Massage Spring

Excellent service. I went to this massage parlor after receiving bad customer service at another local massage parlor, on Ocotillo Dr. It was a relief to be received politely, and courteously, despite the presence of a language barrier. In addition to the ladys polite demeanor, she even used a translation tool on her phone to communicate with me. The massage was excellent and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this location.

Stopped by as a walk-in. No level of decor, felt dirty immediately. Giant empty fish tank just sitting in their seating area. The woman working approached me and spoke no English, had no idea what I was saying when I asked if they had availability right then. She just kept pointing to their sign that showed their charges. Really awkward encounter and uncomfortable place. I had to walk out.

This place is amazing. I got a 60 min. foot and body massage this afternoon, the lady found all my knots and fix it out. I am feeling so much better now. High recommend this place if you want to get a real and professional massage.

I left half way through. Pretty much the short lady with orange hair lathered me with lotion and pat me down and moisturized my back. When i asked her to go deeper she became bothered and exclaimed, I KNOW. She didnt. Pretty much was just rubbing my back...I asked 25 minutes in after thinking she was just getting started but really nearing the 30 min part of my 60-minute combo . Im glad I didnt pay a tip like she insisted. At the beginning , it was at $15 tip for a $56 massage, which was unlike any massage Ive ever had. I just needed a quick massage to relieve neck and shoulder tension. I went back and asked for half my money back at least.

I really hate to do this, because I like to support small businesses. But I feel I should warn customers. The lady who does “Thai” massage clearly has no training and is not giving a real Thai massage. She started to use oils 10 minutes into the massage, and was not doing any of the usual techniques in a Thai massage. Fortunately, they gave me a refund. But really, this was a waste of time. Also, she demanded payment before the massage, which is very uncommon. And now I see why!

Great hidden massage spot ! Cant beat the price. My coworker and I actually got massages here by accident. We were looking for somewhere to use the bathroom and this was the only place that would let us. Afterwards the lady asked if we would like to try massages and we quickly glanced at the price list. $60 for one hour whole body massage was really amazing. The service was excellent. By the way, they give you a reward card for a free massage after getting ten.

This place is great and you can not beat the prices. The room is clean and quiet, and the staff is friendly. I had one hour massage included hot stone. The hot stone was an added bonus. If you do 90 minutes, the hot stone is free. I didnt get the ladys name, she used hot stone which wasnt as horrible as I expected. I seriously felt great afterwards. It was wonderful and I will definitely go back.

Awesome massage place! I am never disappointed. Have done several whole body massage, and every time came out feeling much relaxed. Very friendly staffs. Will definitely come back again !

First of and what really matters in this review is that the massage was AMAZING!!! They give you a full hour head to toe massage! I really liked that the lady focused on my lower back and neck knots. The price is super reasonable, especially compared to other places in the area. Additionally, the place is clean!About the comments about the tip and the language barrier from other people writing reviews here, I feel those comments/ratings shouldn’t even be acknowledged! Tips are optional, no one forced me to give a tip but I will gladly do so every time. Maybe the person felt hostility towards a sign that suggest a tip amount but it’s pretty friendly an reasonable in my opinion. I always like to tip for services!Finally, the fact that the lady didn’t speak much English did not bother me at all because I’m not going there to talk LOL!!!Overall, I recommend this place to my friends and family.

Dont go here if you have any neck issues. The table had no adjustment for neck. I had to quit massage to go throw up. I was so dizzy & nausea from table & poor girl spoke no English. She was sweet & helped to to bathroom. Definitely couldnt recommend.

This was my very first massage in my whole life so as this being my first experience I had high expectations. The lady was really rough like ouch it hurt more than I felt good. I felt bad saying anything cause it was my first one so wasn’t sure if it was normal and I was being weak. I am now home and my back hurts so bad and is so sore from her digging her elbow into me.

I went to get that 29$ foot reflexology and ended up leaving paying 40$. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful but the ladies did not speak or understand English so it was a little difficult to communicate. The massage was okay, the oils they used smelt very good.At the end when the massage was over, the lady left the room. As I walked to the front she showed me a small paper saying to leave a MINIMUM 10$ TIP if the massage was good. I was caught off guard, and felt forced to give a tip.

Great massage. No waiting. Pleasant staff. I have never had hot stone massage before and would highly recommend.

I’m from out of town and my low back was bothering me. My massage therapist worked in the knot and rubbed it out. I feel so much more relaxed. I will come here every time I’m in town.

My niece and I thoroughly enjoyed our massages. Open your mind, as their approach is a little non traditional but we both left feeling relaxed and less tense.

Had an appointment at 10 am. Showed up on time and we were greeted by an Older Chinese lady, she seemed very friendly but unfortunately she didnt speak a single word of English so we were unable to confirm our appointment with her. We looked like two monkeys trying to communicate. LOL. Sadly, we walked out. If this business wants to flourish, hire someone that speaks English and Spanish.

Horrible. They couldnt speak English. Then didnt do the service I want. I asked for a combo, she did a full body massage, then charged me $10 to add my feet. Then demanded a tip. I walked out. I had betted!!!

Nothing special. Based on the reviews I was expecting actual massage techniques.Twice the masseuse stopped to answer her phone. Unprofessional and inconsiderate.No intentions on returning.

The attention was great and the reflexology was also great . I honestly do not care that they’re English is not good because the service was great . Besides u don’t need them to b speaking if they’re hands r doing a fantastic job which is what I went for ...

She kept answering telephone and other “client” who walked in although she was actually looking for the nail salon. Not the massage. Also didn’t use all 60 minutes. She was short about 10 mins and still asking for tips.
