If you write a bad review about them, based on their behavior, they will respond by implying that you are intolerant of a language barrier rather than accept responsibility for how the information is provided, and how the customer is treated. A response to the owner: Language is not the issue. Taking responsibility, or choosing not to respond to a review, is best. Those are two available options. Id remind you of the apparent fluidity of the conversation the lady had with the other customer, at this walk in service, but I dont want to insult your intelligence and will only suggest you re-visit the review. Terrible customer service. For girls, anyway. Today, at about 5:30p, I walked in on some very low-volume conversation between the lady at the counter and some bald, mid- to late-forties, man in gym clothes. It’s a walk-in service. The lady stopped talking and told me they were busy and to come back. I replied that I would not be returning. They claim to not even speak English, maybe they can only whisper in English. I’ve been there twice. The first time some man practically stormed out of the reception area looking straight ahead, and he did Not look upset, at all. This place always gives the vibes of a sex parlor fronting as a legit business. I know they’ve already been investigated, and I see why.

I had a great massage here today! Really helped relieve my back and shoulder pain Ive had. The lady was very kind. A little bit of a language barrier but no big deal.

Got the 30 min body massage for $40 and asked specifically to focus on my upper body. The guy was really nice and gave a great massage - I felt really relaxed afterwards. Especially after they did that thing with the oil and hot towel.Just a few things to note :You pay for the service firstThey do include a little bit of the head massage, which I always find uncomfortable but request to skip it if youre like me !Otherwise good hours , good massage, good prices.

This place is fantastic, I got the combo massage and I felt amazing afterwards. I did like the fact that they were able to step on my back and relieve a lot of tension. The biggest takeaway was that I had no idea how great foot massages are. Ive been missing out. I legit went to sleep when they started getting deep into the foot massage. Only thing that I would have liked more was if they used oil for the massage but it was still a great experience and Ill most likely go again sometime

Went in for a 90 min massage and even called ahead by 2 hours. Only ended up getting a 70 minute massage and they demanded at tip at the end. How do you cut into someone’s massage time by 20 minutes and then demand a tip at the end?!Don’t go here!!! Find another place that’s honest about the actual massage time and doesn’t demand a tip, like that’s not enough give me more? Uhhh no!

I received a flyer from Super Spa and decided to give it a try. Glad that they have Spanish translation on it so it makes us easier to understand the benefit of massage. I tried the combo massage which has foot massage and body massage in an hour. They are very professional and the place is clean and relaxing. Recommend it!

Cash only. The massage was decent, I felt refreshed. But at the end she didnt like the amount of tip I offered (20%) and demanded double (40%) the amount. I had planned on returning but after that I will not.
