I was looking at accessories and the person working was incredibly patient and explained things politely. Didnt try to upsell. Price on the product I looked it is better than on the companies website. Product I bought is high quality.

Great place, great people, sometimes the prices can seem a bit steep but sometimes they will cut you a deal or combo if you go often

I dont have a single complaint about this place. They have a great selection the staff was friendly the prices are the best Ive seen. I hope this business can survive this economy because I really like it there and I think that a friendly place like that deserves to make it through this grumpy time in history. Maybe I know why theyre so friendly LOL.

Dropped in here this afternoon and was greeted by the most knowledgeable employee! He (didnt catch his name) was so helpful! He was so informative about all the products in the store. I learned so much.! He helped me find an e-liquid that was suitable for replacing the cigarettes I use to smoke. Thank you! What an enormous selection of not just e-liquids, anything you need from a vape shop! You have to check it out!

I was pleasantly surprised by how many varied items there are. The workers are friendly and knowledgeable. Some of the prices are a tad higher than other places, but relatively comparable. Ill be a return customer. Pictures next time.

I guess my rating will change depending on how the upcoming situation is handled. I went in not knowing a thing about vaping. I was sold some things that arent necessarily what I may have needed. I am not happy with my purchase. HOWEVER the customer service has been pretty good so far. It may not have been any fault of the salesman, but hopefully I can make some returns and or get things taken care of for good today.**UPDATE**So...I went back today and explained my situation to Paul and I have to say...IMPECCABLE SERVICE. Had a great conversation with him about everything going on. He was exceptional with his attitude and customer service. Very informative and honest. Really went out of his way to fix ANY issues I had. Really truly appreciate the way he handled the situation!

First Off WOW!! My Experience Here Couldn’t Have Gone ANY Better, from the second I walked in it was such a clean, calm, No Pressure feeling, which is So IMPORTANT! The Sales Associate was KATE, Who was AMAZING, to be honest she was the best part of my experience here! Super calm, intelligent, & didn’t make me feel like she was just trying to sell me something I didn’t really need, she answered ALL my questions, & literally showed me how each of the Vapes were made, used & how heavy the draw would be. I ended up getting a really cool item & was right at my price range! But most of All I left there feeling not just Happy with my purchase but more knowledgeable in general! This is DEFINITELY My New Go To Vape Shop! THANKS AGAIN KATE!!!!

So I love this place. But I wish there was an easier way to get in contact for troubleshooting purposes. My Smok Novo2S is alittle less than 2 months old and I ran out of pods, so I get new stuff for it and plug it in to charge and nothings happening. The charging light isn’t even turning on. I’ve checked a lot of places and I’m gonna try to get in for them to take a look.

Cory is very friendly and helpful with every one that walks in the door! He is very knowledgeable on all the products and goes out of his way to satisfy his customers! Best selection I have seen for vape juice in a long time and in this post restriction environment, having a great resource is priceless. Knowledgeable staff, welcoming area, air conditioned, huge selection of items for vape, pipe, smoke, juice, and other essentials needed. Worth going for the supplies and variety.

I bought a unit here and specifically asked if they carried coils for it. The employee said they did. Ive been back 3 times and they never have what I need in stock. Employees are clueless. Id give it a 0 if I could.
