The place has great products and a wide variety, BUT you can tell the bigger younger girl doesnt like her job. Ive called before and at the end of me asking questions I was about to say have a nice day and she just hung up before I had a chance to say anything, she seriously got tired of answering 3 questions. Wow. I even went today, not more than 30 minutes ago. I asked for a blue raspberry lemon ice cloud nerds, she says were out.... No wait I got one right here. Im like cool alright. I go pay for it and walk out with it and its a frozen fruit monster blueberry raspberry lemon ice. Not trying to be picky but its not Cloud Nerds and blueberry raspberry is not blue raspberry. Shes done this before. She just doesnt wanna put that much effort into finding something youll be happy with. Something that Ive seen all the great shops have. Good products, not so good service.

Friendly young lady helping an old head like myself learn how to use these things to stop smoking. Ill be coming back.

I found out today who the owners of this vape shop was I had no clue Ive done alot of business with these guys and they are very awesome friendly great guys Im glad to no this.

The owner of the store Ramen is rude to customers. After losing an Assistant Manager that I believe was named Joey the overall customer service has gone downhill. The new employees at the Dickson store know very little about the merchandise, and told me he wasn’t even knowledgeable about changing a coil. Just go to Sapphire. You’ll be better off.

Horrible place. They are selling fake elfbars and wont give you the box with the code you can scan to see if its real. I called to see if they could do anything about it and they were rude. Dont go to this place.
