Always a great experience! The staff is great and I have never had any issues. Sarah, the owner, is a real sweet girl who will travel to hell and back to help you. She knows her stuff and hired two great employees. Mike is super knowledgeable of all vape stuff and Shawn is super chill and suggests the best juice ever. I would recommend this place 100%.

Great little shop, friendly employees, great customer service but I’m withholding a star because their juices are about 60% more than at other shops. I pay 17 bucks at my local shop for 100mls of my favorite liquid, it’s 32 at their place. Other than that, it’s an amazing place. I’ll definitely be back on my next payday!

Cant say enough about this place. Cool shop,great staff. I went in there thinking I needed to buy a new tank,but Shaun did a little tweaking and fixed it.You dont see a lot of that these days. Props to Shaun for that. I will definitely be returning for my vape needs and recommending Valley Vapors to everyone I know who vapes.

Went in for juice and the guy talked me into buying a new tank which was fine..until he said he wouldnt help me set it up cuz he was closing in 20 minutes so I went home and did it myself only to find out he sold me a tank that doesnt even work with my battery box..called back and he said sorry I cant do refunds come back tomorrow and hung up..I will go back to get my money back and will NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN...after some research I overpaid by $10 and they are stupid expensive on juice... $35 for a 60ml bottle is insane...first and last time shopper to VALLEY VAPORS!!!

I will always have a special place in my heart for VV. It was thanks to thier knowledge of thier products and thier ability to listen to a clients needs. I smoked 38 yrs and in abt 3 weeks time , I had quit. I am still vaping 9 months later using 3% nicotine with the mod I purchased from Valley Vapors of CT. Thank you VVCT💨💨

I went to Valley vapors to get a new tank, they sold me a tank for two times the price everywhere else. And to top it off the tank sucks. But the juice is priced decently
