My absolute go to vape store!!!! Its one of the cleanest stores youll find! Not only do they care about sanitation and cleanliness but the staff is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products they carry! Huge selection, great customer service, and great prices. This is the reason I cant kick my terrible vaping habits... I dont recommend anyone go here. But if your addiction is so bad, you dont need your lungs, just Vape Juice. This is definitely where you need to go.
Never once in a few years have I had an issue with anything here. Employees always take the time to answer my questions when I feel dumb, and make sure I get exactly what I want. They have definitive rules if you use your brain and listen, no issues. They cannot answer questions over the phone if you call them, you cannot in anyway be on your cell phone in the store or you cannot legally be given any service. The signs are right at the front door when you walk in, in your face. I love the new clean layout, and rewards program brought back.
Bought a vape today and as soon as I drove away it started to continue to hit after I hit it and I called them and they said there is nothing we can do about it sorry. Like I just spent 25 on a malfunctioning item the least you could to is replace it… will not be going there anymore

I had gone here a couple of times without a problem and really enjoyed the store. NOW THEY QUOTE THEIR PRICES, ABOVE WHAT’S LABELED ON THE CASES!! The red headed guy became condescending and disrespectful towards me when I confronted him about it being false advertising. After I bluntly told him that I COULD EASILY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, he tells me that maybe that’s what I should go ahead and do. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES TO OPEN AND RUN A STORE WITH OUTDATED PRICING LISTED! Their excuse was something to do with the management or whoever, is responsible for keeping them updated on current pricing daily. THEN CHANGE THE PRICES BEFORE YOU OPEN THE STORE, or YOU HONOR THE PRICES ADVERTISED. PERIOD! I’ve worked in retail and customer service for over 26 years and I can say with a clear mind, this is shady business practice. EVERYWHERE I’VE WORKED, had to honor prices listed and or advertised. Even at Walmart, if it’s mislabeled, they’re REQUIRED to honor the cheaper price. No questions, AND YOU NEVER EVER EVER ARGUE WITH A CUSTOMER OR SPEAK DOWN TO THEM! Man, I can I only imagine how he speaks to his significant other if he’s willing to speak like he did to me. He needs to lose his job! It was that big of an issue, if I was management and overheard the conversation we had, I would have instantly terminated him. PERIOD!
Vape shops are one of those places that I feel weird going into, but the service here is always welcoming and low-key. Last time I went, I asked about some mods and the employee was super helpful. He showed me a few similar mods to what Ive been using, and even showed me some disposable tanks I had never heard of before (great if you like switching flavors). They have a big selection and almost always have my flavor/nic level in stock, even during the pandemic when supply line issues meant almost nobody had it.
Would give 5 stars if they kept enough geek bar pulse flavors in stock

The woman who works here is extremely rude. I was on the phone and was denied service. I will never do business with this location ever again, and I highly recommend that no one else shops here. Andover and El Dorado locations go above and beyond for their customers
Normally never have any issues and have spent a lump sum there over the last year. Today when I walked in I was on the phone and was denied service because I told my significant other they didn’t have my favorite flavor anymore. As soon as I stood up and told the guy a different flavor I would like, he said “well I have to deny service cause you discussed products.” Gtfo I am in there every other day. I’m usually on the phone and have not once ever had an issue. They clearly know me. Disrespectful and rude. Take your business to Mcvapor down the road or 360. If that’s a rule (which I’m sure it’s not) put it on the door with the rest of your “rules.”
This store is obviously not about customer service. We test our Vapes as we walk out the door to make sure they work but when they dont want to charge you are just out of luck. Obviously defective. The dude was so uncompassionate and could care less that I was out $25 and a regular customer. I think he was stoned. Had nothing to offer whatsoever to make my purchase right. So disappointed. Said the manager wasnt even in the store but only once a week so he couldnt call to check to see if there was anything they could do. Kind of ridiculous in my opinion. Wont be going back there
The man and woman who work on Sundays have the worst customer service. Walked in the building and they didn’t even acknowledge me. Went up to the counter to buy something and they still didn’t. I hope their manager handles customers better than they do.
Everyone who works here is awesome. This is my absolute favorite vape shop in the US. I have tried many shops from Arkansas to Colorado but this one is by far the superior vape shop. The prices are great, the vibe is great, the people are great. I’m socially awkward and sometimes ramble when I talk, everyone just kindly accepts it. 😆Since moving to the Wichita area 4 years ago, this is the only store in general that has always accommodated me, helped me choose merch without being condescending, and the only store I’ve ever shopped at that I haven’t ever had a negative experience.The employees here are well educated on the merchandise and how it works. The whole crew is able to explain how things work in a way that is super easy to understand and remember, so it doesn’t matter which employee you have helping you. This is a place I could sit here and brag on all day long, seven days a week, 365 days per year.The only thing I wish is that I could work there with them because the environment is so easy going. Never a bad time there, seems like it would be a great environment to work in. 💚💚 keep up the good work
I went in here today to buy a new coil for my ecig and as soon as I got home and put it in it burned my lungs bad as though it were a bad coil. Not to mention the last one I bought from here also kept messing up my ecig giving me an error message which I left alone. However after this today I decided to call them to see if they would make it right and let me come and switch it out at least. I mean its the least they can do when I literally just bought it. However, after the employee asking me a bunch of questions about if I put it in right and everything else he proceeded to tell me theres nothing they can do. I wont be going back in here ever again. Sad that theyre okay with losing a customer over $5 but to me its the principal behind the incident.
Sent my significant other to buy me some CBD vape cartridges for me because i recently have had foot surgery and unable to get around. While on the phone with him I asked if he could look and tell me the different flavors they had after he had bought what i had asked him to get. So he walked back over to the counter where the vape cartridges are and he starts getting yelled at like a child by some women behind the counter for telling me just one flavor over the phone they had. She was so loud and disrespectful i could clearly hear just being completely rude and unprofessional. Will never have anything to do with this business again and since they dont have a rewards program anymore no lose to me.

If you value your time and money dont bother with this place. after showing up at 9am on a friday expecting to be able to get my vape and test it before I go into work, I instead was made to wait 35 min before someone even showed up to open the store. Due to this I had no time to really even decide on a flavor let alone wait the 3 min you are required to wait in order to test the vape without burning the coils. when i went back in not even two hours later to try to explain the situation to the lady behind the counter she became very snobby and wouldnt even let me explain the reasoning, and just porceeded to tell me that the rules are posted all over the store you have to test before you leave. you know what else is posted everywhere? the store hours, so if you guys can alter thoes rules anytime you want to then why is this any diffrent? Coming from someone who has spent over 10 years in sales and customer service i can say without a doubt this store has absolutly zero sympathy among their employes. ill be sure to pass the word on to everyone i know how messed up vapor 100s policies and employees truly are.
The employees are generally pretty decent but a big downfall is youre not able to really view their juices. They have a huge selection displayed all over the back wall but customers are separated by a counter kinda far away and are unable to see any of them. The employees have to talk with you to help determine what you want which I really dont like. Wish I could have the freedom to just pick out what I wanted on my own lol

My girl and I went in here and instantly got asked for our IDs which is no big deal, but then when we went to make our purchase they asked for them again and when we told them they already checked them they acted as if we were lying about it. Very sketchy and the employees were very rude and unprofessional.
Straight lied to me about not being able to take a passport because it is unable to be scanned. Called a different location who proceeded to tell me how bad this location is and that I’m absolute able to use passport as legit identification. Female who was working was incredibly rude and condescending and laughed in my face. Will never be back to this location or any other vapor 100 for that matter.
Best shop I have purchased from in the 4 years I have been vaping. Knowledgeable and friendly employees, great prices and the biggest selection of juices I have ever seen, and an awesome reward program that builds up points quickly. The store has made a complete 180 since the new manager has stepped in and taken over. I recommend to every person I know!
Glad to see this great vape store open. They’re the absolute best at customer service. Never had a bad experience and we spend a lot of time in there. Their hardware is spot on with price point (besides what you can get online) however I find them to be ridiculously overpriced on their premium juices. Most with 100% markup. I mean come on when you get a box with two 60ml bottles and break it down and sell each bottle for the price of two that’s not right! However if you are looking for hands down the best service with your equipment this is your place. The employees are extremely knowledgeable and go out of their way to help you. This definitely keeps us coming back!
The juice is pretty good. I go here when Mcvapour closed. So the hours are very convenient! However, the staff should be a little more professional in the conversations that they have, definitely when children are in the store. The store is always very clean and has a really nice setup!
The older gentleman is really rude, always helpful to others but always rude and frustrated when I ask for help. I pulled in as he turned the open sign off tonight, & he saw me. I just needed fluid for my grill lighter. I could get a lighter anywhere but I like to support local business so I went out of my way to go here. He was checking another girl out but didnt want to help me support your local business because it was 9pm & he said were closed. This is why people dont support local businesses, were too much of an inconvenience even for an extra minute. It would have taken a minute to ring up lighter fluid.
Best customer service and selection
I’ve tried vaping a hundred times to get away from cigarettes. I’ve been smoking for almost 20 years and Always dealt with horrible customer service at other shops. This shop is always patient with me and helps me make the right decision for my needs. They’re always amazing!!! I’ve been cigarette free for over a month because of them!
I love this place! I could go and spend hours just looking at the stuff they have from vaping liquid to accessories to stuff for the grass loving community they definitely have everything someone would need in one stop shopping! The guys working there very friendly and helpful and ready to accommodate you with your needs and answer all your questions. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. They definitely have my vote.
Seem uninterested in helping customers and act like its a hassle to tell you about available vape flavors. Every single time ive visited its been that way. If its such a big deal then just have a list so that customers can see the inventory or available flavors associated with that brand. This way they wont have to tell you what they have since its such an inconvenience. I cant say all the employees are like that but unfortunately just the ones that Ive been in contact with. Ive been there 5 times or so.
They completely wasted my time... I called ahead to make sure they had a product and when I arrive at the store they tell me that the product I called about you had to buy a pack because they were out of the singles which they failed to mention in the phone call... I go ahead to decide to buy the product and realize I had forgotten my wallet so I left. I came back a few minutes later when I realize they excepted Apple Pay just for them to card me. I could understand if I looked under the age of 30 but I don’t I understand it’s a state law also..Just really irritated that they wasted so much of my time in the first place.
I called them and asked if they had disposable G4 coils. They said yes. Drive 8 miles, no disposable coils. Appears to be a bait and switch shop. So I bought a different coil and battery for 27.00. Walked out to my vehicle, put my vape oil in the coil, it didnt work. So I took back inside the shop and told the clerk. He did his best including calling the manager. They agreed it was faulty. I asked for my money back and was told they cant refund Vape Products. I protested, telling the clerk you sold me a broken product, I havent moved off your property and you wont give me a refund. Corporate Policy according to the clerk. So I asked if I could at least return the new battery I have no use for. He said no, same reason. These people have no integrity and are a borderline bait and switch shop. I stopped by another shop on the way home and they said as long as you havent taken the items off our property you can return them. And certainly if they prove to be dysfunctional--like the shop I got it from. Very bad experience.
Found out the hard way that the prices on some of the items are not correct but yet set the signs back on the product. Signs had me spending 71.00 but it really was 107.00. Employee apologized but didnt fix it and blamed it on management. So beware of prices. Great products tho
UPDATE: I CALLED THE REGIONAL MANAGER, AND HE MADE THE SITUATION RIGHT. I WAS GIVEN AN EXCHANGE, AND I SIGNED UP IN THEIR SYSTEM SO THEY CAN TRACK MY RECEIPTS. VERY PLEASED THE COMPANY STEPPED UP AND TOOK CARE OF A CUSTOMER! THANK YOU! Very disappointed with the customer service in this store! I purchased a small vape from them 2 - 3 weeks ago, which broke. The prongs that hold the tank onto the battery are plastic; one broke off, and the other is bent. The unit was not dropped or abused in any way. I was not given a receipt at the time of purchase, and forgot to ask for one. The store only has a 14 day warranty, and with no receipt, they refused to exchange the unit. I wasnt asking for a refund, only an even exchange. I was not informed of this warranty policy during the purchase. They obviously do not stand behind the products they sell. I will not be returning to this shop!
This place is amazing, they had a great selection of products. They guys working were also very friendly. Not only that but it was VERY clean. Last of all, there was a very comfortable lounge area in the corner with Netflix.
Vapor 100 is by far the best vape shop in southern Kansas for your Delta 8 needs. They have all the top brands and products on the market. Best prices as well. If you go here you wont be disappointed.

This is the place for getting your vape supplies. Their selection of premium juices is one of the largest in the Wichita area, plus they have an awesome supply of devices and accessories. Had a small hitch with customer service on my first visit, but the owner personally reached out and tried to make it right, which is above and beyond most stores. Very happy to continue patronizing each of these locations, and fully reccomend this store to any new or veteran vape heads.
The price of the replacement glass for my stick prince mod was only $2.99, anywhere in Wichita it costs 5 or 6 dollars. Got a new vape all-in-one mod and a large bottle of e-juice all for a little over $70. Thank you.
Very polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the extra steps they have taken to protect us from Covid-19 as well. 2 bottles of 60ml premium juice for 20$ cant beat that anywhere in town!

The female working was acting cocky and self entitled when I came in today to buy coils and juice. I was helped by the older gentleman and he was amazing. I highly recommend not going when the female is working.

Amazing staff got some juice that was darker then usual and they asked me to come in to cgeck it found out my cotton wasnt broke enough and sold me another juice that hits the spot. Thank you so much for the great people work here is the reason i will be back more and more.
Noticed that a new vape store opened up in derby so decided to walk in. Best store in town if not kansas. The customer service is great and have a great selection of products. If youre looking to quit smoking or just chuck a lot of vape they have it. All of there mods and starter kits are within 5 to 15 dollars of online prices. Definantely stop by, you wont be sorry.
The Good (Awesome selection of product, love doing buisness)The Bad ( Been in 4 times now and everytime I walk in... the employees behind the counter give me a dirty look and a garbage attitude with all short replies..[3 Different dudes] all because their convos are being interrupted to do their JOBBBB.... It makes me furious. If I owned this store theyd be fired, never hired. The store needs people who want to help consumers, not drive them away. The Owner needs to be present I guess to baby sit these Adults,And the door is too far from the counter.....
Horrible customer service. My friend was trying out some new products and when she got out to the car it didnt work. When she went back inside the store they wouldnt make it right and blamed it on a defect. Wont be back to this shop.
