I cant say enough great things about this dispensary! The moment you walk in, youre greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease.The selection of products is top-notch, offering everything from premium buds to quality concentrates and edibles. Quoted $18 charged $25. Illegal as false advertising. Will not return. I didnt speak up. This is the problem with big corporations that dont value customers, and dont have their stuff clearly communicated. Staff didnt even know correct price of their discount sale or if it was in effect. No thank you on returning. This place has became a joke. Sincerely, that guy that had a previous employee of yours ask for hard drugs. The same guy that said you were undercutting yourselves on joints. Peace yall. You just lost a long time loyal customer. I even asked him to double check. Btw, lying about strain (labeling it a strain when its all shake thrown together of multiple strains) is also false advertisement with risk to anyone who has terp allergies. Be better please. You reflect on all of us. And you guys have slipped because you prioritize money too much, over the patients health and your reliability in truth towards us. Midwest now beats yall in price, quality, and service. So does root 66. I cannot recommend this place.

I always have the best experiences here and every employee Ive met has been super friendly. I always feel welcomed. Im usually helped by a young man whos name I think was Bryson? Brown haired guy with a small face tattoo is always ready to help and answer all my questions and his recommendations have never lead me wrong. Ive been coming here for about a year and Ive never had a bad experience with the employees or product. Thank you guys for the hard work and great service ❤️

Dylan and Brian are my favorite faces to see after a long night at work. They are always excited to see me when I come in and always make me laugh and let me vent when Ive had a bad night. They are the sweetest and I always love seeing them. They are wonderful and absolutely helpful.

First time customer today. Nice, clean store and helpful staff of only one, so several customers had to wait while l decided on purchases. As a result, I rushed my choices, no fault of James, of course. Ill be back.

For most I felt like the distract manger called me lier and I think she may need read the OMMA rules again just saying straight told me imma wouldnt let them use my aprrovel which is a lie so maybe train her little more the other person that I talked was great but the district manager not so much and rude

The owner pulls out excuses for every problem they have. Sells discount bud with worms and Im not an ex employee! Green book price matches and dank tank has a better selection. Go somewhere else people !! They do not have it tested labels lie ! Someone needs to be inspected this MEDICAL Marijuana has bugs and white dog hairs

I was the only customer in the store and not a single employee greeted or spoke to me when I walked in. They audibly were speaking about who was going to help me. One employee did come over to help but she was unfriendly, and unprofessional. I asked a question about a product and got an “oh I don’t know” with no other explanation or recommendation. I’m not usually one to leave reviews, especially a negative one, but this was unacceptable customer service. I love supporting local business but I’ll be going else where.

Bought 2 carts from here and they both ended up being a lime green color and didn’t taste right🤢, bought another one thinking it was going to be okay but they sold me a dud doesn’t even hit, 0/10 wouldn’t buy here ever again

It was my husbands go to dispensary until a female worker told him they raised the prices on cartridges from $16 to $20. He paid and didn’t think anything about it until a few days later when he went in to buy another cart and it was back to $16. He asked, so the price went back down? And they said it’s always been $16. So somebody is up charging customers and pocketed the extra $. Won’t be going back.

I had a OK experience I went in there gave my card .I asked if I had any points she said, I had nine dollars so I asked her if she could look up what last ounce of shake I got last time I was at the store . that’s what I wanted .she show me a different one than I wanted .kind of confused and just got whatever .it wasn’t what I wanted .then when I try to use my points she told me I was one dollar off that I couldn’t so I ended up getting the shake I didn’t want .and not enough money for the pre-roll that I wanted .she told me to fill out on Google for free pre-row row My experience kind of sucked

Oklahoma says they accept out of state med cards but apparently the kush gardens doesnt I am a med patient and my mom is on hospice very sad .but after reading reviews might b better to find a different dispensary not sure I even called 5 times with no answer b4 I walked across the street doesnt really seem like a medical dispensary probably for the best I think they only have outdoor thats w hy prices are so cheap.

The customer service was good although i didn’t appreciate the employee who helped coming into my job the next day and recognizing me and getting upset i wouldn’t help him off the clock on my lunch break. he proceeded to tell my coworkers about my medical card. i kinda thought patient confidentiality was a thing

Used to be my go to dispensary until my last visit. My budtender had no knowledge of different strains (working in the business you should) and acted like I was hassling her for asking about different flower lineages. She seemed to have picked the smallest nugs in the jars and also sold me a dud cartridge.

Was really liking this place until we got cursed and yelled at on the 4th and no one seems to care how the customer is treated!

I use a little bit of everything and it can add up, but getting a good deal here is no problem! Definitely telling my circle of friends about kush gardens!
