What an amazing experience! We were greeted by Victoria. She immediately made my husband and I feel very welcome. I was amazed at how soothing the ambiance is. The spa is beautiful, and it smells delicious. It gives a very warm feeling, soft music and lights. Great way to start feeling relaxed. Once we changed, we went to the waiting room and enjoyed some mimosas made with orange juice and cherry. Mmm, they were so good. I had never had them with that combination. My husbands masseuse was Ana, and mine was Adrian. I can honestly say that this has been the best message I have ever had. Its very obvious the knowledge and experience Adrian has. Outstanding! Overall, the customer service, the ambiance, and the massage, not to mention the establishment, was off the charts. I definitely recommend them.

We took advantage of their Valentines Day special & it was incredible. The manager went above & beyond to accommodate us & work with our schedules. Even before we showed up their customer service was excellent. We got a couples Swedish massage & organic facial. The place is nice, we filled out our paper work & changed out of our clothes into a robe & sandals. We went to a waiting room where we enjoyed mimosas & sparkling wine. The massage was very relaxing we both enjoyed them very much. They walked us back to the waiting room as they prepared for our facial. This was my husband first facial & he loved the extraction process. He has great skin, and was shocked to find he even needed extractions. My husband insists his skin has never looked better & asked me to book another facial. Overall excellent experience, customer service, staff, attention to detail, massages, facials and place/location 5 stars :)

I do not give these 5 stars lightly. This was a great experience from start to finish. From the greeting on my way in to the relax room all the way to the massage room. I love the idea of relaxing before heading into the massage. Love the robe and sandals as well. Just a great experience over all, Chris was amazing. Best Spa experience I ever had. I was greeted by front staff like I was a regular visitor. I was told by many people I should check this location out and best in town. So I did today and I didn’t regret anything about my visit today. I will be back and will be telling family and friends about my experience today. Thank you very much Mrs. Goss and staff. I see why your location is highly rumored around town.

Ordered a gift card. Now, 21 days later, it still hasn’t arrived. The first time I called they told me they gonna send me a shipping number as soon as it gets shipped. The second time I called, 7 days after the first call, they told me they think it got shipped but they don’t ever provide a shipping number. Now, 21 days later, I finally got the tracking number, pulled it up and can see that they initially needed 9 days to even drop it off at USPS!! I would not recommend buying a gift card or anything from here. I am happy I don’t have to go there myself, ever. I am so frustrated with this place.Edited to add: they never shipped it in the end and my friend had to pick it up. They kept the $$ I paid for shipping anyways.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life pertaining to a business! 0 stars if I could. I was gifted a gift card from a friend worth $250 on Christmas, went to use it today March 3 (only 3 months later) had my massage and when it was time to pay, they said the gift card was expired that it only was good for 2 months! I said how was I supposed to know that it was a gift? They said the person who bought it should’ve made you aware it expires in 2 months! So not only did they keep the money that my friend paid for on the card but then they charged me for the service so they made double the profit from myself and my friends money that is a robbery! The gift card itself did not have an expiration date on it for me to know there was expiration date this is ridiculous! I’ve never heard of a gift card expiring first of all and yet alone after 2 months! That’s crazy total rob will not be coming back, will not refer any friends

I would rate them higher had my first impression been much better. When I made the appointment, they told me to be there at least 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment so that I could enjoy the relaxing room beforehand.It was a cold day that day and I arrived early only to walk up to locked doors. I knocked, I called while standing out there waiting, only to get an answering machine saying it was closed. I left a voicemail to which they did not respond to. I walked back to my car and just waited until I finally saw a lady come out about 10 minutes later.It takes a lot for me to get a day off to get to do this kind of appointment so it was disappointing.I never even got an apology for that happening nor did I get to go to that relaxing room before my appointment because by the time I changed, the massage therapist was already there to take me to a room.The massage was very good though and I would recommend her. Her name is Lizbeth.She is a wonderful massage therapist and she is very nice and welcoming.The place is also very clean and looks very nice. I will give them another chance because ya lady that is a regular there was quite annoyed with some things that day also and she told me usually things run way better than that day.

I took my wife to this spa for our 9 year anniversary. We loved it. It took a while to find it when It came to the Google map but once we entered the front doors all of the noise and chaos outside just faded away. The ambiance of this place almost instantly aligns your positive energy. The staff is completely attentive, informed and quite warming. Whenever you finally book your appointment, make sure you get there early so you can relax in their relaxation waiting room while sipping on some wine. The sugar scrub is what I recommend first. With a great massage therapist completely detox your body. And if you have any questions or problems thier staff will be quick to solve any problem or questions you have. This was our first time, but we will make a new tradition for once every two months. Six time a year, they should have a membership club.

Wow is all there is to say.. My wife and I do not casually go to the spa but have gone 2 times now to woodhouse and let me tell you it is the most amazing place. Everything about this spa is 5 star. The details, the staff is amazing, the ambiance, and just the general idea that they stand behind. They were able to take my wife last week in their last hour for a pregnancy message and my wife came out of it glowing! The manager that was there that day had such a great personality and even let me sit there in the lobby and wait for my wife. I have been telling all of my firefighter co workers to splurge and take their wives and even themselves to be treated at the Woodhouse!

This was the first time that Ive been to this day spa. It is very resort style. It is designed to be a calm relaxing place, so it mostly quiet here, which is very nice. Its pricey, but worth it. Especially it youre the type of person that never gets the chance to conduct self care because youre so busy taking care of others. This place really takes care of you. The robes are very comfy. They dont have pockets so if you want to carry your phone, youll have to hold it depending on the service that you receive. I got the signature manicure and signature pedicure and it was wonderful. Julie took great care of my hands and feet. I had my phone next to me in the comfy chair. The chair was also a massage chair that heats up. Because customers spill their drinks sometimes, some of the chairs might not work. The chair I sat in worked. They only thing is, the changing area was very small. If you want privacy, youre going to change in the bathroom stall. If you dont mind changing in general locker room area, you might be okay. But theres going to be people coming in and out. There is a shower area, but it was closed at the time so I didnt see inside. Also, you might have to park in the parking ramp because parking is limited in the front. Overall, Im going back. This time with a friend.

The experience was just OK. I came for a maternity massage, gel manicure and pedicure. The relaxation room was full of people, the shower wasn’t working, and neither were the pedicure tubs (no bubbles). The bathroom/changing area wasn’t private—the door stays open the whole time and the lockers are right next to the door. Because of that, you have to change inside the restroom with the toilet. My massage was relaxing, and I have no complaints. The mani/pedi was the worst I’ve had. The gel color selection was not great, and I just decided to go with a buff and trim manicure. The nail tech cut my cuticles, cut/buffed my nails, and then cleaned them with acetone and called it a day. My cuticles and hands felt so dry, and I had to get my own cream from my bag afterwards. Overall, I wouldn’t return again. I much prefer Blush.

The Best without a doubt. The experience was great from when you walk in to the end. I had a deep tissue massage and it was excellent.

We are military and whenever we get stationed I find my new masseuse. This is my place and Adrienne is my person!! The establishment was classy, clean, and just so relaxing. Beautiful decor and amazing amenities. The staff are just wonderful and friendly. I don’t want to boast too much for Adrian because I want them for myself, but I have to say they are amazing!! Perfect pressure, very kind and professional. They really listened to what I needed and delivered. Already booked my next appointment.

Wasted over $400 only to be rushed and for the massage to be 45 minutes. Dont waste your time here. Go to float and calm or to massage envy instead

My husband surprised me with a gift certificate to the Woodhouse Spa for my birthday. The experience I had was simply the Garden of Eden. The professional and attentive staff was a breath of fresh air. We will definitely be going back!

I really had been needing a massage from stress at work So I decided to treat myself and finally get one. The massage was excellent I’ve never felt so relaxed and the staff was so friendly and attentive to detail. I can’t wait to come back to the peaceful environment.

Amber and Elia are great nail techs. They give awesome pedicures. Every time I come here, I feel so relaxed and thoroughly enjoy my time. The only thing I dislike is that you have to leave a credit card on file and every time we come, every month, we have to fill out a form, either online or in person, which really has nothing to do with our service because we only get pedis here.

Place is nice and comfy. Nice relaxation room. Massage/spa could have been better if focused more on the problem areas.

The first time I went I really enjoyed it, therefore I booked a second appointment. The day of my second appointment I woke up coughing, feverish, sneezing so I called them and let them know it’s best I reschedule for their safety. I didnt know what I had come down with. They said I had to show up or they would charge me a 25% fee because it was under the 24hr policy. I told them, I am sick, if i show up you are at risk of getting sick too. They didn’t care they said i had to show up with a mask on and once i was there my esthetician could refuse service and if she did Id still be charged 25%! I could not believe my ears, i could have COVID, flu or anything else. At this point they were risking my life and theirs and they still refused to reschedule me. So 1hr before my appointment they called back and said we decided to cancel your appointment because you are sick but we will still be charging you a 25% fee because it’s our policy. Apparently it’s a big corporation and thats how they do business. They have several complaints with BBB. They will not work with you and dont care to loose clients.

Bad experience at the El Paso Woodhouse. My daughter gave me a $200 gift card on July 2021. I didnt use it then because the pandemic was still hovering over us. I decided to use it this week. The clerk would not take my card because she said it had expired. I explained the card did not have an expiration date on it to which she explained that they didnt have them before but now they do and for the ones that didnt have them, the company would expire them after 3 years. She then realized i was still within the three years and she called the manager who proceeded to research the card and told me the funds had already been used elsewhere and the card was no longer valid. I had the card in my possession the whole time, how could someone else have used it? Heres the kicker, they still charged me a wanted to cancellation fee!!! Ive taken the next step which is to report them to BBB and while doing so, found their rating to be less than ideal. Beware, gift card might mean gift card for them

It is the best spa I have encountered. All the different types of treatments are all amazing. The shower does seem to be closed every time I am there, but I like to shower at home anyway. Comfy chairs, professional and knowledgeable people.

I have been here over 6 times in the last few years and this probably my last. The massage was great but the front desk experience was enough to ruin the massage I had just received.3 years ago my husband purchased a gift card for almost $400 for me to use here. Then shortly after the pandemic happened and I had a few babies and I didn’t get to use my gift card until last year and had half the balance left. Neither my husband or myself where made aware that the gift cards EXPIRE after a certain amount of time. He wasn’t told this when he purchased the card and I wasn’t made aware of this last year when I used half of it.The manager stated my card was expired that there was nothing they could do but just give me a 10% discount for my troubles but am additional manager needed to be called for this amazing deal (insert sarcasm here). I had $110 left, I didn’t a discount I wanted to use my gift card. After being very upset he offered to help and callIT.Long story short I got to use my gift card after only after showing how upset I was.Don’t buy gift cards from here!!!!The massages have always been great but after today I rather find a new place.

I ordered $200 bath robes from this spa. They never called to tell me they came in after waiting almost a year. They said the items would take a long time since they came from France. I have ordered furniture for my remodel from other countries that have come in already. I would go in about every month to check if the robes were in. No one seemed to know what I was talking about. When I finally called this week, they said they were in but never had a way to get a hold of me. Now they dont have a record of my payment because of switching systems. Overall very disappointed at how this was handled. I will not be spending my money here again.

A big thank you to all the ladies who work in the front. You made this easy for me to schedule my mother in law for a birthday surprise. A big thanks to Frank for giving her a deep tissue massage. She loved it. I recommend this place to everyone.

My friends treated me for my 40th and it was a great experience all around! The staff was awesome and wonderful to work with through our services. Ill definitely be back in the future!

I bought a package for my mom and they knew I was the one paying, asked for a card for the file, then made her pay with her card when her services were done. I was never told over the phone that the card had to be in hand nor did they suggest to me that a gift card would’ve been better. Moving on, I bought her the Meditative Mood Soak ritual and when she went for her massage (the description said it was supposed to be a literal swedish massage) they told her it “wasn’t an actual massage” that was included with her service. And on top of that she didn’t get a lava bracelet that was promised in the descriptio (which was obviously part of the $200+ charge) nor did they offer to give something different in its place. If you’re looking for good service that promises what they advertise on the site, I would look elsewhere. This place isn’t worth the amount they charge AT ALL.

My parents went there yesterday June 25th I wanted for them to have a great experience. Upon arriving to the stablishment they were not greeted, once they completed their documentation both receptionists were laughing while reading their documents, which made my parents very uncomfortable. They have a blunt and rude attitude, if they asked a question they would answer with a bad attitude. I am not sure if they are going through something but I mean they are working in the front office of a spa, they should be more tactful and polite or at least PRETEND. There are jobs where there is no need to interact with people.On the other hand, I am sorry for the massage professionals my parents are VERY HAPPY with them, they demonstrated professionalism and also do treat their customers with respect and politeness.

Very nice place to get a massage. It was my first time getting a professional massage and I absolutely loved it! The lady who gave me a massage was Ana (or Anna). She is absolutely wonderful and will be coming back with my husband to book with her (if possible). She made me relax so much, she is super patient, kind and loving! I felt out of this world in all honesty!Thank you Ana! You did AMAZING!

Wood house day spa contacted me almost a year later to let me know that my $300.00 gift card expired last year. They notified me that I cannot use that money anymore. Life happens with children and work, I never got to use the gift card. And I was not aware they expired. Don’t waste your money on gift cards. They are very good at promoting them. They basically kept $300.00 dollars and services were never rendered.

The atmosphere is so soothing here! It’s nicely dimmed, they offer multiple types of beverages, they have a beautiful changing room with lockers and a waiting room, and they provide you with slippers and a long soft robe.I’ve come here before and got most services they offered which were all exceptional.This time I came by with Cassandra for a deep tissue massage, which was great! I’ve been moving to my new home for the past 3 weeks, and she got rid of ALL the aches and tenseness I’ve been having, especially in my back. She put a great amount of pressure on the spots that I asked for. My body feels more lifted, and it’s easier to move around. After feeling this amazing, I will be calling back to get another massage next month. Cassandra is a miracle worker! Thank you 😊

Absolutely over the moon about this place! Finally had a mom day and was in search of a much needed pedicure. Prices seemed steep at first but the service was more than worth it. Every penny! Staff was absolutely amazing especially Nadia at the front desk and amber who did my pedicure (so great I fell asleep!). Cinnamon tea, coffee and water were served and there was a quiet relaxation room where you wait with the most amazing blankets made of clouds ♡ I will most definitely be back and have made this my must have self care spot! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Disappointed on how unprofessional the front desk was. I was rudely greeted, in exception of Desiree who seemed nervous but extremely friendly. Facial was amazing but the therapist seemed upset when she greeted me as well. Pedicure was great, the ladies there were friendly as well. Massage therapist Kensy was AMAZING! She did great. When I was done with my spa day I went to my locker and my clothes were not there, knowing my distracted self I probably left them in the bathroom. When I looked in the bathroom the clothes were not there, a lady then found my clothes and said they were in the trash...the manager then came and said my clothes could not have possibly been in the trash.For the price I would not recommend this place, yes it looks elegant but the treatment Is far from it.

To get the nails done the spa didn’t provide the staff with the tools to get a full pedicure or manicure. To spend over $400 for a pedicure and manicure for double the price you would expect the staff to have proper tools. Nothing towards the girls that were doing the nails either they were awesome. But for that kind of money we shouldn’t have to worry that we aren’t getting the full experience. /:It is beautiful in there and relaxing, staff was nice as well.

Love the ambiance. Very relaxing. Love spending my me-time-away-from-kids here. Staff is very friendly and professional. Tried a couple therapists for my massage, til I found the best for me! After my massage, I get to chill at the quiet room. Soooo relaxing.

This was hands down the most amazing spa experience Ive ever had. I got the great expectations package, for expecting women, and each staff member was so attentive and committed to my comfort. for how dream like the entire experience was, Im surprised at how low the price is. the environment is so serene and relaxing, each detail is thought ahead, down to hair ties in the restroom. I had Melinda for my massage, Veronica for eyebrows and facial, and Sylvia for my pedicure. I highly recommend each of these ladies and thank you for making a memorable and comfortable day.

My husband and I started getting couple massages about a year ago, and they are fantastic every time! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a smile and guided to relaxation land! The small treats and selection of beverages that they offer while you wait for your services, just goes to show you how they will do everything to make your experience an unforgettable one! The prices are similar to other spas but the staff, the facility, the environment and the services make the cost seem like a bargain. Thank you Woodhouse! We will continue to visit many more times to come.

Dismal customer service. I scheduled a Mother’s Day package that included a massage, a mani, a pedi and a facial. I got to my appointment on time, got my massage and waited in the lobby for an hour for the next service. After I inquired about the hold up, I was told that I was not booked for the other services in my package and the spa was booked for the day. I went to the locker room to change back into my clothes and a manager met me there saying “Well, do you still want the facial.” I declined because I had a prior commitment after the spa and I did not want to be squeezed in or rushed. The manager took me to the front, charged for me for the massage and sent me on my way. No apology, no offer to reschedule, did not even get the massage prorated to what I would have paid as part of the package I booked originally. Simply awful. Do not recommend.

We just have a wonderful experience at the Woodhouse Spa. We received My Husband and I a gift from our daughter to have a massage there. Very clean, professional and attentive staff. Ana and Crystal were our massage therapist and they both gave us a excellent therapy massage.

Overall the experience was alright, but not worth the price. I came with my husband and we both agreed it was more like a generic massage chain versus a spa. Although the massage was good the front desk staff was curt and there was noise in the hallway during our massage. We felt rushed after the massage whereas it would have been nice to enjoy some relaxation and finish the glasses of wine we had requested prior to our massage. (and no one even brought him one!) Disappointed because I really wanted to like this place!!

I had gotten a couples massage package around Valentines Day, although it was on the pricey side. They exceeded my expectations. The place is very nice, clean and very spacious. Before and after your massage they have a communal area where you can relax and they give complimentary drinks and snacks. The massage was really nice and the two ladies were very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend this place :)

My wife scheduled a 50 minute massage as a surprise for my birthday. She was asked to leave a credit card number to reserve the appt., She asked the person at the front desk if her card would be charged, because she wanted to pay with cash the day of the appt. She told her the card would not be charged anything and that her card was only needed to reserve her appt. only. She never discussed the cancelation policy or anything with my wife.The day before the appt. we had a medical emergency with my son who has a heart condition and is disabled. We were in the hospital for 2 days. When we got home my wife checked her voicemail and noticed that there were two missed calls from the spa, one reminding us of the appt., and another saying that they were going to charge my wifes credit card $110.00 for not showing up to the appt.My wife called the spa and explained what had happened, and tried to reschedule and add herself also for a massage, after being in the hospital for 2 days with our son she felt like getting a massage also. She was told that they could make a new appt.for both of us, but that her card was still going be charged the $110 for missing the first appt.My wife asked to speak to a manager, and the person helping my wife (Tiffany) told her that a manager would call her back. 30 minutes later a person named Monica called my wife and said she was the manager at the spa and told my wife that there was nothing she could about the situation and that our card was going to be charged anyway. So my wife cancelled the other appointments and had to call her credit card company to dispute the charges!!!The staff is very unprofessional, and dont make you aware of any policies or try to accommodate you with an alternate solution. I cant believe that they were willing to lose 2 customers instead of trying to work something out. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY BODY !!!We were expecting to go get a nice massage and relieve some stress. Instead we ended up angry and more stressed. THANKS A LOT WOODHOUSE!!!!!If i could give them zero stars I would.

I booked a surprise spa day for Moms Birthday and it was the BEST AMAZING experience she ever had. She said she felt so nice, everyone put so much attention and detail on her, she felt so relaxed and pampered. They went above and beyond from the minute she walked in, to the minute she left. Also, the goodie bag was an extra special touch. Definitely recommend this place! My mother was left speechless and Loved every minute of it- from the Swedish massage to the Mani & Pedi.

Leila was very kind and attentive. I received a facial from Janet and it was amazing. I got a manicure from Elia and she is very delightful. The massage was very relaxing from Liz. Overall I had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend The Woodhouse:)

Wife and I went in today for a massage and was disappointing. The place is clean and comfy. We made reservations a day ahead and neither my wifes or my robe and slippers were ready. They had to run out and find us the gear. This is their selling point, and they fell short. My massage was ok, my therapist missed most problem areas we discussed and I wrote down so this was very disappointing. Its only a 50-minute massage which makes a full- body feel rushed. I think she did only 2 passes on my right hamstring, before she covered my leg, it felt rushed, and only went about 4 inches above the knee, didnt do anything on my low back and sciatica. Truly disappointing. The hardest thing was finding out their prices skyrocketed. With 15% tip, price was just under $150... for a deep tissue session. If theyre raising prices, at least raise massage time to 60 minutes, 50 minutes is a rip-off IMHO. For pain management/ therapy I would go elsewhere. This is more of a franchise fu-fu place.

I had spent 20 min on the phone scheduling spa services for myself and a friend due to it being my birthday. When I received confirmation I notice that a service was missing. I tried calling back immediately but there was no answer. I left a voicemail and they called me shortly after reassuring me that all services were scheduled as discussed. Tell me then why the day before my service they call to ask me if I would like to move up my facial time. I told them no that I had spent a significant amount of time scheduling these appointments so that my friend and I could receive services at the same time. The girl on the phone states it’s fine. Then the following day I get a call again making the same request asking for me to switch my service because the massage therapist “was sick” At this point I don’t believe anything they are saying. If I had chosen to take the earlier appointment my friend and I would not have had anytime to spend together completely ruining my plans for my birthday. Not to mention the last receptionist who called had zero customer service skills and talked like she was working at McDonald’s and literally said well “ do you want to take it or not or we can reschedule you.” My friend just ended up canceling her services and I kept mine only because they said they wouldn’t charge us a cancellation fee so long as we rescheduled. They offered 20% off and got me a gift which were some cupcakes and free samples but no amount of gift giving or discounts can make up for ruining someone’s birthday plans with a friend, especially after COVID and getting to spend time with people is scarce. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the therapist did provide good services and it’s not there fault they have incompetent staff ruining the scheduling. Based on some of the other reviews that are poor indicate poor customer service and scheduling issues from the front staff. Receptionist staff need to be able to provide the same customer service as the therapist if not more because they set the tone for the rest of the spa experience. I will not be going back again.

My daughter and I had duo 50-minute Swedish massages. We had a very pleasant experience. We felt pampered in the relaxing environment. Enjoyed a glass of wine beforehand and hydrating lemon water afterward. Although we didnt not take advantage of the showers (and soft towels) we did use a few supplies in the lovely locker room (including curling iron). The robes they provided were plush and soft. There were hot or cold neck wraps available before and after massage. Great place for a no-rush spa experience.

It’s my third time at the woodhouse day spa. My session today was with Erica and she did an amazing job! She is very professional and seems like she really loves what she does. Erica went above and beyond to ensure that I receive a comfortable massage. The Woodhouse Day spa atmosphere is so relaxing and clean. Excellent experience every time! I also added the hot stone with the deep tissues massage and it was amazing. Thanks Erica

I originally wrote a review for my wifes Birthday which was due to a cancelation by the SPA. The Owner ended up contacting me later that day. Not only were they apologetic but also super understanding of my frustration. I can truly say that The Wood House SPA takes special occasions VERY seriously. Although it was uncessacary, they offered to come to my wife to make up for the canceled appointment. They even wrote her a handwritten apology letter and gave her a gift bag with some nice goodies. The gestures were greatly appreciated and I will definitley continue our services with them. Thank you for everything, you made my wife smile from ear to ear when she saw the giftbag. Thank you for making her Birthday worth it.

For the atmosphere, marketing and PRICING you would think that this place was 100x better than going to a regular pedicure place for half the price. Guess what? It’s not. It’s not worth the money. There are many other places in town that do a better job for much less. Sad part is when I complained about my 80 spa session only lasting 65 minutes, the girl looked at me like I was an idiot. Dear Woodhouse management, just because you charge like an elegant Spa, doesn’t mean you are unless you provide services like one. Very disappointed.

The atmosphere is unlike anything in El Paso, a truly relaxing experience. Everyone is very nice. I have been here for pedicures and a massage and both times were excellent. One of those times was for my bday and they surprised me with a cake when I was out! Lovely experience every time and I cannot wait to go back!

I got to the location and checked in. Was told that the person assigned to do one of my treatments called in sick and they were looking for someone to do that treamtment. (No biggie, life happens) I was allowed to wait in the Relaxation room till my facial appointment, this room is perfect it had mimosas, infused water, tea, almond and raisin dipped chocolates. Plenty of chairs to relax on as well as a fire place. I got the microdermabrasion with two add ons. Once that was complete I was brought to another room for my Black Sand Rejuvenation with was so amazing.Pros:the treatments were great and so were the ladies assigned to me.Cons: The pamphlet says that the Vichy shower for the Black Sand Rejuvenation is included but I was not brought to that room. When I first scheduled my appointment I picked the booster and vitamin C enhancement but was given a jelly mask instead of the booster. It would have been fine but I was still taking some of the mask off my face 30 mins after leaving.Will I go back again? Yes, but next time I will clarify very clearly what I want and when I arrive make sure that what I want done is on the schedule.

Went in for a massage... I could NOT relax.. while getting massaged in the room I kept hearing people talk and laugh outside, I heard door slams and people rolling carts by the hall. I was hurting the following day from my lower back and my calfs. Not worth the $85 for first time visit. Very nice robe you get and the relaxation place before someone takes you to the room.Update 07/13/2019Ms. Debbie (GM) has contacted me regarding the issues I had and some that where not mentioned on here. I am pleased to say they have apologized and they want to make up for it.

Loved the atmosphere and the customer service. Everyone was very nice!Got a mani pedi and was slightly disappointed. The nail tech was unaware I needed gel on my hands. Then did not soak my fingers before trimming my cuticles so it was slightly painful and I got nicked on two fingers, one of which started to bleed. Did not see her use a fresh set of tools (take them out of a sealed package like at other places) although they could have been cleaned, not sure. Then she proceeded to harshly scrub my hands with the sugar scrub so that was almost painful too. By the time she put the oil on it was stinging from the harsh scrubbing. Lastly the gel polish was not put on with care as there was some flooding of polish on my skin and bubbles showing up. Some of the gel polish was already lifting when I got home.The pedicure was ok. Only one jet was working in the foot bath and the chairs only have a vibrate option, no massage, which is fine. I will say her leg and foot massage had good pressure. Other than that, the foot file fell apart into the bath and the polish job was really sloppy. Some of my toenails were filed crooked and all but two of my toes had flooded polish on my cuticles.I was treated with respect and was offered a beverage frequently. Facilities seemed clean and the robes are cozy. I feel as though one bad tech should not reflect all the techs at this place so thats why the 3 stars. Ultimately, I think I will go to an actual nail place for better quality mani pedi.

If I could give it zero stars I would! My husband purchased me a pedicure gift to this place and the experience was definitely lack luster for such a luxurious place. I waited in the relaxation room passed my appointment time and when I got into the pedicure room I was told my time was going to be limited because of my gel polish on my toes. Their website does state this policy but reminder this was a gift and it would be have nice to know when they called to confirm appointment. It took the girl 20 mins or so to take off my gel, she then gave me a quick vague message and lotion and then took about 15 mins or so to paint my toes very sloppy and I had polish all over my surrounding skin. Very disappointing, was looking forward to trying this place and enjoying my gift.

The supposed 80 minute $195 facial was not only 20 minutes short of 80 minutes, but it ended up with my neck and shoulders red and full of hives. Instead of an apology, I was charged the full price and blame was placed on ME. I was to blame because I had put on perfume the morning of the facial (??). I was told that there was no way it was THEIR fault because their products are hypoallergenic… without even considering that dirty, contaminated hands applying hypoallergenic products are probably what caused it. I won’t be returning nor recommending this place to ANYONE!

Went with my husband and got the massage/facial/pedicure package. Massage was wonderful, from there it was downhill. Went in for the facial and was discouraged to do the organic facial that had been scheduled saying it would break out my sensitive skin, instead was advised to do a more expensive one. Which was fine if it was best. Halfway through the facial I was told the facial I was getting alone wouldn’t help my skin and that I needed the hydra facial treatment that would take care of the small breakout on my forehead (said it would be gone by the evening) which tacked on even more money. At that point I was sitting at $200+ for a facial, but if it worked like I was told I was okay with it. Pedicure wasn’t anything special for the price. The reason I’m giving 2 stars is because here I am several days later and my skin is so broken out like I have t had since early teens and super painful, it doesn’t seem to be getting better — only worse. I will never get another facial here because it has ruined my skin that has been under control for years save the small stress breakouts that come with being a female and military wife. Was supposed to be a relaxing experience before my husband left for deployment and it was a disappointing experience for both of us. (His face is broken out too and he hasn’t had any breakouts since I’ve been married to him). I might would consider going back for a massage, but nothing more.

I have gotten pedicures, facials, massages and body treatments, which have all exceeded expectations! The Woodhouse Day Spa may seem like their prices are high, but if you think about the saying: you get what you pay for; that is exactly right plus more! The service and quality of what you receive is worth the price by far! My son purchased an e gift card for me for Mother’s Day and I cannot use the $250 due to medical reasons. The site does not say it is non refundable. They said they were going to talk to the owner and call me back. They did not. I called and they said again they would call me back. They are very unprofessional. Do not purchase an e gift card from them. They will not refund you. They are just absolutely horrible!

This is the place to go when you want to relax. Whether you want a wax or a deep tissue massage or a nice hot bath filled with hot oils, it will do the job. They hand you a robe and slippers and lead you to a resting room where you get to pamper yourself with nice cushioned chairs/lounge chairs where you also get fruit water and little snacks before they call you in for your appointment. They give you hot towels and pillows for no extra charge. The atmosphere is just amazing! Prices for what you get are worth it.

My grandma, and I had the loveliest of experiences at The Woodhouse Day Spa.The staff was so helpful and I liked the way they treated my grandmother with care, she said she had the best massage by Lizbeth and a great pedicure.

The place is great as well as the customer service. It is very clean and cozy. We (me and my wife) were really excited about it. The only issue was the massage specifically. Rather than being pleasant it was painful, we got the volcanic stone massage and it’s was painful, I don’t usually get massages so I thought it was normal that it was hurting so much, as we were leaving i told my wife that my neck was feeling tingly and i had a pain similar to one you feel when you sleep with a bad posture. I thought it’ll get better but a week has passed and I’m still in so much pain. My back hurts as never before, as well as my neck and all my body’s right side. It’s a nonstop pain. I don’t know if the excessive pressure on my back and neck messed up with a nerve or something but it’s been a week of pain. 🤕

The level of detail and care that all staff members put into such a great experience is to be commended. If you are looking to be pampered, this is the place. The relaxation room is heavenly and the drinks and snacks make you never want to leave. I travel to El Paso every 3 months and schedule my meetings around a visit to Woodhouse everytime. 5 stars!

The staff was amazing! David provided my Swedish massage, and I left feeling so relaxed. I would book him every time I need a massage from now on! From the moment I walked in until the moment I left I was surrounded by peace, quiet, and very helpful people. My mani/pedi (The Tula), was beautifully done, and I enjoyed my time spent getting my nails pampered.

I had a wonderful experience here. My massage therapist did an excellent job, and I felt a lot of my back tension was worked out. The staff are so courteous and professional. I would highly recommend over other massages Ive received from other places around EP.

Let me just say...please do not assume the quality of customer service you will get from a business based on a 4.9 star rating alone because the 2 young ladies I dealt with at this business today proved they care nothing about customer satisfaction, only your money. I was really looking forward to enjoying this place with my husband for our 1 year anniversary however before finishing our checkin we decided to walk away and pay the cancellation fee.We did arrive a couple of minutes after our reserved time due to traffic and getting lost (happens all the time especially when you’re new to the area) and we did call to let them know.... but best believe 1 of the young ladies kept reminding us as we were filling out the paperwork at the desk that our services would be cut short. I ignored it the first 2 times however after also showing her nasty attitude I didn’t feel comfortable and I looked at my husband and said do you wanna just leave? Of course the young lady didn’t care and she signaled to the other lady and then they stopped us to say (condescendingly) that they would have to charge us a $30 cancellation fee. I chucked and replied I would gladly pay it... because you’re showing you don’t care for our business. Anyway, long story short...after a short back and forth ... unfortunately we did not get to experience our massage package since we never finished the paperwork. These ladies could really benefit from customer service training or else they will continue to lose business.

The Woodhouse Day Spa is a quaint quiet place where you and your spouse or best friend can relax for the day. They offer a variety of massages, hand treatments and pedicures. They serve wine, hot tea or water. You can also have chocolate covered almonds or raisins plus dried fruit. You can also have lunch brought to you. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They make you feel like a queen. Make sure to call at least 2 weeks ahead and experience one of their many services.

I went here last month (April) to get a brazilian wax. I was very pleased! The young lady by the name of Michelle was very pleasant and polite. She made me feel very comfortable and she was very quick without compromising her work. Everything was beyond my expectations. The only thing is they are a bit pricey.

I was gifted a 80 minute deep tissue for my birthday with Elizabeth and it was perfect! Elizabeth was absolutely amazing! She made my first experience here 10/10! I definitely recommend booking with Elizabeth!

I purchased a Spa Classics package for my wife for Valentine’s Day. Initially I was pleased with the ease of ordering the package as a gift however now a month later, she has still not been able to redeem her gift. We had an appointment scheduled for Thursday the 14th (not our first choice), which was confirmed today via a phone call from the spa, only to be cancelled 30 minutes later due to one of the employees taking the day off for personal reasons. So now when we try to reschedule with a different employee we are told they are all booked. The receptionist explains that they are having trouble fitting in the entire package on the same day and they offered to split it up. What is the point of selling a Spa “DAY” package if you can’t fit it in on one day? By the time my wife will be able to redeem this gift (because they don’t offer a refund on packages) we may as well consider it an Easter or Mother’s Day gift at this point. Unacceptable service and very displeased.

This was truly what I needed to finish my spring break. My husband gave me a gift card and I had the best neck, back and shoulder massage Melinda is a great masseuse and Amber was great during the Agave Mani/Pedi. I feel so calm and relaxed the environment was beautiful and truly something everyone should experience. I will be going back soon.

Worst experience ever I left with back pain. Front people were rude. Really sad because I gift all my close friends and family gift card from here never again.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a spa. I scheduled at 11 am for a Brazilian wax. The night before, a voicemail was left stating my appointment is at 10 am. I adjusted my work schedule last minute in order to accommodate this and drove from Las Cruces (1 hour away). I showed up at 9:45 am. Per COVID protocol, I called from my car to let them know I arrived. I was informed my appt is not until 11. I was offered nothing but an apology and comment: this is not the first time this has happened. 10 minutes later, they called me back and offered to have me wait in the relaxation room. They did offer tea, glass of wine, and a snack which was the only positive part about this experience.My esthetician was just about to do the wax when she decided to tell me she would not do it because I was on my cycle. They did not warn me ahead of time and there is no information on the website regarding this policy. My research prior had indicated no contraindications to waxing during the cycle although I already accepted it will hurt more. After sufficiently wasting my entire morning, I was able to get an appointment somewhere else the same day and they had no problem doing the wax (it was also significantly less expensive).The manager commented that no one gets waxed on their cycle and I should have known better-- so professional. No compensation was offered except $10 off a $95 massage. For such an upscale spa, I expected better communication, professionalism and customer service. This situation was frustrating from beginning to end, I will not be back, and I have been telling everyone I know to never come here.

I have come here repeatedly and have always felt so relaxed I struggle to stay awake for the rest of the day. Yesterday I returned to the spa with a couple of friends expecting the same level of relaxation. Unfortunately, that was not the case. There is new personnel. The masseuse tried her best to help me relax, but in a sense it felt rushed. Im not sure if she fatigued, but she cut my time by like 5 or 10 minutes. I dont know Im thinking if I should return more than likely not. The amount of money for still feeling stressed is not worth it.

1st time here & it was for my birthday! What a way to relax! I couldn’t believe how amazing a pedicure could feel. Plus the deep tissue massage made my body feel brand new again. Will be coming back more often. 👍🏽

Awesome addition to El Paso. Its been open just over a year and the services and atmosphere are wonderful. The staff is amazing and very attentive. The rates are very reasonable for what you get in exchange and they have the most wonderful robes and blankets available for sale.

My whole experience from entering the door was amazing everyone was very nice I got the head to toe treatment and all 3 of the ladies that attended me were exceptional they explained everything in detail gave me recommendations but one thing that stood out to me the most was that when I booked my appointment they asked if I was celebrating anything and I was (birthday) they asked what flavored Bundt cake I wanted and it was a very busy day and my treatments took a while since it was 3 of them I totally forgot about the cake and so did the staff but I received a call they apologized for not giving me my cake and asked if it was ok for them to bring it to be because they really wanted me to have it I didn’t want them to go out of their way but they did this really shows they go above and beyond with their customers and want you to have the best experience I truly appreciate this gesture you did forMe thank you wood spa staff definitely will recommend and I will be back

WORST EXPERIENCE ever!Pedicure didn’t start until 15 mins passed my appointment time.The girl SPED through the “50min” pedi, it only lasted maybe 30 minutes.No base coat under my polish.She left lotion on my feet and asked me to walk down a hallway in flip flops.. I could not even take one step. I’m 39 weeks pregnant and this put me and my baby in serious danger.She made me climb over a dirty and wet foot stool to get out of the chair.What massage?? That didn’t exist.I sat in the relaxation room because I COULDN’T WALK ANYWHERE and bawled my eyes out because my husband was gone at the time and this was supposed to be a sweet gift for my first Mother’s Day, and they completely ruined it. I wasn’t going to post a review but honestly this was the worse experience I’ve ever had in a spa atmosphere. I work in the service industry, doing hair and I take care of others all day everyday and the time I spent in woodhouse confirmed that They just doesn’t have the highest of standards when it comes to this industry. I can only assume that nothing was done to make this right because let’s face it, it probably wasn’t.

Just what the doctor would order.I was very stressed and tense from focusing on my career, wife-ing, and parenting. I had the 80 minutes deep tissue massage. The 30 minutes I had in the waiting area, allowed me enough time to enjoy a tasty aromatic spiced tea, that started my tension relief. I must schedule a regular monthly JUST FOR ME visit.

Accepted walk-ins, very flexible and accommodating. Relaxed environment and well attentive. Our massage was professional and the masseuses were knowledgeable of pressure points and the use of essential oils. Will defiantly return and refer to friends.

Very poor treatments and unfortunately very poor experience The place is ok decorated, clean, it’s a spa and they don’t have showers, that’s strange, the employees are kind and agreeable, but the treatments are far from being worth the price. Will not try it again.

The ambiance of the spa was amazing the way they have you relax in a dark room with the option of tea or water was so relaxing. The massage was awesome so relaxing for my first one ever. Me and my wife will be going back as much as we can.

Never got my massage! I booked my appt online for a shoulder neck massage. On the notes I mentioned I was 6 weeks pregnant. I received a call from the spa saying because I was pregnant that I had to have the prenatal massage. Ok cool. I didn’t see that option so I was switched. No prob. I go in for my appt, check in, get changed and wait for my therapist. She escorts me to a room. Explains how I need to lay. Then she asks how far along I am. “Six weeks” I say. “Oh. I’m pretty sure you have to be in your second trimester”. What?! She goes to check. After several minutes another woman comes in and explains due to safety reasons they can’t perform my massage. I ask why wasn’t that explained to me when they called yesterday. She’s begins to give me some bs about a case by case which really made no sense. You were never gonna give me the massage!! Don’t get me wrong. I appreciate their precaution but why was my time wasted coming up there. Then you are not even gonna own up to it?!? On my way out the door the front desk lady did finally admit that I should have never been scheduled. Thank you!! Why was that so hard?! I would not have been near as upset if they had just admitted that in the first place.Th facilities were nice but I do prefer separate waiting areas for men and women.

This spa is very luxurious. They have many packages to choose from. We went in for a waxing and they did a great and painless job. The waxer gave us tips and tricks for a smooth at home care.The price is high but the experience and quality of service makes it worth it.

I purchased a $200 gift card as a gift for my wife to use at the Woodhouse Spa in El Paso. Shortly after, the spa closed due to the covid 19 pandemic before my wife was able to use the gift card. We are military and being reassigned out of state to NC prior to the spa opening back up for services. We called and explained the situation, and the manager refused to honor a refund despite the circumstances that are clearly outside of our control. But, they thought it was a positive thing to point out that we can use it if we’re “ever back in the area some day”. Unacceptable customer service and understanding to the situation. We are also filing a complaint with the BBB.

It took me a week to settle on the best spa in the El Paso area. Hands down Woodhouse Day spa was it! Frank was awesome and the ladies at the counter were so pleasant. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this spa to my friends. 😍

Went on a Sunday for a facial , staff wasn’t great , she was explaining everything very fast and wasn’t asked if I wanted something to drink. Facial was ok but did not explain anything about my facial and I got the peel so she didn’t tell me how I was going to feel or what should I do after getting that facial(advices) . So for the price is not worth it was expecting more.

Dani and my nail tech were amazing. This was my first time and it was EXCELLENT. Relaxing environment and helpful staff with EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. It was a overall experience that I will forever remember.

Enjoyed my experience to the T. Felt like heaven on earth. Although very expensive, it is quite relaxing. Impossible to walk in as they are almost always booked. Need to call in advance. Offer great refreshments and a wide array of services from massages, to facials, to mani/pedi etc. I recommend if you want a top of the line experience.

The massage was subpar. I asked for moderate to deep pressure and to focus on my shoulder........ that didnt happen. The rest of the experience was positive.

We had our entire staff at The Woodhouse Day Spa this weekend and LOOOVVED our experience. We loved our entire experience Dani and Sylvia our therapists were Fantastic.

They got bad hearing or something because I tried to get a massage as a gift for someone and they got all my card information wrong :-) so embarrassing when someone you are gifting has to pay for their own gift.

I have enjoyed every visit here. The staff is very friendly, professional and courteous. I look forward to scheduling another appointment soon.
