Tex Mex Gentlemens Club

It’s been a long time since, I have visited my old hunting grounds. I used to be a regular at Tex Mex Strip Club, when it became a Gentlemen’s Club..Back then it had very little competition for staff and ladies (dancers/ strippers, entertainers), waitresses, D.Js, and managers. And the owner was seen quite often. Cover, for now a days, was a bargain. But if they would have asked me for more, I would have to ask for a refund. No charge for parking. The club opened at 3 PM, after I ate elsewhere, remembering Tex Mex grill has a limited choice on the menu. I arrived at 5 PM. The club has changed, to say the least. The owner was no where in sight, at least until 6 pm.I was told by one of the girls that he was the owner. He didn’t look like Roy.He didn’t stick around. Sat at the bar, where someone one previously left the reminace of lime on the bar. The bartender took my order for a Markers Mark whiskey sour. I did not watch him make it, but, He put the drink in a tall Collin’s glass without a garnish. There were 2 or three customers at the bar and 2-3 tables filled with 2-4 patrons. There were 3-4 waitresses, but no uniform. Which I find unprofessional, they did not greet and sit the patrons. This is the first step in a club making money. I noticed no beer taps. None of the popular draws of beer. A sweet heart of a young lady sat down and we struck up a conversation. She was from out of town, trying to make money for college. It was her third day at the club. She said she would have to bone up on her Spanish, because there was a lot of Spanish being spoken by patrons and other dancers there. I bought her a drink, she asked me a couple of times, if she could give me dance. I declined politely. A lot of the ladies working there as dancers, showed a need to reevaluate themselves physically for the job they have chosen. Too each is own, but, overall the group of ladies there on stage was rated about 2 stars. The one San Antonio lady, great personality, a good looking blonde (who I met just before I left at 7:55 pm, never saw her dance, late arrival) and another that I bought a drink for that was friendly, and agreed with me that the show was really lacking. I was there three hours. The bartender never checked my drink, or asked how I liked it. The music being played was for a Bar not a Strip/Gentlemen’s Club (slow music, listening music and rap music). For 3 hours I sat at A bar that was uncomfortable, with a drink that I would not finish (because it tasted unacceptable). There was really no show. The DJ and or Manager are either blind or incompetent to see what was going on. they are settling for being a Border Strip Club.The drink was bad, the ladies need improvement, the DJ should be fired or put on probation because the show wasn’t. The girls are running the club. It certainly isn’t the owner or manager. Gave the rating of 3 stars for old times sake, don’t understand how anyone makes good money there. I didn’t stay, decided to end my suffering, went to Stilettos, another of my old hunting grounds. Happy Birthday?

We as guys need to stop going to places like that not only that’s everything there is one big scam but also … we give more Power for woman to do that they doing nothing and getting money for nothing one day can be your girlfriend or your wife so let’s stop it… Squeezing up the money is the game and And all proud doing that to us …

Paid $10 to enter, were seated and ordered our drinks. After giving $20 for two $7.00 beers,were told that we had pay $7.00 for PARKING. Said we would like to take this up with management. There arent any signs saying to pay for parking. Waited 20 minutes, waitress didnt bring back our change so we left. What a scam! Oh, for good measure the dancers are a bit on the plus size.

Very attentive servers. There wasnt a time through the night when I had to go to the bar for a drink.As far as entertainment...... They literally have performers for any taste. Obviously, youre close to the border, so know tex mex. No pictures of the interior atm due to it being Busy! (Friday)

Pretty decent lounge overall. Lots of TVs. Low cover. $8 bourbon pours. Good bartenders, I had a tab open all night and there were no irregularities with the bill. Some of the chairs need to be cleaned up and would like to see more alcohol options. I’d definitely watch a game here.

Had to go to bar and ask for another bucket.30.min no beer. Songs are cut short.I wa in private room 5 min. 60 dollars 3 songs.I complained to.manager avout waitress dude didnt care. I can tell from my experience.

What an awful experience the girls that dance here are horrendous I’ve seen my friends grandma dance a better beat than these stiff boards they call ladies and how am I supposed to get my Willy hard when there is a fat girl trying to seduce as if I’m the holder of the last pizza pocket. Truly unbelievable 😔

The entrance fee is $20 for 21 and younger. A private dance is also $20. A chelada is 6$ a pop. However its worth it. The women here are good looking, VERY FRIENDLY and the place is well furnished. All in all if you want to have a blast bring $100. Parking is good as well and the location is convinient. Just relax and enjoy the show.

Last time I went was my last. The female waiter kept pocketing all my change and would claim the beer price went up when it clearly states on their Facebook page that its happy hour. Would rather go to Xoticas than be robbed and lied to. And the females arent even that good looking.

First time there,never again,spoke to manager about how need ladys on stage,paid for parking,entrance and $21 for the beers to have nobody on stage, manager said have 25 girls dancing!! Where!!! No sorry or let me see what I can do! Never again and will let friends know waste of money!

Place isnt too shabby like anything else,you get what you pay for.Rather go to stilettos as the dancers are more appealing.i recommend you becareful with the workers there because they will take your money.i got a few dances from a Mariana and although completely wasted and sloppy still managed to charge me more than twice what i owed.it was embarrassing as she was inebriated and very persistent making a scene.woyldnt go back after this experience.

Girls were nice. DJ sucked needed to play much better music..same experience every time I come here. Need to play better strip club music.

When I first got the the ATM was magically down so I paid with my card which they were really pushing for me to keep my tab open super sketch not a big selection of girls just to go upstairs is 40 which you would think you get a dance but no 20 a dance is extra so i was told for a dance get down stairs to pay and its 25 a dance because I used my card then was told they would a cash advance on my card and Id have to pay 12.50 but I was saving 12.50 for the inconvenience of their ATM being down all in all drinks over priced service overpriced this was the first and last time Id ever go here please be careful who ever goes bring cash and if you have to use a card close your tabs this place was super sketch be safe everyone
