I went in and the gentlemen was very sweet and very nice he was also helpful along with the cashier who rung up my items. Very professional and gave eye comtact which is something great to have when doing business with someone. I will definitely be going back!!

Do not shop here. Got the same vape I always get at capitol smoke and it tastes completely different and went dry after 3 days. Very much fake, god know what’s in these knock offs please don’t buy them.

If I could leave no stars I would!! I just called up there today Jan 7th at 8:45 am to call about a vape I purchased that I just opened and didn’t work. To be told after I leave the store there is nothing they can which I have never been told I’m required to open and test in store before leaving he tells me there is nothing he can do. I ask for a manager or someone in charge and he tell me the owner Smiley. While he continues to get hostile with me tells me he tells me he will have to hang up if I keep saying negative things. Mind you I was not cursing, raising my voice or hostile all the while he is very agitated with me the moment he answered the phone. I say how upsetting it is that I guess they make enough money to loose a customer that spends $60 in there a week he then hangs the phone up on me! Very unprofessional I have never in my life had such rude customer service!

I work right next door and have been waiting for them to open and today my husband and I went in and were very impressed with the entire store, the wide selection of items they have was admittedly surprising. The staff was extremely nice and friendly, the prices were very reasonable on nearly everything, will most definitely be my new stop for all my smoking needs! Keep up the great work guys! :D

I stopped in Mega Tobacco to get my phone fixed and they did an amazing job. One of the owners Sammy was very helpful and friendly, they had my phone fixed in less then 15 min. They also have a huge selection of Tobacco and Vape products

NOT DISABILITY FRIENDLY Im legally blind. I can see shapes and colors but i cant make out words or signs. I asked a black haired white guy with a mustache to tell me what flavors they had of a certain product. He told me you can read them I then explained I was LEGALLY BLIND and he says You can just look so I laughed and emphasized I CANT see he then told me dont yell at me please dont yell at me in a threatening way! When someone says they cant read something youre suppose to accommodate and help them NOT keep telling you to read it themselves. I wasnt yelling if you think thats yelling you need to get a different job.

Veronica was extremely helpful! She took the time to help me with being able to read the tank on my vape and how to make sure I get the correct coils for it the next time I stop in. New to learning all this and it was nice to have someone break it down for me.
