Went in yesterday and bought a bowl. Got home saw what looked like a hair in it, so I went to remove it and the bowl broke. So it wasnt a hair. But a crack. Took the bowl back unused, and was told no returns or exchanges, but offered 50% off my next purchase. Why would I spend any more money here? Next.

Okay...something didnt sound right about this place so I politely exited. Come in and ask about the specials. The man says, we have a sale of buy one, get the second one half off. I say Awesome and then asks how much are the Elf Bars. He tells me $36 for one, and around $54 for two. Who the hell pays $36 for a 5000 puff Elf Bar??? Cant wait to get back to MS. They are $17.99 for one or you two for $30. SMDH

This store is great, first off they are open 24 hrs, the selection of glass is impressive badass designs and the cherry on the top is the prices !! Will Recommend this place for everyone. Axel greeted us and went the extra mile to inform us on how each product worked . Its because of Axel being very polite and perfessional that we will be back.

Three times they sold me mods that they dont support with pods and their juice selection is mediocre

I looked up a vape place for my bf and it was like 11 pm. He needed a new filter or some piece. I saw this place was 24/7. Its literally 2 blocks from my place. I walked in and all the gentlemen there were so inviting. I literally didnt know what I was doing. Some guy helped me, his name is Brandon, and he went out of his way. He was so helpful. And he was helping everyone else out, even his fellow coworkers when they had a question, other customers simultaneously. The atmosphere was amazing! Brandon even changed everything out for me and he explained everything. I will definitely come back again. I really recommend this place!! Dont go anywhere else! Thank you everyone! Sebastian was a tremendous help with figuring out what was wrong with my new vape. And after like 20 minutes was still not getting frustrated with not knowing the problem. I will definitely go to that location again.

Vape City has a pretty wide selection of premium juice and theyre open 24/7. The e-juice is a little pricey. But, youre paying for the convenience of being able to buy that juice after all other shops have closed. The staff was friendly and helpful and they also have a wide variety of vape accessories.

Other than the help being good their products are not worth your money! I bought a disposable and a day later it started to stop working the light wouldn’t turn on and nothing would come out! Later I heard a noise and it was my disposable going off by itself it kept going on and off so I called them and they said they couldn’t do anything about it since it was past 12 hours! Definitely not going back! Don’t waste your money!!

Will never go again! Bought 3 vapes from them. 2 of them were completely burnt when I tried them, they wouldnt exchange them and the 3rd vape I got all the juice leaked out and it didnt even work. Again wont exchange them. I will never go again!
