I ordered 1 beer on draft and was told they didnt have it on draft but had it in a bottle. Fine. There were 2 completely different charges and couldnt change it when I asked about the discrepancy. When I showed the person that charge me the 1 bottle and the online price (9$), she just said it wasnt updated( 14$). Its completely dishonest and terrible service hence why they have to add the service charge. They were useless

I am a peaceful and respectful who keeps to himself. Stays away from all drama an bad situations. My visit was on the night of sunday aug 4th, 2024 around 830 - 9 oclock time frame. Im dressed respectably tucked in collard black & white shirt, white pants with black and white shoes.Walked in with semi-happy face, looked around, the place is sort of empty still. Started looking for the bathroom large plump belly security guard standing in hallway points to the men bathroom I acknowledge him, then proceed in. Go straight to the toilet stall and get the the toilet ready to sit on. Meaning, putting the thin paper toilet seat covers on the seat 3 at one time. I finished and went to undo my pants. You know how you can feel when youre being watched, I paused and from my left peripheral view I see someone standing there. He was far enough to where I couldnt see his shoes at the bottom of the stall door but close enough (when I looked his direction) to clearly see his eye color staring at me through the cracks. In the bathroom 10 - 25 seconds and this happens. I confront him and say are you ok? him: you cant do that Sugar Honey Ice Tea (SH!+) in here rubbing his finger under his nose, me: Im taking a dump, him: same reply, me: same reply with more facial anger and louder. He leaves and I continue. Afterwards Im washing my hands and another man with a security ear piece comes in and acts like hes using the toilet. No flush, no peeing sound but comes out and I explain the situation cuz I know he was checking for whatever the other security guard was talking about because he was profiling me with no proof of anything and thats very offensive. He says hes the manager and explains that people do drugs in the bathroom. Tells me that Just for peace of mind I could show the other guy the stall. I dont need to show anything to anyone I was simply pooping in a toilet. There needs to be better tact in dealing with that on their part like maybe madatory checks for guys before entering the restroom like its done at the entrance. I can understand that and wouldnt mind showing my pockets before entering. This was a very trash experience, please do better with this establishment.

The security here is over the top and aggressive. They say that everywhere in the bar is a walkway and that you can’t stand there. They yell at you, shine flashlights in your face, and physically try to move you and keep telling you to move and are rude. We asked where we could move to and they told us to buy a table (there was plenty of space to stand). It feels like a scam to get you so stressed out that you spend $$$$ on a table. Why spend $20 on a drink so you can get hazed by aggressive security guards?

This may be the worst take place I’ve ever been. The one bartender working was awesome but other than that, nothing but bad. There’s an admission charge that you don’t know about until you ask for your TAB. There’s another charge on top of that. So 3-5 drinks easily hits $100. There’s a reason this place is so disastrously empty. Do yourself a favor and go to any other bar on this corner

This is a perfect example of how screwed up this country is…this and the place across the street (bottled blonde) are complete ripoffs yet they were packed with total fools wasting money like it’s monopoly paper. The place sucks, is way too crowded, servers suck and the cost of a drink is insane! I’ll never step foot at this place again.

Outrageously expensive drinks…..$32 for 1 Deep Eddys & Soda. Soooo would not reccomend. Go anywhere else in AZ. Criminal, go out of business or lower ur costs…..horrific.

New Jersey native and the beers here are more expensive then midtown Manhattan with domestic drafts priced at $16 a pop. Stay away!! I recommend Barstool Scottsdale where 2 beers are $14 which is a 5 minute walk away. Some real nerve for charging those prices for what you get. Will never be back.

Doorman asked for money to let us in bcz having overseas DL and not bringing our passport to a night club 😂So low class.To the Owner the guy made you lost fortune to make him self $20 box or something

Decent club with decent nightlife entertainment.Customer service was good. Drinks were extremely pricey and basic.Overall was an OK experience.

I went to this night club and the brunette bartender Brittany had the WORST attitude. She was extremely rude and overcharged me for WELL DRINKS. I told her that my drink tasted funny and she asked me why I was yelling at her. I responded its because the music is loud and she threatened to have me kicked out. I asked her what I did and she immediately ran to get security to have me and my friend escorted out. Im sure my friend and I were the only black girls in the club and I felt like she was racial profiling us because we did absolutely NOTHING. I only had ONE drink and it was the poorly poured well gin and tonic she charged me $20 for. I went to this same location yesterday and bought these cocktails for $15. Later in the night after my ONE drink I had at HiFi I began to violently throw up and the room was spinning like I had 10 drinks in my system. I noticed that when that bartender was making my drink she kept turning her back on my drinks at the bar. I really believe she let someone slip something into my drink. I still felt really sick the morning after and I will be going to the hospital. If any roofies come back positive in my system I will absolutely be taking legal action because I only had one drink at this location and I specifically told that rude bartender that had me kicked out that my drink tasted funny. HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED anyone comes here. The environment is NOT friendly or safe for women and Im pretty sure I was drugged at this location by the negligent bartender that claimed to be the bar manager. Thankfully I made it right as soon has I started to feel the effects because I couldve blacked out on the highway BEWARE OF THIS BARTENDER LADIES!!!!

Was kicked out because one of their servers pushed me and I called her name she didn’t like so she said I pushed her and had me removed and when I tried to explain what happened I was told that I was a liar, and that they have to trust what their employees say, and not look into any of the facts on top of that shot of Casamigos Is almost $20 LMFAO at this place.. terrible part of my bridal trip

Dropped into the Hi Fi Bar before we did the .05 Underachievers race with friends. It was a Saturday and the bar was in full Iowa Hawkeyes mode. It was a comfortable bar and Im always happy when they card me. The had a specific menu called the Offical Iowa Hawkeyes Game Day Menu. I ordered the Crispy Chicken Sliders with whole grain mustard, which Im a huge fan of. The Husband ordered the Hawkeye Burger. The Friends split the Buffalo Sliders. All in all a nice place to hang out. The food was tasty and the service was fast an good. If we are in the neighborhood again, we stop in.

WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS MAN PICTURED HERE !!!Should not be a bar tender or even work an establishment like this one.Everything was beautiful and wonderful and the other workers here were great. This gentleman only wanted you to buy alcohol when you wanted anything else like Red Bull or something he would walk away and ignore you. Once the ladies got us served and seen we decided buy something from her instead he picked up the receipt book threw it at me and had the bouncers kick us out.He wanted money only for his self. Good spot at the corner to start a night out. food is average bar food - nothing to write home about or to take a picture of, drinks are, well I mean drinks...taste as expected. bar staff are friendly and professional and will make you feel welcomed if its your first time or your a repeat customer.

Very, very loud. I wouldnt spend more than 30 minutes here unless I want a headache the next day. Employees didnt appear to have ear protection. I hope they are well compensated for any potential health risks.

I’ve got to say every time I come to HI FI I have a really bad experience. Whether I am being stalked by the security or simply I am not allowed in. I have had a bad experience the past three times I was there and honestly this was my last time. I am simply trying to get a good experience in Scottsdale but no luck so far.

Maybe it’s the fact that it was my groups last stop of the night after bar hopping all night but the overall experience was horrible. First of all it was so dirty…. There were piles of wash rags on the floor and plenty of liquid spills everywhere… we had to wipe our own table and seats down and when it came to drinks HIFI Kitchen Cocktails was one of the most expensive places compared to the other clubs surrounding it. I got 3 drinks for thirty at the previous club where at hifi ONE DRINK was 31 dollars plus automatic gratuity. WOW. After my sister decided she didn’t want to pay the price for the one drink the bartender told her she had to leave. So after about 5 minutes of us talking about the situation and deciding to leave together the security guard came and escorted the whole group out. Maybe we were biased and had so much fun at the other bars but I do not recommend this bar to anyone unless you just wanna waste some time and money.

Last night I witnessed a horrible act of discrimination. I was behind a group of men who I assume was there for a bachelor party. All of them were dressed nicely and seemed like they were excited for their night. One of the men, a POC, was about to follow his friends in and the bouncer stopped him stating that he was not allowed in because he was wearing Jordans. These were probably $250 dollar shoes. The man thought he was joking, it quickly became clear he wasn’t. The bouncer stated that no one wearing Jordans or Timberlands would be permitted to enter. The POC said “so you are clearly trying to keep a certain demographic from entering” the bouncer responded by saying “yup, not my rules, but if you throw me a $20 I’ll let you in.” Mind you a man in basketball shorts and flip flops who was white was allowed right in. It’s disgusting that this establishment allows this type of treatment and discrimination!

The music, atmosphere and ladies were a great part of the experience. However, the security and bouncers are extremely physically aggressive and forceful when not needed. I would have no problem moving over if someone said excuse me. There is no need to get bruised on the arms and shoulders from the security using their weekend power trip mindset paired with a closed fist. The difference between the amount of respect and courtesy of the security between Hi Fi and bottled blonde across the street is exponential.

Decent place to visit on a weekend evening. Good music, decent seating. Service was difficult to come by but I didn’t buy a table so I suppose that’s what gets you more attention.

Used to be a really great Hawkeye bar.. something happened after covid because this place is so overpriced now. They used to have 2 and 3 dollar shots for touchdowns, jello shots, 2 dollar beer specials. Now youre paying 15$ per drink with a service fee and gratuity included on your tab. 3 dollar touchdown shots are now 7 bucks. I get that the economy has changed pricing everywhere but damn.

This place is horrible. Don’t ever come here to see a performer. VIP only and didn’t seem like general admission mattered.. Tried to see 21 Savage last night here and waited for hours and didn’t get in because the place was maximum capacity limit. I wish it said that before I bought my ticket. I already had my ticket and my id checked in. Worst night ever since no one told us ahead of time said it was full so they had us waiting like we were able to enter with these barricades. The bouncers and security looked like they had no idea what was going on. I need my refund now! Very upset customer here.. Other people in line was just upset as I was.I drove 2 hours from home to try to see my favorite rapper perform. What a huge let down!

We went out for my birthday to Old Town to have a good time and had 11 people with our group. 7 girls and 4 guys with us. We were excited to get in till the bouncer said that 2 of the guys could not get in due to their shoes and said if we paid $100 they would let it slide. Like are you serious? One had on white Jordans and one had black and red Nike Air Force 1s in perfect condition. In todays age you are really discriminating on peoples shoes? We ended up talking the bouncer down to $20 per person to get them in, but it is just ridiculous that that even was a conversation that was had when we were out having a fun time.I will say the bar itself had good music and we had fun once we were inside.The shoe policy should be posted if that is really what is going to be enforced or better yet take that policy away. You should not be making people feel like they need to pay $100 just to step foot into your bar due to their shoes. Sketchy way to get extra money for the bouncers just to pocket.

This place is a total disgrace! I had to give it one star in order for me to be able to post this. They dont deserve a star whatsoever! The BBB will be hearing from me. A group of 11 of us were celebrating my daughters Bachelorette Party. They showed us to a booth as the place was pretty dead. We were celebrating and having fun, ordering way overpriced and watered down drinks, only to be approached by security unexpectedly and told we had to leave right then and there as someone paid $4,000 for the booth. Like who would be so stupid! They were not kind about it nor did they even allow us a few minutes to digest what was happening, collect our things and leave the table. They started to put their hands on us women and forcefully push us out. They were totally abusing their security title. It was humiliating and so uncalled for. It ruined a wonderful celebration. Shame on those responsible!!!

If I could rate lower than a 1 star I would. This place was the worst experience to go to for a nightclub at old town. The bouncers/security misuse their authority in every way possible. If you are in the way of a bouncer be prepaid to get shoved, pushed, yelled at, and even thrown out for not moving as fast as a speed racer. They are rude and have no decency for any human beings all because they have a title of Secuirty/Bouncer. These men feel comfortable throwing, pushing, and even punching women. Even though the security guards/bouncers are in the wrong. I will forever be traumatized on how the security/bouncers treat people. I highly recommend if you are looking to have a fun night at old town and don’t want unnecessary conflict to head to another club.

Great service. Friends came to visit and we hit the bars last minute. The price to get a table was much more reasonable than other clubs we tried. The staff and bouncer were really nice to us. We will definitely come back for a second round soon!

Extremely discriminatory. Not LGBT friendly, go elsewhere with your friends. Will and do dress code gay men and not allow entry. Never mind if one of your friends is a POC. This place may be opening itself up to lawsuits especially since a huge chunk of the reviews mention racism and discrimination.

Awful place if you’re seeing an artist ! paid $100 for the event, sat there being pushed and manhandled by security(very rude btw). just to stand there for 5 hours plus with no performance. many people left because they were over it as well. oh and make sure to pregame before bc drinks are $32 a pop. i’m sure if you’re going the route of having a table it’s a better experience however, if you’re having an event please make sure everyone who gets a ticket is treated with respect and gets the service they paid for. didn’t even see a performance. i understand this is a club but this could have been planned and coordinated wayyyy better.

A group of 12 came here on Friday night for a bachelorette party. The music was great and the bouncers were all very well mannered and courteous. They even escorted us to the restroom when we needed it! The outdoor area had misters on which helped a lot with the heat. My only complaint is they lock the liquor bottles so you have to wait until one of the servers opens it and then pours for you. We ended up not finishing off the bottles because we sat around waiting several times.

This establishment has shown many cases of blatant racism. They decided to dress code someone in my group because they were African American and wearing a pair of Nike sneakers. Claiming they didnt allow them. However after standing to the side for about 5 minutes, we seen a variety of different Nike sneakers being worn by fair skinned people and they were allowed in without any complications. Avoid this club when going to Old Town. Ridiculous we still see fake dress codes in 2023.

I was there in this place last night . I tried to talk to this girl sitting at the bar .she was talking to me . And for the first time in my life the bartender told me not to talk to the girls in the bar (i am from new york and probably been to 5000 bars all over world ) and when i asked her why cant i talk to them she said they were her friends and you cant believe she actually called bouncers on me for asking me this questions . I was not at all being persuasive and WAS ABSOLUTELY NOT DRUNK .I felt like i was racially discriminated in this petty little bar . I am a lawyer and they are getting a legal notice for putting me through this harassment. I want give reviews in negative and they are definitely getting a legal notice very soon . I also read other reviews on google of how other people have been racially abused in this place, this place habitually discriminates people on race it lookslike .

Worst experience. We were having a great time and out of nowhere approached by security and were asked to move because someone bought the booth we were at. When we expressed our confusion and frustration because we had just purchased a round of drinks, we were told to leave. The security began pushing us all out. After we told them we were leaving and NOT TO TOUCH US they continued to shove and manhandle us.

This place is so amazing! Me and my buddy’s came out for the weekend. We had a little line but got right in. Manager “Dan Young” great guy super friendly and nice. Great music, Great time, Great atmosphere, and above all Great service. If you’re visiting town or just want a place to go HIFI is the spot!PS it gets busy get there early and it’s okay to wait a little for drinks!

Was visiting from out of state with a group of friends. We received no warning just “someone wants your booth you need to get out” I overheard one of the bouncers call a woman fat on our way in. We were rushed and yelled at as we were grabbing our things and threatened to be dragged out. We were manhandled and yelled at all the way to the street. 😅 I apologized for my choice of words after being touched and pushed multiple times as I am walking out. He did not care he used my apology to prove a point even though we had no idea what was happening that entire time and why! Nothing about this place was worth that treatment.

Great time but I dont like that if you get a table, the bottle that comes with the table has a bottle lock and you have to flag down a bottle girl to open it and pour your baby shots. Crazy but I guess its the only way to keep people from getting too lit. But for $600-800/table, Ill do what I want, lol.

My experience was similar to all reviewers. Service is slow, bartenders have to be begged to order drinks and on top I was charged a different price than the menu. The place has great potential. The managers should hire extra staff and retrain their existing staff. You are not the only place around. You cannot expect people to come to your establishment only to be abused or mistreated or even provided subpar service. Most customers want a drink, a good time and a caring staff. I would be so ashamed to read these reviews if I own the place; but lets hope the owners read.

Paid for a table, wouldn’t let us use the bathrooms. Definitely racist vibes from every staff member here. Especially the security guard who would not let the POC women use their bathroom. DO NOT COME HERE TO SPEND YOUR MONEY. Would give this place 0 stars. Not very sanitary either from anyone here..

If I could give it a Zero I would. Worst place ever, will never be back. The bartender that served my fiancé was clearly on drugs and/or drunk. He charged me and when I went to close the tab completely lost my debit card. Said he had no card under my last name even after showing him the pending charge on my bank app. He then withheld my fiancé’s debit card as well as ID saying the charges declined which also was a lie because there was a pending charge for $212 and change. No other person would assist me with getting the issue resolved. I had to leave at 1:15am to get my fiancé home safely. I need a manager to contact me ASAP. Tonight was completely unacceptable, I am appalled at what took place.

My friend and I just tried to enter this establishment Friday night. The reviews are true. They are very much RACISTS and use a fake dresscode policy as the excuse. They would not let my friend enter because he had on Travis Scott jordan 1s and i had on nike airmax 90s. But all of the white people and everybody that goes to scottsdale had on various types of speakers including jordans. We laughed at the bouncers and told them exactly what it was and just went to literally every other bar around. Normally an owner would try and defend such reviews on the internet. Have you noticed they have not done so on not one review. Interesting. I will definitely not support this place ever in life and I will also research what person or group owns this business and I will not support anything else they are involved with.

I asked for a manager to ask a simple question about my order and they never came to address my concern. I asked security three times and still no manager. As a fellow entertainment company owning nightclubs in the Los angles area, I expect the same attention that we give our customers as we thrive off customer experience and unfortunately HiFi didn’t meet the standards, They were more concerned about their pockets than a returning customer. Poor look on the Scottsdale nightlife scene , will not recommend.

Can’t really even get a taste the inside because they have one of the most ridiculous dress codes.Was out around there on Friday night and was looking for a good night club/bar do dance and get some drinks.BUT If you are wearing Nike Airforce 1’s or some other common shoes, you are not allowed in.I thought the guy at the front of the line was totally kidding when he said sorry man, you’re wearing Air Force ones and you are not allowed to come in.The music sounded actually pretty decent. Nice and loud and they were playing a good mix. But absolutely ridiculous dress code. Of all things, the shoes?Definitely a story I’ll be able to tell for years and years.

So a promoter named biurk Tihtina. Likes to leave people he brings to the club. If this guy is ever promoting, wouldnt recommend partying with him. I remember hifi being the spot a couple of years ago. I went this weekend and can we talk about the prices!!! Ok 7 pink lemonade shots for $130!! The fees and rise in price for each drinkIs absolutely absurd. We then went to cake nightclub and the prices were surprisingly lower. Save your money!

Went to a Realtor Christmas Party that was held there.We had a good time.Need to come back and check it out when it is not a Private Party.

The atmosphere of this venue is so fun and welcoming! From the awesome bartenders, servers and the management, everyone at this establishment makes you feel like family. If you are from out of town, this is definitely the hottest spot to go on a Thursday-Monday.

Bar none, the best night club, day drinking spot, and place to watch games!!! I love this place. Their food is amazing, happy hour specials are the best in old town, and the bottle service is prime! I always bring my friends in, whether it’s a birthday party, bachelor/bachelorette party or just out to have a good time and grab a couple drinks. Definitely come check this place out if you’re out in Old Town!!

My friends and came out for my birthday hoping to get a table with bottle service and have a great time. We got a table with 2 bottles and everything went well until they handed us the bill. After paying 800$ with full drinks at the table they asked us to go to a different part of the bar so they could re-sell the table. Once we tried to explain we still had drinks, security forcibly removed a friend of mine that paid simply because he refused to leave the table. Security proceeded to drag him outside and restrained him on the ground until the police arrived. When the police arrived they didn’t see an issue and said go have fun there are plenty of other bars to go to. This put a damper on my birthday and I will never return. The way my friend was treated by security/management was completely unacceptable and in humane. None of us will ever return and will recommend to others to go to one of the many other establishments in the area.

Do not go to this place they will rate you by your shoes... THEY WILL DISCRIMINATE AGAINST YOU! We were denied access because of my husbands Nike Air Max 97 but they would allow Vans and cheap Zara shoes worn by the people behind us. I proceeded to look online at their website only to find that no dress code at all that was enforced. As a colored woman I urge you not to go to this place!

Big screen for the big games, great dj and loud weekend atmosphere great spot for bachelor/bachelorette party. Serves food late too, visited twice during our week trip. Got there around 9-10pm and didnt have an issue getting seated. But there was a long line later so get there early! All staff was friendly.

Was supposed to Spend $700 for a table... After an hour, the bouncer tried kicking me out because I stood up (the have covid rules where you can even stand up for 1 second in a booth) ... He said if I didnt pay him $35 he would kick me out... He then came back and said I didnt pay him enough money and said he going to kick me out if I dont pay him $50... I never got a chance to sign the tab and my came out to be $950. At the end of the night manager Dan Young I think was his name.. gave me his number and told me he would the care of it in the morning. He never answered any of my calls or text... Super shady place. I guess its mandatory to tip the bouncers too

Hawks fan welcome?Had my hawks gear on, saw U of I banners flying. Bouncer kid told me he felt sorry for me because I am a Hawkeye when I walked in.Cool concept, was excited to see IA represented in the desert.. disappointed by staff.Ill vote elsewhere with my dollars.

Definitely my favorite place in old town. Both day and night, the environment is so fun. Been there during their game days and the atmosphere was great, everyone was drinking and having a great time, not to mention the food is amazing! The night life is also worth checking out, best music definitely!

Listen to the reviews !! Place is openly racist. I used to hear stories but was doubtful, and experienced it myself at this very club . If you’re a black male they will discriminate . I don’t know about black women but men be cautious trying to get in here. Just trust me.

Easter Sunday and Majerles was closed ; which is why we ended up here. It was about 1pm since we didnt want to be too late for the Golden State game (1230p start of game). It took 15 min before a server FINALLY came to our table... even though both a male and female bartender clearly saw us as we were constantly in their line of sight.. I was annoyed since the place was not busy at all. Okay... I let it go since the game was on... no sound (and my guy hates a scene) but we could read the screen. Our waitress sucked as did every other person on staff... the bartenders were CONSTANTLY on their phones... and then I saw the lady put down her phone to pour a draft and squeeze a lime in it!!! Unless youre only opening and pouring drinks and never need to touch the liquid then you NEED to wash your hands. I ordered a bud light draft so no hands inside the glass involved (cleaning of said glass still very questionable).. but after she poured it, it still took 12 min to make it to our table from the waitress (remember line of sight). So, to make a much needed longer story short... our wings sucked. The buffalo flavor is decent.. please NEVER order the honey jalapeno (zero flavor and no spice). Oh.. and she forgot our fries (she said the kitchen forgot).. we got them 5 min after the wings. Maybe this place is used to slightly inebriated/drunk people that could care less about actual service. We were here 45 min and I left PISSED! I definitely wont be back. Security was okay because they did the job description. Analyze and retrain the bar/wait staff. Very disappointed and I will not be back.

Bartender doesnt seem to know anything about beer. She brought me the wrong beer. She doesnt understand customer service at all. My buddy and I ordered the same food; his arrived 15 minutes after mine. She said, Sorry, our service isnt very good. Food was less than impressive. $9 beers when the bar next door charges $6 for the same beer.

I wouldnt go near this place! 0 stars! My husband and I were trying to enjoy our first night out bartenders are rude. I ordered 2 simple drinks and she brought the wrong ones then got an attitude. My best friend and her date joined us. Next thing I know my husband is being tossed onto the ground by security for no reason! Discrimination? Maybe Ive heard allegations but I give people the benefit. They wouldnt let me record video just kept shining their flashlight at my phone. They grabbed my arms even though I was calm and asking why. All they said was I dont know Im just doing my job. Soon as the cops came they hurried and let my husband up. No explanation as to why they treated him that way. No arguments occurred no fights just simple drinks and conversation. They never apologized for acting out of control. They mocked me as I was scared for him and had my husband pinned to the ground. They checked him (assuming for a weapon) he had nothing. All this time Im still wondering why they did that to my husband.

It’s a good place to start off the night but not continuously end the night. The one security guard with the curly mullet doesn’t work, but will attend to friend for hours. Had a good night with the group I was with, don’t get blacked out wasted here.

Could be a really cool spot if the staff was friendlier. Had one of the worst interactions with a staff member named Monica. She was so incredibly rude and I was shocked she was actually employed by the establishment. Ill never return or recommend this spot to anyone.

If you like going to a place that is practically empty minus a couple off-the-clock meat heads, this is the place for you! Another really cool thing about this gem is the fact that they distribute happy hour specials but dont actually recognize any of them-- evidently except ladys night on Fridays at least thats what I was told by the bartender but really who knows!...

This place is actually racist. However PLEASE UNDERSTAND hifi is owned by EEG which also owns casa amigo’s which also a couple years back got called out for having racist staff because their employee was found on twitter explaining how he wishes he could own black people. PLEASE UNDERSTAND all of the oldtown club owners are on the same page with these policies.

Horrible service from the manager and bouncers. After paying for table service they tried to move us out to the patio so they could resell the table. We talked them into letting us stay at a different table inside but then they kicked out so they could resell the table. We did nothing wrong, in fact one bouncer told me we were the best table he had ever had and that we were even very nice. If I could give less than one star I would.

Trying to get in at night and the bouncer told me I couldn’t get in because I didn’t have belt loops? Then he asked me to bribe him and give him $20 then he would let me in. Weird.

They don’t care about young women’s well being. They kicked out a young woman trying to pull up her pants and button her body suit, and when I asked if said young woman was ok, security said “I don’t care, she probably went out the back” and I couldn’t find her afterwards. She was by herself and the staff of this establishment was really inconsistent.

Cant say Ive been to too many places like this, but a very fun time. Dress code enforced. No Jordans or air force ones and no sweats of any kind. They got me on the Jordans. Had to change and come back. Kinda annoying.

Came in on a Monday night to watch a Football game and I was thoroughly impressed. Not only was it a great atmosphere for the game, but the food was amazing. The servers were quick and attentive, and the overrall service was outstanding. Great place for any sort of occasion

Hifi is by far one of the best and well rounded bars on the block, from their staff to the environment that is offered is so much fun! Anytime Im here I always have a fun time and my friends love it. The staff constantly makes me want to come back which is a huge plus!

I love this spot, great food and staff. They have big screen TVs placed strategically so that you can always catch sports anywhere you are in the place.I love the all you care to drink Mimosas and Bloody Marys in the late morning and early afternoon.Its sits on a busy corner in Old Town Scottsdale with outdoor booths so you get to see other bar hoppers as they head from one place to another.

The bar was clean, the drinks were good and the music was even better. Definitely a spot to come dance at if you like house music.

I ordered a Black Russian and the bartender said she doesnt have milk. I said that is good because it is just vodka and Kahlua. She said she didnt know how to make it 😂. So I said make me a dirty martini on the rocks. She use SWEET vermouth in a dirty martini and said she doesnt have any olives. If you just want to order a red bull vodka, this is the place for you

I watched the bouncers pocket hundreds if not thousands of dollars an hour letting people cut the line, only to finally get in after an hour to buy 15$ drinks in an insanely overcrowded bar. They were telling people $20 for dudes $10 for girls to cut the line.

We ordered food and ended up getting charged for more than what we ordered and had extra food added to the bill and we didn’t even get what we ordered... zero reviews if possible. We then got asked to leave as the table we were at was booked for a group who paid $1000 for it. Tried to figure out the bill and they got upset when we tried to correct it! 👎

Lost our card. Manager kicked my wife and Out while just questioning how this could have happened after sitting 4 feet from where they hold them.then telling us just to order a new one. One of my friends was wanting some water due to the heat. I went to get some for her and the bartender told me they wouldn’t waste their time on me. I had already tipped on a water earlier so it wasn’t like she was doing it for free either. Almost like it wasn’t over a hundred degrees out and humid.

This place used to be really good! However, their dance floor is non existent and I payed 4 different prices for the exact same drink. Seems kind of fishy that their bartenders charge whatever they want for watered down vodka sodas.

This is one of the best clubs in Oldtown. They play the latest beats and the club layout is by far better then all the other clubs around. If you are in Oldtown and want to dance your ass off like no-one is watching, this is the place.

My wife was using the bathroom, and I was approached by bouncers. They told me I was sleeping. I was not sleeping, I was waiting for my wife to return so we could leave. They literally picked me up and carried me out. At least they didnt throw me. Lol. 100% avoid this place.

I lost a very important ring there over the weekend. I searched high and low and still couldn’t find it. It’s a very sentimental meaningful ring. Douchebag bouncers who kicked us out for questioning their methods of taking our stools from us we were sitting on. Supposedly it turns into a night club at a certain time of night so it’s okay to steal chairs from paying customers??From what we were told the night managers name was TJ Johnston and the bouncers name was Salazar. Visitor beware this place is very shady.

I had my bachelorette party in Scottsdale and easily the best night of the weekend was spent at Hifi! Jon Hardwick was an amazing host and provided exceptional service. Everytime I visit Scottsdale I always make sure to go to Hifi. Hifi is so fun, lively, and plays the best jams. I can’t reccomend it enough! Hifi is a must for an unforgettable night out on your bachelorette party!

HiFi Kitchen and Cocktails is such an amazing place to either grab some amazing food and watch the latest game, or to pop off with some friends at night during the club scene. Everyone treats each other like family and makes your experience nothing short of amazing every time.

Great atmosphere! I love how they have party busses from Tempe to old town Scottsdale, straight to hifi every weekend! Its very convenient & way cheaper than an uber. Each time I go to hifi my friends and I always have a great time and all the DJs play awesome music. Its one of the best bars in Scottsdale, hands down!

I dont know if its like this every night, but the night we went it was crazy awesome! Glowing lights, black lights, live DJ, hot girls in some kind of skimpy bunny uniforms, cobwebs, glowing drinks, just a rockin atmosphere!

They have a black people limit…once its to many colored people they start a dress code! Food is trash and cold…I don’t recommend this place for black people or anybody for that matter!

Hi Fi Kitchen & Cocktails is by far the best bar in Scottsdale! The bar always has high energy and great music. For lunch or dinner, I recommend the chicken fingers! YUM!

Food took 1 hour to come out then when it finally did come out salad had a hair in it. When we confronted the waiter they accused us of putting the hair in the food. I would give less then one star if I could.
