Went there and talked to someone named Mason who listened and helped me exactly get what I needed. He was extremely nice and focused on getting me what I needed. Would 110% come again and ask for the same guy (the one wearing the bag and shaggy hair). I dont think youll find someone better to get you suited!

Me and my wife came in today and it was a very easy and comfortable experience. The employee Mason was very knowledgeable and helped us get exactly what we needed. Everyone else was also very friendly and made sure we were being helped or needed anything. Overall a very positive experience.

Jesse and Mason are my guys! I refuse to shop at another vape shop. Great vibes! Store is always neat, cool, inviting and upbeat. There needs to be more businesses like this one! 🩷💜🩷💜FIVE STARS!

Beware the fast talking dude in the tie dye shirt and glasses. He’s a good salesman that doesn’t care what you want, he’s going to push whatever he wants on you. He got me twice with stuff I don’t use now and don’t fit my needs. I should have known when I went back the second time and he was seemingly wearing the same outfit (with a weird hippy shoulder bag…)I came in as a new convert to vaping and he took my ignorance as a sign to push too much product on me that didn’t fit what I clearly described I was looking for.I didn’t realize what an amoral sleaze he was until I went to a reputable shop in Atlanta and was guided by someone that took the time to explain things to me and helped me find what suited me.

Flower bar is always empty , when I checked out I realized the employees keep a stash at the register that they plan on purchasing at the end of their shift . When you see that this happens every Friday when a truck comes in you realize the reason there is no product do to employees buying everything worth purchasing . I won’t be shopping here anymore just to always show up extremely disappointed. The employees will tellYou oh you missed out we had some nice stuff come in … I missed out because the employees bought it all and they are open about it. That employee discount they get here is huge and is the reason they are able to buy out anything worth buying . So they stock the store for employees only . Really dumb way to run a store front . Plus no professionalism when you allow a full grown man to walk around with a tail and the same “furry” outfit everyday. It’s the talk of the town on how creepy it is . Place is going down hill it’s a shame.

The store is fantastic and has a great selection no matter what you’re looking for.The customer experience I’ve had with Jesse and all other employees always exceeds my expectations. They answer any questions I have to the best of their ability and are very friendly.

They are out of everything they once had in abundance. They have been waiting on product from the warehouse for over a month. I ordered vape products online- from an out of state retailer- because the brick and mortar stores are lacking a lot in this town- went back in after over a month and they were still waiting. Sad because I am one that enjoys the social experience of shopping in store. Super sad to see a once highly recommended choice go downhill so swiftly.

No itemized receipt. Don’t buy anything expensive it might be defective . No return policy!!!! ie not a reputable business . Not part of the bbb. Just get things online tbh a visit here is just asking to be scammed. Low vibes and dry crusty wraps.

Today is 7/15/24 and the man with long hair and scubby looking weird beard was extremely rude. He threatened to call the cops on me for simply leaning over looking at the vapes!! Customer service awful. You cannot use your phone. And the weirdest thing ever is they get ur phone when your paying and check your liscense. No other place in town has all of these rules. And maybe the rules would not be so bad if the guys running it were not gustopos or hitlers looking to get you in trouble!! WillNever go back again !!

Friendly staff everything went well however didnt realize they didnt stock the same as they do online showed up to get a few vapes and came out still with one I liked that was reccomended but unfortunately it was higher priced and they havnt gotten their newest vapes thats advertised on the site so it was a little confusing but all And & all good experience however if looking for the best deals on disposables look them up online and order through their website!.

Weirdest experience. Purchased a pen in which I had specifically asked if it would fit the cartridges I was purchasing. Was told yes, turns out it was a no. Without even asking me was going to exchange it for an odd teddy type bear pen. I went in specifically for a pen that would protect the cartridge and the fact that he would assume I would be okay with that was strange. Said he couldn’t refund me even though it was his fault for confirming it would fit. Was in a good mood that day so I just took something else. Never going back

BEWARE …Do not go to the location in Douglasville. Purchased a vape from this location and store employee confirmed it wouldn’t charge as I stated but refused to compensate me for a faulty product . Horrible customer service . I opted to go else where with better customer service and better prices .

Well to begin with you walk in and the employee looks like a homeless person long hair with a fur vest and a squirrel tail sticking up in the air, I was asking about the vape juice for my adult son who doesnt drive and I was going to call him and ask him which flavor he wanted because they didnt have what he ask for and squirrel said you cant use your phone in here so I turned around and said Ill go somewhere else he said oh well they are always acting like idiots and smelling like pot which is a nasty smell

Love shopping and will only buy all my vape and product from there . Have a will keep recommending to anyone to shop and buy from XHale. Very helpful and friendly staff, going out of their way to make it to where Ill continue to keep going there .

I really had a great experience here. So much so that I’m going to start coming to this baby shop even though it’s a little farther than my normal one. I bought a brand new vape, and there was an issue with it. That clearly wasn’t their fault, but they still, let me return it even though most vape stores have crazy strict return policies they were very nice and apologetic about it and.

Used to love this store and spend my money here 3x a week but today I thought it was unnecessary for the black male employee to follow my friend and I outside and continue antagonize me because as he stated “I was talking about him”. He proceeded to tell me that he’s salesman of the district and don’t come back to his store. Black guy with locs probably the only black guy there. I visit this location at least 3x a week but will no longer use this location or any other Xhale City location if this is how I’m going to be treated. He also stated that he won’t be replaced because he is salesman of the district. Threatened to call the cops if I stepped foot on the sidewalk of multiple businesses 😂 Congrats to him btw on being “salesman of the district”

I really don’t know how the employment gods were so generous with this establishment, but the fact that you’ve got Sean, Kace, AND Sam all under your roof means you’ve won the lottery! I have been going to this location since I moved here 2 years ago from the city and when I tell you it is actually something I look forward to when these folks are working! I won’t go anywhere else and I’m bummed when they’re not there. They need to be promoted, given raises, and empowered in every possible capacity. I don’t give compliments lightly, but they truly go above and beyond, are incredibly professional, fast and efficient, give top-notch customer service, and will have you in a better mood when you leave than when you walk in the door. Hold onto these employees as long as you can because they will surely be the leaders tomorrow! I’d give more stars if possible and recommend everyone stop by this location, you’ll be glad you did!

I’ve been going to the shop for a good year, and I’ve got to say this is the friendliest shop I’ve ever been too. The 3 night shift people (I work nights and 10-8 am.) are super nice and help me whenever I have a question. Tyler, Houston, and J are my absolute favorite people to deal with.

Worst ever. The so called manager of this store berated me on several occasions. If you are of African American decent please do not frequent this store. Then had the nerve to ask me if I was handicapped. Because I parked in the handicapped space. Clearly my license plate says Handicap. I am a disabled vet and he followed me around the store! This is a no no.

At this particular store they have a big white paper sign with all the rules. I walk in following the rules and a worker comes at me about being on my phone. LETS BE CLEAR THEIR SIGN SAYS NO PHONE CALLS ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS WHILE IN THE STORE Im simply talking on my device the only difference between me and the other customer is that she had on headphones. Did they ask her to leave because she could have been on her phone as well. So I politely showed him my ID, because the sign also says No ID no ENTERY. I showed my ID HE HAD NO INTEREST IN THAT JUST ME BEING ON THE PHONE AGAIN, THATS NOT THE RULE ON THE DOOR. I WILL NEVER AGAIN SHOP HERE AND THATS CRAZY CAUSE THAT WAS THE ONLY SMOKE SHOP I DID BUSINESS WITH. NOT ANYMORE, I feel profiled especially since it was only myself and another customer in there. I was fully dressed her not so much so I guess thats why she was able to have her headphones on her head and could have been on the phone but not asked to remove them. CRAZY BACK TO LA WHERE THE REAL SMOKE SHOPS AT

This is my favorite place!! The store inventory is huge and separate from the site. Meaning if its not in the store, chances are its online. The prices are great and by far cheaper than other stores and sites. Everyone on the staff is super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and happy to help. They were even willing to help when I called in, unlike others but especially Blaze whose people would simply pick up then hang up without saying anything.

Beautiful store inside. Lots of different items for smoking enthusiasts. Not much vape hardware and didnt have the popular TFV-18 single coils. This was slightly disappointing, but when a shop is kind enough to send you down the street to a competitor, and tell you where you can easily find what youre looking for, thats Grade A customer service. If Im in the Atlanta area and need juice at the time Ill definitely be stopping back in as they had a great selection. The people here are cool too. Would have 5 stars if they had my coils

My tank on my vape had been failing for a little while now. I kept telling myself I needed to get to X Hale and get me another tank. When I arrived one of the guys (Kace) was helping me and said all I needed to do was clean it. Without hesitation Kace took the tank and the power source of the tank and cleaned it for me!! Ive never been more please with this place! I always do business with them and I will never stop doing business with them! Now I feel like i have a brand new vape!! I highly recommend X Hale City!! Great place right in Douglasville. Easy access from I-20. Easy parking and very clean. Their product selection is unmatched to anywhere in town. I was able to find rare items that otherwise i could have only gotten online and with the current state of mail and shipping this was great to not have to wait. Their customer service and knowledge of product was amazing. I recommend this place over any other. Wonderful experience overall!

Of course they didnt have it but thats alright..Idk , its a pretty good shop price, and brand-wise, but theyve been hiring anyone with a warm body lately.. lol stock here is usually low. I was in there about 15 minutes ago and there’s was a good 5-6 people in there. And the little white guy did everything he could to keep up with crowd while the little Large girl helped the same customer for a good 15 minutes before bossing the little white guy around. Very poorly ran shift. Won’t be back to this Xhale. I commend the dude with glasses for keeping up.

Whenever I walk in the door I immediately feel welcomed, everyone here is always friendly and helpful. One time in particular I went when Shae was working and she was just best employee ever, super friendly, super energetic, and a great sales representative. Defiantly worth the visit.

I was in there to buy a new vape. J and Tay were AMAZING. I like the new manager, he runs the store really well. Definitely will be back.

No knowledge of any thing except for workers personal preference. Didnt feel welcome or wanted in the store at all. There was a worker walking around talking cursing everything and singing about how much he hates his job. So yeah..

Wanted to take a second to leave a review for Kace. He was very informative and went out of his way to make sure I got what I needed. Excellent customer service.

Staff is kind and very helpful. Clean, good selection of different items. Things to be worked on is keeping items in stock. A favorite will be there, go fast and the to get it back in there seems to take a while to happen. The policy sucks honestly as once you buy anything, even if you havent left the store, what you bought is yours so be sure to know you want it for sure. As well when you are going to buy it there is no trying it so it ends up being a guess or word of associates and once you pay, its yours. Suggestion for an excellent experience is to research prior to visit, get a recommendation from a friend who Vapes etc, parking is good, staff rocks and know when you make a final that it will be yours for life once you cash out or slide. Overall one of the most decent stores visited.

Sure, I could go to some other closer location, and get the same products, for the same price, but Mike, Dani, Shelly, and Shana treat me like family, know me by name, and actually listen and have positive input and advice when I come in to gripe about my toxic and tumultuous situations that I always seem to find myself in. They also are very honest about their expertise, have virtuous ideals at first and last glance, and enforce your policies with kindness, which I appreciate. Its my safe haven to get away from my office and corporate life, where no one judges me...some people go to bars, and i never understood it, until i came to this place. I spend hundreds if not thousands of dollars with them a month, and they have a rewards program thats pretty enticing and ensures repeat business. There are 2 pregnant people here and the fact that they keep coming back to work, smiling and laboring with love, speaks volumes about the tight-nit, customer centric environment that has been churned from the ground up by these employees. In my humble and honest opinion, sales is based off of grit, and personal connection to the customer. The other locations offer 1 of the 2, while the employees at this store embrace both, which is a key component to the success of a retail based business, and so rare in your industry. Im sure there is a corporate office somewhere, reading reviews, looking for trends - heres your sign! I took the time out of my day to write a stellar review for these guys because they deserve it. Your employees are doing a tremendously honest job here, whilst building relationships and caring for their customers. They serve with gusto and are hungry for interactions and leads. I would like them to receive SOME KIND of reward in exchange for their great sales techniques, and I would love to hear about it from them the next time I walk in. They have fake brand soda that they say is EXCITED is 6$ what in the maker!!!! A case a soda is 6$.. This is ridiculous and outrageous price for a soda..

Shae helped out big time. My biggest like is that she mention about the coils and what is safe or not. Not just a worker for money but a worker with knowledge about the product. This will always be my go to spot. I live 35 minutes away so its priceless.

I rated half because its too too Big of products to view from.. the site is huge which is great in selecting but no one wants to spend 20 minutes looking before selecting its so huge.. and only 2 workers and they do have customers so youll be waiting as you may forget what you need cause its so huge..

My wife, who has no knowledge of anything vape, went here today and got really awesome service from Heather. I had the pleasure of meeting Heather tonight when we returned to the store because of a misunderstanding on our part. Heather was extremely kind and very helpful. We enjoyed the friendly service she provided us and I will not go anywhere else to get anything vape from now on. The store was clean and well organized, we were in and out in the blink of an eye, and she knew exactly what we needed. The other staff there seemed to be very pleasant too, but I didnt get their names. Only 4 stars because I just went for the first time.

This place is open late which is a plus. They are always well stocked. The customer service is EXCELLENT with the exception of one new female (maybe she’s shy) The atmosphere is welcoming. This store is always SUPER IMMACULATE ‼️

I dig this place. They have all of your non-tobacco smoking or vaping needs in hand. They run awesome specials for nearly every holiday as well, and nearly all employees have great personal skills. This is my regular vaping re-up.

If you’re looking for something smoke wise, they will have it. Been searching all over for Cali Vibes and this was the first store to have all of them in stock. Customer service was excellent, very kind and funny. I’m from out of town, whenever I visit this will be my smoke shop to go to.

Shae is amazing. I lost my receipt that I needed to replace my vape. (Nothing to do with xhale, manufacturers fault) and she took about 30 mins with me on the phone looking for the receipt while also helping other customers. Girl ,youre customer service is on point. I was not pleased with my experience here. This was my second time and I really tried to like it. But I don’t. Not only would she not sell to my HUSBAND who was purchasing because my ID wasn’t on my person. I WASNT BUYING THE PRODUCT! But the fact you denied my husband business was a big no no. But for the fact I told you exactly what I wanted and you kept picking up different pieces that I didn’t want. You didn’t actually have what I wanted but I was going to give you a chance. Never again. You were rude about it and lost business. Don’t go here if you want to have an easy sale. They make it difficult.

Employees need to be retrained on who to multitask on how to handle multiple customers. Management was recently fired and not replaced. Its quite obvious they need some new faces in there. They have a massive inventory issue that never gets resolved after asking multiple times. They order a bunch of 0mg and 6mg which hadly moves off the self and dont order enough 3mg. Please get better soon so I can be a customer again!

My overall experience with this store was OK. It was my first time in a vape shop so I was expecting to walk into a public shop with great help. The employee was very helpful. HOWEVER my husband and I came into the store and upon leaving we realized we got the wrong item so we walked back inside. There was the employee and 2 other women, I’m guessing the employees friends, sitting off to the side, shoes off sitting there. Not bothering anyone. When trying to figure out a solution those two women began disrespecting me and my husband saw them and told the women not to. It’s very embarrassing to walk into an unknown territory and to be made fun of. I will not be going back in there due to the fact I don’t feel comfortable. It was very upsetting and disappointing.

This place is great! The staff is friendly and is more than welcome to take any questions I have. Ive bought several prefilled CBD cartridges that turned out to be great!! Ill definitely be giving them more business.

Normally when I go here I have a great experience . Yesterday , I did NOT . The salesperson sold me a pen that she took the charger off & told me that I could use an old charger on it , when I told her that It would NOT work , I was told that I couldn’t return or exchange the item. WHY ARE YOU GUYS TAKING CHARGERS OFF OF PENS ?

Cashier turned me away because my ID was too thick? Never heard that one lol, my passport lines up with all the info but she still wouldnt accept because of a thick card, even as it passes UV light and scans, never had a problem at any other shop never coming back. Especially when she starts the convo while checking out by saying “Do you have real ID instead of this” learn to do your job better. Cant even read ID’s.

Shae (the clerk on duty) was very helpful and referred a new juice line and I LOVE IT! The atmosphere is friendly and you can’t beat the quality. My go to place for vape needs!

I have been coming here for probably the last 4 months and I have to say every time I have came I am blown away by the customer service they have provided. Mike has assisted me in any way he possibly can. I first came looking for a new hookah and he was able to assist in that as well as picking out the proper shish-a. I recently indulged in cbd and he was most definitely knowledgeable about the product and was able to aid me in what would work best for me. Hands down the staff here as a whole is awesome and this is and will always be my 1 stop shop for fulfilling my hookah, vape and cbd needs. You guys have earned a lifelong customer.

Expensive and very pushy sales people I dont like this chain of stores very much Ive been in a few times and it always seems like there is less glass and higher prices each time I go in. My last visit will probably be the last time I seek them out, as it just seemed very desolate, and the sales person was super pushy. One time I went in there to get a particular water pipe that I had saw earlier in the week, went in to get said pipe and the kid at the counter just kept trying to get me to buy a more expensive pipe I didnt want and ended up getting out every pipe over two hundred dollars trying to sell me on them but after two hours I ended up just getting the pipe I went in for originally. Decent store but there probably paid commission of some sorts

Never got waited on with 3 or 4 workers present.........they had buy 1 get 1 free stuff is the reason I went there. so I left and went to Sams paradise Vape in Hapeville. They have specials every day and the staff is happy to serve you. They have a point system so can get FREE stuff with your points at SAMS PARADISE VAPE

Selling faulty products and not providing refund

I came in to buy a product WITH MY ID and was denied services. She ASSUMED I was purchasing something for a minor but in all actuality it was for me. I sent my boyfriend in initially (who’s 30 years old) because I didn’t feel like getting out the car. Once she asked for his ID he realized he didn’t have it so I ended up having to go in anyway. Once I got in she didn’t even give me a chance to ask for anything automatic assuming I’m “purchasing for a minor” when in fact it was for me. She didn’t even want to look at my ID just simply denied my services.

This place is awesome they have just about anything I could want for my vape its the only place I will go plus they are open late so I can get up there after work. Plus I have to mention all the employees are extremely nice, friendly, and helpful, especially Callista its always good to see her when I go up there.

So far so good. I think theyre my new smoke shop in Douglasville. For a month plus, other shops, reputable and otherwise, have not had the part I was looking for due to popular demand in the industry (pods for the Smok Infinix, apparently the most popular mtl mod. If its so popular, order more?). Satisfied customer.

Bought an RTA that was already opened. When I got home to build it, I realized the wrong bubble glass was in the box. I was told that was the correct glass, even though the employee clearly saw it didnt fit. It was a 22mm glass and the RTA is 25mm. They insisted thats how it came, even though they knew an employee had switched it. They expected me to buy the correct glass for it instead of exchanging it. I recommend everyone to stay away from this shady company! Most vape shop employees are great, this place is ridiculous

Good vape shop, Im over the shops that just peddle house juice, although I completely understand the value of doing so. I just wish those places would have a somewhat complete collection of premium options as well. ATLvapes is a great spot, but I can even find a strawberry milkshake/creme/pastry of any kind outside of house juices. This place doesnt make juice, so many will ne turned off by higher prices, but Im personally okay with a gew extra bucks for good juice. Try the Beard Vape #9 (New York Cheesecake with Strawberry on Top), really awesome. I knocked a star for the somewhat irritating staff and needing ID with a debit card.... Love the late hours, life saver for me
