Steak & Eggs Special, 11pm-7amGot to Jerrys a little too early... The waitstaff crew was very accommodating with seating me and getting me drinks while I wait till 11pm when the Special starts.Another great experience and the food was GREAT...Many Thanks to Robin, the COOK and the entire staff at Jerrys Nugget!!!!
The restaurant is great friendly staff who knows peoples names...its accessible for disabled some of the security can be a tad cocky...but this has been a go to for my family events births to funerals and the staff truly treats you like family and cares like your family to them even sent a card when my mom passed. God bless such an amazing group of people!!!!!
Things have changed here. Mainly the prices but I guess that is expected. We used to visit here a lot since work is close but dialed back as the prices increased. Staff is always friendly. The food is good and made fresh, with no complaints. The portions are great, I usually leave with a box. The desserts are yummy to look and eat. Milk cake is a must!!! Cant leave here without spotting by the sports book to play a ticket or two.
Sunday 06/02/2024 was my husbands 60th birthday. A milestone for many. He is a 2 time stroke survivor. I wanted to take him out for a nice dinner and enjoy the evening with him after I got off of work. We went to Jerrys Nugget, very familiar to us, weve enjoyed many meals here and the great desserts 🍨 But on this particular evening, the service was good, the food not so much. My husband and I ordered the same meal, the NY strip steak, medium rare, he had the salad and baked potato. I had the whipped potatoes w/gravy and soup. I was brought a salad which I told our server it wasnt what I ordered and she corrected it. When we received our food, my husbands was what he ordered. My food, including the soup, whipped potatoes and gravy were cold. Sent the potato back and got the baked potato. Well, when I cut into my steak it wasnt medium rare, it was raw! I brought it to a managers attention and she offered to refire it or I could take it home. I declined both offers and asked if maybe my husband could have a piece of cake as the purpose of our being there was to celebrate his birthday. The manager agreed. Ill be back, but I hope kitchen and chef get some retraining and make sure theyre temping and stirring hot products every 15 minutes.
The only reason I didn’t give it one star was for the employees. Wait staff was quick and polite and everything came out ok except my $24.95 16 oz steak special. I couldn’t cut into it and it was mostly fat. I don’t mind marbeling in my steak but this was 70% fat. I didn’t want to wait for another one so I took it home and used my very sharp pizza cutter blade and finally cut into it. The eclair was awesome!!!
I love Jerrys Nugget have been going here over 30 years the cafe has excellent prime rib, it is the best in town! I don’t Gamble and play here often but not a bad place..! They have definitely upgraded the machines to newer versions although I love the ones that used to give quarters back !! I send everybody I know here to enjoy prime rib and it never disappoints! Loyal customer of Jerrys Nugget at least the prime rib and homemade ranch dressing!Have to update as for the last few years the customer service of this place has completely gone down hill ! With the exception of maybe two waitresses and one busser who has been there for 20 years… No one has personality and very poor customer service, I feel rushed most of the time! And the new lady manager isn’t the friendliest!
Hidden gem with extraordinary good at old Las Vegas prices. Best prime rib with yummy sides Ive had in years for $22. All the food is outstanding, the gambling is great and customer service and rewards program is fantastic, it consistently pays in free play and food credits. Visit the rewards desk first!!!! Gambled and eaten all over the world and I keep coming back to Jerrys.
Exceptional service in the Coffee ShopSteve was very professional, helpful with menu choices and had a great sense of humor. It’s hard to find that these days. I have lived in Las Vegas for over 20 years and have never been to Jerry’s Nugget. This was my first time, but definitely not the last. There are a lot of items to choose from, the portions are plentiful and the prices are very reasonable. Thanks again Steve for making our dining experience so much better. Which we celebrated my husband’s birthday.
Went to Jerrys Nugget Casino to have the prime rib, the food was pretty good. The coffee shop looks like you stepped back into the 60s, possibly even the 70s. The food was reasonably priced considering the times we live in. Not the hustle and bustle that you would expect in any other casino.I would definitely go back.
The casino is great and updated. I enjoyed the games and was lucky. Not in a great part of town but they have good security to escort you to your car if you feel the need. I felt safe.
Its a small casino, but doesnt have that stuffy cigarette smell. The floors are very clean & I was surprised how clean the bathroom floors were. The restaurant has great food at good prices & large portions. The staff is very friendly & goes out of their way to please you. Their security is very friendly yet, making me feel safe. I would recommend Jerrys Nugget to everyone.
Jerrys Nugget to me was quite a good place for locals to go eat and gamble but this past weekend my opinion changed. We went to the Cafe, it took us a couple of minutes to be seated. We placed our drink order and that took a few minutes for us to receive and when we placed our food order the appetizer we ordered came out with the food, very odd. The zucchini sticks were okay, freshly cut to the point the batter wasnt sticking properly to them. My wife ordered a rare prime rib that came out completely cold, the chicken in my flauta was about to turn. The smell and taste was awful. I asked to speak to the manager and she tried to tell me that the prime rib was cold because it was rare and the chicken had been made that morning from what I was told. I have restaurant experience so when I began to spout off about holding Temps she quickly changed her responses. Even if the chicken had been made that morning, the chicken used could have already been bad prior to cooking (which it was). Not only was I disappointed but I still paid for the meal! The manager just said to come and ask for her when we come back so she could take care of us.A fellow patron noticed my complaint and he mentioned he and his wife also being regulars noticed that the service and food have been declining as of late. I agree. I used to love coming here but not sure Ill actually come back after this bad experience
Always the most amazing service and food. The bakery items are a wide variety and made fresh daily, while the food portions in the cafe are high volume and filling. Great classic Vegas prices as well. I always leave this happy.
Awesome place to eat. Food is delicious. Comfortable atmosphere. The Waiter Steven and Waitress Musi extremely outgoing and friendly. Professional. Staff that serves drinks Manny and Romero friendly and pleasant. All the Employees get a 10* rating. Our favorite place to eat. This restaurant is exceptional compared to Brass Fork.Thank you Steve and Michele Dodd
Ive been coming here for decades. I expect prices to change, waitstaff to retire, but bad service/low integrity has never been a problem until today.Buyer beware that they can slide something like this out the window and then the manager can tell you You ordered it blackened, so we cant replace it.Mind you, I ordered it medium temperature and you can see its beyond well done. About 1/3 the weight of that tough, dry garbage was a large lump of fat.Meanwhile, 4 other prime rib plates on the table looked like the cut on the right.
Ive been trespassed for trying to retrieve a $40,000 brand new electric wheelchair and I dont know why. Ive never won anything over $50- on slots or bingo since Ive lived in Vegas since 2011. So at this point Ive been denied entry multiple times over the years for having a lap blanket on a walker with the seat to grabbing lunch after having blood work done before bingo. Its oldoutdated and very small dusty and dirty. The food is not good and you can play 2-3 hrs before ever seeing a waitress and the cherries in your drink seems older than me at 60
This casino is a reminder of the past and I love the feel of old time. Food is great and gaming is fun. It feels like old Las Vegas again when you come here and wonderful food in Coffee Shop. Kind of rough area but valet and enjoy just be careful of area outside you are ok inside.
They had excellent food at their restuarant, good service too, the casino is pretty clean, they have got newer machines but still have some older ones that people still like to play, i didnt win anything on several machines though, they seemed kinda tight! But, overall, a good place to come and eat at and visit!
I was introduced to Jerrys by a friend in 1994, Every time we come to Vegas we go to Jerrys, Never disappointed until last night. We live here now and when we have friends stay with us we go to Jerrys. The prime rib we ordered last night was kind of unrecognizable compared to years past. My steak was good, but not great. The place was at about 50% capacity and it still took 45 min for our food to arrive. Still waiting on the A-1 sauce.
This was the quietest casino Ive ever been to. Definitely for the older crowd. It smelled like musty cigarette smoke BAD!!! We ate at the restaurant and we got seated but didnt have anyone bring us water or take our order for about 20 minutes. The food was pretty good though and their desserts looked amazing.
I really like Jerrys Nugget, its not too crowded and the staff is friendly. They have all of the old school games that I like and plenty of new games and of course the tables. What I just realized is that they have a William Hill Sportsbook inside of it, and thats pretty important with NFL coming up in college football. Theres plenty of parking even for big trucks, the security staff seem to do their job well. If youre taking the bus its the 113 that will get you there. The food here is top-notch also and not very expensive. That part.
I have been wanting to go here for quite some time. When my wife and I got there we were a bit disappointed. This place could use a little updating. Its too bad that the neighborhood was a bit sketchy and I assume that is why there were so many security guards there. Being elderly we didnt feel real comfortable so we didnt stay very long. We didnt have a chance to check out any of the food specials. The waitresses and security were extremely friendly. I wish we could have visited here at its prime.
The smell by the back entrance smells really bad. Like mold or something. But the workers are respectable . One thing I hate it gambling here, they dont ever give drinks or I have never seen a cocktail women here...
My name is Stephen, I treated myself to a Birthday dinner on the 28th of May in the restaurant where I enjoyed my sparerib dinner with all the fixings. My waiter was Steve, who was extremely professional and super customer service. I ordered not only my rib dinner but also the steak and egg special to treat my two pugs which were waiting for me inside vehicle, they enjoyed their meal when we returned home. Steve the waiter boxed up the dogs meal and my food to take home. It has been over 15 yrs. since I have eaten at Jerrys Nugget. During my 20s and 30s I ate a lot there. This place will always remain the same, five star customer service and absolutely great tasting food. Thank you for such a great Birthday dinner and thanks for taking care of my little ones. Steve the waiter is an absolutely great waiter. I will be back again in the future.
I dont know whos running the Nevada gaming commission these days. But somebody needs to go in there and check those machines. Because after spending $700 chasing down bonuses, mostly about $300 on bonuses on max bet just to get A.Nothing basically II ended up. Eating three hundred dollars on max bet to get nothing out of it, so its false advertisement that betting more will get you higher payouts if it decides to let you. And after playing in the indian casinos up in oregon and coming down here, this felt three times as worse. The food was good, but the gaming and the table games were terrible, Lets talk about the Texas holdem. OK, she didnt start explaining certain things to me until after we were halfway through all my chips. That also goes for the twenty one game that I played where I was basically betting nine dollars a hand. If you want your customers to win and play, maybe you should let them win a little bit so that theyll come back cause. I dont ever want to come back. The only reason you got a two star was because the food was good, And the cocktail waitresses were Extremely pleasant to me and to see the misfortune I was going through.
Ive been coming to Jerrys Nugget since 2015. This is a coffee shop so its casual and the prices are very reasonable. The food is always good. Ive never had a bad experience. This is the only place where I order a tequila sunrise. Its so good and for only $7. I always start with the fried zucchini. I get marinara and ranch sauces for dipping. Its enough for 4 to share. If its after 4p.m. have the Prime Rib. It is quite good especially for the price. For $22.99, you get a 16oz slab of beef that is served in a pool of au jus and horseradish sauce on the side. It comes with a nice salad or soup, blue cheese dressing is the best. Choice of potato and texas toast. Dont forget to leave some room for a chocolate eclair that is out of this world!
For a local casino, Jerrys is a fairly quaint place with a decent mix of machines and lower limit tables. The staff here are very friendly and there seems to be a real sense of comraderie between the staff. On an aside, I have an uncle who worked here 20 years and loved every minute despite having many offers to move on.The big win here is the Cafe where everything is hand made and all the seating is in private booths like before open seating became a thing. If you just go for the desserts, worth it! The eclairs were very very good and the chocolate cheese cake rivals some of the best Ive had.I will add that Jerrys could use some cosmetic upgrades but dont be put off by its modest exterior.
Went to cafe for dinner, ordered the prime rib, medium well, it came medium. Waitress asked to take it back. I told her I learned years ago not to send any food back. So I picked over it. Took it home, heated it the next day. It was the worst prime rib I ever had. At least my dog enjoyed it. Years ago Ive had prime rib there. It was great. Its for sure I will never eat there again. Boy have time changed. Went June 1, 2024. at that price it should melt in my mouth. Lesson learned.
Worst casino in town. The area and the casino are very dangerous and dirty. The bosses/employees are very rude. Avoid this place at all cost. It is an old casino and they do not want you to win at all. I repeat do NOT go to this place. There are many many better and safer casinos to gamble at. I will never go back.
Not.the best neighborhood however they have plenty of security and keep the bad out. Casino is clean and has an actual arcade. The food is the reason to come here. Our waitress was super nice and did everything she could to make us happy. The prime rib is second to none. Its cheap however some of the best you can get. Its worth the drive here. They have deserts like the old Cafes. Complete with stand up glass fridge where you can pick which of the 30 different cakes you want. Throw back to how Vegas used to be.
Food always great and filling. Service excellent as always. Prices as it should be according to what you order. I think it fair. Nice atmosphere you feel safe anywhere Ive parked. Over all a BIG thumbs up.👍
They are very nice there. First time I came there they gave me a tee shirt and comp and it a very pleasant place to play. Food is very good there also. The staff are very friendly. I just love it
My GF and I visited for the prime rib. Worst meal Ive had in a while. There are WAY better prime rib choices downtown and the $50 price tag is too much for the low quality food. Wont return and dont recommend!
Older but welcoming locals casino. Most of the staff are adequately trained and very friendly. Only a couple dealers act as if its their money and are short and curt. Overall I like it.
Jerrys is a Vegas neighborhood standard. Good amount of security, competent staff, excellent Cafe and outstanding servers, great food and pie. A real nice joint. Always a good shout.
No smoking tables. Nice Dealers. Great Cafe. Not in the Safest part of North Las Vegas. Very cheap on table comps. Not a good place for more serious table gamblers.
One of my old time favorites its more than a local hang out. Jerrys features thd best in coffee shop restuarants featuring the now hard to find buttermilk pancakes, steak and eggs and much more. Things may have change but Jerry is still one of the most popular coffee shops in town. And the casino life is not bad either.
Had the porterhouse stkWas very good. The dinner salad was to kill for. The best salad I have ever had. No kiddingService was excellent. I really enjoyed it.
Jerrys is a great atmosphere, waitresses could be a little more attentive and helpful, suggestive even. But they have all the games. I think it would be cool if when bingo was about to start they have someone letting ppl in other rooms know.
Where to start! Casino is all youd want and a bit more cozy than on the Strip. But if you go to Jerrys Nugget for one thing it has to be the food. Our group ended up there several times and trying many delicious entrees. Then there are the desserts and pastries, WOW! They rival the best that the fancy chefs can put out and better. We took so many pictures of food but heres a sample.
I am not sure what happened to Vegas but its not good. I was told that I had to open my bag just to go in and use the bathroom and the security guards there werent very nice at all. The experience outside of the hotel turned me off to even eat inside the hotel at all. My parents used to bring me here when I was younger and I am just disappointed
Ate at Jerrys Cafe and the food was great. Staff was amazing. A lot better than I expected considering how old it is. But to my amazement it was awesome. Will return again.
Keep it simple. Keep it classic. Keep it JERRYS. True value in cafe. Great deserts. I would give them more stars if they still had 6.5/1 odds on 3 teamer. When billy hill took over, they were having none of that. I would give them more stars if they had the sit-down version of craps. You know what i mean. The mechanical hopper. I would also love to see a virtual baccarat machine in there. The only wagering i do at jerrys is sports. Sit at bar and drink 3.50 buds. Drinks cost less down the street at silver nugget. But there is a reason for that. You can speculate on that for yourself. Jerry is not a true destination, but it works for me when i am in the neighborhood. Give em a chance. Go get lunch at cafe. I think yo will approve. Hope that helps.
We ordered prime rib all around and the first ones they brought out were way overcooked. It took a long time to get our meal.
Horrible place that would not let a member come in to purchase water for a person that was needing water on the street. That street person was hospitalized shortly after and they were only 20 meters from the south entrance. This was the 25 of July 2024 at 17:25 (5:25 pm) I know as a veteran a person Im ashamed. They could of saved a life from the heat.
Its nothing special, in my opinion. Mostly newer machines, spread out a bit. Didnt see a cocktail server until I was leaving. I was there an hour and didnt win. Good parking and security is visible. Very slow, I was there on a weekday.
Meals are scrumptious, in particular the top rib and all their pastries and desserts! They have got an amazing menu choice together with numerous greek entrees. The team of workers is very pleasant and carrier orientated. My own family and Ive eaten there normally and it is always been a pleasant experience. We have even been at the snack bar some times as properly.
We really enjoy their cafe. They have a good mix of machines. We have actually had a few decent wins there.
We had dinner at the Cafe the prime rib amazing! The desserts were good too
Still the same nice place for the locals to win turned 20 into 60 ....love this place
Ive been wanting to try Jerrys Nugget since Id heard the food was pretty reasonable and delicious. They were certainly right. I chose the stuffed avocado with chicken. It was an absolutely huge plate of food. Three of us could have happily shared it. Im not even going to try to describe my sisters Mexican pizza or Kathys hot turkey sandwich other than to say they looked absolutely amazing and both of them loved their dinner. Mine was an entire avocado cut in half, and filled with chicken salad. In fact you can see a huge enormous plate of food on the left side of the picture. The chicken salad was small cubes of chicken in a mayonnaise dressing with celery and chives seasoned just perfectly. The plate had little triangles of carrots on the outside and rings of green bell pepper quarters of tomato and diagonal slices of cucumber. All over a bed of greens. I chose Ranch as my dressing I ate half the avocado and part of the chicken salad on top of that half. I shared the fresh vegetables with friends. it was a great plate of food, and I had them box up more than half of it to bring home. My sister ordered an eclair for dessert. I kid you not the eclair was as big as the most giant baked potato ever! I didnt dare try it, since I was completely stuffed. But there are so many things on the menu, I cant wait to go back again and try them all. My sister said if Im really nice I can come and have a bite of eclair. Yum
The food was decent but it seemed like a very long wait for the amount of people that they didnt have inside of the restaurant. My boyfriend waited almost 20 minutes for a margarita after he ordered it. Also the prices for the food were pretty overpriced for the quality and the quantity of the food that we got. They could stand to lower the prices and still not be hurting for money on the prices they charge. I mean $12 for a grilled cheese and fries is a bit excessive since the grilled cheese is anything but super special. All in all the meal was decent but I wont seek their service especially unless it happens to be more convenient than going somewhere else.
My best friend and I went there for breakfast and as soon as we parked, right in front of us there was a gun fight between about 5 security guards and 3 gun man. Needless to say we never went in.
Came here on a Friday evening for the $3 +$5 tables. Wait staff was pleasant and the room wasnt too Smokey. The service at the restaurant was good and the prime rib was cooked to my order, though could have used a bit of seasoning. There is a large selection of desserts and I tried a piece of chocolate cake which was better than average. Next time my husband and I are in Vegas we will probably stop in again.
The steak and egg late night meal was amazing for the price outstanding 😋 will visit again soon!
Its just not like it used to be. I mean the potions were great but my husband ordered middle size cut it was big but cold and tasteless no flavor at all. Customer service was great with everybody. Our waitress was great.(Sorry cant remember her name)She was a nice older Asian lady. Tipped her $20.00 She was very happy! I just think the time isnt taken anymore with preparing the food.In this pic you can see the edges were not crusted no flavor at all. I guess you might have to go and try it out for yourself.🙂
My family and I have been going to this place for decades. Besides the inexpensive but fabulous prime rib.You have to try the homemade Bakery items.
Food is good, as a local resident I have been in at least a dozen times and have not walked out on a positive win.
What a great casino and staff! Its one of our new favorites and we will definitely be back.
Friendly staff. Tasty food! Reasonable prices with a great bakery!!
We were disappointed with the Coffee Shop that had a very good reputation for decades for their prime rib etc. its decor is very dated to say the least, the service slow and the food mediocre
Best prime rib in town hands down, which pretty much anymore in Las Vegas is all but nonexistent, an AFFORDABLE Piece of Beef!!!
Ive lived in Vegas for 20 years. Today was the first time going there...I was so impressed with your operation even though nobody bothered to serve me a cocktail, The ambiance was adorableIm going to dish my other Players Cards and visit your Casino many more times. Im aRetired Musician (Trombonists) and believe me Ill be back..You all have a remarkable Staff..Myname is Richard and My late who recently Passed away would have LOVED YOUR CASINO
Jim at the craps table is the most disrespectful person in all the building. And the security is out of shape and grumpy like they really hate their job.,.,,
Well since I dont Campbell, I go in for the restaurant. Its probably one of the better restaurants around Vegas. Everything they have is fresh and homemade
Small Casino just a few miles from downtown. Cafe serves a really nice breakfast. I had the 2 Egg Breakfast with Bacon and Hash browns. Eggs were cooked perfect over easy, Bacon Crispy and Hash Browns also Crispy. French Toast had 4 slices with the Strawberries on the side, very good. Short Stack of Pancakes (2) had crunchy edges and had a really nice flavor. Casino has lots of slots to choose from Reels to Poker. Everyone is really nice here and the casino is clean. I would come again.
Great restaurant with delicious desserts. The staff is always friendly and my glass is never empty.
The used to have good food but now its pretty much good dessert!
Still the best prime rib in Las Vegas!Ive been eating here since Im 13 years old and 30 years later its still my favorite place to eat prime rib.The rest of the menu and the daily specials are just as good!Service is still top notch as well!Dont let the location or neighborhood scare you away. The security at Jerrys Nugget has always been top notch with zero nonsense tolerated. I still recommend using valet parking. The casino is spotless and the restaurant is always kept up to date and clean. It
Love their prime rib! Perfect flavor. We moved out of town 2 years ago and made this a must revisit.
The military discount was completely removed! They went from having one of the best military discounts in the entire city to none at all and no one there knows why. Its truly a bummer because I loved coming here; its a small thing I know but it was something super appreciated. At the diner, the rainbow trout I had was also filled with tons of bones, Im lucky I wasnt rolled out of there if I had begun eating too fast. It was a good run while it lasted.
I really enjoyed gambling at Jerry”s. I had not been there in years and was happy with the entire evening. It is for sure a “local”s” spot. Not fancy but had what A casino should. Food at cafe was good and affordable. Gift shop was another winner. Bought gifts. Then won at slots on and off all evening and even hit a jackpot. I will be back for sure.
Friendly staff and Jerrys Famous Coffee Shop is a locals favorite. They have a bakery, so theres fresh bread, cake and pies for dessert. Some people come just for the steak specials, including steak and shrimp, but theres many other options. I really enjoy some of their unique sandwiches, especially Jerrys Spicy Nugget, a deliciously spicy turkey sandwich. Highly recommended.
Nice local joint and break-in house. They have $5 craps and double deck BJ.
Friendly atmosphere, nice dealers! Older casino, but one of my favorites for table games!
Staff is very friendly they make your experience fun and worth going
This casino sucks live like 10 minutes away wslking and they told us we cant gamble thete
This is not my first time going. I will be honest to say that its not the safest area. I chose to self park and then a brief confrontation with two girls in the parking lot who decided they were taking the parking space that I had been waiting for. Rather than it escalating, I parked elsewhere. Upon walking in I passed many guys in the valet area and it might have been nice that they at least smiled or said welcome. Instead they just stare as you walk in. Once inside I met my friends for a birthday dinner for my best friend. We went to the coffee shop and the food and atmosphere was amazing! The staff was fun and friendly. They sang happy birthday. Two people in the group got prime rib and I couldnt believe how big it was and it was cooked to perfection! After dinner my friends left and I stayed around for a few minutes to watch a little bit of the Knights game and play a couple slots. The casino is a bit dark if you use some more light and some great music. That would make a huge difference and make it more appealing. So if you do any renovations that would be my suggestion. On my way out I stopped at the snack bar which is right inside the door and got two cookies to take with me. They were actually pretty good. I mentioned the fact that nobody welcomes you is you come in the door, that actually kind of continued inside. As I said the coffee shop employees were amazing. But any other employee just walked by you without even smiling. I had a guy just walk by me and cut me off. There was no courtesy toward customers. A little smile goes a long way. Had even a couple of these issues been better I would have scored it better. Ive been there before. Im sure at some point I may go again but it would definitely be for the coffee shop. Those are the people that made us feel the most welcome. And again the prices in the food were amazing so great job on the coffee shop Jerrys but work on the rest of it.
Im not a gambler nor do I frequent many businesses near Jerrys Nugget Casino. I do, however, enjoy a good meal when Im hungry. About six months ago I had the pleasure of meeting my golf buddies for lunch at Jerrys Famous Coffee Shop and it has become a regular lunch spot whenever we play a round of golf South of Craig Rd and East of the I-15. The food, service and environment of the diner have always been great. And the food portions are plenty and delicious.
Other than having to walk through a smoky casino, it was ok. No wait to be seated, a good-sized slice of prime rib, I would have liked to have had another vegetable included other than just a potato. Deserts were very good. 😋
Great food and super waitress, really good place to eat
Love this place to gamble or at the snack bar even deserts. But the diner, has me not wanting to ever eat there again. Apart from the long waits over 1/2 hour to get our food, my food was fine but a little bland no flavor. I had the ham steak my boyfriend had the BBQ burger and 18$ meal. It was big so he cut it in half and it was raw. So raw the meat was pink and crumbled. It took 10 minutes to get someone to come out and see it then take it back and bring a new one. We where told to get a discount. When the burger came out about another half hour later, we had both ate out of my food. The receipt said that we where charged to burger meal for about $39 and we where discounted one meal. But we only ordered one. When I told the cashier she said sorry and called someone from the kitchen. When she came out she said that was done for them because they had to cook 2 meals. I said so its done at your convenience then and she said yes. I said so were not getting a discount she said no. And we paid because its not worth a scene, but never again.
Everything from the location to the staff are just awful. With so many gambling options available I recommend anywhere else but this dump
It has black jack and craps for $5.00 witch is cheaper than anywhere else so you can afford to play.
Call to Dona event after I was told I could and was told the spot would be available. Lies and more lies or is it discrimination against Latinos. 🤔🧐🤔🧐 After I told them I wanted to invite the Major of the town they was like nope...I 🤔🤔🤔.
Jerrys Nugget is always my go to because of the bartenders and the cocktail waitresses that Ive known for as long as Ive been going there😁such a layed back atmosphere 👍
After five days on the strip a local family member brought us to this little gem. Relaxed pace, but good service and really good home cooking at reasonable prices. For those who like to gamble the casino is nice and they have a players club. If you have not been to vegas let me say it is off the strip so no glitz and glamore but well worth the visit.
Love the coffee shop! The prime rib was delicious, as usual! Whenever I have a craving for prime rib or buttermilk ranch, Jerrys is my spot!
We havent been here for years, we used to enjoy Jerrys Nugget prime rib restaurant however last time we were here the food was horrible. Glad to see it turned around for the better, will definitely be back there soon!
Great place to get a good old fashion breakfast
Old school spot. Worth venturing to. This place has one of the pastry option in all of Las Vegas. I am Vegas raised since 1971, the deserts are prepared with excellence. You can also visit for the Sunday $9.99 Prime Rib Speacial. Well cooked quality meat. Stop in sometime. It is older, but it has it goodies to be had.
Had the Prime Rib. Delicious. The whole meal was great and so was the service.
Went to Jerry’s for the first time this week. Very clean!Friendly staff! Cheap games!I hope to eat there one day!
The diner is great. 5 stars for them. The way I get consistently looked over at the bar is insane though. Is it because of how I look? I dont know. I have cashed my check here for years now and no longer use the free drink voucher or go to the bar at all. Why? Because I get treated like Casper, even when trying to call them over. Id give 1 star but the diner personnel saved you guys. Do better. Youre at work, not on vacation. Wasted enough of my time.
Very exciting Casino/Restaurant to visit. Have been visiting for approximately 2009. Resided right across the street when it was the them Southern Nevada Housing Housing Authority. Walked out the back gate crossed the street safely to Jerrys Nuggets. Played some lost some. Did partake in the great smelling foods then, and loved the atmosphere. Visited Los Angeles for a few years to assist with my mother. Returned back to Las Vegas 2019. Returned to Jerrys Nuggets, love ❤️ it more than before. The food is Excellent, the staff is Excellent, the Security is Excellent, Everyone is Excellent. See ya the next time I have to sigh the slip. Im in the computer. Lol 😆 Be safe. Much Move to all.
Smaller casino but good variety of table limits for lower limit players. great service as well. only complaint is it was a little too smokey in the casino area for my liking.
We had a family dinner here and it was amazing! Service and atmosphere so great...and the food!! The prime rib was outstanding and huge!!!! Prices not bad either! This will be a reg stop for us!
Great food and service. Could be cleaner and drink servers with less attitude
Only passed by. But visited not long ago and wasnt as pleased compared to how it use to be. Still is popping and not a bad pkce to do some gaming
Best prime rib and the pastries out of this world Great prices
Jerrys was highly recommended. I was very excited to come and enjoy the whole experience. We were greeted nicely. Sat at a nice enough booth. THEN after being seated the manager, Mitra, yelled at one of the bus persons. An elderly man. The entire restaurant was subjected to this horrible treatment of this employee. My friend, Rachel, went immediately to this manager, Mitra, and told her her behavior was very unprofessional! Mitras response was, I know and she walked away. Food was good. All the other employees were stellar in their behavior, professional manner, and performed their jobs beautifully! Will I come back? No.
Food was ok I had biscuits and gravy..trash
Every time I visit they make the experience the most uncomfortable situation possible. I spent my hard earned money on the food which was decent at best, after receiving my meal I stepped away to get some condiments, and the wait staff disposed of my table and everything on it, including my personal contents. when I asked for them to be returned they called security on me who was very rude and overly aggressive I asked to file a complaint and they said to do it on line. I just wanted my property returned a simple request that they made the most difficult and overly awkward I believe they have a problem with racism I would never visit this strange place ever again.
This is a great place if you want the old style Las Vegas feel!
Nice Casino. It’s small but it somewhere small so you can get to know the card dealers, craps dealers, bar tenders and other employees. It has a sense of community there. I went to the restaurant and the service was good along with the food!
Tbh out of all the casinos in Vagas, this is the one I loved the most. Great food at a cheap price. Good table games and dealers are cool to talk to it is out of the way, but ill lose my money there any day of the week.
Jerrys Nugget is what Vegas used to be. Its family owned and has that nostalgia feeling. Its small, cozy and you can actually have a conversation without yelling or going deaf! The best thing is the coffee shop. They have an incredible variety of food ranging from salads to lobster. Theyre deserts are scrumptious. Posted is an eclair. Yes, it is huge. The service is OUTSTANDING. Ask for Kelly. Shes the best
The dinner was great, and so was the service. Gambling is not so good 😕
They have the most delicous cheese cake Ive ever eaten. Every bite was a taste bud delight. We went there 2 or 3 times. I had the spicy tri tip sandwich mmmm delicous. I also had my favorite fried shrimp. They are huge and so delicous. Even tve side salad was fresh and delicous.
I just love this place... Its a hoot!Ok, let me put this into perspective....Ive never stayed at Jerrys, but every time I come to LV (26yrs), my friends and I take 1 afternoon out to spend at Jerrys....First... You MUST eat at the coffee shop, the food is AWESOME!!! The service is fabulous!!! The cakes, pies, eclairs... To die for!!!Now, if you dont smoke, youre gonna have to suck it up a little cuz this casino has a low ceiling and it reeks like a cig smoke. The machines are loose and you can play for hours!!! Tip your server nicely so they keep coming back, even if youre just drinking pop.IMPORTANT NOTE: The area around Jerrys Nugget is really ruff... Lock your car, be aware of your surroundings.Between the NEON museum and Jerrys are tons of homeless people.Watch for trolls in the casino.CheersHappy gaming!!!
We were there Saturday night & we all ordered prime rib. The prime rib was good but very fatty. We all should have sent it back for a better piece with less fat. Next time we wont be ordering prime rib. Wished I knew how to add a picture. Bill was $121. 00 & not worth a cut of meat with that much fat
So rude security. Tacky atmosphere. I wouldnt even recommend to use the bathroom there. GROSS! 🤢
Went to the famous Coffee Shop for prime rib dinner, and it was delicious!
The food was delicious at the coffee shop. Pastries were fantastic. Entire place was very clean. All help in all locations were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back soon.
We both had chicken fried steak and it was delicious. Very large portions. Their dinner salads are very good, too, and large. Our friend had the T-Bone steak. It was so tough and fatty it was inedible. His wife had the Patty Melt and Cole Slaw. It was very good.
Very enjoyable establishment. Staff was awesome and the food was good. Drinks werent scarce and it wasnt packed like sardines were I couldnt even get on my favorite games + Parking was pleasant. 5/5 forsure.
Best cafe!! They make there food fresh! Sometimes it can be a little bit of wait but its well worth it!
Not bad of a cafe. Prime rib is okay--Id day medium well is great. Medium was okay. I cant say that Ive been convinced to try again.Service was phenomenal tho. Loved everyone during the night shift.
I normally love this place, but the service late night early morning is bad. The food was not great but again I think it was the service that was not great. Its not like the old days when service was the top priority in town. When you take an order you your usually given different options to choose from but this server just said is that it? Then after taking our order walked around talking to other employees before putting in the ticket. When we got our food it was horrible . The fruit tasted dirty and the waffle was dry , no butter . I could go on and on but I think you get the point. We were not her priority and yet we were her only table.
Security guards are not friendly and very rude! If you dont obey by their rules theyll throw you off the property you try to talk to a manager but the manager would never do nothing for you cuz hes all about the employees the employees are always right not the
The food at the old coffee/restaurant is great. Fresh made pies and cakes. They are known for the biggest prime rib dinner. Love the full baby back ribs, half or full. Have daily dinners. Clean, friendly service. Yes its in the old part of town.
It was great the new sign up incentives are very nice I got a rewards card and plan on coming back when I got more money!
Following covid-19 practices 100% upon entrance your temperature is taken parking is easy Great Bingo, good pay outs, clean casino a little Smokey everyone complying with facial masks occasional smoker complaining about not having a mask on because theyre smoking you must wear your mask in between puffs unless youre smoking continuously. For the most part an older casino but kept up very well the gaming floor has pretty much all the new machine as the larger casinos. One of the last casinos that has coin payout left in Las Vegas 😮😄The gift shop staff is Pleasant the players club reward center is inside of the gift shop it is called TheMoreClub from what I see there is one Players rewards kiosk. New sign ups for the rewards card gives great incentives, upon signing up you recieve a Jerrys Nugget gift bag, a deck of cards up to $100 free play, you must play for bonus gifts. Security is visibly present, the coffee shop has good food great prices large portion friendly staff, service not real fast but thats okay. Cocktail servers friendly and accommodating I met 1 cocktail server Darien she was beautiful and so nice Connie in bingo is very accommodating and also very nice. Due to covid-19 there are several areas that are closed for food . I did not make it to the food court I will one day soon
Had a great time. Nice to have $5 craps to play somewhere in vegas. Got to tip the dealers and have some fun conversations. Almost an error wiping away all my bets on accident but it was a peaceful resolution and we were back to having fun quickly. 10/10 will go again.
Honestly it was a bit of a letdown for me. Portions really weren’t great and the prices were actually relatively high especially the shrimp appetizer. There were just several elements missing that were seemingly obvious like the potato only coming with sour cream and no other toppings and our steak came with one piece of broccoli and 2 thin carrot slices. This is one of those places I might stop by in a pinch but not one I would seek out to go eat at. Staff was friendly.
This place is not service Animal friendly. 😒 My wifes service dog was denied entry. We will never do business here. And we tend to throw a lot of money around Vegas. Such a disappointment that they can say. We have the right to refuse. service animals are not merely pets. They are an important asset to millions of people. Sadly the owners of Jerrys Nugget have not been properly educated.
My fiance and I went to play our free play and had a great time, its a very relaxed atmosphere and the staff are very friendly and they have my favorite Keno games so we really enjoyed ourselves.
Too tight ... one bad white waitress old haggy looking rude ... I needed to take a pill but she just couldnt do it ... youll have to find a waitress in the area your in ... I had just got there ... but thank God for tut he pretty fine black waitress ... she gave me a bottle of water ... its nice to know some people still know how to treat people with kindness ...
The food at Jerrys Nugget Casino is spot on for price! The portions are awesome, and the service was super friendly! The deserts looked heavenly. The meal portion was so big I had no room for one! Next time I visit, I will be having one of those huge homemade deserts!
Old school casino off the strip. Went to eat at the World Famous Coffee Shop and it was excellent. A little loud at times but quieter than a Texas Roadhouse. The Gulf Shrimp Cocktail was huge and the 40oz prime rib was awesome. Perfectly seasoned and very tender. Definitely worth the drive if your looking for good food at reasonable prices.
My first time in 30 years. I have a bad experience. I ordered the prime rib. It came out looking looking like a pork chop. Will I go back again of course one bad experience out of 30 years. Maybe the cook just had a bad day highly recommend.
Really nice local casino, clean, quiet, and friendly. restaurant is amazing, huge breakfast and great service. we make a point of going there every time we are in Vegas
