I like this bar. Has a good neighborhood feel. The bartender was very attentive & very easy on the eyes👀 forgot to ask her name🤦drinks are strong & hefty😉 I didn’t have any food but the menu was packed with comfort food. I would go back. Come by & have a few.🥃🍻🍺🥂

RC Dugans really goes above and beyond when it comes down to creativity 🙌 The food is fantastic and the drinks are super fun! I highly suggest the fish tacos. They are lightly breaded and really packed with delicious fish!🐟The chicken was wonderful especially the sauces But let’s talk about that burger though 🍔 I am literally about to go back just to have that burger again! It even has jalapeño poppers inside with cheese🤤 Incredible. And the dessert was great as well! Honestly if I could I would give this place a zero but I won’t since the only day that it is wonderful is on Fridays. The bartender I had tonight “Miranda” was a horrible person, she was not courteous or friendly at all. She looked like she had been drinking the whole night and got offended when I suggested to the drink had too much ice and I did notlike it. She got really offended and proceeded to ignore my needs as a paying customer and stated that it was my fault not hers and went to the back to talk to the other bartender about us. She lacks empathy and her personality is very dull. This place used to be good not sure what happened. A lot of under age drinking. The only great bartender there is Monica.

Very cool vibe. Friendly staff. Nice mix of music not obnoxiously loud. Chicken sandwich was very good. Wings were okay. Too well done for me. However good flavor0

This place really fell off. Was pretty good until the end of this summer. Now they can never seem to program their TVs right and the “service” has become a joke. You have to beg someone to do their job here. Had to track down our waitress for refills, food, to pay the bill. I’m the last person to care about a worker taking a minute to chill but I saw this girl playing on her phone in the corner while we had been waiting for nearly an hour to be served. Safe to say she did not get a generous tip and me and my friends won’t be coming back any time soon.

Those wings came in when it mattered most, especially when the spiciest wing sauce they had came in with a good amount flavor to. Here’s how I rank my wings, based on the following: crispiness, juiciness, sauciness, and overall flavor. The crispiness was a 4.5/10, weren’t really crispy at all but that didn’t stop it from how good it was. The juiciness was a 9.6/10, the amount of juice in that wing was what made these bad boys so tender I loved it, but the sauciness is where the real highlight comes in at a 10/10, especially because those wings were lost in the sauce in every bite I bit into. The overall flavor score is a 24.1/30. These wings were pretty bomb, I would recommend it to anybody here in New York, you will love this!

Vegan wings are great! Went with the hottest sauce and hotness is decent for someone who enjoys spicy foods. Vegan tacos can be so much better. The vegan meat was so hard when served. Hard to chew. Service can be faster.

Such an unfortunate experience........ My Husband & I went to Dugans to grab some wings, fries & a drink or two (little date night). We entered, and sat ourselves at a side table to the right of the bar. 2 songs later we noticed no one had said anything to us. Multiple staff has walked by at least 2Xs by now. We agreed if by the end of the 3rd song no one says anything we would leave.....which we did. We werent expecting a waitress but some sort of acknowledgement & or direction of the process to place an order. Smh, truly a shame.....

Love their Wednesday 50¢ wing night! Wings were really good, not soggy, and beers were a great price, $8 or less. It was also not busy, so we were able to get food pretty quickly

Went with wife to try out first time unfortunately not goodBartenders sitting at the bar checking phones all nite had to ask for another drink..food definitely wasnt good we both left with stomach aches not a good feeling...maybe look up from your phone now and then?

Went here for the first time last Wednesday since i was invited by some colleagues to try their .50 cent wings which they only offer on Wednesdays (as i was told) and what an interesting bar/restaurant type of establishment to have in east meadow. I enjoyed the feel of the place they seem to have an outdoor vibe probably more accessible during the nicer weather, but i didnt get to experience it, at least not yet. The beer selections were good, and the Carolina Reaper wings were cooked nicely.... however, i do feel that they werent as spicy as advertised, but my tolerance can just be higher than most, so i would still go back and have them again. They had an extensive menu, which was cool, so if you werent in the mood to enjoy some fairly priced tasty wings, theres plenty of other options to choose from. The bar tender was awesome, which made for an even more enjoyable outting. She was also sweet, quite funny as well as attentive to our group of 9, and it was appreciated.

If you’re from out of town beware of this townie dive bar. I was leaving the bar on a rainy day 01/13/24 and decided to put my “hood” up right before I was leaving after the last call…and the security guard that was also wearing a hoodie told me I couldn’t put my hood up while in the establishment. I understand but how absurd, I’m leaving! I’m on my way out!.I’ll let you guys put 2 and 2 together. I’ve been to this bar since 2007 never had an issue, the security guard was looking for one. Beware.Had many friends work there in the past and we walked in there 8 deep looking to spend money.There’s other spots around that area down newbridge road that aren’t enforcing such ridiculous rules. Hate this spot bunch of knuckle heads . Wings come out cold. Its only a fun spot late at night if nothing else is open. 2024 tried this place again This place has not changed. You get these college kids yelling and screaming over a stupid game on TV. Knuckle head place, this place will never change. The food is still good. But I dont need idiots screaming in my ear over a game

Everything was good but it was fight night and the food took forever they claimed to only have one guy in the kitchen on a night like that it is unacceptable!!!!!

Cool spot. Classic bar and grill food. Really tasty food. We tried the honey bbq wings (small is 8 nice size wings), pulled pork quesadilla (enough for 2 people), onion rings and drinks. Our server was nice and attentive. We sat outside where they had tables and a corn hole set up.Will return for sure.

Worst place I’ve been to in a long time. Went here to watch football on Sunday. The service was extremely slow & the food was disgusting. The wings were dry & the sauce was way too sweet, the Turkey burger tasted like nothing & the quesadillas were dripping with oil. Didn’t finish a single one of our meals. That wasn’t even the worst part. The worst part of the experience was whoever was rushing us out of the bar - I’m assuming the owner or a manager. This guy came to our table 3 separate times in less than 10 minutes asking if we were still working on our food & wanted to-go boxes. After his third time, he had the audacity to come back & tell us, “You guys are leaving soon, right? We have some people waiting for your table.” We stayed regardless because we came to watch football, paid $50 for their terrible food, & were going to finish the game we were watching as paying customers. Meanwhile, there were numerous other tables open & I did not see a single person standing around waiting for a table. Not sure why the owner/manager wanted us out that bad to the point where he was borderline asking us to leave - but completely unprofessional & disgusting behavior. Here’s a tip: when you own a sports bar & have customers coming in to pay for your food & drinks while watching the games, a good way to keep them coming back is probably to let them watch. Will never go back here solely because of this incident & advise anyone thinking about going here to try anywhere else.

If I can give no stars I would. My girlfriend and I wanted to try this place yesterday. We walked in and there was no one there to show us to our seats. We waited 7 minutes just for the waitress and bartender to tell us we can sit anywhere. So we found seats and no one came to give us menus. We waited for 20 minutes and we got ignored. We got up and left and went next door to Sufiyas where we got seated and served immediately. Dugans did not even care that we got up and left.

The waitress service was good however, there seemed to be too many servers that kept coming to the table not knowing someone else already had. I guess they want customers to feel important which is fine. The bar food selections were excellent. Seeing plant based options at this type of an establishment was a welcomed surprise. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and portions of the food. Everything ordered was served hot and fresh. We were excited to try the plant based chicken because its not easy to find this option, but unfortunately they were out of it. We will go back.

Pretty good music. But bartender look like she just running laps around the bar as me and 4 other people waited over 20min to order drinks but her co worker was holding down his side. Maybe she was training or overwhelmed but we left cause of it.

Really hit or miss, the food is pretty good but sometimes it seems like they just really dont want you there. It seems to run the best when the owner/manager is there, but I havent seen him in a while

Came in to watch the game on September 11 in the fourth quarter the three female bartenders were too busy getting drunk with with regular customers waited 15 minutes and walked out

Chicken quesadilla is so good, the food was late for a simple meal the place was not busy just few people. The services overall were not great, but I would like to give it another try.

I almost gave them a 2 because most of the food was actually tasty, but my overall experience is too infuriating to give them anything higher than 1 star. Besides some of the sides being cold, we were completely missing one entree. Our dasher said they relayed to her to let us know they didnt have it and they would give us a refund. We requested contactless delivery, but happened to be at the door when she came up. I can only imagine if were werent. We were never contacted by phone or text to let us know one item wasnt available. So instead of asking if we would like anything else to replace it, one person just doesnt get to eat. Would they have done that if we were there in person to eat? Would they serve the rest of our party and just never say anything while one person has nothing to eat? Thats just very poor customer service.

Came here on a Saturday evening and were seated right away and had some great apps and tacos for dinner. Great drinks also and friendly and fast service from the staff. Highly recommend!Will have to come back to try the wings

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible... i took my wife here tonight because she wanted wings for her birthday(which is today) and we sat down by the bar at a small table and not one server, waiter/ waitress or bartender acknowledged us. We then asked someone that was bringing out food, if any one can help us, and he said order from the bar. We went upto the bar, and the one bartender that was there, ignored us also for a good 10 minutes.... what a bad experience. The place wasnt even crowded, the bar had filled seats, but only 2 other tables had customers. Doesnt make any sense that a bar, only has one bartender and no waiter service for a night that had the Rangers and Islanders playing each other.... and the bartender couldnt even handle it. How is this acceptable for RC Dugans?? I will post this same review on Yelp.

I’m literally here once a week! They have the BEST fish tacos and everyone I’ve recommended them to can agree ! Plus everything else I’ve tried has always been delicious, from fries to burgers, quesadillas and wings. They don’t disappoint! Great spot to watch sports, grab a bite and definitely some drinks! Good music on most nights and the staff is very friendly and accommodating; It is crowded on the weekends though, which is when I usually don’t go but during the week, Dugans is my go-to game spot

I always wanted to try this place, but wish I hadnt. The service was terrible and the food, just as bad.Its a bar scene which is cool. There were flyers around about events so maybe its a better scene, service and good then.

This place has possibilities, but they need to up their game. 4 of us stopped in late Friday afternoon. We knew there was happy hour specials, but nothing posted, no servers. The bartender was great, but she was trying to serve about 25 - 30 customers alone. So we went to the bar and ordered food and drinks. Mozzarella sticks, cheese quesadillas, fish tacos, wings and Irish nachos were great, burger was awful. Back door and front doors were open, the cross breeze was freezing. And smoking allowed outside the back door, one patron stood in the doorway and smoked, blowing through the entire place, it bugged us and we are smokers. We would go back, but only if there was just 2 of us and could sit at the bar. Sorry to the owner(s), but you have a potential gold mine, just take it up a notch.

April 13th 2021 ! First time i visit this place i felt discriminated we were the only hispanic girls with plastic dividers and everybody else was sitting next to each other with no dividers . Food service was bad we asked for buffalo wings and we ended up getting bbq wings . The drinks were awful i asked for strawberry margarita and i got a lemonade . The waitress never stop by to ask how was everything ?! And the managers was drunk and flirting with the waitress . Another costumers were complaining about the food services it was a mess with the food service ! At the end they charged me for wings and i asked for a refund because they messed up my order and the waitress told me they couldnt get me a refund because i grab one wing ! Which its not fair because they messed up the order . Worst place ever 👎🏼

I ordered a tray of wings for Super Bowl & they made it exactly the way I wanted it . Delicious. & then received a $5 coupon off my next order of $12 or more . Thank you

I am actually here now at this restaurant. The service here is HORRIBLE. Often as a young successful entrepreneur I get over looked because I look younger than I am and people don’t think I can afford anything. I waited 10 minutes for the bartender with blue eyes and brown hair to come take my order after walking past me a couple times. I was paying in cash and was planning to sit right by the bar and wait for my food. I ordered mozzarella sticks and cranberry vodka. She asked me for my name, I presumed she was going to open a tab for me, not needing my name for my food order. Usually when I go to a bar I wait for my food to come out. Instead of realizing my confusion she ROLLED HER EYES AT ME and said in an extremely hostile tone I need your name for your food order. Then she continued on being nasty. So instead of leaving a 40 percent per usual I left her quarters and I told her I was obviously confused by her question and that’s why I’m leaving her a minuscule tip. The worst bartender I have ever met, she should not be working in the service industry. It’s a real shame because I was looking for a new Thursday’s spot. Definitely do not go here.

I saw two fist fights occur at this bar on a Saturday night. However, the security guards were quick to react and keep the other patrons safe. Good prices. Courteous staff. Pool table in the back.

If I could leave zero stars I literally would. Hands down worst experience I have EVER had at a bar/ restaurant coming from someone who has worked as a server for 3 years and understands the struggles. There was one bartender (Toni) to be exact on a Sunday night at 9pm aka not even crowded. She spent her entire time talking with a male at the end of the bar for so long she had no idea my boyfriend and I had been sitting at the other end for over 20 minutes before she realized we were there. She was rude, never came back to check on us as we ordered food nor did she even care to check on any of the other customers sitting at our side of the bar and it took an additional 30 minutes for my boyfriend to order a 2nd beer. Safe to say we will NEVER come there again and we will be making sure we tell everyone we know not to even waste their time or good mood on this place. Will also be posting this review on yelp. What a shame.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Don’t go here, the service is HORRIBLE. Extremely rude waitresses. They charged us extra after they screwed up our bill the first time. The bouncer and the waitresses don’t wear their masks. Very uncomfortable. They were extremely rude from the minute we walked through the door. False advertising for Wednesday wing night they tell you have to buy two drinks a person or a appetizer but doesn’t say anywhere on the flyer so legally they are in the wrong.

Was fine until after I paid bill. For whatever reason we paid bill and then was on the way out, sunny the owner/bouncer got in my face. Another guy I was talking to about stocks came up to defend me and sunny literary pushed him out of the way. He forcefully told me I have to leave. As this random fight broke out I stepped outside, again want trying to fight anyone or cause trouble. About 15 min later sunny comes outside with I think the other biz owner. I think it has to be a misunderstanding some how, so i go up to sunny to ask what even happened. Biz partner wont even look at me, Sunny says cant talk to me even though I ask for a normal explanation as to what happened (again came out of the blue, I wasnt disrespectful of anyone) but no reasoning giving. I will never go back. I liked the bar until this.

Only reason I come to RC Duggans is because of LeeAnn, she is the best person in the hospitality business. Jimmy is very friendly and welcoming and introduces himself everytime we come in. I am a regular and there weekly.

Place looks rly nice and service is great. Wings were good too. Drinks appear to be watered down though and prices are a bit higher than other similar places ive been too. Owner was there and is very nice and attentive.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff. A little more pricey than Id like, but if you come on a weekday there are various specials to check out. Theres a dart board and a pool table in the back, also the cleanest bathroom Ive ever seen at a bar.

Great wing special. But you must get 2 drinks additionally to get the wing deal price. Darts are a bit too on top of the pool table area. Some bartenders are attentive, others make you feel as though your burdening them by asking for things- although that is their job?!. That can ruin your time & experience big time.

The first time that Ive gone here on a Riday night and I must say that it was a complete vibe!!!! The music was great and diverse in taste but totally great! The place was packed and super lit with a chill vibe as well. Id definitely go back on a Friday, especially as a local!

Food was horrible but drinks were good and cheap on wednesday nights. They only have two waitresses/bartenders who handle the bar and food but service is quick if you make your presence known. I would advise against getting the garlic parmesan wings. They are horrible. BBQ wings were ok.

Food was okay so I will give it 2 stars. But service was abysmal. Asked the waitress 4 or 5 times for a drink and she just kept returning with food or drinks for other people (party of 10) and then apologizing that she forgot my drink again. She would return to our table every 20 mins.... Place wasnt even that busy. Probably one of the worst places Ive gone as far as service.

My favorite place for wings! They have the best wings. We love to go there to watch sports, drink beer and eat wings.Its heaven! And now that its football season we will be there often enjoying all the specials they have during the games ♡♡♡

The bar attracts undesirables and spatially unaware milennials, especially during UFC events. But does this matter? No. Why? Because Sarah the bartender is smoking hot. Her smile lights up the room, her hair is crazy sexy and her eyes can soothe the loneliest of hearts. Will I go there for the food? No. Will I go there for the beer selection? No. Will I go there for the atmosphere? No way. Will I go there to see Sarah smile? Oh yes, yes I will.

Cool spot, bar manager is a nice dude, DJ plays good music if you like those 80s 90s female vocals with a little EDM dance mix to it, or if youre trying to get that WAP going he has it too.If your local there are some tables outside or inside around an Island bar. Love that they have UFC fights too.

I ordered a Cuban wrap when I first got there. Took over an hour for them to get it out to me at that point I was already set to leave so they gave it to me to go. When I got home I found out it was the wrong wrap

First and last time, first time ordered and received the wrong items, whatever I got was gross and its in the garbage, I called and said it was wrong but was unable to go back right now, the proper thing to do is offer something to fix this, not laugh able it and loss the customer. There are way to many bars and restuarants to order from in the area. GO ELSEWHERE!!

Been going here a few years now with co workers, nice happy hour specials, food is good, my fav, The Fish Tacos & Sweet Potato Fries.

Theyve done alot of nice renovations to the place. They do ID check everyone from what i noticed but they are no super strick about it neither. Plenty of parking upfront and they do have parking out back as well. They have great wings here and good specials are certains times and days.

If you like playing Texas Holdem they have free events every Monday night for prizes.

Very rude. Very gross. Staff messed all and any orders I️ put in. Very unpleasant and uncomfortable. Never coming back. Tator tots were the only savior of what little night was left before I️ decided to leave. Such a shame. If I️ could give it negative stars I️ would.

They supposed to close at 4AM. I was waiting for 30 min outside for a table and then someone came out and told everyone on line to leave, that they was closing on that moment, around 12AM. If you gonna close early change your hours on google or say right away that you are not accepting more customers for the rest of the night, do not waste our time!

Im not a drinker, but the atmosphere and layout of this place is very nice. I looked being there, and for those who know me personally, and know that I dislike bars, that is impressive.

This place has good atmosphere plenty of TVS to watch the games and good food and drink. Recommended to stop by for lunch.

I visited this place for some stuff, my experience good because the staff was very friendly with me. I hope they treat with others same likes me.

Great chicken wrap and bartenders are super sweet . Definitely coming back for DJ Bobby Shea.

Best dive bar in the area but thats exactly what it is, a dive bar kitchen open until 4am is definitely a plus
