The owner is so helpful. I emailed and asked a few things and even with him out of country he answered my email and had the GM from Dallas personally call me to help me out. Not only did Melissa call me and my wife she was genuinely happy to take time from her personal life off the clock to not only answer our questions but she gave us advice we didnt know to even ask for. I tried this with other places and was rudely shut down or just flat out ignored. At Colette Houston the customer service starts before you even walk in the door and that means a lot. Will definitely update after first time going but 5 stars for how my experience has already begun.

Went recently, very well done job with overall space and offer. Maybe music can be more in tune with atmosphere since it’s not typical night club but classy place for sure.

Giovanni and Keicha were the best!!! VERY inviting, professional and super friendly!!! The crowd was not what I was expecting but these 2 made it worth staying to hang out. Kesha showed us around and gave us tips and the bartender (Gio) was very entertaining and funny🤣....the Dj DID indeed SUCK, as reviews warned!! SOMETHING has to be done about this if you expect to keep patrons. The doorman and front desk ladies were also very pleasant!

The staff was nice. David the guy with the dreads had us laughing and was reall nice. isiah was really nice too and shay the bartender was very nice it was just the manager that night was rude I dont know if he was in a bad mood and the 2nd and third time we came he was also in a bad mood on saturdays it is really fun but Wednesday and thursday are slow but the manager will night change the music David walked back there 3 times to ask and then my man asked and he snapped at him so other than that its a cool club

So I decided to come back for new years after enjoying my time with the host Arianna she truly was amazing but wow was New years such a disappointment. I guess that is the fault of management but she still made my night quite enjoyable and she even put in some song request for me. I appreciated the extra security as the area can be a bit sketchy.5 stars for the effort!!

We went for the first time 8/26. What attracted us was that it looked very classy. It was very classy, the wife loved the artwork throughout. The staff from the bouncer, front end, bartender, and the girl that showed around were great. Where we were disappointed was the lack of people. There was maybe 12 people all night. I know that is not Colettes issue. The reason we will not go back is that how rude one worker was when he informed us that they were closing a hour early. We were enjoying ourselves chatting with another couple but our night got cut short. In my opinion that was bad business.

Its a lovely place to have fun. Lots of room and really spacious. The only thing is the music. Please find us some better music or DJ. I have been here several times with my wife. Music is the food of life. Thats where all the fun starts. Please.

I love this place, I was really nervous at first but the host Arianna was so welcoming and informative. She made me feel comfortable by giving us a tour and even introduced us to another couple. We will be back 10/10!!!!!!!!

I was there this past Saturday night and it was my first time. The young white male in the back kept following me and my guest for some reason. We were in the participation room doing our thing and he came up to me again. I was getting very frustrated. I am a black male and I ask him what was the real reason. I didn’t care for the music at all but other than me feeling like i was being single out i had a decent time.

It was our first time this past Saturday. The man at the door gave us a tour which was really nice. Its very spacious and open. The music is awesome here! The bartender was very nice and helpful. The people here are all laid back and will mingle with you. Saturday nights seem like the popular night.

The staff was great, and the place was very nice. The only problem is, this was our first time to a place like this and it was pretty dead. We arrived a little early stayed till closing. We where a total of 4 or 5 couples all night with a few singles. I understand it was a Wednesday night which from what I am told can be hit or miss. Would like to maybe check it out again on a busier night.

My first time there and I was sadly disappointed. I went there as a single lady hoping to mix it up, and I didnt. I went on a Saturday. Didnt know that it was strictly couples and single ladies night. I would think a place like this should always include single men. Trust it might have made a huge difference that night. The place is nice. The shower area is fantastic. But they really should bring back the theater room. Im confused as to why there were so many private rooms where you couldnt watch. The lone security guy stayed walking around in 1 particular area (formerly the theater room) when they werent necessary. Sadly the couples that night werent feeling frisky enough to engage each other much less anyone else lol (having single men might have changed that). And I feel if you bring your mate to a place like this be prepared to share him/her without you being involved.If this is a swinging club, I should be able to be with 2 men without always having to be with a woman. When Im back in town I will try a Friday. Im told it is better. But for now, Ill stick with the places up north.

I’m a woman and I went there a few times (original dallas member) and I had an excellent time here in Houston!! Guys sometimes will rate it bad because they have the expectations that they are paying for s*x so if it doesn’t happen as they feel it should I find they rate it bad, however this crowd is for open minded people, people wanting to make connections, have fun and if s*x happens it does, if not maybe next time. But if you go in there with the mentality that women are objects and you’ve paid for them to be with you, good luck, you won’t have a good time! Be yourself, open your mind, make friends build connections…

Third time there and the crowd is very small. I don’t know why the people are not coming to this particular club. I keep giving it a chance and on April 18 2023 was my third time there hoping that it had changed but no, again a very small crowd sitting and looking. I will think twice about going again. Waste of time and money

My wife and I have been there several times. The first time we attended was fantastic with the club being full of people. Over the last several months we have been 4 additional times. Each time the club has been dead with in almost every instance no one being in the play rooms. It is difficult to pay the $90 entrance fee for a dead club. The idea and ambiance is great, the problem is no people. I dont think we will go back as it is just too expensive to justify with just a handful of other people in the club.

This was our 3rt time visiting this club, my husband and I had a great experience the first time when we went there, that is why we back the second time, but the DJ was Terrible That nite, well anyway I told my husband we will back other nite Expecting a better time. We back to celebrate the New Year and again the DJ was terrible, we saw a couple next to us at the bar leaving for the same reason. I really like this club, very clean, nice people, friendly staff, and let me tell you we will back to celebrate my birthday , hope next time we can really enjoy the DJ.

Went on a Friday night. It was our first time ever at a place like this. I was excited until the door lady was rude when I asked if someone could show us around she immediately said “you need to pay first” and wasn’t welcoming. It was dead and the music was alright. Wasn’t worth the money.

The owners were pleasant. The club was poorly constructed and employees had false airs of superiority which was kinda humorous at first. The club itself was a bunch of Watchers and not a whole lot of doers.... not are cup of tea. For the cost benefit Analysis I would skip this club and find literally any alternative.

I use to love this place...clean fun wonderful people. The staff is great but the new manager Megan might not like her job. She is rude don’t expect a welcome wagon from her. I can tell from her personality that she might be having a tough life I feel bad for her. She often seems so down and easy aggravated I hope she finds happiness because she is not happy with her job. I love this franchise so still go check them out just stay away from Megan if you want to enjoy your night...her attitude will stand out😂

First time there. Had heard mixed reviews. Not impressed. Seating is terrible. A few high tables and chairs. Mostly multi-patron couches. Not one single guy on Thursday. Only one single lady that left after 30 minutes. Bought 2 16oz diet cokes. Ready for this! $10. $5 per 16oz coke. Music was one that we had never heard before. Nothing current or at least from the past. The theater was not working. No videos that go along with the music. Four other couples. Asked for tip at the door just for paying. Clearly not a place to go back to.

Wife and I had a great time. It was a very slow Wednesday, but everyone who made it out had plenty of fun! Nice environment, friendly staff. Well be back again.

Literally last night was our first night. Wonderful introduction and walk through, great crowd and Dj. The only reason I can’t rate five star we were on our way out and noticed someone stole our Don Julio. Half a bottle of $50 don julio gone 🤦🏾‍♀️.

Where to begin, First let me say that the staff is top notch.. helpful/sexy/welcoming. It was my wifes birthday and they totally went out of their way to help make it even special. Thank you Club & Staff !! It was our first time the so it was a little nerving lol. But once there and with the staffs help they really made it special. And then icing of the night was we sat with a great couple that welcomed us with open arms and helped make my wifes night one to remember. Club was clean very inviting. We definitely plan on coming back.🍍🦄💦💯💙P.s.Definitely recommend

Poor management. Every time I’ve been here there’s new employees, I wonder why. It’s always dead and barely gets a crowd on the weekends, save your money.

My husband and I didn’t get to experience the event. However, the security was very polite at the door tonight. Ladies remember, ONLY shoes with straps or heels! Club attire!

I’m a member. & I was asked to pay $40 as a single female. Don’t believe the prices. &&Front door staff was rude 😔very disappointing. When I did my birthday here last year, it was a totally different experience.Thankfully, there are other similar clubs in Houston... with a better feel. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Kinda sad watching people shuffle around on the dance floor while the DJ struggles to find some danceable music. Lots of tunes targeted toward young hispanics. Maybe people under 30 think the music is good? People over 40 will find very little that sounds familiar.

A great spot for real Lifestyle couples. Great ambiance, staff, and play space. Only critique is the music selection was hit and miss. Great crowd size on Saturdays.

We have been three times, it is the most upscale club we have been in Houston. Very clean and nice people. Music is excellent.

Club was hot, we came from out of town, it was terrible on both nights. DJ was terrible both nights and wouldn’t take requests. Not worth the money.

Me and my wife was there on a 7/20 and had a great time we are going back and we are getting a membership there the staff was nice and the people were so friendly music was on point looking forward to going back

Nice clean comfortable club inside but their house DJ is awful. Youd think the lack of people dancing would be a clue.

I am rating it by just checking out the website. Professional owners and cant wait to go. I just need someone to go with me.

Nice facilities, not much appropriate dance music for our older generation, website promises special offers that they dont honor anymore.
