Just bought some caps from this location and the male store clerk was rude and once in my car he went to the entrance and looked very carefully at the plates on my car to which I got off my car and entered the store and asked if there was a problem and the guy said i liked your car , those actions should not be done , first time something happened that left me with a bad tatse of mouth dude was rude

Left a life time shoper at vape city shocked at the Custer service I received today starting not from the employee but management... thanks a lot vape city time to go to 9 tails smoke shop

Bought 2 products from this store one of the carts looked used I drove 20 mins back just for them to tell me they won’t replace it. This store has very bad customer service they didn’t even check the product was full before selling me it not going back here again

New girl there on morning shift is so helpful and nice never had a problem with her shes so nice her custome service is the best 💯

I went in to buy some 18650 batteries and they tried to tell me they were $54 for both when I know they sell for 12 each. I talked it over with the girl at the counter and she get it down to the right price.

The employee was super helpful and even though my favorite flavor wasn’t there I got to try some new stuff which all turned out really good

After 6+ years my mode gave out . And I bought a new one and young lady helped me out very courteous .and & great service 👍 Do recomend .fantastic service.

Don’t usually review places like this but the person working there was so helpful and patient with me, I didn’t catch his name but he helped me pick a vape, was informative, and listened to my concerns. Happy with my purchase. Definitely recommend this place.

It’s rare to get a dud vape here. And if you do they are kind to you about it. As for the staff Shelby is usually the friendly face I see when I visit for my weekly purchases. She is knowledgeable. Always knows how to get me to try a new product on top of what I already buy. And has great customer service. 10/10

Late night emergencies go see Louie and Juan at the vape city in Edinburg. They got awesome selections clean store well lit inside. Theyre knowledge and support helpful in a pinch. 24/7 service 24/7 life savers.

I visited on Dec 3 at 8:30PM and was greeted by Angela. She was friendly, knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. With her assistance I was able to find my new favorite vape flavor and I am very happy with my purchase! I got the Space Max - Blueberry Raspberry disposable vape. I highly reccomend this store to anyone for all of their vaping needs!

Bought 3 esco bars in a row and all were turning off and tasted burned and used .. also bought several other vapes and had the same issue. Clerks are always in a mood (rude or mad) and prices are always changing and over priced. Dont waste your time or money here.

Everyone is very nice and their selection is pretty good but their policy to not give pricing over the phone is ludicrous. They are forcing you to drive to the location to get pricing.

Great service helped me out real quick in getting what I needed. Individual at front desk knows what he’s talking about and isn’t lost like some of the other smoke shops I’ve been to. They were able to get me what i needed and helped me choose out a good E -Juice to my liking.

Friendly staff, open 24 hours which is amazing for a vape store. They carry everything a smoke shop should, have mostly knowledgeable staff, but everyones preferences are different. They also are great at resolving issues quickly and amicably.

The dude working here overnight is a G! My guy marketed better coils by showing we had the same tank, & UGH. The $8.99 coils really hit with the Cerbie tank. Juice is regular $30 price tho, & they dont carry tanks by themselves, so I was really misled with the store name but, still great. My new favorite in town spot next to Monkey House.

Customer service is excellent! I had a default product and they allowed me to exchange it for a better product. Extremely satisfied. 😌

Vape city does NOT give prices over the phone. Ive been there several times recently to compare prices in person. I can tell you without a doubt, they do not give prices over the phone because they cannot match other competitors cheap prices.

I like it that it is open 24hrs but the employees have no knowledge of anything about vaping. Anything I ask them they go huh. I went to the store in University for some Pods did not have the model I need in stock. The guy sends me to the other store and before I went had told me the juice I was looking they should have it in stock. Well they did not. So now I have to go back to the store where they did not have the pod to buy the juice. Might give up going to this stores.

Came into the shop looking for a rig and some juice and came out with a whole bunch of knowledge on top of it.Gilma was amazing, she treated me like I was family, showed me the ins and outs of my rig and how to make the most of it. I’m gonna make this my go-to shop for anything vape related!
