I recently visited Vapor 100 and had an outstanding experience thanks to Tymber, the sales associate. Tymber was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and took the time to understand my needs and preferences. Their recommendations were spot-on, and I felt confident in my purchase.Tymbers friendly demeanor and professionalism made the shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. Love this store. It is the only one I got to. I drive almost am hour to get here. They hav3 great customer service and always help me out when I dont know what I am actually looking for.

The staff is always so kind and helpful here, they give great recommendations and have great deals. Store has a range of selections and are one of the few stores around that carry products I would otherwise have to order online.

Sold us a defective vape. We stepped outside the door and tried it and they wouldnt replace or refund it. We never left the line of sight of the staff. This is the second time we have had a problem with this store.

I would not recommend doing business here. Im temporarily disabled and have trouble getting in and out of the car. My dad went in to buy me a coil. They denied him of his purchase and stated hes not able to buy anything because his ID had just expired.My dad waved me to come in, and the staff watched as I struggled to get into the store just for them to say I cant buy anything because Im a 3rd party. This is the most asinine policy I have ever heard of. Im of age and have a valid ID but cant buy because someone else from my car went in before me? The staff was rude and pretentious as well.This is obviously a reoccurring problem because every other recent review has had the same issue. Vapor voyage and Mixmaster Vapes will have my business from now on and I recommend anyone reading this to do so as well.

It was good I got me a good vape that got me to quit smoking

Sold me defective coils and told me oh well. That they wont replace them I wont buy anything from them again and I will make sure everyone i know stops going there. That is the worst customer service ever

Horrible customer service. On Friday November 17th @ 2:30 there was a single employee female working in the store where my husband had gone to purchase a vape. He told the employee he was going to buy himself one but call his wife to see if she wants one also. After a few minutes of him trying to call me at work, she informed him that he will not be able to buy for another person. He said, OK & that he will just purchase the black one for himself, she told him that he is not allowed to buy anything now, which again, is wild, considering the fact that he first told her he’s going to buy one for himself before he was contacting his wife about purchasing her the pink one. After he left, he called Vapor 100 to ask the girl her name, by first asking her position. She stated she was a store clerk and refused to give her name, then she changed her job title answer to “right underneath a manager”, when he asked if he could speak to her manager or leave a message. She refused to do give any names or take a message. Clearly, she knew that she had messed up and cost the store money.

Went in scanned my license before making a purchase. I am 35 years old and decided to surprise my wife with a new vape along with the one I was going to purchase. Was told she would not sell to me cuz I said something about my wife. I then asked well can I at least have the one I wanted and she flatly said no and asked me to leave. Never have I been treated more rudely in my life.

I buy 1 to 2 large candles every other day from this shop. I went in today and said Im just here for some candles but saw the Zippos & started looking at them & said I was thinking abt buying a Zippo lighter for Xmas for my dad. The sales associate said I needed to leave bc they dont make 3rd party sales. I said oh ok I wont buy a lighter then but I came in for candles for me. She said no, cant sell u anything.

They are very inviting, and friendly people. Easy to talk to. Special shout out to Timber!

I spent $20+ on a bottle of juice but the clerk put the wrong juice in the bag. I brought it back unopened so the clerk called the manager and bold faced lied to her in front of me. Now I’m out the $ and was a loyal customer. AND you’re not allowed to talk to the manager! What? Lost a customer

First time visiting this location, and the gentleman in here was very helpful and took very good care of us. Also the prices were very reasonable.Update: Im a repeat customer now. I love the employees here because they are so helpful, and the manager is extremely awesome as well. They have excellent prices on their vapes!

Prices are great, lots of variety, awesome products and best of all Jacob is very knowledgeable and honest. He answers all of my questions and if he doesnt know, he is honest about it. He is honest about products and will make suggestions if something might be a better fit. My hubby and I love this place!

Vapor 100 sold me a broken item, did NOT open it to see if it was in good condition, & when I tried to exchange it within 24 hrs of purchase, they would NOT do an exchange or even refund my money. My advice would be DONT shop there. They ripped me off by almost $30.

They are extremely helpful, friendly, and courteous. The people know exactly what they are selling and can help you with any questions you have concerning their products

First of all they sell oil burners or crack that’s a big no go why support that community when all they’re doing is killing themselves. Their disposable vapes taste really bad either because they weren’t transported right or they’re fake. I would strongly suggest not going here.

Wouldnt take a valid ID given by the the DMV...its always the same female that avoids sales as much as possible

I was having a wonderful 26th birthday and wanted to purchase a new peice for my collection. Your employee whos name i did not think to ask for this review helped me find all the small things i needed quickly and over all made me feel welcomed. I will definitely 10/10 spend more money in your establishment again. Great service and freondly atmosphere. Thanks for making my birthday better

Went in to the El Reno location on June 1st at 6 pm and the young kid who was working was very rude and started calling us out of our name, wearing sunglasses like he was cool and had a very bad attitude
