Me, my man, bro and his girl drove out there this weekend just so we can go to OZ and it was LIT. We went July 27th and just so happen I think it was the dj birthday or something. Everyone was there to have a good time. Couple girls got to arguing and security quickly stepped in. ⛽️ 💨 was in the air. Music was 🔥 Close at 6am

So I came to St. Louis for a pageant for the weekend. And me and my sister and some friends decided to go to Oz. To be our first night there let me tell u it was horrible, a fight was about to break out and the bouncers broke it up and threw the group of girls on the floor. Then what pissed me off was I was recording the fight and how the men bouncers was man handling the group of girls and while I was doin that a bouncer came from behind me a snatched my phone and threw it clear across the room and told us to get out like I was involved in the fight which i wasnt. He didnt care if he broke my phone or not. I was standing on the sideline like everybody else. Its was people arguing in the Bathrooms(dirty). To be coming from out of town to come visit this night club for the first....Yea it was a mess foreal....I did not have a good experience and I will not be coming back or recommend any of my family or friends. Also I think they over charge people at the door. And 1 last thing be careful when using your debit card because the bartender over charged my card so bring cash.

Honestly everything else but the weed was great, should have spaces for weed free for those who need to detox after nearly greening out

If youre tryna have a raunchy good time the Oz will not disappoint.

The place was extremely packed on a Saturday night which was a good thing to me. It was $20 to get it which is kinda pricey. The FIRST thing you notice when you walk in is the HEAVY smoke fumes. Weed and cigarettes mixed with a chemical smell. It was so strong my nose and eyes started burning and watering instantly. That alone made me never want to return. Also, they have extremely bright flashing lights which can give you a headache after a while. At the bar, they have to charge your card $25 no matter how much your drink(s) are but they’ll give you change. I was scammed. I only got two shots of vodka and they charged my card $50 and only gave me $15 in change. At the time I was already pretty tipsy so I just stuffed the cash in my wallet without counting. So USE CASH. The bartenders are scamming people. There’s a dance floor in the middle and it’s surrounded with 2 different bars and tables. However, everyone was literally just standing around watching the next person. Even on the dance floor. It was only a few girls twerking but other than that nobody was dancing. Just watching. Overall, I would rather stay home or play bingo at an old folks home than spend my night here.

Its use to be cool back in the day. Its unsafe there now. I went there August 14, 2016 and something happened in the club that I had no part of and I was the only one who got hurt. I dont know exactly what hit me, but all I know is I was pushed back and I get something hit my leg. I looked down and meat was budging out. My friend walked me to the front and the ambulance was called. While I was waiting at the front, one of the white security guards was telling my friend to take me outside and wait. Im like really? So an officer came in and said to stay where I was at. I guess this officer is always at this club for when things happen. A black guy took pictures and said it was for records. So the black guy goes to the back and white guard was still trying to put me out the club and I asked if they had insurance to cover hospital bills and he said no we dont do that. I said well the black guard did you guys do. And he tells me, oh Im about to fire him for lying to you. Im like really? So the next day, I go to get a police report and they have none of this on file. Smh. The closest thing they had on file around that time was a drunk woman at the entrance being loud. Which was of course not me. Thats alright. Because Im at my lawyers office as I speak....

Just a place to pregame before pops or the stripclub. Crowd too young for my liking.

FRIDAY WAS $5SATURDAY $15 AFTER 1AMHad a great time. Club was packed and lit. It is very spacious and is very accomdating for sitting. I would say it caters to the hip hop culture. Their playing all your current hip hop hits. Its going to be some ratchet women, its going to be some ninjas, but when Im in the club this is the music I want to hear. Keep your head on swivel, use cash, and just be cool. When its time to go dont be fooling around. Oh, and dont forget a gas mask.

White bald headed guy was hostile threatening me with cops and dogs searching my car over a legal plant remind you majority of the ppl had this legal plant in the establishment. I will be taking them to court for harassment. I barely go here and this is why, unprofessional.

I only went once last year because it was 3am, they were still open and my friends were bored.Ordered two long islands — I had no issues from the bartender.DJ wasn’t that good but you don’t care when you’re drunk.Come here for a good laugh.

I’ve been coming here for years and the vibe was always smooth. Apparently they hired a new racist bartender. Me and my friends waited 45 minutes in front of bartender trying to get a drink and was never waited on he continued to take white customers ahead of me. I spoke to club owner and he completely down played how I felt

This place has great music but trashy and rachet people. There is minimum of 25$ on a credit/debit card which is pretty ridiculous. Got kicked out of the club after some random girl hit my friend for nothing. Security kicked us out after we didnt do anything. They refused to listen and just continued to tell us to leave. I would advise to just watch yourself here.

I use my bank card on a $5 beer and the bartender stole money. When I called them the manager told me we run your card for $25 at the bar and the bartender is suppose to hand you the cash back so you dont have to keep swiping your card. Well the bartender never handed me any money back. And the manger have yet to call me back to say anything. So do not pay with bank cards or credit cards there they steal because the bartender is not going to tell you they owe you money. Bad business

Never buy a drink there unless you use strictly cash. I bought one shot using my debit card and the bartender said it was $6 and then two days later when I checked my debit history it showed they charged my card $25! They are low down, unprofessional and money hungry there it makes no sense at all

The women are fake, the dress code for men is overbearing unless the bouncers know you, and the atmosphere can get pretty wild though. If you grew up in the hood or north county, you might see a lot of people you went to highschool with which makes this not the best place to meet new people. One time, my pants were up to my belly button with a belt on and they said that because they could see my underwear near the lining of my pants, they couldnt let me in. This place is sexist, and fake. lol

So I went to the club one night and this guy grabs my butt and wen I go off on him he throw a drink in my face then a security guard comes over and uses uncessary force on me slams me into floor and constantly banging my head on the ground until I faint the last thing i remember is calling my sons name. When I woke up I was in the hospital blood over my face and my face swollen but u know what thank Jesus for being alive. I would not recommend going to that place becuz I couldnt recognize who the man was so theres a chance that the security guard might still be there

Dress in whatever you feel comfortable in. Definitely dont need to be Gucci down to the socks, not a club to wear all white too. Hood club usually a safe scene

My son was robbed 02/07 and attacked by 6 people inside the club. He reported the incident while the attackers were still there to the bouncer that didnt bother to call the police for grand theft, hat specialized ... bday gift... brand new iphone now tracking north skinker. I would speak to the mgr but no one will answer the phone. Next step.... police report... next step attorney. Also served alcohol, he is 17. So clean up your act OZ ... you dont even want to mess with me. Im going to be the new owner soon.

THE OZ! It used to be a great disco-dance rock nightclub during the 1982-1985 period. Excellent in house dj back then, doing great mixes, big video screens, big dance floor, very good service and low prices. Nowdays... I have no idea....

OK this clubas they call it was wack as hell!!! The bouncer and one of the people there pushed me really hard an when I pushed back. They kicked me out! Wtf? Anyway I almost went to jail for this! Wouldnt recommend to a dog much less a friend! An there music was horrible! Mostly weird people there anyway! But Im not from here so I guess its pretty normal for St.Luis clubs.. one room, one floor ,wack music ,..n not much fun!

The Oz is terrible. They have a strict dresscode. The prize is $15 which is ridiculous. All the females are golddiggers. I have yet to have fun anytime I went. I do not recommend this club. the females are mostly ratchet. Alot of the guys are suspect.

This club is cool at times but last note the bartender was really rude..he throw ice at my cousin because she more ice n said i work for tips...the bouncers are no help..these ppl need to learn to deal with ppl. They always calling the police for wat reason I think because they know they r wrong for what they be doing....

Visit town and went here. Best night club Ive been to so far. Definitely will be going back. Best part, they stay open longer.

Didnt like it here went with 4 of my cousins and it was to packed and I dnt like crowds thats why it get 2 stars and it wasnt any beautiful womens their..But I did like the lil gas station in the parking lot that still sold beers and when over here they stop selling beer and liquor at 1 35 am

Dr Reece is a Horrible DJ. Hes definitely out of touch with what songs people actually dance to. Keep the techno bs.

Great vibe, I went for a hip hop show, it was lit, drinks, blunts and good times. It all goes down at the OZ!!

Great place not so great of a neighborhoodThe only issue Ive ever had was a guy in the club and his friends gave me issues and followed me into the parking lot.

Always the after-party in StL at 2am when everything closes on the Missouri side. Dont be a douche & you wont have issues.

The security guys stole my purse nd denied it....the so called manager supported them....nope never going there Ill party in Champaign and chicago

This place smells like smoke and ass, and is kind of ratchet. But sometimes you need a little ratchet in your life.
