Last night we decided to check out their last night before closing for renovations. Typically, when there is a Midnite Event there is no dress code and when itβs just a local DJ there is. The βsecurityβ was going through the line checking dress code which on the website it says they now accept Dunks and Air Forces. Our friend was wearing dunks and the security approached him in the line and checked out the sides and bottoms of his shoes. He told us no Jordans tonight which everybody knows thereβs a jump man on Jordans. Our friendβs shoes were clearly Dunks which are just as identifiable as Jordans. The bulky, Caucasian βsecurityβ proceeded to try to bribe our friend into paying him 50$ via cash app, Venmo, or cash and he would βget managementβ to make an exception this one time. I had seen this βsecurityβ person counting money on the side when we got in the line and didnβt understand why when it was FREE ADMISSION. It all made sense when we heard the blasphemy coming out of his mouth. 50$ for a βdress code exceptionβ that wasnβt a violation to begin with when the shoes WERE Dunks, NOT Jordans. Iβve attached photos from The Park Ultra Loungeβs FAQ page on their website to show their dress code and forms of payment because 1. Dunks are clearly permitted, 2. Nowhere on the website does it say Venmo or CashApp are accepted forms of payment, and 3. Regular admission on a typical night is 15$, and last night was free, so why in the world would we pay 50$ just to get in. Absolutely ridiculous. I would also like to mention that I was wearing sandals, which is βNOTβ part of the dress code and he said nothing to me or the other females that had sandals on and were getting in without an issue or being approached for payment.
To celebrate my birthday my friends and I went to The Park Ultra Lounge in downtown Sacramento. Highly recommend The Park Ultra Lounge because it is a multi-room club with a large high-class patio, a large dance floor, and a newly renovated VIP lounge area. The music was great (mix of hip hop, top 40, and EDM) and the atmosphere was electric. The dance floor was packed, and everyone was having a great time. The Park has the highest standards for their DJs so you canβt go wrong. The drinks were well-made by amazing bartenders. The entire staff is top tier including the outside security and the beautiful bottle hosts, every staff member is friendly. The dress code is upscale casual, so dress to impress!
Nice place unfortunately the bartender was kinda rude and didnt know how to make a Manhattan for the wife and refused to make my gin and tonic a little stronger. Everything else was good though such as the music and different seating areas. Interesting set up with the restroom sink area and restroom line went surprisingly fast.
First time getting bottle service at the Park and it was a beautiful table. We chose the outdoor patio section so our area had couches and a fireplace that kept us warm all night. The trees had lights and it was a picture perfect spot. The service was great and our group really enjoyed it. The bottle minimums were well worth it for our table of 15. Would definitely come back and get bottle service again. Chill vibes that totally matched our style. Our new favorite club in Sac!
Great time. Went for Flosstradamus. Bartenders were super kind and somehow able to effectively work despite how busy it was. Shout out Jordan, and shout out the security team. They were all on point.
The security is over aggressive, noticed them assaulting drunk women throwing them out on the street alone into the downtown area and randomly grabbed me out of a crowd and grabbed my neck attempting to choke me over a mosh pit the DJ started and I happened to be next to it, place is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
The Park is a place Iβve been going to for some time now. Our check in for our booth was quick and easy. The staff and security is always friendly imo. The atmosphere is mainly ages 21-30 I would say and it seems like the owner caters to that group as well, but they definitely welcome everyone! A downside to The Park is their dress code which sometimes seems a bit too much but I get it, they want to keep a certain image about their club. Majority of their bartenders and bottle service girls are friendly. ALSO the alcohol pour is VERY VERY inconsistent at the bar. Cover fee is $20!
I had a great time at The Park this weekend on Fizz Fridayβs! Hannah was great with the booking of the booth and setting it up. I was able to get all my friends in up to 10, and had Champagne and Grey Goose! The hostess were great taking care of our chasers and kept water coming to the table. I appreciate the whole team from the beginning to the end making it a true VIP experience. Yβall rock! Cheers π₯ π«Άπ½
I had family and friends come visit the past few weeks so I was trying to find spots to take them - Tipsy Putt did not disappoint! We had such a fun time that we came back the following weekend. In addition to friendly staff, the price for limitless games is such a great deal. Definitely coming back for date night and drag bingo.
False Advertising and bad customer service. Wish Id read reviews prior!I went with my partner for a show which was advertised for 9pm-130am. Doors didnt open until after 930pm and music didnt even start until 10pm (in which they kept having technical issues). My partner and I were the first ones in (at 930) and it was so awkward and weird. When music started it wasnt even what was advertised. Since we drove hours from out of town I was expecting to see the show from 9-12 and leave a little early for the drive back. I asked when the dj we went for would be on and was told midnight. I asked to speak with a manager for a refund and got redirected multiple times. I was ultimately told that they advertised extensively that he wouldnt be on till late (this is a lie as all posters and advertisements said 9-130 with some websites saying 930 or 10). That djs never go on until late and thats how its always been since clubs existed. They said there was nothing they could do about the $50 we paid to enter using Cashapp. They ultimately gave us 3 red bulls and we left.Definitely wouldnt go back and wouldnt recommend.
The overall experience of getting the table getting everything set up and the bottle being brought out was very nice. Although the whole experience was nice, there was a situation that was very unprofessional. A security guard, not sure if he was new or hadnβt been working in that section, had aggressively pulled my sister and tugged on her arm because he didnβt know that she was in our section. It was very unprofessional of him, and it definitely ruin the mood of the entire experience.
My experience at the Park was by far the best night club experience Iβve had. The service was outstanding. From Ashley coordinating the evening to Sarah and Juan treating my group like a true VIPβs once we got there. Iβm looking forward to going back, thanks again!
I once came here with a friend and another patron here groped my friend and put his hand up her skirt. When we went to tell management (i forget his name but he was Latino) he said they couldnt do anything. Long story short- we were very upset with the way they handled this and ultimately kicked US out, and let the other scumbag stay.anyway, i have a lot of other girlfriends who have had similar experiences here. this place, the management, and staff all suck. they all not only lack empathy, but are rude, condescending and misogynistic.i unfortunately could not convince my friend to file a police report or take further action, but i recommend anyone who does have a similar experience to file a police report, especially right when it happens so that details are fresh in your mind. oh, and that might get management to actually take things like this seriously, though i doubt it!
Heidi was helpful although I never got to meet her in person. Unfortunately for it being it being our first time getting a booth at the park almost two weeks prior we felt neglected and disrespected when we had to stand outside for 20+ minutes in the VIP line while a large party of general admission men went in before us simply because they knew them and paid the staff extra so they can come in and hustle drugs. I know this for a fact from hanging out with those people previously. I was really hoping to write a better review. On top of that we felt like bottle service wasnβt happy to serve us and I donβt know if this is all deriving from us being a group of women instead of a big group of men???
Our checking in for our bottle/booth reservation with party of 15 people was smooth even if everyone arrives different time. Our server Sarah was awesome! We got a nice large area in the Patio with fire pit. We had a blast! We definitely will visit again.
I usually love the park but we went Saturday (17th) for the Bryson Tiller β after partyβ and were super disappointed. 1st off we paid $50 only to wait in line for almost 2 hours( we bought tickets days in advance)β¦ by the time we got in it was 12 and they ended things at 1:30. 2nd Bryson half a**ed three songs and his mic barely worked. The place also seemed at capacity. Way too many people. My friend left with a broken toe, thatβs how chaotic it was in there. The whole thing was unprofessional and organized but I donβt expect management to care since they were rude when I asked why it took so long to get us in the building.
Such an amazing place to have fun with your friends! We will definitely return!Reserving a booth was effortless and our group felt so special with all the care that went in showing us a great time!
This place was TRASH!!! We had bottle service and our waitress was pretty MIA for the most part which wasnt a huge issue but it would have been nice to have our ice, limes and napkins restocked as needed. Our biggest gripe was the lights came on at 1:30 am on the dot and there was a female security team member that immediately popped up in our area that yelled at us, You need to head towards the exit now!!! There was no time warning giving that the club or night would be closing soon so we were all caught off guard. We told her that we had a friend in the bathroom and if we could wait for them to at least return. She literally yelled that we needed to leave immediately and could wait outside. Uhhh, first if we are spending the money we are with you, you could at the very least be more polite and ask us or explain why we needed to leave RIGHT THAT SECOND!! Or, just not be so incredibly rude and aggressive. She tells the largest security guard in there, You deal with them. Theyre not listening. He was at least more cordial then she was but we spent crazy money with you and this is how you treat your customers?? Disgusting. Then we walk out to the alley and those worker start yelling at us to leave the premise immediately also. I mean, do these people have any tact or respect for their work place or want paying customers to return? It was truly a very negative and toxic experience. I would strongly suggest anyone to NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!These workers need a lesson on tact and customer service.
After a loooong time of not going out due to the pandemic, the park lounge was the first night club a few of my friends and family decided to go to for the Pauly D. Event. Heidi was my point of contact for our VIP reservation. She was super nice, helpful and her response time was excellent. She provided detailed information on pricing, table placement, booking and answered all my questions. On the night of, there were a few concerns with a leaking Jameson bottle and wrong champagne, but our host Lindsey took care of it immediately. She was great as well. I will definitely go VIP at this club in the future.
Cool vibes, good drinks. bartenders have always been v nice and they have some great djs come through.heidi was our contact to getting a table and bottle service. never met her, but she was v nice and super helpful w answering all my questions. 10/10 would use her again.security might be confused about whatβs allowed in and whatβs not? they been flip flopping on me every time I come w my crossbody bag but itβs not a big deal to just leave it in my car on the nights that they decide to not let it in lol.
Celebrated my 30th birthday this weekend. From the moment we checked in to leaving, we all had excellent service. Along with Heidi, Sarah, & bottle service girls.Despite the location of the party I was not pleased with. But thatβs something weβll have to figure out in the near future.
Terrible sound. Terrible prices. Terrible service. Some of the rudest staff and security in the Sacramento region.Itd be one thing if I could chop this up to me being drunk and confused, however I quit drinking two years ago. Its for sure terrible, even though the outside area looks kinda pretty.Lastly, the sound was so bad that my friends ears were ringing when they left the venue. They also use really old DJ equipment. Just all around bad. :-( I was really hoping that things would have improved but they literally dont care because their location in town is good.
Getting the bottle service was easy with Heidi, getting into the club was smooth and the location of our table was good. Bottles were expensive but thatβs what you pay for, for a higher class club. Music seemed to be a mix of hip hop and electric (electric isnβt my favorite).
PROS: The lounge is really nice and classy clean, during clubbing hours, the cover charge is really high but worth it of $15, they take cash check or card which is very convenient, staff is really classy including security. Cashiers are caring and approachable, they seem to be trained very well, good communication skills and patient. The variety of music is awesome, very down to earth all flavors of music, really good DJs. CONS: The mixed drinks alcoholic beverages tend to have a lot of ice, with lots of juice and very little alcohol. Drinks are somewhat watered down.
Traveled a few days and booked hotel for ten people. Went to venue and the place is beautiful. It started filling up quickly. I had two females beside me front row and one of them told security I needed to go and without doing anything i was brought out the side door. I seen the girls flirting with the female security earlier. Bad way to run business. Didnt get to see who I went to see. Will never be back there and I hope to see this artist at a better location.
Great service. Ashley was awesome, park always gives us a good time for a fair price. One of the best spots in SAC.
Super fun and chill spot! The service fees for the booth werent communicated ahead of time but overall great experience there for my party of 15! Love the environment and the djs and events are never a miss :)
Clubs will come and go but great memories will always live on. This past weekend I had the pleasure of getting a table at Park Ultra Lounge. Letβs start with the customer service of setting up my table and allowing me to make requests which were all taken care of. We were there to celebrate Womens Mental Health Awareness and bring attention to our Team that itβs ok to communicate our struggles and setbacks. Communication will lead to growth. Hands down great service and weβre already planning another event in a few months with the Park Team.
We have fun here despite all the flaws of the venue. Arrive early or you can expect to wait in line for about an hour and get in around midnight. Also pay close attention to the rules. Many people get turned away for not reading the rules on the ticket. In this case it was no bags of any kind allowed. Other nights besides for Thursdays, be mindful of the attire requirements. Also expect the club to kick you out around 1:45 even if your event is supposed to go to 2 am.The outdoor part of the venue is really large and relaxing and seems to be 420 friendly. Theres many places to sit and a fire pit.
It is a good venue to play Deep House music. I wanted to DJ at this lounge, but never got a response from the manager.Otherwise, the place is open, lavish, and comfortable, but gets messy. I seen a lot of trash the few times I visited. Definitely need to keep the place clean if you want decent guests over. The food is good as well.
Was there for a Kehlani after party event and they closed the venue down a half hour early and then I wanted to use the restrooms before I left and they wouldnβt even let me. Honestly waste of money for closing the event a half hour early and then obviously over selling tickets.
It was my sonβs 30th bday and our gift for him was to go clubbing with his friends , and there were at least 15 of them , they had such a great time and it is a night that Jeremy will never forget, Jeremy is in the spectrum though he is very high functional and sociable . They said they were so accommodating and just made it a wonderful experience for him , it all started with the reservation when Heidi made all the arrangements , she even called and see if we had any questions , so it truly goes to tell you there are still good people out there , thank you everyone !!!
The Park never disappoints! Rented a VIP and had a great experience. The girls were not only beautiful but most importantly were attentive and welcoming. Looking forward to more fun days here π
I love this place and usually come here with my partner whenever thereβs a good house music dj and I always have a good experience. However, when I came here the other night, one of the security guards told me I couldnβt come in with the small bag I had. I was a little confused because Iβve gone to so many clubs, including this one, with the same bag. I did not make an issue about it and decided to put my bag in the car. When I came back to the club, I noticed many other girls with larger bags than me, one even with a backpack. I was very upset because I didnβt understand why bringing my small bag into the club was an issue, yet other women were allowed to bring bigger sized purses. I felt this was very unfair. If you are going to make one person leave their small bag behind, then please practice some fairness and do the same to others. Like I said, it was very unfair and really upset me.
It was a nice place but our bottle service only gets 2 stars because i asked twice for 2 more seats because i paid for 10 in bottle service (only 9 of us came)and they only had seating for 7 of us..im glad all 10 didnt come where would they sit. So 2 of us were standing we rotated who sat it was not ok. They never brought us more seating. How do you pay so much for bottle service and advertise it is enough room for 10 of us and we get there and it isnt?? The server was so nice but maybe dont have her split her time between so many tables that way when someone needs something we are able to ask her and not have to wait so long. The dj also wasnt great the mix into the next song didnt go and was horrible. Disappointed for my birthday.
Horrible experience. They advertise no dress code on some of their nights but then wont let you in if you have a mask or costume. I will never support this establishment again. I hope all of sacramento will see this and avoid this place. Do not waste your money here. You will be dissapointed if you buy tickets and then find out they wont let you in.
A great atmosphere at a high end nightclub. Always fun, always packed. I never have to wait long to get a drink. The bartenders and staff are absolutley outstanding. Great lounge area outside. Plenty of room to take a break from dancing and mingle with others. I always have a great experience here.
My friends and I got bottle service here this past weekend and we had so much fun! The stuff was super friendly and drinks were amazing! Music was good too!! We will definitely be coming back
There is a cover charge to get into this place, 15 per person. I wouldnt say it was worth it, at all.The dance floor gets so crowded that you cant dance. You just stand there trying to move, arms to your side, while people just crash into you over and over. While everyone is compacted into that area trying to move, the rest of the place is wide open. The bar area is really nice and the outdoor seat is nice, but its seems like they are an afterthought. The waitress are dressed in a modified thong and knee high boots, to be objectified all night. While the male staff is cover from neck to to with no skin showing. At least let the poor girls have some dignity and cover their butt cheeks.Over all, I wouldnt be back. It wasnt worth it.
Service was amazing! The coordinator that booked my event was on top of everything and the hostess that helped us was very aware. Iβm sorry I donβt remember the hostess name because I was hammered! However, you were great!
Great atmosphere! Security was on point, I really appreciated that right when I was going to ask for something our bottle girl came right up. Couldnβt have asked for anything better.
Made my reservation with Heidi for my first time at The Park, she was super helpful and answered my questions. The service and atmosphere was phenomenal. I will be back again for my graduation celebration.
The entry is $15, coat check is $4. The entry fee is worth it if you stay for a few hours. I enjoyed the dance music, and the upper class feel of the decorations and furniture. This is definitely a club, wear something fancy! The line took us about 20 minutes to get through and get in the club. The staff is friendly and we never had to wait too long for a drink.
Our experience was overall great, Iβm only leaving out one star since the bottle server did not check to make sure the BRIDE of the party was in the room before they brought out the bottle show. Otherwise great experience and service!
Me and my friends we excited about this place. Too bad after the hr drive to get there they turned us and a group of others away without telling us why they werent taking anymore people. This was 11pm mind you. Pretty early. I had to send my friend to the bouncer to find out the club wasnt letting anyone in. Be nice to know that information before standing in line in the cold that long. If youre going out to sac youre better of going a few blocks down the street and waiting in line to actually get in. So disappointing.
This place is really Sharp they have great staff and the bartenders definitely know what a good drink should taste like. The other night I got the best deal for about 10 ppl however I just invited one and we felt so cool in our own booth:) love the Park in or out.
Went there last night for NYE and it was okay.1) Too many people were allowed in causing issue at the dance floor and this is the first place you have to get through once you enter.2) 75% of the club was testosterone crazed men walking around3) Chain cigarette smoking 2 feet from the door at the entrance and the same in the patio area next to the bar.4) Drinks were overpriced as always. Paid 60.00 for 5 drinks and one of them was a Corona.5) The front door security and staff were great but at one point there were 3 lines going and became confusing. People were attempting to pull people from other lines and nothing was said.6) We won tickets and advised to tell the staff at the front door. We got there and the line was on the street. Told the check-in person and they added us into another line with some other people party that said they didnt know any of us. Security didnt listen thankfully. The great things were is everyone looked happy and ready to party. Didnt run in to any issues with others throughout the night. Would go back but not on NYE.
Its was my 35th birthday π and when I tell u I had an amazing time with my friends and family. It was so nice friendly and wild. I dont do club settings but I diffently will be returning. Thank you for making my special day a special moment to always remember
I always enjoy going to the Park. The music is good and there is plenty of space with the indoor and outdoor spaces they have. I do notice there is a longer wait at the bar then other places. I would recommend a VIP booth so you have your own area and service. It is always a good time out and I have never had a problem here.
Way too crowded for shows there lol. Stop having huge djs here cause thereβs no room and everyone is just way too crowded
One of the best places in Downtown Sacramento to be with friends and celebrate a great occasion. The girls and workers are great at checking in on you and the indoor and outdoor setting is wonderful. Highly recommend this place!
Horrible customer service. Mostly due to the security staff encouraging fights and letting their lowlife friends loiter out front with them. They act arrogant and will treat you disrespectfully. We rented out half of the restaurant earlier that evening and spent thousands of dollars for our company party. We were just walking back from down the street when we witnessed the staff encouraging 2 guys to fight who were already walking away from another. The smiles on the staffs faces made me realize how evil people can be and discusted that we spent that much money there. Our entire company will never spend another cent at this business and I encourage anyone who wants good people with integrity in this world to do the same.
Last night they kicked my brother out for why you are Looking at waitresses. Completely sober, he didnt say anything bad, no touch. We drove all the way from SF. If she cant handle a look that means nothing in night club environment. Why is she working there. So not Cool.
I am very disappointed with my experience at The Park Ultra Lounge. My friends and I purchased tickets two weeks before one of their events. When we arrived at 10:30pm the line for individuals holding tickets was much longer than the general admission line. After waiting in line for two hours, we were told the club was at 150% capacity and they were not allowing anybody else into their establishment. It is highly unprofessional to oversell tickets with no regard for their customers time or money. We never received a refund or any other sort of compensation. I would suggest on going to any other club in Sacramento other than Park Ultra Lounge.
Went here tonight for an EDM event, I am disabled. I asked if they had seating, they sit me in a booth then 15 minutes later asked move to move, I said I was told to sit here, they said I dont care if your disabled you need move this is reserved. I said excuse me, at that point it is as either comply or get kicked out. They came back later where I moved to and harassed me again. I am appalled at their service, I am filling a grievance against my with CA(FEHA) & Federal ADA for discrimination against individuals with disabilities.
The Park Ultra Lounge has a beautiful outdoor patio seating. We had such a great time. I definitely recommend it. The VIP experience is the best.
Had a great time for my birthday! The staff was friendly and made it easy for me to work with! Overall a good experience for bottle service.
Have you ever seen that RDC World skit about clubs discriminating because βblacks arenβt good for businessββ¦ thats this place.Essentially I was not let in because of the shoes I was wearing. They were just white Af1 shoes. I have been let in plenty of times when wearing other white casual shoes such as stan smiths, but since Af1s are seen as something black individuals commonly wear, it feels like an easy way for the club to subtlety discriminate. It would have also been a whole other story if this rule was posted somewhere but no signage was on premise and the only rule about shoes on their website is βno athletic shoesβ. The bouncers simply said it was the owners orders. If that truly was the case case, the bouncers were just doing their jobs but itβs pretty disappointing that this kind of stuff still happens in 2022 but hey, it is what it is.
A lady was nausea and when I went to the bar to grab their attention they got offended and told me what I was doing. I told them I was trying to grab their attention for water to help the lady that was nausea, but they disregarded me and ignored me. Finally I spoke with the manager and he was able to help us. Thank you manager. Sorry I forgot your name.
I MAY have been able to give this place a better review but I never even got in there. My group was there for a birthday party and we were on a guest list but thats fake. We got there at 9:30 (its apparently open online at 9:00) but they were like no, were still closed. Which is weird. Because they say its free prior to 10:30. So ANYWAYS were in the guest list line at 10, a few people go in before us, BUT a few people are bypassing the guest list line and not even saying anything, the bouncer just lets them in. So were in line for an hour (no exaggeration) and we turn to the group behind us and they tell us they arent even on a guest list. So basically, no such thing. They are just trying to seem VIP. This isnt Vegas, this is Sacramento. Youre not cool. Id rather go to a dive bar. So we left and are never coming back.
Worst experience Iβve had with any club Iβve been to. They wouldnβt serve my friend a particular drink because βthey are trying to keep the ghetto outβ. They make up these stories to make you believe that you didnβt already pay to get in. Twice did two different staff ask me for my ticket when they were holding it in their hand. And they were trying to make me pay AGAIN! Wow. Be careful! They will try to take advantage at the fact that you may be drunk and not paying attention.
Dont go if its an extremely crowded night! Ive never been physically hurt in a club because of capacity as much as I was here! Plus, the show that supposedly started at 10 p.m. didnt really start til about 11, and even then the main act didnt get on til 12:30. Plan accordingly!
One of the best nightclubs in Sacramento to celebrate a birthday or do a night out with friends. I would strongly recommend bottle service. The venue is large, has an indoor and outdoor area with a large dance floor. Definitely the best place in Sac to party.
We had such an amazing fun night!!Definitely will be back! VIP Service was very efficient and the girls were so friendly
Got kicked out past midnight for wearing Nikes, but on the website it says no dress code past midnight and there where people with shorts and running shoes on that were let in.
The security at the gate over charge me. He took $40 in cash from me while the entrance was $15 I ask him the reason why he over charge me, but he said either u get in or go out. I wish the management take care of this issue
Invited on the guest list from a friend who had bottle service. Quick line to get in, the bar moved quickly & it was reasonably packed for a Friday night. Good chill spot, dress code is fantastic.
My wife and I decided to try this spot out for a night out on 06/08/2019 per recommendation of a friend whos local to the Sacramento area. Upon arrival, my wife and I presented our MILITARY IDs, which were DENIED at the door because our IDs are retired personnel IDs.We spoke with the 3 bouncers at what appeared to be the VIP entrance and they each proceeded to tell my wife and I that Park Ultra Lounge only accepted active duty IDs so we couldnt enter the club. It was only until after a 4th bouncer/security person came to the door and said that despite the active duty ID policy, theyd let us in, but only after telling us to be respectful to the bouncers at the door.Mind you, we were at no point disrespectful, but instead tried to enlighten the bouncers of why our IDs should be accepted by saying, These are government issued IDs and are acceptable for entrance onto military bases. Oh, and also, the main bouncer who told us we couldnt get in first asked if our IDs were penny IDs - I have no idea what those are.Anyways, as I write this review, Im thinking that Parks Ultra Lounge active duty ID policy might be related to discounts that might be available during the day for food, but regardless, to be denied at the door initially was extremely frustrating. Its clear that their workers arent trained to read all forms of acceptable IDs. Our experience here was completely unacceptable. Never have I had my service ID questioned in the most disrespectful manner.
My friends and I had a fantastic time! The DJ was awesome the bottle service was great. I easily see myself going back!
OK, i have been reading the reviews on this place and i feel the need to enlighten some clubbers because it is obvious you do not understand how the club scene works. Its OK, not your fault. I didnt understand either until i moved to Vegas and started working in the industry. There are options that you have. First and foremost... With the money that you spend per person to get in and then the amount of drinks you will purchase not to mention tips, it would behoove you to get bottle service. Special treatment, special table, not crowded not to mention lots of attention and play from the opposite sex because who doesnt want to be in the vip. With that being said it probably comes out the same price if not cheaper if your group splits the bill. Problem solved. No wait, no line. Other option. People do not understand the power of tipping. Thats because you dont work in that industry. If you had you wouldnt complain but you would have much more respect. Working in that industry, the pay sucks. Your tips are how you make your money. They count on those. The same way you count on your pay check. Instead of complaining about people walking past you and how long you are standing in line and how the bartender is serving everyone else but you... Get with the program. They are enjoying their drink inside the club while you still dont get it. Tip the man at the door. Dont be cheap. Call it an investment. I guarantee you if you tip nice , he will remember you. If its a club you frequent often, when ever he sees you and your group coming, trust me hes happy to let you in because its a win win situation. And then all the nobodys in line that use to be you will wish they were you. Same thing at the bar. You start out with a nice tip. Trust me she will make it a point to take care of you even before you ask. People always want to wait to see how the service is so they can tip according to what they feel the server deserves... You are not god. Its a power trip. Thats so backwards. Its the size of tip that will make your service worth it.. If you dont believe me... Try it. What do you have to lose... And after you have applied the tools that i have given you .........You are welcome!
Currently here for an event that was supposed to start at 10pm.....it is Currently 11:30 and there is no music playing. Everyone is packed into a tiny room for no reason. Do not recommend this place and will not be going back ever again...even if its one of my favorite DJs. This is so ridiculous
This nightclub is probably the worst nightclub in term of service. Especially the general manager Nick Monson(A really rude and an arrogant attitude, jackass to the max). My friend got a booth for 15/20 people outside the patio near the fire place. It was his 30th birthday, we were planning just chill, drink and head somewhere else after. All our friends are relatively nice and respectful. Everyone have a family and work, so it was a rare occasion. We got two bottles of Hennessey VSOP for $1000, they charged extra fees without listing it on the receipt. We ask the waitress why, she ignore us and walked off. So an hour has passed, the birthday boy decided to go to the bathroom so two of my buddies that was keeping watch behind him went into the bathroon to see if he was throwing up but he was just take a piss. Staff came in and ask them to leave because they accused them of smoking weed when they that is for sure untrue. They see the birthday boy peeing in the stall but still continue on making up another new accusation that they doing narcotic like cocaine. My friends tried to reason with them that their excuses are false, if it were true then they should call the police and my friends are consent to the search and if anything were found upon them then they will take full responsibility but instead the staffs changed the story that the birthday boy is throwing up. So what is truth? We ask to speak to the manager, the general came but wont listen to the story... he just angrily told us we got to leave. We asked for refund, the ignored us and walk away. NEVER felt so descriminated before. Were asian, black, arabian.
*DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE* Bouncers are horrible and on a power trip, they will disrespect you or find things wrong with you, me and three friends came here all the way from Merced and as soon as we walk up a bouncer is already mean mugging us, then proceeds to tell me my pants are too baggy when im in a nice blazer and dress pants? He then says go ask the manager standing about 20 feet away, but he was busy talking to another bouncer and was uninterested in talking to me? So we ended up leaving as that one bouncer mean mugs us as we are walking away? SIMPLY PUT- the bouncers at the door are rude and on a power trip and seem to like to try to start trouble, maybe even racist because we saw them letting other dudes in that was dressed a lot less fancy then we was, come on we was all wearing blazers and dress pants. NEVER AGAIN I recommend hitting up and spending your money at other clubs in the area that are close by we had no problem getting in and no problem with bouncers at the other ones.
Venue is crowded, and not in a good way. The main room is inhumanly hot and stuffy so be ready to have your makeup melt off, on the plus side you might loose a pound or two in sweat. Security is very rude and aggressive, they will shove and push you without regard. Another plus, if you were to get hurt from their physical contact you could probably sue. Honestly terrible venue, terrible security.*bartenders were good however, 5/5 to them and only them*
Heidi was an amazing person to deal with. Prompt, honest and willing to accommodate my groups needs. Will definitely do business again.
5 of us showed up @ 9.15pm for a friends Bday. Being on the Guest List. We stood on their sidewalk line for while random groups were allowed in for the next 90 min. The club was obviously empty. 10.45 we were still in line & our Bday host who already bought a booth & bottle service had to bribe the door man to let his guests in. One friend was not allowed in because his loafer was not dressy enough. Later that night we saw a frat boy walking in around in Tshirt and tennis shoe.Pro: Spacious, stylish, & great dress codes (95% people)Con: Unless you know the doorman or want to bribe them. No matter how early you show up, youre standing for hours in line.As nice as the interior, the door service is not worth the wait nor the extra bribe. Please take your $$$ elsewhere until the owner cleans up his act.
Ive been to every single nightclub in the areaβthat one is in the top 3 for me in the capital of California. You might look good (they have a face control), and they always full. You better come first in the line. My guess 40 % is African American inside.
The club itself is fine, looks nice with a big dancefloor. Crowd is fairly diverse and different areas to hang. Music is alright. The issue with this place is with getting in (worse than the other cobs around, imo). On the guest list and waiting in line for about two hours. Bouncers charged 15/20 to go wait by the door and not on the sidewalk. Friends and I had enough and walked out bc we were practically next in live for about a half hour while they let in other ppl (a decent looking girl or two), we wouldve gotten in soon but it was more about giving a middle finger to that bs,...felt good. Also the dress code is suppose to be strict but later on youll see baggy clothes. One guy had a flannel jeans and sneakers. I like the place, but after the last fiasco in line, I wont be returning
Ok, I just moved here from AZ and I was telling everyone in AZ how much I like the nightlife in Sac...Until I went to Park Ultra. Ive never seen a bar with the attitudes that both the door guys and waitresses exude. Do they think they dont have to worry about the customer? Is it only for the thugs? Its the only bar in town that has cops outside hired to keep the peace. If youre into thugs and the kind of girls that like them...then this is your club. But!!!...they are not nice. Just gotta be the right gangsta to fit in here.
The security their is very unprofessional. Multiple occasions where one of the security guards, Jarel, has gotten in verbal altercations with some of my friends. He just needs a little more training before he gets out on the field. Dont disrespect paying guests that tip very very well!
So expensive for the quality of drinks that you get. A vodka redbull is $15. Im unsure if this is because of the general pricing in the area. The service was pretty fast, and the place looks amazing however. If I was drunk and going to a show here again, I probably would end up buying drinks here again.
This was not the way to spend my birthday, especially because IοΈ paid for a booth. IοΈ was told IοΈ was $100 short (which IοΈ knew IοΈ wasnβt because IοΈ counted the money multiple times before handing it over) once that got cleared up it took forever to get our bottles. 1:35 rolls around and here comes a random employee, abruptly dumps our bottles out into an empty chaser glass without any warning and we were told it was βtime to get outβ. The only thing that would bring me back here is the tacos (thatβs if someone had a celebration there and IοΈ was invited). Waste of $515 for sure.
All the staff are amazing ! Place is super clean. Great outdoor space
Very great place to bring a group of friends and have a good time. Staff is very attentive, hospitable, respect and kind. I would definitely come back again.
This is my first yelp that Ive done. This place doesnt even deserve one star. Do not go here unless you want to be stopped for an hour because you look too young even though you allow the cops to go through your whole phone, social media, you have a debit card in your name, and you even let them call your mom as proof lol. Only to still be turned down. This place is a joke. I have never felt so disrespected by anyone and the cops were actually harassing me at one point. This are supposed to serve and protect us. Not laugh at us because they think we are using a fake ID and still say no after we have actual proof. It wasnt until I had to have someone who we know (who worked there) come out and vouch for me actually being 21 until they let me in. The cop was sitting in his car going through my phone for like 30 mins. This is the most unprofessional business Ive ever encountered in my life
Great place, nice atmosphere, and very nice patio, bartenders were fast and very friendly. Only thing was they played one too short song then it was all top 40 from there on. Throw a little more mac dre/ too short/ bay music and theyd get the 5th star.
Terrible place!!!All they care about is money, I paid 2000$ for a table and they kicked me out for opening my champagne they were just looking for reasons and even after I explained it was my birthday they refused to let me back in after they got their money!I wouldnβt recommend to do any event with them.
Good vibes, good service. The DJs always play a good mix of songs and there is a fun atmosphere Thursday-Saturday.
I went out to Park for my birthday and had an amazing time. Our bottle service girl took care of us and music was great!
This is my honest and humble review and I dont have anything against anyone, i also dont work for any company or any entity what so ever. **** I have been going to Park for the past 3- 4 years now and things were a lot different back then. If i were to count how much money i have spent there, it would be close to $9000 - $10,000 combined. I have been going there almost every other Friday/Saturday and just like in the past up till yesterday ive spent about $100-$120 on drinks and tips per night. For the past few weeks me and my friends have been waiting in the guest list line much longer than usual, and if you have been to the park recently then you would agree with me. Heres what I realized yesterday. We were waiting for about 2 hours in the guest list and me and my friends were the first few people in the guest list line followed by other 20 people.we were the first hour,. All I could see is a crowd of people coming in and they were getting the OK to go in the club. So i walk up to this GUY and ask him that we have been waiting in the guest list for an hour, he says were gonna get to you soon. Im like OK. After another 30 mins we were still waiting and he started to let smaller groups of people in. I walked up again to him, he said sorry I cant do anything go back to the line, Im like ok. Eventually, I noticed that the SMALLER GROUPS of people were paying him to get in. After 2 hours, im still the first person in the guest list line (I got there at 10pm and now its 11:45pm) I go to this guy and tell him that its just me and my friend here today and were have been waiting for 2 hours and we are first in line. ** ** HE SAYS, ITS GOING TO BE $20 EACH TO GET IN *** Now this $20 IS THE MONEY HE POCKETS **** AND LATER ALL THE OTHER BOUNCER AND SECURITY GUYS SPLIT. ** ** I just stood there and looked at him, MONEY was not a issue here at all, I had $20 to give him and get in. But you are letting RANDOM people and groups of people in by making your OWN POCKET MONEY...WHILE PEOPLE WHO SIGNED UP ON THE GUEST LIST ARE WAITING FOR 2 HOURS ?????? .... At least be FAIR and just walk up to the GUEST LIST line and ask DOES ANYONE HAVE $20, ILL LETEM IN RIGHT NOW ...SO... here is what im trying to get at ...when ever you go to The Park ... just go with a group of friends and instead of going to the guest list line just go directly to the security guy (usually the ball head dude) or theres this other one and tell him I HAVE 4-5 PEOPLE IN MY GROUP AND WE WILL GIVE YOU $20 EACH .. he will let you in for sure. IF its past 9:30 or 10pm on Saturday dont even bother with the guest list line, YOU WONT GET IN and i guarantee you that. Its been a sad experience for me because I see so many people being treated UNFAIRLY, just so security guys can make some POCKET MONEY...I have decided NOT TO BACK there again, I know JUST ME not going will not make much of a difference but I hope YOU reading this right now will have a decision to make.Other than all the security and bouncer bulls***t, the place is kool, once you get in. But after seeing all the unfair treatment and asking for money and all that, and waiting in line for hours. Yesterday we got in the club at 12:15 after paying the Security guy to get in and also paying the cover which is $10, even though I was the first person in the guest list line. All that was enough for me, IM NOT GOING BACK .. Ill start hitting up Social or District 30 maybe.
Awesome service at this Place. Heidi is the one to go to if you need a VIP reservation because her customer service and response time is so great!
I went to this venue to watch a performance by party favors. The performance was great! The location was packed. It overflowed into the second bar area. The outdoor area is very large. But be careful the patrol through that area is light.
The service was swift and top tier. Our host was sweet. Will definitely be returning soon.
Hosts some awesome and big named artists/djs. Have always had a great time when coming here.
Okay people, if you are African American (BLACK) and male, you might as well turn around and head home. This club is one of the most racist clubs in Sacramento. I was even told by one guard their job was to only allow a few BLACKS INSIDE.. really people we are in USA and people still show angry towards BLACK PEOPLE, like what did we do? Everyone should be allowed to go out and have a great time. Dont waste your money or time .
Im not the kind of guy youd find in a place like this at the time of night this place operates. With that in mind, this place is loud and obnoxious in that ultraloungey kind of way.The food is OK. Not great, not bad. Go to Hock Farm nearby for good food, go to the bar in the parking garage across the street for drinks. Avoid EDM and this place for your sanity.
Itβs a cute club/lounge itβs definitely a vibe if you enjoy the performer. 10/10 will be coming back!
Great atmosphere and very friendly staff.Heidi was amazing from booking the bottle service to all around experience. Would highly recommend coming back
This place is a joke. Was on a guest list for a friends birthday and waited for 2 hours and still wasnt able to get in. A group of people just cuts everyone in line and gets in before everyone. So youre welcome to go if you want your night to be ruined.
The security and host staff are rude. the wait and bartenders staff are okay. the guest list doesnt do anything. you can get there before 11 and they still charge you regular admission. what a joke
Updating my review AGAIN. Just went here on Saturday. Music STILL sucks I begged my friends not to go there and our whole group didnt even want to go it was just convenient smh I shouldve danced by myself somewhere else.I dont care for the atmosphere or their security staff each time Im here either.
So Friday (11/6) night I ask for an amf but stronger then what the bartender made it before (Asian tatted guy) he gave me a drink and charged me 11 i have him 16 (5$) more out of at 20$) told home to keep it all cause the amf wasnt strong like I asked I offered him another 20$ if he made it syronger!!! He didnt accept it. Maybe if I had a vagina he eapuldve made it stronger lol but he didnt accept any offer I have him. Jesus I just wanted a strong amf other clubs and bars do this easily.
Busy place! Better dress to impress or they will not allow you in... security could use some customer service training. Just because they deal with drinks, they are still customers and deserve to be treated with respect...
Park is awesome! Upscale, big dance floor, three bars, a lot of bottle service options, great service. Always a good time! Dress to impress!
The park is a wonderful place to mingle and be seen. They have some awesome artists come through and the vibe is always pleasant. The only complaint is that it gets so dang crowded!
It was a great place to loosen up everyone was friendly, no fights or altercations had our own booth and full of the most beautiful girls Ive ever seen definently a stop imma make again I went on a Friday.
Its a decent place to see a show. There is plenty of room. Security seems pleasant enough. I like it and would definitely take a date there.
Amazing time! Awesome service! Beautiful venue! The music was outstanding! The drinks were amazing! 11/10
Great bottle service and bartenders, accommodated the booth I wanted, fair prices, and super attentive.
I enjoyed my time at the park the couple of times I went. The only thing I recommend is to pregame or go to a cheap bar to get drunk.
Great service, extremely professional. The staff always does a great job of taking care of us whenever were out.
The Park was so much fun. I had visited once before and I decided to have my birthday party there and it was the best decision I could have made.
Absolute false advertisement no refunds if the place get packed they just send you away even though you pay for it an advance they dont let you in on Halloween because of SHOE dress codecode!! ON HALLOWEEN!!!!!
Staff was very professional and service was fast and accommodating. Would recommend for a night out.
Worst club in Sacramento! Horrible customer service and rude security staff! I was in the club for an hour and some change and then they came up to me and told me my attire was not appropriate for the club. After you take my $15! Worst club by far. Unprofessional
Great time always at the Park Ultra lounge. The service was great and got right in. Prices are reasonable.
Poor event management. Untrained and incompetent staff. Management and staff need serious training on customer service and event planning. Celebrity guests and fans deserve better.
Good luck getting them to answer there phone, store manager hires people that dont want to do their job and blames other people instead of taking responsibility. Puck that flace.
Classy place, classy crowed, amazing DJs. It feels like Vegas, LA, NYC type of club. Love it, friendly staff. This is my place go there often.
Awesome service and very accomodating. Music was great...cant wait to come back!
I go with with friends during Saturday holidays its a solid place to turn up at wether with friends or just solo.
Heidi did an excellent job of coordinating! Everything was as she said! Excellent communication!
Terrible place!!!!Never will go again they kicked my out for no reason then they made me pay 100$ to get in and kicked me out again!!!They are scammers!!!Stay away!!!!
VIP staff was really helpful, friendly and catering. Would definitely be back!
The bartenders always on point, great music selection. When you get tired of dacing and want to rest a bit, the patio is always a great choice
Wackiest dj ever- totally Las Vegas pop club vibe music & dance floor Suck β¦β¦i will never try club again total Hindi club
Had a great time with the fam. Music was kinda weak but everything else was great.
Nice trendy Club it was fun to hang around the table service was good and the music was pretty good too do you want to go have some fun why not stop here.
For an upscale lounge this place is great, although it can get very busy on the weekends and leave you no room to move around on the dance floor.
Nice dance room full bar large outdoor seating area this is a pretty solid Lounge and free on your birthday
I had an amazing time. We got excellent service and Iβd like to thanks Heidi for the hospitality
Looking for my barbie doll... have you seen her!? Keep it classy here, dress to impress and leave the unclassy at the dirty dive bar down the street.
Great atmosphere but music predominantly rave/edm. I would prefer rap/hip hop/rnb.
Fun place, good music, good drinks. Hot dog guy outside had great hot dogs.
I spent my birthday there with a booth it was amazing, the staff could have been more attentive.
Nice place! Came for an EDM show. It was lit. The bars look amazing and the drinks are good.
Very nice and friendly bar service here. Drinks are very tasty and I like the set up here.
Definitely one of my recommended clubs for Sacramento. Good Djs, well made drinks, good times!
The Park is always a ton of fun! Great drinks and even better vibes. π
Everything it was super eventful and exciting lol to bad i got to drunk to really have at as much of fun as I could of...thats why i booked a ticket for new years.
Great spot. Visiting from Washington, DC and it feels very much like a DC nightclub. Ill definitely return when Im in town next.
Always great music for dancing, a beautiful and classy atmosphere, and reasonable drink prices.
The place is nice enough. If youre there for an event they limit your access to the patio and side room.
Fun place. I love the varsity of the building from a nice restaurant, to casual bar area, relaxing patio and upbeat dance floor area.
Great place! We had a blast and pleasantly surprised there was a restaurant inside too!
Turned away 4 people cuss one was wearing flip flops. What kind of pretentious place of this? Lol. Never coming back.
Lots of young and drunkenness. Service was good, place is trashy vs. classy.
Wish the dance floor was bigger, other than that, the Park has a beautiful outdoor area to mingle!
This is one of the nicer Sacramento night clubs. Good atmosphere and overall experience.
Music was good, would prefer more house or trap music but over all a good time
The workers there are so rude and pettyThis place is so over ratedThey are so superficial and racistTake your bday dinners tomorrow or night out any where elseSacramento night life is better than this place
Plenty of space and fast drinks. One of my favorite goto event spot in Sacramento
Drinks are good. Line was a little long. Good music and good vibes.
Favorite club to go to in the area. Always a good time with bottle service.
Dope atmophere and the best service Ive had at a bar. Amazing place
Good music, comfy booth, great service! Thank you!
Would have had a 3 star if the cups werent plastic.
Nice classy club with good vibes and excellent service.
Nice n cozy.friendly staff n real good security.gr8 place to hang out with frenz
Great food, cocktails looked amazing. Would recommend.
The worst customer service i have ever delt with. Completley ghetto managmemt staff!
Nice place but it was so packed someone stole my drink
Always have a great time. Good service and beautiful ambiance
Bad service over all, every time Iv gone I get bad service and the security are very disrespectful! Good luck.
Best place for your favorite spot to party with all your squid. EDM
A great set up, great furniture, music top 40, very diverse crowd
This club wants to ask for us passports to go in!!!! Like this ainβt no us border patrol. Smh! Never coming here again. Damn shame!
Great music, elegant atmosphere, friendly staff!
Place is dirty they have rats very nasty
Waited 50 minutes during opening hours to get in while the first in line just to a half filled club
Worst club ever. line is difficult, cashiers at the door are difficult and the bartenders are assholes
Always a great place to enjoy a night out on the town.
One one the best upscale lounge spot in downtown Sacramento after MIX.
Amazing customer service. Great atmosphere
It usually depends on the DJ how fun this place can be.
Great atmosphere/excellent service/great time βΌοΈ
Wrong shoes apparently didnt let me in. Dont come here. Place empty anyway.
Waited forever to get in, nice thi. Music was ok.
This is the place to go if youre trying to get your dance on in Sacramento.
Awesome time, great service at the outside bar
Friendly staff. Hype DJ. Keepn peeps on that dance floor.
I really dont recommend this place specially if you think to book a table
One of my favorite spots to party in downtown Sac
Mandem was off the Henny and vibes were off the charts here
Really nice place to hang out with some friends and dance
Came here to see 3blau and it was a long line to get in. It was too crowded.
Small dance floor and odd layout for a club.
Always a fun experience. Music is a hit or a miss.
Cool place to ha g out and party!
