I love the chill lay back atmosphere. Patio has a smoking section. The only very small issue I had was how long it took them to bring us our pizza order. I feel that it was due to the high volume if people there. They were having a halloween party and my husband and I won 1st place. Props to DJ Art! Im coming back here in the spring.

This is not an opulent-looking place. What it is is a place filled with gracious staff and a very welcoming attitude. Our servers name was Adriana. What an outgoing person she was. She was very helpful with the menu. The food was great. The chef TK (?) came out to speak with us. His concern was that we enjoyed his cooking, which of course we did. The owner came out and had an engaging conversation with us. What a great customer experience! We will definitely be back. As the saying goes, dont judge a book by its cover...

When work forces me out of the warm confines of Santa Monica, I do my best to try and find local places to eat & drink vs chain restaurants. Today I’m on the west side of Detroit at a place called Ford Patio Bar & Grill. One prior review said the lamb chops were pretty good. That, my friends, is an understatement. They’re like lamb meat candy. They were sooooo good. I washed them down with Bells Two Hearted IPA which is a personal favorite. As for the service, Shawna/Shauna was Suzy-on-the-spot! Took my order moments after I sat down and the beer and food came very shortly thereafter.I love discovering local joints and Ford’s did not disappoint. BTW, it’s karaoke night tonight so there’s still more fun to be had! Head on down!

$4 lamb chops Tuesday special is the real deal! Quality food served in a bar atmosphere is always a hit for me. Only problem was my martini was served in a Pina colada glass🍹 Come on Man! 🍸

This place was not our first choice as there are only 2 restaurants in walking distance from our hotel. Our first choice had a 45 minute wait so we decided to try this one out.Greeted unprofessionally as we walked through the parking lot a door greeter/host made a comment, we didnt know he worked there. Took us to our booth.Our waitress, Bubbles was somewhat friendly but a horrible waitress. Not sure she was the only one working but we were practically ignored most of our visit as she tended to all her other tables.She was attentive taking our drink orders and bringing water to the table but never brought napkins or dinnerware. We reordered 1 drink and took over 15 minutes to get it. Our food took awhile as well and we were missing a simple pizza order. Bubbles walked to our table, looked confused as she was bringing another meal to the wrong table. We finally got the 🍕 pizza.She forgot our mayonnaise, asked for no salt fries and got salt, asked for napkins as we had none and no utensils as well.Worse service ever experienced as you see by my reviews!Giving a 2 star rating based off of the taste and quality of food or would have given a 0 if that was possible.

Valet was super nice being its the first impression thats a plus. We ordered Don Julio shots & service by the guy who had locs was on point. The lamb chops were so tasty, Id try them out again.

Definitely coming back to try the food. Was there only a short while with friends. Very nice atmosphere, food looked delicious as ever, staff was nice. Music was nice. Dance floor looked a little small. It was super crowded on a Saturday night. Will get there early next time so I can have some where to sit.

Please do not dine here! We were charged $20 for valet parking and others in our party were charged $10. They claim the price increases when they have few spots left! So you pay more if they have 1-3 spaces left!! This doesn’t make any sense! For this joint, ridiculous! There was no sign indicating a price increase after a certain time. I paid more for parking than my turkey burger and fries!! I won’t be back and I telling everyone I know to never come here!

Omg I have never had bar food this good ever. Everything was amazing.Unbelievable good.Nate cooked everything to perfection. I am a picky eater and I was satisfied with to see y’all here everything. I am recommending that everyone try this place. By your self or with friends. We were all happy with everything we ordered.

Good place awesome food Tuesday & Thursday Comedy Night Wednesday is Karaoke Night Friday Live Band and Saturday is Grown-Up Night they are close Sunday an Mondays. But altogether this place is an some place, theres an active Patio which stays clean. If youre looking for somewhere to bring the family during the days an or just enjoy yourself with friends go to the Ford Patio for enjoyment an relaxation. Pictures coming soon

The patio was the best thing about the place. Music was good.. it ranged from old to new. I chuckled when the old school songs lost the enthusiasm of the 50% crowd of 25ish olds. The crowds ranged in age from over 50 to barely legal. The food was ok.. not great. I will give a pass on the timeliness of service since it was full however of patio waitress should have had help.

We Truly Enjoyed our Food and Drinks.We went during lunch hours, and the place was comfortable yet busy.The waitress Windy did an amazing job on my Bloody Mary as well as offering her suggestions from the menu. We did order the pepper steak soup, it was so good. I had the Turkey Club and it was the best turkey club Ive ever had. I did see many people ordering chicken salads, so they must be good too.Well go back and try some of their other dishes.Great Job... o and its clean.

I visit the Detroit/Dearborn area about once a month and on all of my visits, I always stop by the Ford Patio Bar & Grill. On most of my visits, Ive had Keita as my bartender/server and she is always wonderful. My most recent visit Adriana was behind the bar and she was just as amazing. Id also like recognize the positive energy that TK brings to the kitchen. Hes been back there on all of my visits hustling around and smiling and I can tell you that happy people make better food than grouchy people. This place has HAPPY food and drinks both. Cant wait to head back next month.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Wait staff have no good customer service whatsoever!!! I waited forever to be helped, and almost an hour for what I ordered to be brought to me, as if it were busy, I was given attitude/smart remarks and disrespectful demeanor from waiter, not to mention me and my table were able to smell the alcohol on the waitresses breath just to have no choice but to tip??!?. Place is SUPER overpriced to have that type of atmosphere. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Never will I be back HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I went in for Happy Hour before our group met for Family Feud. The waitress provided great suggestions on what to try. I sampled the wings, nachos, shrimp, and a mango martini. The nachos were good, very cheesy. Jalapeños were a little too bright green for me. They looked fake, so I didnt partake of those. The shrimp wasnt fried hard enough for me, and it hard a thich batter. The wings were okay. I got some garlic parmesan sauce, but it wasnt what I was expecting. The mango martini was EVERYTHING!!The host for Family Feud was an hour late, but he made up for it in laughs 😃 it was truly a good time had by all!

Stopped here with my Son to have some food and drinks and the service was okay once a server got to us. We ordered 2 Strawberry Margaritas that were watered down and just horrible. We ordered the special for St Pattys Day and sent that back as the cabbage tasted sour. We then ordered appetizers...steak bites absolutely no seasoning ( HAD THE SERVER TRY THEM AND SHE SAID THE SAME THING) and a few other items. Everything was very lackluster in flavor...just disappointing. The server spoke with one of theOwners and she came to the table and said weve been drinking were celebrating Ill remove the stk bites from your bill😐 so unexceptionable and when I addressed her regarding her statement then then told me we dont eat it if you dont want it .... 😐 As we were leaving she stood at the door watching us leaving and had this look on her face with her lips tooted up saying you can leave As a business owner this is so unprofessional, unexceptional and just RUDE!!!! MAYBE YOU SHOULDNT DRINK AT WORK. IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN THEM NOOOOOOO STARS I MOST CERTAINLY WOULDVE!

The food and customer service are good. The live band did a great job the time I heard them! I believe they perform only on a certain day.

Server was horrible, she looked like a clown took forever to come take our order then didnt come back to check on us had to flag her down when we needed drinks, only ordered fries to eat no seasoning they blocked off the parking lot for valet the lot was so small could barely get out car and you were in the bar absolutely no reason for valet so we parked on street behind bar charge cover charge and all the tables were reserved did not have many tables to start with no cushions for patio furniture

I ordered shrimp alfredo. The menu describes angel hair, but I was served fettuccine. The shrimp were grilled perfectly, but the sauce was sour. I also had lamb chops, which were also grilled perfectly. My drink was great. Kudos to the bar. I went on comedy night on Tuesday. Simply Chanel and her line up was funny. I guess my complaint is the sauce and noodles.

Had a quick drink and appetizer. It was around 6pm and not crowded. Waitress was nice. Food got drink strong

I went here on a Wednesday evening and it was karaoke night. The bar staff were really nice and the chef Nate was amazing. He made sure we were satisfied with the food and gave recommendations on what to order next time. Ill definitely be back to try more items on the menu!

I called in for a Caesar salad and add salmon. The salad was super soggy and the salmon super small for $12 barely any croutons or lettuce. The lettuce was not fresh at all. They charged me $26.50 for this? ABSOLUTELY NOT!And of course it won’t allow me to add the phone to show you this mess.

Came to see Josiah Jones at the comedy show on Tuesday night. The venue was practicing safety and I felt comfortable being there. The food was great and the service was even better. It was my first time and Id definitely come again.

The food was excellent. The chef, Nate was great. I ordered the Ribeye steak dinner. The steak was cooked to perfection, nice and tender. The garlic mashed potatoes were good and the garden salad was fresh. And our server Keeta, was wonderful! She was was very cordial and friendly.

This bar is the most fun you can have in the Detroit Dearborn area. Why, because they have the real life Family Feud my favorite TV show that you can get a group of 10 people together and play. I have a woman empowerment group Exhale Detroit and we used this establishment for our Game Night. Not only was it for our members but for patrons of the bar was able to join in on the fun with us. We had a ball and will be back. Also not ONLY the game made our game night fun but the food was delicious and the chef came out to introduce himself and made sure our food was prepared the way we asked. The pizza, steak, and fajitas was made to perfection. Hands down this is where you wanna come eat good and have fun too.

Valet parking was $10. Atmosphere was cool, colorful lights, but music was very loud. Pizza all right but burnt on crust and bottom. Drinks were great and large.

Went to an event there, my first time going. Was a little disappointed with the wait time for food, but when my lamb chops came out on the burnt side, I was surprised, and others at my table waited one hour for an order of potatoe skins. I will return, I believe maybe there were staffing challenges that day. I say to my readers, Go check them out! The food was good as well as the drinks. Its the wait time on food that I wasnt happy with.

Great place to have a party (book the patio). Food is hit or miss. I’ve had great one time and too salty/ cold another. Owner personally greets those booking parties and lets you know whose in charge while he’s there or not. Good DJ!

This place has karaoke on Wednesday. The people are laid back and accepting. The food is flavorful. Just have to chase down the bartender. But after getting her attention she was very good.

I ordered 2 of the 20$ meals and they tried charging me a104and change kareoke is great but Im not sure if they thought that I couldnt count but I wont order anything else how do you add 12 dollars tip to 44 cant make it up extra for CajunSeasoning

Great food and drinks! Waitstaff is a MAJOR problem. Attitudes, careless attitudes, they dont put any effort into going to work CAUSE THEY KNOW THEY GONNA GET A TIP. Our bill had 18% already added to it! We were regulars here until we noticed this, and 18% very generous then what we would have left with how bad our service was!!

Cornbeef egg rolls no real flavor fries not that great. Wouldnt recommend sauce on chicken fingers. Had some wine left in my glass went to the bathroom glass was gone and was told it was empty. It wasnt a full glass but it wasnt empty

The food and service were both really good. Bit of a hole in the wall, but would go back anyday. In fact I wish it was closer to where we lived. It doesnt matter what you order, its all good.

Love the music. Great place to chill, dance, date, and friends. Live bands til 10:30, but need to get rid of valet and have the patio fireplaces on. Otherwise 5 stars. Most of the staff is always very friendly and chill. Would like to see more of a crowd. Esp. like the summer with the patio open.

We came to this establishment to celebrate our cousins Birthday and had a great time.The food was awesome. As soon as we walked in, I was eyeing a friends plate and the portions are fit for a king.She was eating steak bites, macaroni and cheese, garlic mashed potatoes and garlic bread. It smelled great and looked even better . Three of us automatically ordered the same dish and Yall, the food was great!!! Because of the large portions, we had to take to go containers.Our server was very attentive.

You have to watch the bartenders very closely. There’s a waitress there name Shawna a skinny Caucasian girl and she will put extra chargers on your bill to see if she can get away with it. She charged me $11 because they were playing music that night and said it was a new rule to charge for entertainment but she didn’t know I had 2 other friends there that night and I saw their bills and she didn’t charge them anything at all. Watch out for her. Then also I was there recently n and another light skinned black waitress charged me extra for sides when their included in the steak combo. When I told her about it she adjusted the bill and acted like she did me a favor. I asked for the manager and he doesn’t seem to be there and you can never get in contact with him. People are price gauging and this place is already over priced don’t let them get over on you pay close attention to what you ordered.

This was a really nice place. Karaoke and the DJ was A1!! My steak was really tender, 👍...You need a barmaid really bad. She exchanged my wrong potatoes with a very cold order of the right ones 🤦🏾‍♂️. She doesnt even look like shes trying. (Take her phone). Shes terrible. Not attentive at all. Very forgetful with the exception of her cell phone. STAYED TEXTING ALL NIGHT!! Forgetful and lazy. Food and atmosphere was great. Get a good barmaid plz 🙏

It was a very small place but it seems to be quite popular amongst the 25-38 age group. There was a DJ there but IMO the drinks were not satisfactory. 1 of the drinks I ordered (LIIT) I sent back because IMO it tasted awful & got home & discovered she never removed it from our bill. We each ordered wing dings that had a very nice seasoned/grilled flavor with a price tag of 14.00 for 8. The gratuity is automatically added @ a little over 18%. Parking is VERY limited in the area & Valet Parking was 10.00. As for us, its not a place for us!

First time here, I had a pretty ok experience! The waitress was cool, the food was good, and the drinks were ok a little bit on the strong side, but I expected it to be being it was made with cheap liquor, but my second experience here was terrible! Food was very thrown together like it was rushed…my sliders looked very dry and had hardly any cheese on them. I was very disappointed

My husband just finished dining at The Ford Patio and Grill. We are staying over in Dearborn on our way back to Chicago. We both had wonderful meals out on their patio. Our server was very attentive. I so enjoyed my Caesar Salad with a perfectly cooked steak. My husband had the chicken breast meal. The chicken was juicy and moist with yummy mashed red skin potatoes.

Wait staff terrible. Never placed my orderWhen I asked what was taking so she replied that she was waiting on the kitchen. Didnt even go check. I had to have another waitress go check.. she came back and lied. Said another waitress took the order thinking it was hers.. she just never put my order in

Great hangout spot for mature crowd. Loved the outdoor patio. Weather was perfect and waitress Bubbles was outstanding. Would have been a 5 if the price of valet wasnt so high. Need better parking.

The lamb chops are absolutely divine... The jalapeno poppers? Not so much, but the lamb was so good Im still 5 starring... You deserve to know how incredible it is.

Our wings were way too greasy. We asked for freshly cooked wings and they happily obliged. Waitress was very friendly and was eager to please, but forgot a lot of stuff. Maybe it was just one of those days for her...lol. I loved the atmosphere and the drinks were made perfect!!

I went to the establishment to buy food and I was told that I had to pay a cover charge just to get in. I left and went somewhere else. I will never cover back.

The food was just ok I ordered spinach and what I thought was artichoke dip it was more cheese than anything no spinach. The Chicken Alfredo was horrible like I was not satisfied at all.. Carmen was rude I don’t have to come back

There were so many issues with this place I will never return. The employees did not wear mask and would hold conversations with other employees while holding people food in hand. I witness several wait staff talking unmasked over people food before taking to their table. I was in a party of 3 and waited an hour for my food while my two friends received their food timely spoke to the manager and all I was given was 10% off my bill. Valet was horrible and over price and did not let you know you had the option of parking your own car in the same place they were parking your car.

FYI this place is poorly run. If you arrive on a day that someone is having a celebration, they block every single spot in their entire parking lot and make everyone pay $10 to park. The food is decent and the prices are good but that does not make up for the lack of customer service.

Ordered steak bites 1st not only no taste/flavor they were tough so I got waffle & wings dont do it waffle extra crispy (hard) it says 5wings its wing dings. Worse ever why do I have to pay to park on their lot when Im patronizing the business.?

Place has just been redone and is nice inside. Food was fine, waitress was nice, but what the heck kind of place charges $2 for a bottle of water at lunch? Its 2018. And its also lunch time. Cant really order a beer while at work with a he boss and pop is pretty horrible. Been to every restaurant in the area during lunch and have never been charged for water. May be part of the reason the place was literally empty besides one other customer 🤣🤣. But again, the burger was solid, I just doubt well ever go back literally based on the $6 for three waters we got charged.

They have the best lamb chops I ever had. Tuesday they r on special, and their house salad with homemade dressing is excellent also. Wendy is a cool server!!

I went last night for family fuad, it was a blast. The staff took good care of us. It was like going to your families house to chill.

Friendly staff beer was nice and cold but the waitress forgot a lot of stuff. It took 45 min to get a salad and another 15 to get my steak and when it finally arrived it was missing the shrimp and baked potato. The shrimp finally arrived but I gave up on the potato. Would not recommend or return.

A lot has changed since the first time Ive been there....I remember when it was barely customers then now its a nice hang out spot...an eventhough the waitress was busy she still took care of my table without missing a beat,😁👍👍👍👍👍

Absolutely love this place! Went for my 26th birthday tonight. Went in kind of cautious because it was a new place but Im definitely excited I did..drinks are amazing, waitresses are amazing, music amazing, everything was great! Great vibes

I went to this establishment to have dinner with my children. Upon entering the small parking lot, that is valet only which makes patrons wait on Ford Rd while the attendant parks vehicles, the attendant immediately told me No children allowed after 9:00. At that time it was 8:30. I was also told if I wanted to park my car myself I could go around the building and park on the side street. The exit to the side street was blocked with a pressure washer. From this experience alone I will not return.

Was invited to a Birthday Party. The people was pleasant, but staff chared several people 2 twice/3 tomes f9r 1 item They ordered. Also, the Establishment could be more cleaner inside snd out. The Womens Bathroom most definitely CLEANER.

Went there for the concert the other day!! Had an amazing time!!! The service was outstanding! Food was amazing everything came out fast! All the workers work great and fast and they were all super nice! I will be definitely coming back here again.

This is the real review...I rarely write reviews but my experience was so bad I have to share it. We came here just to have a late dinner. We sat and were given water....no one returned for 15 minutes. We ordered, soup came 15 minutes later cold, my salad came 10 minutes later...then his sandwich came. He was half done by the time my entree was served. The food was not good. The Patio panini was full of grease. The grilled chicken was over cooked and dry. Not to mention all the irritating GNATS we were waving away all night. I was looking forward to experiencing this place but it was very disappointing. They even turned off the music so we sat in silence.

Love this place! They have great food and good entertainment! Karaoke on Wednesday nights is a blast, bartender makes amazing drinks.

Every visit its always Jammed Packed! The drinks and food is good & the Staff is Friendly But! They do not practice social distancing so If you are a Covid-19 worrier I do not suggest this place.. maybe only go on off peak days (week days) Also, they should have more options on the weekend other than just Valet $$ parking *prepare to walk!*

The restrooms were an awful shape… Dirty with no paper towels or toilet paper. There are little bugs buzzing all around while we were eating and they have limited options when it comes to watching the game.

This place was was previously known as js fields. The place looks like something out of the eighties the decorations look unpolished and cheap. The service was not great the manager seem to have a Lott of mini meeting which slowed down the service a lot. The food tasted bland and without taste. The best thing about the place were their wedge fries.Overall the place has a getto feel to it but the prices which are equal to Red Robins, chillies or such.

We came in town for the game. Biz and crew treated us like family. Great drinks and food. Got some shirts, Ill wear it proudly. This is a gem in Detroit. I would recommend it to anyone looking to have good times. Ill be returning next time Im in town.

I’ve had the opportunity to visit several times. Eric has made me the best food and I’ve also had the best drinks. I would highly recommend a visit!

3 stars for music and atmosphere. Food is mediocre at best (eat b4 you go) They also charge 3.5% surcharge on credit card transactions (which is illegal) so bring cash if you go.

Simply Shanell does a comedy show on Thursdays and the hilarious Comedian Maria Sanchez from Baltimore featured for Comedian Jwill and DCs own Comedian Chuck Best opened the comedy show. All of Detroit was there with a great DJ to usher the comedy. The vibes were 420 friendly and the food was great. Come for laughs, vibes, and good people.

Eating, drinking with friends having a good time. Waitress slid TWO $25 shots on my bill. There is nothing abt this place that says $25 a shot. I was ROBBED!!! Never AGAIN!!

Tried to go on a Tuesday night at 8:45pm and all the tables were empty and reserved except on the patio. Even seats at the bar were being held. When asked if there was anywhere inside we could sit and have a drink one lady on the staff tried to help the other was unwilling. We ended up leaving for lack of customer service.

First time popping in and it was real quick, so not sure how I feel about it. Staff seems pretty divided- a bit strange to encounter 🤷‍♀️

The food was still excellent. This time the drinks were good. They still add extra fees u have to pay attention too.

Went there for the Johnny O concert love that they have valet parking so ya ladies don’t have to walk far to our cars after the bar closes . Was impressed with the concert seeing that they are limited to seating there , the concert was great and got what we paid for . Staff is awesome . Didn’t wait long for our drinks . and not to mention the food is Out of this world . If highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner and drinks ! 5 stars in my book .

This use to be my favorite place, over the last 6 months they have went down with service. The waitresses are horrible and seem to not know whats on the menu. I probably wont go back, its sad for me because their food is good

Up and coming restaurant in Dearborn - former owners took over again and they are are doing an awesome job of crafting daily specials that are different from the surrounding restaurants. They have great lunch specials and the atmosphere is much different than your typical dining spot.

Went there just to get out the house end up getting the mac and cheese and the lamb chops OMG it was really good just the lamb chops is really small but they tasted good and was seasoned really well I will return to Ford patio bar and grill

The appetizer platter was delicious, very good collaboration of choices, I love the sauces for the wings, the steak bites werent as tender or seasoned as I like but definitely will try again with modifications, the fries were good however and everything was hot and fresh....great comedy show also the host was extremely funny and the acts, definitely will return

I went there for the first time for the Johnny O concert last weekend and had a BLAST! Great atmosphere and the staff was AMAZING, friendly and on top of their stuff! My friends and I will definitely be back!!

This restaurant is a total scam they charge for valet to just park your car in front of the restaurant or you have a choice of parking at red robin and walking down which is ridiculous the restaurant charges a service fee as well The servers still expect a tip on top of that. There food is not good.The building is to tiny for parties.

Boooo You are a BAR/GRILL which means you sale food. But you are CLOSED ON MONDAYS ! ! ! ! ! Oh well BUDDYs got my money. The thing is that you should be open since the RED ROBIN next you is closed and the WENDYS always gives poor service.

Went for the Johnny o concert and got stuck in the back of the bar when I tried to aproch the stage to see the concert I was pushed back saying I couldnt go pass the line becouse it was VIP only I paid 10 for parking and the same amount to watch the concert its bs never going back again I rather pay that and have a awesome time at at locos or anexx were u pay less and get treated with respect. The owner of this establishment needs to do a better job when it comes to setting up for concerts.

The food was good but the drinks were not. The service was super slow. A little pricey for the service and amount of food you get. IF I return, I wont get drinks.

Worst service Ive ever seen. 2 hrs to make 4 burgers. In the 4 times I went there giving them an opportunity to prove that they could be a decent place to eat. They could never get it right. The service was horrible, and it was an inconvenience to the staff to refill drinks and even do a keno ticket. I live 6 blocks away and Ill never go back in there.

I over heard from the table next to us that the ownership has recently changed. The food was average, they didnt get the order quite right, and the wait time for food was atrocious. They were very under staffed for a Friday lunch.

I went there for the Johnny O concert and it was amazing my friends and family had a wonderful night the staff was amazing and food was spectacular. I especially adored the manager maria I will definitely recommend this place and me and my friends can’t wait for the next concert next month we will be there for sure😍

Food and service were average.

Before they REMODELED it use to be a nice place go, but since the remodel the drinks are watered down and he prices for both drinks and food have increased. However, the taste and quanity is less. I will not be patronizing the one to much anymore.

Never got to try the place drove from Ann Arbor just for us to find out it was valet only we had no cash and their ATM was broken he said we couldn’t park in their lot and we would have to walk from Red Robin’s. So we did park at Red Robin’s and we decided to eat there instead !

Went here for a concert, they didnt describe the tickets at all. Got stuck in the smoking section all night, had no way to even see the stage..... Absolutely terrible.

Food was ok ordered a few things was with a big party the chicken was very overcooked sent it back and when they bought it back out is was still overcooked mashed potatoes was cold THE DRINKS WAS AWESOME but IT WAS 30 DEGREES OUTSIDE AND THE PLACE WAS INFESTED WITH GNATS
