Ever notice that a lot of convenience stores actually seem to go out of their way to inconvenience you? Well not this place. The exact opposite actually. Dead the best smoke shop around, I wouldn’t go to any other. He is insanely nice and super fun to just talk to because he’s so easy going and so so helpful :) their prices are amazing and their pieces and other merch are quality and super cool. Im new to this location, and in all fairness I have been to other stores but this establishment is by far the best. Lots of quality items to choose from. All questions are answered in depth so you feel confident. If they offered memberships Id get one. 😂

Bad experience, Poor service, dishonesty and sketchy products. I called inquiring about a specific product that they carried. I asked if they would price match it with an online competitor. I named the website, the price, and mentioned that I would be traveling from far away so that I would be able to buy it in person rather than ordering it. When I got there Siri way rather abrupt and unhelpful. He was also the one I spoke to on the phone. I showed him the price from the competitor’s website and he started to try and get me to pay more than we had agreed on. I made me wait about 20 more minutes while he got in touch with his boss just to raise the price even more. While I was waiting I noticed the poor standards of the shop as well as fake (counterfeit) products. You’re better off shopping on a reputable website or at any other bodega. Poor experience. The atmosphere was nice though.

Best smoke shop on LI! Inside everything is well organized and clean unlike other shops. The guys that own the spot are young, friendly, and really know their Pipes And Stuff and can help you find exactly what you need, theyre very much about the customer. Theyve got a great selection of stuff and are constantly getting the newest and latest products while selling it all at great prices! The great thing about them is that theyre open late instead of the regular instead of the typical 9 to 5. Check it out you wont be disappointed!

Perfect experience every time I go in. The owner, Uzi, has an answer for any question you have. Great sales, great prices all around. Very chill place and has anything you need starting from vape juice to hookahs to water pipes from all different price ranges. Definitely a place to check out!

Friendly but not helpful rushing you to buy I didn’t want to spend so much kept pressuring wanted to go cheaper couldn’t even work 5 off the price even tho I was such a frequent customer as long as my other friendsWhen oozi was there it was greatBought 4 grinders from the the Santa Cruz I regret because it’s a Santa Cruz that I spent 85$ on1st sharpstone from then threads gone 2nd the screen feel out got the raw life from them it broke why can’t I get good grinders from here? Don’t shop here if your looking for those accessories waste of time you’ll be rushed out and spend more then anticipated edit realized got overcharged 45 never go here avoid avoid you can tell they make mad profit the owner that bougie truck he owns proves it

Better than Utopia IMO... Manager at utopia is whatever... manager here is very chill. Hooks it up, throws in a thing or two if its a bigger purchase. Granted, utopia has a bigger selection and variety but this place has it where it counts!!! Good shop good deals

I had bought a vape tank off of a friend and could not get the tank apart to change my coils for anything. I took it to Pipes and Stuff and the man there was able to get it open for me in a matter of 2 minutes. I couldnt have asked for better service. Everyone there was really cool and they serviced my vape for no charge. Pipes and Stuff is definitely the best place for Pipes and Stuff

Honestly if you dont go to this vape shop then I dont know why youre wasting money anywhere else. Any other vape shop that I go to in the surrounding towns are completely overpriced. There is nothing worse then buying stuf for your vape (coils, glass, tanks, even the vape itself) and then going online and seeing that you could have bought it for so much cheaper. Not only does this shop have everything but at prices that are maybe max a $10 difference from what you would pay online

Came in here with a faulty part from the manufacturer, the owner helped me no question asked called the company for me and helped me register it and gave me a new piece free of charge when we found out it came with a factory defect.10/10 would suggest this smoke shop and definitely best around in levittown and east meadow.

This is the only smoke shop i go to, the people who work there are very nice and willing to answer all your questions. best part is they are willing to work with the prices, so when you walk out you and them are happy, i tell everyone to go to this shop.

Call ahead before going. Shop was unexpectedly closed with a paper sign that said come back later. Other reviews indicate this happening other times.

This place is 100% chinese glass. Its bought for .20 to $2.00 and marked up astronomically. This is like if walmart sold glass pipes. The roors are fake. Go somewhere else that sells american glass pipes like burn or twisted glass. the price for simple pipes will be only a few dollars more, but the value is much much higher.
