place for the traffic that they usually get but other than that if weed is really good &the Bud tenders were patient and helpful

After a year in Denver, this is still my go-to spot for flower. Cotton Candy Romulan, Crunchberries and that Blue Dream are 🔥 and its hard to pass them up when they are the daily special, no matter how much I have already.

Sold me a defective pen battery and wouldn’t stand behind it, terrible condescending service. Apparently asking to exchange something that’s DOA with the labels on it and they have the same product in stock is asking too much. Worst part is they only carry low-quality generic pens, go to any other shop and they have actual names and warranties to their products.Update: they’ve since made the situation with the defective battery right so they gain a star. The fact remains that they carry low-quality batteries and still have iffy service.

Well grown, small batch harvested marijuana. Their selection is good, always offering an array of indica, sativa, and hybrid. Bud tenders are well versed in the nuances of their hand weighed flower. Due to their small size, wait times can be a bit, but I have never been disappointed with my flower purchase.

Before coming to Denver for the first time, I did a good amount of research on all the dispensaries looking for best quality. I kept coming back to Trenchtown and put it at the top of my list. After driving from Chicago, the Trenchtown parking lot was the first place my truck was parked in Denver. LoL. The vibe of the place is super chill and the staff was awesome that first and every visit since. They consistently have a vast variety of top quality product and arent ever annoyed with questions. Make sure you check it out.* FYI, the building is set back from the street in the corner of the parking lot on the East side of Sheridan, just North of 6th.

I am a 10 hr. drive from Denver. I was excited to visit this place as I had saw good advertising for the establishment for a fire rec oz. Quick check-in for being in the pandemic era. (Mask required) Budtender was pleasant until insulted. He asked what I was shopping for. I responded flower oz. Around $160.00 was the quoted OTD price which I found decent but not competitive as previous days I had found $121 oz 26.8% wookie cookies and $113 oz 24.1% dreamster at different wonderfully professional dispensaries. Trenchtown also had a strain 17.68% crescendo at $124 OTD. So I asked about concentrate as I do when Im not going to buy flower because your $30 an oz. above competitive market value. I asked for 8g deals (rec max for the day) as you can find in most shops for $90 to $120 OTD. He said 4g deals at 65 OTD. Again decent but above market value for Denver deals. I didnt want to use my daily oz there so I politely consulted with my gf and decided to try someplace else. I told him thank you for his time and we was leaving. He said you didnt even look at anything which I actually had, the pricing. I said I know Im sorry as we were passing into the lobby and he had to have the last impolite word about buying inferior products somewhere else as we walked away. We got to the car and my gf felt bad because we upset this guy (kind hearted woman) and went back and purchased the pre-pack 17.68% crescendo. The product looks good and is well manicured. An ok deal for the dollar. Not for daily cannabis users unless you need to be less high when you smoke and pay more for it. He did ask my name and I responded Kris. I understand I am a bargain shopper. It is a long trip. It would be better not to represent bargain advertising if you are going to be frustrated by someone bargain hunting. I like this place a lot but I am probably not going back. I have been on the rewards program for a least a year. I buy an ounce every three weeks to a month and it’s too expensive with they’re prices and They short your jar, I weighed it when I got home and I was four grams short. It shouldn’t cost $160 for tiny buds guys and it shouldn’t take me a year and countless dollars to get a 1/2 gram joint. Bleh.

I would give this dispensary 5stars but the lady that was working today lost you guys a customer. I’ve been to this dispensary numerous amounts of times and left with product every single time. Today I left the store at 12:30 with nothing purchased. The lady working had an attitude the whole time and didn’t seem to know anything about the buds or specials. Once I go to check out and present to her my ID she declined my purchase because it’s vertical. Other employees and other dispensaries have never said anything about this. Never recommending this place to anyone.

This place used to be the spot, but the new budtenders are horrible unfriendly and customer service lacking, plus when you drive across town for a leafly deal just to find out they sold out but the deal is on leafly. Every time I cheat on my dispensary of choice [TrenchTown] I regret it! I can’t find weed that compares to the weed I buy from here my favorite strain Green Crack! Disappointed they have been out of the strain but all the weed is good here. Stays lit, never dry, never makes me sick as in a bad cough after! Plus all the bud tenders are legit!

Ordered online using the dispensary website. Included note I would like to pick up next day 1/2 Oz. Next day after checking in, I expected to have a order ready for pickup and pay for it. But I was placed at the end of the line. 15 minutes later I was in the store and I was expecting a ready order. Nope, they were slammed yesterday, 1/1/18, so no one checked for orders. Sorry for that, what did you want? Wr. Oh we sold a lot yesterday as he reached into the near empty tall jar to fill my order from yesterday. Wonder what the unbroken buds would have been like. Except for the totally ignored online service and reaching for the bottom of the jar for the acknowledged online order that they ignored, what more could I have wanted?
