I was skeptical about coming here after reading reviews but took a chance. Had a foot/leg massage and it was amazing. Felt so darn good I was walking on air afterwards. My husband got back/neck massage and he really enjoyed. The staff was kind and attentive to our needs. Environment was clean and soothing. Furniture was too comfortable I almost fell asleep and missed the whole experience. It was great

Requested 30 minute massage. Received 23 minutes of a rushed massage. My first and last time coming to this establishment. Made the therapist aware and then acted like I was incorrect and she didn’t understand what I was saying. If you decide to come, ensure you receive your full massage time.

I went in last Sunday made an appointment for this Sunday how much facial, 30 min half body massage and detox foot bath. She replies, $100.00,I said great.The massage was ok facial good footpath great. Go to pay gave her $100 the lady starts talking fast pointing at menu calling a lady sound upset. I was thinking wow! Really!! The lady said ok but you must tip her. Oh my goodness wont be back

This was a very relaxing massage. The hot stones were an amazing and unexpected nice touch. The price was only 60 dollars for a hour massage! Definitely would recommend giving this place a shot.

I got the 30-minute foot massage and it was great! The atmosphere is nice and calm. Once youre inside, you dont even feel like youre in a shopping center. The lady was very nice, her name was Amy. The pressure was a little heavier then I expected. But I felt much better afterwards. I will go to this place again when Im in town.

Ive always received a good massage service. I like medium pressure and hot stone. Ive done the detox foot bath and foot massage. Mary is really good!

Update #2 have to say, again, Im very impressed! - Lucy went above and beyond, pulling out her translation app on her phone for seamless communication. When she understood my pain, she brought me a hot pack unasked 🙏! And 👍👍for the unscented massage lotion. (Previous reviews): still 5 stars! Steven was gentle but firm where needed, I felt very safe. Its been too long, I need to make this a regular habit!(Previous review): They were very accomodating of my special needs, set up a space heater for me because I was cold, and listened to and honored all my requests. The quality of Annas massage was excellent, she truly hit the spot(s)

Love this place. My wife and I have been here twice and both times we left there feeling amazing! I highly recommend the foot massage with the back massage package. You will not be disappointed.

I really enjoyed my massage here. It was the first time I’ve ever fallen asleep during a massage. Mariiy was very sweet and did great at releasing my tension. The only thing that I did not like about my experience is the configuration of the rooms. I could see through cracks in the door into the other room and I could hear every noise in the building and outside because they had the outside doors open for majority of my massage. Other than that, it was good experience.

Do not GO HERE!!! Horrible service and the place smells like cigarette smoke. My fiancé and I decided to get a massage for Valentine and I regret suggesting this place. We normally drive to Lennox massage spa but wanted to try something closer to avoid the traffic. The lady who gave my fiancé his massage talked the entire time on the phone and constantly stopped every time someone walked in the door. Once it was time to pay she demanded a tip after we both expressed we were very unsatisfied with our service. This was the absolute worse massage experience for the both of us.

I wish I’d read the reviews before I’d booked. Probably the worst massage ever in my life and I’ve had quite a few being an athlete. I booked a deep tissue massage and asked for a male masseuse since ladies are usually not strong enough. They booked me in. On the day, an hour before the appointment they’re trying to call me to let me know that the male masseuse couldn’t come - unfortunately I couldn’t answer the phone. When I showed up they convinced me that the lady will give me a ‘very strong’ massage. Well there’s a difference between a sport massage and a ‘very strong’ massage. The lady who massaged me was angry when she came in - maybe she had a bad day or something. She started massaging me but it was nothing close to a sport massage. It was an angry massage with quick and sudden movements, pushing as hard as she could to show me that she can do ‘hard’, dipping into my spine twice! When she continuously skipped over some knots in my back without trying to smoothen them out I asked her if she’d ever massaged athletes. She didn’t understand - they don’t speak proper English. She went out and had a loud and long argument with the receptionist - at this point I got up and got dressed, it was after half an hour. I told the receptionist that I can pay for half an hour - even though I didn’t get what I went there for. First she didn’t want me to pay but then we agreed on $40. The masseuse lady was looking at me offended and angry, and I even paid for her nonsense massage and bad energy! Avoid this place at all costs!!

Me and a friend of mine went here today for a 90 minute massage. The Spa is really nice and very clean. I got a relaxing Swedish massage with Amy who did an outstanding job and my friend David got a deep tissue from a masseuse called Stephen, David is very physically fit and he likes his masseuses to use their elbows poke their fingers in him he truly likes the deep deep tissue and said that Steven was really good at working out all the kinks and knots and his back and neck and shoulders. So whether you’re looking for a relaxation massage or a deep tissue to get rid of those annoying spots I think this is a real good place to go I highly recommend it!! Oh I Highly recommend Amy for the Swedish and Stephen for the deep tissue! 😁🤯👍👍✅

My husband booked this place for my mother and I for Mother’s Day. As we arrived, they were asking us who was going to leave the tip before we were even serviced. My husband had paid and basically all I needed to do was sign the receipt. The conversation of who was going to tip was inappropriate and unprofessional.Moving forward, they gave me a massage literally right in front of the door. I don’t know how they expect anyone to relax this way. The masseuse was answering the phone, talking to fellow co-workers, and talking to those that were walking in. At one point a man walked in and was walking around about an appointment with his wife. And I could hear everything.They massaged me fully clothed. And once I was finished and sat up it was a lady sitting on the other side watching. I’m assuming she was a customer waiting her turn.This place was not relaxing, comfortable, or anything you would expect to gain from getting a massage. I hate that this is how I spent Mother’s Day. But more importantly, it was not worth the money my husband spent for myself and my mother.To add, they wanted a tip before the service. The service didn’t deserve a tip at all. I’m terribly disappointed and will never return.

Still celebrating our 17th Anniversary so we decided to do a couples massage. Im not gonna lie the reviews had me nervous. But thank God I chose to keep our appointment. My husband and I loved it from start to finish. And may I add they took us right back to our room started and ended on time. My masseuse was very professional and knowledgeable. The space was very neat and the clean staff was very friendly!! There was no talking other than my masseuse asking was I okay. And no one was rude and asking for a tip I loved my full body massage well be back thanks again Relax Massage job well done!!!

This place was just awful. The lady giving me a massage was on her phone most of the time and then I could hear her yawing the entire time. Check out comes and the man at the register is PRESSING me for a tip after Ive already said no. My boyfriend comes up to the front from the restroom and he starts pressing him too when I have already paid for the service. Would give this place 0 stars if I could.

Great massage. I worry about being sore afterwards or that Ill be too tense and itll be uncomfortable. Plus, not a fan of being touched by strangers. Still, I was impressed. There were moments where it was harder than I liked, but she led into it smoothly and out of it. I knew my back needed it, so it was helpful.Also, she worked on my arms and she helped relieve pain that I had in my deltoid muscles. I couldnt even lift my arm over my head all the way for a year, now I can. Also, she worked on my lower back and made it feel a lot better.Thanks!

I decided to come here with my wife for our anniversary. Thought the place looked really nice and clean but The experience was bad all around. The ladies giving the massage were all talking amongst each other, other customers were talking loud and on there phones. The masseuses were very aggressive and it wasn’t relaxing at all. It’s been a week now and since we left there our bodies have been in a torment of hurt. 1 star if I can give them less I would!!!

Masseuse answered the phone multiple times throughout my full body massage, you could hear what was going on in the next room since the walls don’t fully meet the ceilings. The bells on the front door chime all service long. They beg for tips, even if you initially tip they ask you for more. I tipped $10 for a $60 service and they told me to put $20 and tried to act like they were joking. 😬 one mans hands literally felt like sand paper, like not even joking, it’s all I could focus on while getting my massage. Something told me he was just standing in for someone and not really a masseuse. Would not recommend at all and I am not hard to please.

I gave this place a chance this morning only because the place where I usually get my massages unfortunately went out of business. I have never had a massage in my life ilike this. It was stressful it just did not feel good I have never had anyone put their elbow in my head um it just was not pleasant at all.Ive never had a masseuse climb on The back of my legs and sit there to massage my back then to top it off she asked for a tip.I said no not on my card. I told her I check my car for cash. I told her no thank you I was not pleased with my services then walked up to my car after I didnt get back out. She proceeded to tell me I was no good after I told her I was not giving her a tip because I was not pleased with the services it did not feel good. lol do not waste your time with this place do not go there they are very unprofessional people and unprofessional.

This place is amazing! I cant believe I havent been going here for all my massage needs until just a few months ago! Not only does the staff service you immediately, they also make sure every inch of your body is massaged perfectly! My wife and I often have our date nights here and get the 1 hr foot massage, which also includes the upper body - its pretty much a full body massage and complete bliss! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!

1. Significant language barrier 2. Bells chime over the front door with every exit and entrance 3. Masseurs talk to one another throughout. 4. Sanitation concerns. I am a licensed massage therapist; practicing for 18 years. I am confident these are not licensed therapists! I came in for a 1 hour foot massage for a sore right foot. She concentrated mostly on my front left leg. Her lotion container was an open container used on every foot before mine; if there was foot fungus on any person before me, well she has spread it to each encounter since. I had to instruct her to please address the parts she left out: my toes & arches. It was the great price that reeled me in but sadly I will not make another visit. I felt led to share with you since you care enough to research reviews beforehand & youre welcome.

Always a great massage!They are always able to work out the knots and ease the over stressed muscles in my neck and back.Each masseuse has a slightly different technique but all are great and none are better than the other. Always a relaxing and professional massage.

I typically go to Heavenly Foot Massage but wasnt able to get an earlier appointment so I decided to try this place. It was my husbands birthday weekend so this was one of my gifts to him. Needless to say this place was horrible from the beginning to the end. I left out apologizing to my husband for this awful experience. First, the atmosphere is far from relaxing. The establishment next door had the music so loud youd think it was the club. Wed asked for a 60 minute foot massage. The chairs are right as you walk in which means every time some one walks in there goes the relaxation. Ok so they bring the water to soak our feet. My husband says the water is too hot, instead of them adding cold water. She rubs his feet in the water then sticks his other foot in. Wow! The entire time were getting a massage they two massage therapists are talking to each other. Not to mention we hear the noises that the massage table is making from the room in the back. So the massage ends 10 minutes before time and I question it. Well the 10 minutes that they have your feet just soaking is apart of the massage. This place was absolutely horrible!! Im not sure how they got 4.6 stars but dont waste your money. The massage itself is not even worth it and the atmosphere is everything but relaxing.

I stopped at Relax Massage while passing through Douglasville. The massage was great: very professional, clean surroundings, welcoming attendants. Right away my back pain subsided, and my shoulders were unwinding. I had an hour massage in a pleasant, quiet atmosphere. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Simply wonderful. Quiet and tranquil atmosphere, male and female staff, very friendly and professional. For those that have not had a foot message, the message includes limited upper body as well. Cant beat the pricing either. My new favorite place to spoil myself. Open Sunday as well. Conveniently located across from the mall and next to several good restaurants and Starbucks.

This place gives great massages. My husband and I have been going at least once a month, if not more, for two years. We really love the friendly staff. They know us and always accommodate us. The price is really reasonable too.

Quality has gone to the dogs!! Over booking and trying to get every single dollar out there has cost them.... Im a long time customer but not anymore; my Mothers day debacle was the last straw... Booked a 2 hour foot massage, days in advance for my wife and i and even confirmed the massage 20 minutes prior to showing up and only got an hour...the Owner Tina tried telling me that sometimes people change their minds etc etc ... I told her no maam, I just confirmed 20 minutes ago via a phone call that I wanted 2 hours, try another excuse. This has happened a couple of times, yesterday was just the last straw.

Great, professional and relaxing massage. No matter who you get as your masseuse you are going to get a great and professional massage. They are constantly asking if the pressure is ok. I have a bad back so I get my back walked on and I get such a good result from that. We have done the couples massage several times and always have had a great experience here. I highly recommend Relax Massage.

Would give less , but don’t think that’s a choice. No”relax” at this place. The ladies doing the foot massage talk to each other the whole time. One answered her phone several times And stopped with me while she talked. What I put up with this still angers me. From that experience I have learned.. just get up and leave. They could care less about their customers.... my advice, don’t waste your money or your time.

I was not happy with the service I received. Was not completely bad but was not great. The service I received was not very good. And they harass you for tips even thought they treat you like paying trash. Oil was not warm they acted as if they were scared to touch . only 1 area was concentrated on and even that was sugar. 😞👎👎👎

Tramatic experience with the person who gave me a back rub. First off she was climbing on my back to give me a rub it was NOT a massage!! She kept pulling my underwear down and I kept pulling them back up because it felt sooo uncomfortable. Then she kept resting her elbow on my spinal cord which everyone trained to massage knows thats a no-no. It was just getting worse and worse at the end she dug her fingers in my earlobe. Lets just say I will not be returning. I dont know her name because she didnt speak any English.
