VAPOLOCITY West - Fort Bliss & El Pasos Premier Vape Shop

Jesse has made me rethink everything I thought I knew about this location. He answers my questions and as dumb as my questions may seem he’s actually really helpful in getting me to understand AND doesn’t make me feel stupid about it. He’s also got a great sense of humor. This is definitely the better store. The other vape store just a few feet to the right called vapory or whatever has a very unpleasant gentleman working behind the counter. Very much prefer this store!

Jesse is awesome at what he does, knowledgeable and best customer service. Took the time to explain my set up. The selection on vapes and juices are very good. I would recommend to any friends and family. They really take into consideration what the customer wants.

I was at first skeptical due to reviews about the old grumpy man behind the counter, alas he was not there. This was my first time in the store and Paul and Roland were awesome. Helped my build coils and wick my RDA. Great service. Great selection. Great rewards point system. 500 different juices. Ill definitely do business again. Thanks guys.

The owner, the gentleman with the beard, is definitely a jerk and lacks customer service skills. I stopped going to this shop years ago when I noticed the sarcasm in a lot of his comments. Does he expect everyone to put up with his meaningless rants? I think he lost a wing shop already. I dont get how people tolerate this guy and they are still in business. You can tell something is up with the shops because they never have the basic vaping supplies anymore. They have the bare minimum.

This place has gone downhill! I’ve been buying mods, pens and juice from them for a few years now and it stops today! I bought a pen in there last week. It was their last one and when I got home it didn’t work. I went to return it and they said they didn’t have one to exchange it. I told them I just wanted my money back and they refused. I explained that they would be losing a regular customer and they didn’t care. Screw this place and the idiot that I dealt with today!

I have a breathing problem so I cannot wear a mask and the manager still kicked me out of the store saying Im not losing my job for anyone . I never had problems here before and the mask mandate is not a law especially if you have a breathing issue. Im glad this business enforces a mandate over the values of their customers. If your looking for a place that puts its customers first and not a mandate, that is tyrannical and against the constitution of the United States, then this place is not right for you. However they did allow me to sit in my car and finish my purchase. Thats why Im giving them one star. They just lost a loyal customer that has been using their store for over 5 years. I can not support a company that enforces a illegal mandate, and violates the rights of the constitution of the United States. I fought and bled for the rights this establishment no longer appreciates.

Customer service was amazing!!! He helped me find everything I needed and was so nice!! 10/10 am gonna come back for more juice and coils!!!thank you!!

The staff is unfriendly expecially the older guy treats everyone as if they have zero knowledge. Also the last 2 times Ive been there I ordered 60ML and the bottle came out from the back with the older man laughing and whispering possibly about my order with the other employee. The juice was below the label roughly about 47-50 ML (on the high end) I asked them if they would fill it and the older guy came out from back and said he made it and nothing can be added. Very disappointed used to be my go to spot now its just garbage. Ill be taking my business else were.

Rude, don’t go. Exactly what you would expect at a vape shop, super pretentious dude with a beard, definitely thought he was better than everyone. Talked trash about the competition, offered no help or explanations. “Do you have fruity pebbles flavor” “we have 521 flavors” — ok bro Go back to watching YouTube videos in your empty store..clearly he was put out to have to even get off his barstool..

Great place with excellent customer service, and the employees are very knowledgeable. The prices are low for high quality juice, and they have a DAILY special for the Flavor of the Day so you can try out new flavors, stock up on ones you like, and keep your wallet a bit fuller.

I used to enjoy coming here until they sold me a $5 clone of an rda for $50. Definitely learned my lesson. Make sure you do your research before coming here. Or just go to one of their competitors that actually sell authentic devices.

The juices are decent the guy with the long hair and bandana looking mask was rude when i was asking for suggestions like if was trying to make me feel dumb but i’d rather go to the smoke shop next to texas roadhouse for fruitia juice cheaper too

I purchased 2 malfuntional vaporizers back to back. Despite claimed 14 day return policy had to make a scene to get 50% back on the 1st. Then large employee who was apparently in charge took the 2nd and puffed on it hard enough to work inadequately and told me he could not swap it out. Also had a case of bad pods for another vape and blamed it on the device (which I got from them) and would not swap for new pods. Altogether terrible customer appreciation.On another note have tried several of thier vape flavors and they have all had the same stale nasty taste. Recommend finding any other alternative vape shop around

Stopped at 3 different shops in El Paso to get a coil for my KangerTech kbox finally my four stop was vapolocity they had exactly what I needed to me about 2 minutes for the entire transaction and those guys that seem to know absolutely everything there is about vaping and mods , Etc. Im very impressed. I will give them my business from now on.

They were so nice helped me with what flavor I would like, allowed me to try them. Even helped my mom on nicotine level she would need. I really loved this place. Better then what I have went to back at home in Oklahoma.

Im a truck driver. Im also a three pack a day thirty year smoker,until recently. Thanks to vaping Ive been off the cigarettes about a month. I lost some of my vape batteries and was smoking again day before yesterday because I cant get this semi in and out to replace the batteries. In desperation I called this store yesterday and offered a hefty delivery fee if someone would just bring me two batteries. That evening, my phone rang. It was the store manager himself. He refused to accept any $ for driving 12 miles in the rain to bring the batteries, then when he realized 3 batteries would have made more since, he took one out of his own vape and just gave it to me...now thats integrity...and then some ;)

Normally dont ever do vape shops anymore, however needed a new setup. Went with the drag gen 2, drop rda. Pretty good service, Matthew really sold me on the drop, totally loving it. Appreciate it!

Decent selection, laid back environment, staff that is well informed about their products. Friendly and ready to answer any questions without being pushy or trying to force a sale. Good prices on a range of quality and items from beginners to novice. Convenient location right off of Mesa St. with ample parking and in an easy to find shopping center.

I used to order solely online. Unfortunately, thats been a sunk boat now. Prices are good for the time being they do in house e-juice plenty of variety its an enormous selection

Immediately harassed about our masks, didn’t bother to ask if we were vaccinated. We are fully vaccinated & Texas doesn’t mandate masks anymore. I mean it’s a vape store vaping causes more deaths than the virus ever did.

Ordered up a flavor with 9mg of nicotine and received 0 mg, didnt check the label before leaving the store. Place just has too much attitude for my money, wont go back again, too many other good places in this town to spend my money at.

My boyfriend and I walked through the door and was immediately harassed about not wearing our face masks? “Do you guys have face masks? It’s all over the door. I have some have some here if you need them.” Like are you that unaware that people are vaccinated and an establishment is not allowed force the mask rule any more.. maybe have your employees keep up with the news, and avoid a possible law suit. Taking our business else where. :)

Customer service is decent. Juices arent worth anything, no flavor, the testing flavors are all tanks and they dont do drip testers. Nice shop though.

My only stop for vaping needs. Great quality juice. Knowledgeable crew and great products. And one of many locations on each side of town

Extreme Knowledgeable..didnt know a thing about Vape when i walked in and left Damm near an expert with a Device called e Go 1 which I really Like and enjoy.. it sure beats buying cigars and a hell of a lot Less Money for the Same Pleasure .. .Personally I think this is the Next Big Thing..... If you Smoke Cigars... Try it out .... Was having a hard time in El paso trying to find the right E-Juices a lot of of the vapor stores pre mix their E-Juices so a lot of the Juices they have are already bad and taste like crap... When I found out about Vapolocity I gave them a shot and well it has been the best Vapor store so far in El paso.... Awesome people and they make there E-juices to order so its fresh ...the people there are well knowledge on most types of Mods so thats even a more plus to them.

Love the juice! I cant get enough. No other vape shop compares to the quality in Customer service, and in e-juice!

Good juices but the people are always wanting to sell you something even if its not the right part.
