The lady working there was absolutely no help at all and looked like she did not wanna be there lol. I went in and told her I was new to modboxes and didnt know much about vape juices nor what to choose and all she did was stare at me, ask if I meant disposables and when I said No, Im talking about the juice she said Oh okay and pointed to the signs they had and said Those are the strengths of nicotine and the top 20 flavors, just tell me the numbers on top of the one you want and the size. Definitely not going to recommend this store ESPECIALLY whenever she works.

Fantastic service! They even cleaned out my daughters pipe and, put a new coil for her! Shes 27 so shes old enough to vape. Very reasonable price! Will definitely come back again!

Customer service, top notch.Selection, pretty decent.Juice? Honestly some of the worst I have ever vaped. $45.00 for a 120ml that should cost about 20 bucks. Seriously lacking in flavor, I mean it really tastes bad.

No joke, this is easily the best vape shop Ive been to and I travel often so Ive been to many vape shops around 9 different states. I was bummed at first about them not having the juice I normally get, but they did an amazing job taking their time to make my juice just the way I like it. the pricing is great as well as their selection of products. The staff are really friendly also. Ill definitely be going here while Im in town.

Im new to vaping and its a little bit intimidating not knowing all the terms used and such. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and they took the time to answer all my questions and address any concerns I had. Even though the shop was crowded, I was attended to like I was the only customer in the store. Overall great experience. I highly recommend them. I bought the flavor of the day Cherry Berry w/20% nicotine, its awesome.

Ive driven down to this shop for over a year, their operation hours fluate but all you need to do is call ahead to verify. This pandemic and the big tobacco companies are the ones making it hard to Vape, not the store. Still awesome still waiting for them to be able to ship it to the Alamogordo NM area.

Went today for the first time cause I always saw them around. I usually ordered online cause prices were cheaper but I have it a shot. Called about 10 min ahead of time and asked if they could have a bottle ready for me cause I had a class soon. Walked in, and got out quickly. They were super nice and wandered my questions about selections. Will try the juice soon. It’s De-Ja. 0% nicotine :)

Great when the guy is there. The woman really shows she hates being bothered. Very bad attitude for anything. Shes there Thurs and Sat. Be warned.

Ive been coming to Vapolocity for a few years now. Even when Ive moved to Denver and come back, I always go straight here. This place is seriously great. Its very clean and sanitary. The atmosphere is welcoming and they decorate for holidays like Halloween which is cool. The employees are absolutely the best! The guys always help me when I need it and sit there and help me pick flavors when I want a new one. And they go out of their way to solve it when you have an issue. Most importantly they are fair and treat you like a friend, not just a customer. Best vape shop in EP by far.

The store itself is clean the staff is helpful. However I make my own vape juice. I am traveling so I had to stop to buy Vape juice. They do not sell premium juice it only cost me about $3.00 to make 120 meals juice. They sell their 60 meals for $45. I havent done the math yet but thats about a 700% markup. I dont even sell my vape juice for $30 for 120 meals at a 300% markup. The flavoring was weak so Im assuming theyre buying their supplies from the company out of Arizona. Which sells poor quality ingredients. So this is Extreme price gouging.

Ive been a customer for about 5 years and I gotta say that they are hands down the best vape store Ive ever come across. Customer service is A1, and the juice is on point. I would definitely recommend them to my mother. 🤔 who doesnt even vape..😤They rarely make a mistake but if they do they are quick to fix the problem however necessary.I kept renwicking my rda, unsuccessfully since it kept spontaneously combusting. I walked in the shop and I was greeted with smiles and expertise. They even educated me on how I can avoid the problem in the future.so basically, I created a problem for myself, they not only fixed my problem, but they even reimbursed me by replacing my juice, wicked my coils, and made sure I left with a smile.It really doesnt matter who you work with, they all love their jobs and it shows. Not many people can meet someone they have never met, carry a good conversation, and hook you up with some sweet deals.

Moved back to ELP and Barry really helped me out. Gave me great info that I didnt even know and i have been vaping for 3 yrs. Great service and I highly recommend this shop. They let your test the diff. flavors definitely going back.

Walked in to buy juice, was talked to rudely by an elderly intellectually handicapped man, was my first time to this location. made note of how the last juice i had purchased, tasted a bit off, he then commented that without the juice bottle i can get you anymore. as though to imply i was asking for a free handout when i was just making note so that when i bought the new juice he could make sure everything was ok and aware. after buying more juice was still talked to rudely and in a condescending tone, will never go back to Vapelocity again, was a regular customer at the one downtown, 5 star and all that. Rather order online @ShijinVapors, cheaper better flavors no brain dead customer service spazzs to deal with

This is the best service Ive had at a vape shop. The staff is very friendly and the prices are very fair. I came from out of town and needed to buy a battery charger The employee behind the counter helped me out and got me the right charger I needed. Very good customer service. I highly recommend it to anyone that needs some vape stuff.

Not gona lie, hated this store at first. Ran out of batteries traveling from Houston to Vegas and did not like the service. On the way back I stopped again and talked to them, the guys made everything OK with the batteries and service. They ended up getting a custom made juice I love and am now addicted to it, this is now the only juice I buy and have it shipped to Houston. Thanks yall! Keep up the good work!

This place has few products, its dead, in a bad location and it seems like anyone who knows jack about vapes hates it. I walked in and gave it a chance within two seconds of talking to the old white dude who talks condescending i left. I asked to look at a mechanical mod, he asked me if i knew what ohms law was and i said no. Rather than explaining it he told me he wasnt going to sell me the product. I asked to look at it, but i guess this isnt america.

I dont know a lot about vaping but the sales person was easy to work with. Told her what I was looking for and she directed me right to it. I was in and out in five minutes and the pricing is very fair.

They have the largest selection that I have seen so far.. The staff is highly knowledgeable! Their juice is delicious too... I definitely will be returning back when I’m ready to upgrade my vape

I have been to vape shops in 4 different states, and at least 10 cities, and the vapolocity stores go far and beyond all other stores anywhere in terms of service, flavor selection, and customization of those flavors. A must try, go and find a flavor you like or get a 50% off flavor of the day which are really good most of the time. A++

I see all these glowing reviews about how awesome the staff are, but I wonder how many of the authors would change their minds if they witnessed what I saw take place there yesterday. One of the employees was being very rude to another employee who was obviously new. Im not saying the guy didnt deserve to be scolded for whatever he did or did not do, but it should have been handled privately. Creating a scene like that in front of customers is inappropriate and unprofessional. Everything else about the store is great, but this was such a buzzkill that I do not think I will be returning here in the future.

This place used to be legit but the owner and staff got pretty sloppy and disrespectful. Customer service has lacked and they lack products as of lately. It doesn’t even feel like a vape shop. Something happened to this place cause it went down hill

Excelent vape shop!! Great variey of flavors and they have their own vaporizers if you wanna try a flavor , they only thing i would recommend you guys is to change your tanks because i taste like 5 flavors and i didnt percieve the flavor and i tried the one i bought and it tasted like 5 times better thats when i realize they have a very premium e liquid!!

As soon as went in they greeted and helped me out. They knew and had exactly what I was asking for. Their range of juices blew my mind. I am definitely going back there every time.

Dont know exactly the name of the guy with the long white beard, but his customer service was absolutely poor and disrespectful in his body language and his way of talking to people, I almost didnt buy my need from vaplocity 2.0 because of him, and because of him I will never return! If this place plans to get better it needs way better customer service!

They are friendly and everything but if they make a mistake and younask them to fix it they decline. I just got a Ejuice from them and i ask for a 3nand they gave me something stronger and i ask them to change it for a 3 they just said they make no mistake

Good staff. If youre new to vaping, its great place to start. Once you get the hang of it prices are good bit cheaper online.

I usually go to the one in the NE, but my first time in this one and I was throughly impressed. The store is gorgeous and the staff was so helpful. They were very knowledgeable, and knew exactly what I needed. Definitely returning to this location in the future!

I absolutely love coming here. They are very friendly, attentive and make sure you are well taken care before leaving the store. They are always happy to answer any questions in person or overthe phone.
