It was my first time going to a vape store, I use to order my juice and coils online and now it’s getting hard to order some. I had a great experience there at star mountain. The young lady who helped me was very nice and got me everything I needed. Going to be coming back here for sure.
Ive been going here for a while on and off but a couple days ago I decided to order something different. I told them I wanted to mix strawberries and cream with apple fritter and caramel (which came out super delicious btw). Anyway, he came back after a little wait my juice and he even had a little formula written out in case I wanted to order the same thing again when he wasnt present. Customer service 10 outta 10.
Everything in this shop is quality, from start to finish. Their liquids are outstanding and the mods available are dependable for anybody from beginners to experience vapers. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, willing to help out with anything you need. If they dont have what youre looking for, they do their best to get it for you. Great prices all around for premium service and products. Best place in El Paso to get what you need.
Great customer service and the quality of the products is well worth the money. I went through 3 different vapes from that other place, all 3 started leaking within a few days of leaving the store. The first one I got from star mountain still works great now 3 months later!
Brandon was great at explaining everything to us for being first time users. Very informative and took time to show us how to use the products before we left. Prices were very reasonable from other places. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone and will be coming back again!!!
I ordered a 120ml bottle of Smarty Pants, and when it came in there was an issue with it. Upon calling and letting them know it was quickly handled. The flavor of the fluid is great, and the customer service is unparalleled. Highly recommend doing business with them.
Super friendly and really helpful staff. Cynthia takes the time to explain difference between juices. Daisy greets right away and very attentive. Great staff and got me hooked on a great juice called spearmint! Definitely coming back !

This vape shop provides a good experience. They have reliable and fairly priced products, a good varied selection of flavors and a friendly and helpful shop attitude. All shops should strive to be more like Star Mt. Vapor. After a year, this place has yet to disappoint me unlike a lot of their competition.
Maribel was AMAZING. I haven’t vaped in a few years but life got stressful and I ended up using the cruddy gas station vapes. I was totally outdated on the current market and what was available. She was so kind, compassionate (not at all like those pretentious vape store associates and managers who look down on you because you don’t know the ins and outs of their hobby), gave me the pros and cons of all the different systems they had and helped me find the perfect one for my lifestyle that also stayed in my price range. She didn’t try to push a crazy system on me and was just incredibly helpful. I wanted to hug heThe store was really clean and well stocked. Their flavors are PHENOMENAL. I won’t be going anywhere else.
Star mountain vapor is the nicest e-cig store I have been in! The customer service is great, and they have quality e-cigs! The juice is phenomenal (apple berry being my favorite)! They know alot about their products and wont leave you unsatisfied. I definitely will be bringing my buddies!
Being an OTR truck driver Ive been in quite a few vape shops, including a few in my home towns of Chicago and Dallas.Star mountain is by far the best service Ive ever had. They have prices to match about 99% of vape shops but in my opinion have great tasting and vaping liquids!Very laid back atmosphere and good sense of humor. I really enjoyed my visit and give them a high recommendation! They personally deserve 6stars ! GREAT SERVICE!Good luck with business guys and hopefully Ill be through El Paso next time I need juice or supplies! I know where Im spending my money!

Very nice lounge with helpful people and experienced workers. Felt very welcomed to try out flavors, and their selection is really good. Z was very helpful and kind, and offered assistance to me as a new comer. Even the people that come to the shop are very helpful, Im even writing this review on someone else laptop.
I honestly did not know anything about vaping, but thanks to Z and, especially Alex, they taught me so much. I never have any problems with my Aspire Odessy and the customer service is great!

I went today to buy my boyfriend batteries for his vape. Come to find out I was charged over double the price. I was told by the associate that the price was $18 PER battery, so since its a 2-pack, it came to over $36 total. Needless to say I wont be going back, and Ill tell anyone who will listen not to go here.
Got a kit and some Juice from here. The customer service is awesome, Id definitely recommend coming here. If they dont have the flavor you want they can usually make it on the spot for you.

Nice flavor for the two I got would have gave 5 star if it was a max vg juice for cloud chasing. dripping is more your speed my not be all that happy with cloud. Price is about on point so I can say Ill stop again in the future

Bought a charger cause I thought I lost mind amd literally 2 minutes after I bought it my girlfriend found my old one. Tried to return it and they didnt allow refunds. Plus the juice is crappy. Way better places to go.

Way too expensive. Not much of a selection of products. The sample tanks have burned coils, they are essentially not even trying anymore. Good luck, at least the staff is halfway patient.
