Anew U Day Spa

I must say this has been the most challenging experience and I haven’t even been seen yet. Called over a month ago had to schedule for a month out the young lady who originally scheduled me was very abrupt and showed zero signs of empathy or customer service. As opposed to telling me the availability for what I was looking to get done she continued to ask when I would like to come in and repeatedly saying “no sorry we are full”. I finally get scheduled for less service then what I was wishing for and then get multiple reminders days leading up to my appt. Then the day of they call me less than 20 minutes before my appointment to cancel. Again with zero empathy zero customer service unwilling to find a solution. I asked if I could be refunded for the gift card that was purchased and she stated they are non refundable. By far the most unsatisfactory and challenging experiences. As of now waiting for a call back from the owner. We will see how they handle that.**** in response to the condescending reply I received which further proves the point of less than stellar customer service. There is zero reason to continue to comment on your inappropriate and inaccurate response.My husband received zero emails from you or your staff and there has been no refund received.

Wonderful atmosphere. I had a full body massage and a facial. Both were fantastic. The clinic is beautiful, cozy and very clean. The staff were very friendly and professional. I loved it so much that i already booked my next visit. Highly recommended.

From start to finish the experience was awesome! I booked two messages, one for me and one for my daughter at the same time and they accommodated us fantastically!! Lucy gives an amazing massage. Highly recommend!! I will be back!!

My friend purchased a massage session for me, and I’m glad I went. It was my first time going, but I think I’ll make it a routine moving forward. I usually visit massage places in Virginia, but this place, here in Elizabeth City is wonderful. The minute I walked in, they were very friendly. I couldn’t find the location, and the lady who answered the phone, was so patient with me. Stephanie did my massage and she wasn’t too rough. She asked what massages level I wanted, I told her, and it was perfect. I will surely be coming back! Very Professional, clean, prompt, and kind staff/business.

When COVID hit, I learned how to color and cut my hair, then stubbornly kept doing so until...May 2023. Repeated rave reviews led me to Anew U, and I have confirmed that NIRVANA lies behind the spas unpretentious storefront. Not only did I meet Wendy, a color genius with great wit and musical taste, but I was revitalized by Stephanies therapeutic deep tissue massage and restored by Vivianas facial (and, er, much-needed brow wax). I bought multi-service packages on my first visit because they are that good. GO!

I absolutely loved the therapeutic massage with Viviana. I feel like two years of stress are just gone! I will definitely be coming back to Anew U and hopefully experience the other services they provide.

I have been a client for two years now. I absolutely adore this business and their staff. The customer service is exceptional. Each person appears knowledgeable and highly skilled in their area of expertise. The atmosphere is relaxing and positive. Their prices are very reasonable, and I enjoy my time there greatly. I was recommended this place by a coworker. Great service. I went twice to get a massage in the last 3 or 4 years. The room was very relaxing for the massage. Friendly staff. Nice waiting room. I love the essential oils that were used too. Reasonably priced massages. I had Iris as my massage therapist but she doesnt work here anymore. I have heard everyone is great though!!!

Awesome place, very peaceful and tranquil from the minute you walk through the door, staff are great, services and prices are very good, have been there a few times, always have a wonderful experience with massages and manicure/pedicure.

It was a great experience. Lucy was professional and did a wonderful job at giving a massage. I received a theraputic massage. I felt comfortable talking to her and she listened to me and worked on the problem areas that I wanted worked on. I also had a gel manicure done afterwards and they were quick and professional. I really cant wait to go again.

My hot stone massage by Tracy and facial by Viviana were both excellent. They both made me feel very comfortable and I felt so refreshed afterward!

I had a deep tissue with Lucy. It was excellent. She is extremely skilled. The entire place has a great customer experience. Rachelle, at the front, was so helpful, inviting and cordial. Highly recommend this place!

If youre spontaneous like me, dont go there. You need an appointment!I didnt make an appointment to strain my back cutting down a tree. But they expect an appointment for you to see them. There are several massage therapy centers in the city limits. Im sure Ill find one more customer friendly.
