Blaze Smoke Shop and Hookah Lounge

I’ve been coming here since I moved on this side of town and the owner is so cool and the other shop employees are great but the one on Douglas Blvd employee gives me a hard time every time I go there now I have spent good money in this shop weekly and this particular time he chose not to price match and the owner have NEVER HAD A PROBLEM PRICE MATCHING but he basically turn my money away but because of this one bad employee and inconvenience I’ll just be shopping somewhere else from now on!

The best! Professor X is superior at his job. He’s super knowledgeable, kind enough to explain things to you, and always willing to help. I had the pleasure of meeting Ethan the other evening and he is just as awesome! (And cute…but too young for me. 😂) Pay them well! They deserve it! Thank you for saving Douglasville from having to go to that other unspeakable store across the street.

Always really helpful, usually have whatever weird accessory I need. Decent prices. Ive went in looking for some pretty specific and strange things at times and they had them. If not they gave me suggestions on where to find said items.

I came in today really clueless on the difference between the hookah it-self and the vape I think lol anyways no question was stupid to him and he made sure I left with exactly what I was looking for. Thank you blaze smoke shop I would happily spend my money here

Honestly, Xavier is the reason I always come back. He’s extremely friendly and we always have great conversations! The prices here I feel are pretty fair and usually always has what I need in stock! I’ve always been treated with kindness and respect here. :)

Amazingly organized...impressed with the inventory...very personable staff. Excellent customer service as well as customer satisfaction. I will be getting all my smoking accountant here. Thanks for a pleasant interaction! 😁.... visited this place 2 days ago...the gentleman that works there knows his stuff...is super helpful and is always upbeat...this is my FAVORITE place to get my smoking accoutrements.

Ive bought e-liquid here on a few separate occasions. Their prices are very competitive, but the employees are the reason youll come back! The employees are nicer and more accommodating than anywhere else youll go! If they dont have what you want when youre there, theyll have for you within a day or two! Very, VERY, few businesses are willing to order merchandise which they dont normally stock. Blaze goes above and beyond good customer service, these guys are outstanding!!

Superb customer service. My vaporizer needed some attention and Xavier quickly got it working. I was worried I would have to purchase a new start kit, but Xavier analyzed mine and had me out the door in 5 minutes. Definitely my to go spot for all my vape needs!

Customer Service is Great. Good juice selection and prices are average. They have some juices that are not in most stores out here. I will visit again. The energy in the store is good.

Okay it is rare for anybody to get five stars, so four from me is really really good. Stocked to the max with everything I could imagine in the realm of smoking products. Im talkin a ton of inventory, houkas, bongs, pipes, papers and all the legal goodies that a customer might want to put in them. They also carry a selection of Asian herbs, lottery tickets and cold drinks. The help is knowledgeable and eager to help. All the way around a good experience.

Vast variety of anything and everything you need from a ‘SMOKE SHOP’ on a daily basis and an adjacent to it is ‘HOOKAH LOUNGE’ which is a completely different ambience and atmosphere never seen before which brings an upscale feel and to add to that the hookah flavors mixes, the hookah by itself, superior quality bowl, head and coals with an added incentive(Ice Hose) makes this a bargain for $25.
